Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to know the communication pattern in the cooperation relationship between ANTV television station and KOmando production house at Pesbukers program and to know the production process done by cooperation between ANTV television station with KOmando production house (pra-production, production, until post-production) on the Pesbukers program, as well as to find out what problems will occur in the cooperation relationship between ANTV television station and KOmando production house on Pesbukers program. This research uses a qualitative research approach, because this research requires field observation and also researchers conducted interviews with the sources related to this research to obtain valid data. This research uses relationship theory, known by the name Palo Alto Group according to Stephen W. Littejohn [4]. ANTV joined with KOmando production so that cooperate and form a relationship as "Group" or group in Pesbukers program, that is a number of people exist between relations each other and the interconnection is a structure. Sources of data used in this study consist of primary and secondary. Primary data include conducting in-depth interviews on Key Informants, such as Producer in ANTV at Pesbukers and Informant program, such as Producer at KOmando Production, and Screenwriter at KOmando Production on Pesbukers program. While secondary data include documents related to the program event as well as various libraries or expert opinions sourced from books or from links. In the triangulation stage of the data held interviews with observers, he has the experience of being a Dubber, Screenwriter, and Director in a Production House.

Abstract:
AbstractThis article examines early pedagogical experiments in opera on television that were meant to attract new audiences in the 1950s. The aesthetics of early television have often been thought to run contrary to opera, particularly in its grander iterations, but I argue that television producers capitalized upon the traits of early television to personalize opera, both on and off screen. Comparing two NBC pedagogical initiatives—a 1958 Omnibus program starring Leonard Bernstein and the 1956–57 visits of the NBC Opera Company to Saint Mary's College (South Bend, Indiana)—I explore how these efforts were meant to approximate the opera fan's experience as well as prepare audience members to enter the opera house. Ultimately, although opera on television failed to secure a strong foothold in the 1950s, it helped to re-envision the ways in which American audiences could relate to the art form and set the terms for the Metropolitan Opera Live in HD broadcasts today.

Abstract:
This research examines the underlying ideology(s) of a TV program called ‘Film Television’ (FTV). This TV program is on during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Specifically, using framing analysis and gender perspective approach as a methodology, this research analyses the ways in which these ideologies developed in FTV. Six prime samples of FTV were chosen, namely Laki-laki Buaya Darat, Cowok Gue IQ-nya Ancur Banget, Cowok Gue Pendek Bener, Pacar honorer, Ganteng-ganteng Medit, Pacar Gue Brondong. The findings reveal a thrust of twin-contrarian thrust of messaging. There are two embedded ideologies underlying the FTV. First, the FTV production house carries a patriarchal ideology by raising themes that discriminate against women through stereotypes against women that appear in the story. Second, the FTV production house carries the ideology of feminism, with themes that position women as super-ordinates. Women occupy a higher social class than men. This finding of twin-contrarian ideological thrust offers an important contribution to the gender theoretical vacuum of Indonesian TV as an example of Asian teen romanticism in national TV programming during a global crisis. It has conceptual implication on the repertoire of social science knowledge, especially sociology particularly research on womens body and beauty, sociology of gender and media, and sociology of family.

Abstract:
I realize that you have only just turned three years old, but I thought it might be interesting for you at some time in the future to read about some of the things that concern your Grandpa Jake today. In recent years, episodes of a popular television program opened with this statement, “Space, the Final Frontier!” I have worked for many years on the development of structural metals, putting most of my attention recently on the metal beryllium. And I have been feeling lately as though we need something similarly dramatic to be said about this metal, such as “Beryllium, the Final Frontier,” or perhaps more appropriately, “Beryllium, Stairway to the Final Frontier!” I want to share these thoughts with you because of two important truths about structural metals. One is that Metallurgy is like Medicine: They only call you up when something goes wrong. And the other truth is that structural materials, when they work, are invisible. So we have to work harder in order to gain the attention that structural materials deserve. Beryllium is truly the last structural metal that has outstanding properties that have not been fully exploited by society in order to meet the needs for greater structural efficiency and the savings in energy and effort that result from meeting these societal needs. So, on with “Beryllium, the Final Frontier!”

Abstract:
The present work tried to ponder about the communication strategies employed by a local television station, TV Anhanguera, an affiliate of Rede Globo in the state of Goiás, during the Covid-19 Pandemic period, with regard to the professional exercise of the presenters of Bom Dia Goiás, Anhanguera Newspaper 1st edition and Anhanguera Newspaper 2nd edition. From the monitoring of the three TV news programs for a period of two months, an analysis was made of the mediation built with the viewers in view of the policy of rotation of professionals adopted by the broadcaster. It was possible to conclude that there was no highlight to a presenter who represented "the face" of each news program, but the work in home office emphasized the possibility of approaching viewers by highlighting the intimacy of journalists through the exposure of their homes.

Abstract:
The overwhelming critical response in Germany to the publication ofVictor Klemperer’s journals, particularly those spanning the yearsfrom 1933 to 1945, has been a veritable sensation. Hundreds ofreviews, mostly appreciations, have appeared. Klemperer’s journalshave also turned into big business. On October 12, 1999, the Germantelevision channel ARD began broadcasting a thirteen-episode serieson the diaries in the most expensive, made-for-television program ofits kind in Germany. Additionally, the English-language rights to thejournals were sold to Random House for a record $550,000, morethan has ever been paid for translation rights of any German book inhistory. The selling of Klemperer’s journals may have led to a distortedevaluation of their author’s position and importance.

Jackson, Nicole E. "The Tyler Perry effect examining the influence of black media images on the black identity." Master's thesis, University of Central Florida, 2011. http://digital.library.ucf.edu/cdm/ref/collection/ETD/id/4938.

Abstract:
This study investigated the influence of Tyler Perry's House of Payne and Meet the Browns on black viewers' racial identity, based on a survey of 145 members of four predominantly African American churches in the Central Florida area. Mirroring Allen, Dawson, and Brown's (1989) model of an African American racial belief system, this study proposed that both shows would positively influence three dimensions of the black identity including closeness to blacks, black separatism, and the belief in positive stereotypes about blacks, while negatively influencing the dimension that emphasizes negative stereotypes about blacks. Socioeconomic status and religiosity were also hypothesized to predict exposure to both shows. The results show that while House of Payne positively influenced two dimensions of the black identity including closeness to blacks and the belief in positive stereotypes about blacks, Meet the Browns did not have a statistically significant relationship with any of the dimensions of the black identity. Additionally, results showed mixed support for the relationship between socioeconomic status, religiosity, and show exposure. While education had a negative relationship with exposure to both House of Payne and Meet the Browns, the income variable revealed no significant results with either show. Lastly, religiosity was shown to be a significant predictor of exposure to House of Payne, but not Meet the Browns. The findings suggest that Perry's shows may be considered by viewers as more beneficial than harmful to viewers to their racial identity and experience, which contradicts the critiques of his images as reverberating with negative stereotypical images of the past. Findings also suggest the importance of education and religion to black socialization patterns.
