In dieser Arbeit wurde der Einsatz eines miniaturisierten Endoskop-Manipulator-Systems (EMS [TUM, MiMed, München]) in der endo- und transnasalen Chirurgie untersucht. In einem Modellversuch wurden an einem Nasennebenhöhlenmodell drei typische anatomische Landmarken je einmal manuell und zum Vergleich mit dem Endoskopmanipulator aufgesucht. Insgesamt wurden 240 Messwerte aufgenommen. Es wurden die benötigten Zeiten und die Genauigkeit der Endoskopposition gemessen.
