Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Friseur*innen arbeiten häufig in strukturbelastenden Körperhaltungen und haben ein erhöhtes Risiko für arbeitsbedingte Muskel-Skelett-Beschwerden (MSB). MSB verursachen in Deutschland circa ein Fünftel der Arbeitsunfähigkeitstage im Friseurhandwerk. Um das Ausmaß der Verbreitung von MSB bei Friseur*innen in Deutschland zu bestimmen, wurde eine Prävalenzstudie durchgeführt. Nickel und Kobalt zählen in der Allgemeinbevölkerung seit Jahrzehnten zu den am häufigsten sensibilisierenden Kontaktallergenen. Im Rahmen aktueller Arbeiten wurde eine allergologisch relevante Nickel- und Kobaltliberation sowohl aus Friseur- als auch aus Kosmetikwerkzeugen nachgewiesen. In der täglichen Praxis lässt sich eine Freisetzung dieser Metallallergene aus Werkzeugen bei Verdacht auf ein berufliches allergisches Kontaktekzem kostengünstig und schnell mittels sogenannter Spot-Tests detektieren.

Les algbres amasses ont t introduites au dbut des annes 2000 par Sergey Fomin et Andrei Zelevinsky. Introdução: As geo-helmintoses são doenças negligenciadas, sendo o tratamento quimioprofilático coletivo (TQPC) um possível mitigador para populações de risco (cuja prevalência de infecção é de 20%). Contudo, sua eficácia é questionada há décadas, sem um consenso estabelecido. Objetivos: Discorrer sobre a eficácia, segurança e os desfechos da TQPC. Material e métodos: Foi realizada revisão bibliográfica abrangendo recomendações recentes da OMS e artigos do PubMed. Foram incluídos estudos mais recentes e de maior qualidade.
