Three densities of European red mite (ERM) (<i>Panonychus ulmi</i> Koch) and twospotted spider mite (TSM) (<i>Tetranychus urticae</i> (Koch)) were maintained on greenhouse-grown 'Imperial Delicious' apple (<i>Malus domestica</i>) and 'Redhaven' peach (<i>Prunus persica</i>) leaves.
