Abstract:
This thesis focuses on soldering technology in microelectronics. It describes in detail the basic ways of soldering and repairs in electronics. This piece of work shows the principles of technological equipment for bulk soldering and used repairing devices. In the theoretical part of this work there are also briefly described the packages for integrated circuits that were used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with setting of the heat profiles for hot air repair station Fritsch Mikroplacer for LQFP64, SOIC16, TSSOP14, QFN16 and DSBGA5 packages. The heat profiles for assembly and disassembly of the particular types of the packages on designed and manufactured test printed circuit board were set and tested. The resulting heat profiles are compared with the recommended heat profile of an ordinary solder paste SnAg3Cu0,5 which was used for the test. This thesis can serve as an aid for the further settings of heat profiles in other types of packages not only on Fritsch Mikroplacer devices, but also on other repairing devices of this type.

Abstract:
This thesis is about the history of ideas. It reconsiders the main line of study on Theodor Fritsch (1852-1933), which has been pursued up till now. So far, the few historians who have taken interest in Fritsch have focused on the man of action, the propagandist who (it seems) would have enabled Hitler to use all the necessary means to come to power. The study of Fritsch's work, seemingly repetitive, brings to light another aspect of his character too often neglected: the man of ideas. Indeed, it seems to have been Fritsch who made of antisemitism a real Weltanschauung (ideology) which the NSDAP (German National Socialist Worker's Party) exploited as early as 1920 in its Zeitprogramm

Abstract:
The aim of the present work is to facilitate insight into the modeling errors in the context of blade row coupling approaches which capture unsteady flow phenomena at different levels of detail. The focus is on RANS-based steady mixing plane computations as well as time domain and frequency domain unsteady computations. The concept of mixing loss is revisited to quantify the amount of unsteadiness in a flow field. Following an idea by Fritsch and Giles, we compute a second order approximation of the mixing losses which are generated at blade row interfaces. The resulting formula decomposes the entropy jump into contributions of circumferential and temporal fluctuations. The mathematical derivation, however, is based upon simpler arguments. It is shown that Fritsch and Giles’ main result can be extended to non-ideal gases. Moreover, the second order mixing loss formula is applied to time and frequency domain unsteady simulations. It is shown that an additional term has to be computed which accounts for the interaction of evanescent acoustic modes if the method is applied to unsteady flows. The methodology decomposes the overall mixing entropy into contributions of single perturbation types and harmonics. This may be used to assess whether unsteady flow phenomena of interest are adequately resolved and, in particular, to quantify the unsteadiness contained in the unresolved harmonics. A detailed investigation of the transonic IGV-rotor configuration of DLR’s Rig 250 compressor demonstrates the approach.

Scheier, Johannes. Sonderforschungsgruppe Institutionenanalyse, 2011. http://dx.doi.org/10.46850/sofia.9783941627093.

Full text
