Abstract:
This article describes the impact of humoral theory and astrology on the description of human body in four types of temperaments (choleric, phlegmatic, sanguine and melancholic) in the Renaissance writings. The most important of them is an antique book entitled Introductiones apotelesmaticae in Chyromantiam, Physiognomiam, Astrologiam Naturalem complexiones hominum naturas planetarum written by Johannes Indagine and printed in 1522. Other books from this period are: Enchiridion Physiognomiae co[m] pe[n]diosu[m]: cu[m] figuris facieru[m] (1532) by Simonenide Louicz, Problemata Aristotelis. Gadki… o składności członk.w człowieczych (1535) by Andrzej Glaber, Phisionomia hinc inde ex illustribus scriptoribus… recollecta (1518) by Johann von Glogau. The article describes the humoral theory of diseses, which roots were created by Hippocrates and Galen, and the doctrine of the four humors dominated Medieval and Renaissance medicine. This theory held that in the body there are four humors or bodily fluids (moists) held the secret to temperaments. These humors were: blood, yellow bile, black bile and phlegm. A proper domination of each fluid was a cause of characteristic patterns of appropriate temperament: melancholic, sanguine, choleric and phlegmatic. The theory of four temperaments was also intrinsically tied to astrology, beginning with a natal birth chart interpretations to the impact of diffrent planets (Zodiac) on the organs in human body. Astrology was also helpful in the interpretation of temperaments (personality types) with their connection to the picture of human face, which was analyzed by the medieval physiognomy and also to physical appearance: shape of the body, colour of the skin, musculature and hair. The article also describes the correlations connecting the theory of four humors with birth (natal) charts and looking which planet has the impact on each temperament and human body, with negative or positive domination of diffrent character qualities. And finally, there is a detailed reconstruction of physiognomic types of human types of four temperaments, based on the book from 1522 Introductiones apotelesmaticae in Chyromantiam, Physiognomiam, Astrologiam Naturalem complexiones hominum naturas planetarum by Indagine. The author discusses a planet’s positions and conjunctions with other planets in horoscope and their impact on temperament, physical posture, character traits, with some medical comments.

Sehubungan dengan itu tulisan ini akan membahas objek gadai lainnya yaitu mengenai gadai pohon, dalam rangka menambah wawasan dibidang hukum adat khususnya mengenai masalah gadai. Gadai pohon masih sangat terbatas bahasanya dalam khasanah literatur hukum adat. Salah satu sebabnya bahwa keberadaan gadai pohon tidak banyak terdapat di masyarakat Indonesia. Dari penelitian penulis dapat di asumsikan babwa selama tingkat homogenitas penduduk desa cukup tinggi serta pola mata pencaharian relatif bertahan, maka ada kemungkinan institusi gadai pohon keberadaannya dapat bertahan.

Atas dasar itu, tulisan ini akan mengupas konsep dan teori gadai serta implementasinya dalam praktik gadai di pegadaian syariah.

Dalam kehidupan tentu manusia melakukan pengelolaan harta milik, salah satunya dapat dilakukan dengan gadai. Dalam gadai utang harus disertai dengan memberikan barang jaminan atas pinjamannya. Benda tersebut hak kemepilikannya tetap pada orang yang menggadaikan, namun disimpan atau dijaga oleh pihak penerima gadai. Akad gadai dapat diterapkan oleh lembaga keuangan swasta maupun pemerintah. Gadai yang biasa disebut rahn masuk dalam ruang lingkup muamalah madiyah. Latar belakang dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui prinsip pengelolaan harta yang sesuai dengan syariah Islam dan untuk mengetahui penerapan akad gadai dalam prinsip syariah di lembaga keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gadai merupakan suatu akad pinjam-meminjam dengan disertai barang yang dijadikan jaminan, dasar hukum gadai terdapat dalam Q.S. Al-Baqarah Ayat 283. Dalam gadai terdapat akad-akad yang diterapkan seperti akad wadi’ah, ijarah, qard, mudharabah, dan ba’i muqayyadah.

Metode yang digunakan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktek gadai sawah ditinjau dari hukum Islam, studi kepustakaan yang terdiri dari bahan pustakaan yang berkaitan dengan judul skripsi. Praktek gadai sawah di desa Salu Balo ada dua yaitu: Ta’ga’ biasa dan ta’ga’ dipa’dua. Hasil penelitian dari kedua cara gadai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata masyarakat desa Salu Balo tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam ditinjau dari segi perjanjian, hak dan kewajiban penggadai dan penerima gadai serta pemanfaatan barang gadai yaitu hasil panen sepenuhnya oleh penerima gadai dan perjanjian hanya secara lisan.

Abstract:
[EN] The main subject of this work is consolidation of wall paintings with inorganic materials under the point of view of the "Scuola Fiorentina", of restoration. Only through the exam of the historical evolution of the "Scuola Fiorentina" of restoration and the study of the socio-cultural context where such evolution took place, it is possible to completely understand how an activity that had a vertiginous growth, would have later converted, the "Scuola Fiorentina" in an international reference and in an undisputed pioneer in the field of restoration. The existence of an official organized agency "Gabinetto di resaturi della Sopraintendenza di Firenze", the catastrophic events that suffered the Florentine territory during the Second World War, and during the flood of 1966, caused a fundamental change in the culture of restoration that drove to put together science and restoration, forever. One of the most important outcomes of such merger was finding of the method Ammonium/Barium ("Dini-Ferroni"). The method was invented thanks to the genius and intuition of the chemist Enzo Ferroni, and due to the talent of the restorer Dino Dini who understood the importance of the joint between a scientific method with the practical hand-action of the restorer. From that moment, it will be clear the preference of the "Scuola Fiorentina" in the use of inorganic material for treatments on surface of mineral matrix. The method of Ammonium-Barium, is a desulphating procedure with a consolidation effect based on two phases with the application of two reagents. The main goal is the transformation of the sulphur ion of the disjointed surface into a compound, crystal and tip-chemically compatible with the carbonated surface, and the re-cohesion of the substrate by means of the compounds that come from the treatment. Since XXI century, due to an even stronger effort to apply science to restoration, also nanotechnologies bounced into restoration. They have been contributing to satisfy the effectiveness and compatibility of the pre-consolidation interventions, that are essential in case of severe disaggregation of paint layer. Pre-consolidation interventions with nanoparticles before the cleaning of the wall surfaces, are clearly related to the method of Ammonium/Barium, because they represent the preliminary interventions necessary to carry out the method with success. The Opificio delle Pietre Dure (OPD), is a governmental agency thank to which I have been able to learn techniques carried out through said methodologies. OPD is the main referent of the current "Scuola Fiorentina" of restoration and it has been characterized for its clear preference in the use of inorganic materials for the treatments on paint layers in carbonated matrix.
[ES] La consolidación de las pinturas murales con materiales inorgánicos, bajo la visión de la escuela fiorentina de la restauración, es el tema principal de este trabajo. A través del estudio del recorrido histórico de la scuola fiorentina de la restauración y del análisis del contexto socio-cultural, se puede entender cómo se pudo desarrollar vertiginosamente, una actividad que convirtió en pocos años a la scuola fiorentina, en ejemplo internacional e indiscutible pionera en el campo de la restauración. La existencia de un centro oficial organizado, "Gabinetto di restauri della Soprintendenza di Firenze", junto a los acontecimientos catastróficos que sufrió el territorio florentino en la IIªGuerra Mundial, y las inundaciones de Florencia de 1966, marcaron un cambio radical en la cultura de la restauración que unió para siempre la ciencia y la restauración. Unión que culminará con el descubrimiento del método "Ammonio-Bario" ("Dini-Ferroni"), gracias al ingenio y la intuición, del químico Enzo Ferroni; y al restaurador Dino Dini, que supo valorar la importancia de la unión del pensamiento científico a la acción práctica-manual del restaurador. A partir de ese momento se configurará la clara preferencia de la scuola fiorentina, en la elección de materiales inorgánicos para las intervenciones sobre sustratos de matriz mineral. El método Ammonio-Bario, es un tratamiento desulfatante con efecto consolidante articulado en dos fases en base a la aplicación de dos reactivos, cuyo objetivo principal, es la trasformación del ión del azufre de la superficie disgregada en un compuesto cristalo-químicamente compatible con la matriz carbonatada, y la recoesión de dicho sustrato a través de los compuestos resultantes del tratamiento. En un esfuerzo aún mayor de la ciencia aplicada a la restauración, las nanotecnologias irrumpen en el campo de la restauración a partir del siglo XXI y estan contribuyendo a satisfacer la eficacia y compatibilidad de las operaciones pre-consolidantes; imprescindibles en situaciones de fuerte disgregación del sustrato pictórico. Las intervenciones de consolidación preventiva (pre-consolidación), realizadas a través de tratamientos de nanoparticulas; en fase propedéutica a la limpieza de las superficies murales; tiene un claro nexo de unión con el método de Ammonio-Bario, ya que completa las intervenciones preliminares necesarias para poder llevar a cabo con éxito dicho método. El Opificio delle Pietre Dure (OPD), institución ministerial gracias a la cual, he podido aprender las técnicas realizadas a través de dichas metodologías es referente principal de la actual scuola fiorentina de la restauración, y se caracteriza por su clara preferencia en el uso de materiales inorgánicos en las intervenciones que realizan sobre sustratos pictóricos en matriz carbonatada.

Mitjançant l'estudi del recorregut històric de la scuola fiorentina de la restauració i de l'anàlisi del context socio-cultural, es comprèn com es va desenvolupar, vertiginosament, una activitat que va convertir en pocs anys la scuola fiorentina, en un exemple internacional i en una indiscutible pionera al camp de la restauració. La existència d'un centre oficial organitzat, "Gabinetto di restauri della Soprintendenza di Firenze", conjuntament amb els episodis catastròfics que va patir el territori florentí a la II Gerra Mundial, així com les inundacions de Florència de 1966, van marcar un canvi radical a la cultura de la restauració que va unir per sempre la ciència amb la restauració. Unió, que va culminar amb els descobriment del mètode "Ammonio-Bario" ("Dini-Ferroni"); gràcies a l'ingeni i la intuïció del químic Enzo Ferroni i del restaurador Dino Dini, que va saber valorar la importància de la unió del pensament científic amb l'acció pràctica-manual del restaurador. A partir d'aquest moment es configurarà la clara preferència de la scuola fiorentina, en l'elecció de materials inorgànics per a les intervencions sobre substrats de matrius minerals. El mètode Ammonio-Bario, és un tractament desulfatant amb efecte consolidant, que s'articula en dos fases en base a l'aplicació de dos reactius, amb l'objectiu principal de transformar el ió del sofre de la superfície disgregada en un compost cristalo-químicament comptatible amb la matriu carbonatada, i la recoesió de l'esmentat substrat mitjançant els compostos resultants del tractament. Amb un esforç encara més gran de la ciència aplicada a la restauració, les nanotecnologies irrompen en el camp de la restauració a partir del Segle XXI i contribueixen a satisfer l'eficàcia i compatibilitat de les operacions pre-consolidants; imprescindibles en situacions de forta disgregació del substrat pictòric. Les intervencions de consolidació preventiva (pre-consolidació), realitzades mitjançant tractament de nanopartícules; en fase propedèutica a la neteja de les superfícies murals; te un nexe d'unió evident amb el mètode de Ammonio-Bario, ja que complerta les intervencions preliminars necessàries per poder dur a terme amb èxit el referit mètode. Abstract:
Francesco di Marco Datini (c. 1335-1410) left his native city of Prato, near Florence, in about 1350 to become a successful merchant in Avignon, France. He returned three decades later to decorate his newly built private residence in the historic center of Prato. Under his patronage, frescoes of sacred and secular subject matter were executed in the residence from 1389-95. The artists that have been concretely identified, or suggested, as working in the Palazzo Datini include: Arrigo di Niccolò, from Prato; minor painters Dino di Puccio, Jacopo d’Agnolo, and Agnolo; Florentine artists Tommaso del Mazza, Bartolomeo di Bertozzo, and Pagolino d’Ugolino; and the master artists Niccolò di Pietro Gerini and Agnolo Gaddi. Many of the original frescoes were uncovered during renovations of the 1950s. Those in the entry hall and ground floor rooms survive in varied condition. This recovery is significant because the survival of large scale private works of this kind in Italy is rare. Datini’s legacy also comprises hundreds of ledgers, account books, and thousands of personal and business letters dating from 1363 to 1410. These are now contained in the Archivio Storico di Prato. Using the surviving visual and written material as a reference point, this thesis examines the contexts behind Datini’s choices as patron. In particular, the influence of predominant values in merchant culture will be considered. The frescoes are explored in comparison with the interior decoration in the palaces of contemporaries. Precedence is given to residences in Florence and other urban centers in Tuscany. Related paintings from Avignon are also considered, as Datini lived there for many years. Visual parallels can also be drawn between the Datini frescoes and manuscript illuminations, among other sources. The murals were influenced by Datini’s own interests, larger cultural values, and the painters, who derived from the Florentine tradition. This thesis seeks to examine the cultural and artistic environment in late Trecento Prato, Datini’s contact with the artists, the subject matter and style of the frescoes, and their reception.

Abstract:
Terapia protonowa to jedna z najbardziej obiecujących metod leczenia nowotworów zlokalizowanych wewnątrz ciała pacjentów. Dzięki unikatowym własnościom fizycznym wiązki protonów, możliwe jest jej precyzyjne dopasowanie do kształtu guza w celu zniszczenia tkanki nowotworowej przy jednoczesnej ochronie przed promieniowaniem otaczających guz tkanek prawidłowych. Terapia protonowa jest stosowana w praktyce klinicznej, jednak w literaturze brakuje badań przeprowadzonych na modelach zwierzęcych. Celem niniejszej pracy było wypełnienie tej luki. Podjęto również próbę optymalizacji obrazowania tkanek miękkich metodą mikro-tomografii komputerowej (micro-CT) na dwóch modelach zwierzęcych. Ze skrawków tkanki czerniaka Bomirskiego (Bomirski Hamster Melanoma- BHM Ma) wyprowadzono linię komórkową w celu sprawdzenia tempa proliferacji komórek. Badania na poziomie in vitro wykazały, że komórki mają krótki czas podwojenia populacji, a ich aktywność migracyjna wzrasta wraz z gęstością wysiania komórek. Do przedniej komory lewego oka chomika syryjskiego inokulowano skrawek tkanki guza BHM Ma. W pierwszej fazie obserwowano regresję skrawka, a po około 5 dniach rozpoczynał się wzrost guza. Zwierzęta z guzami w przedniej komorze oka napromieniano wiązką protonów w dawkach jednorazowych: 6, 10, 20 i 30 Gy. Dodatkowo, części zwierząt podawano lek antyangiogenny Avastin® lub witaminę D w celu wzmocnienia skuteczności terapii protonowej. Gdy guz wypełnił całą objętość przedniej komory oka zwierzęcia, wykonywano enukleację gałki ocznej. Część z wypreparowanych gałek ocznych wykorzystano w próbach optymalizacji obrazowania tkanek miękkich przy pomocy micro-CT. Zaobserwowano, że napromienianie guzów wiązką protonów w jednorazowej dawce 10 Gy skutkuje spowolnieniem ich wzrostu, czego nie zaobserwowano przy dawce 6 Gy. Zauważono, że dawka ≥ 20 Gy powoduje uszkodzenia tkanek prawidłowych struktur oka. Istotnym czynnikiem determinującym skuteczność zastosowanej terapii protonowej była wielkość guza w momencie napromieniania. Gdy objętość guza była ≤ 3 mm3 dochodziło do znacznego spowolnienia wzrostu guza, czego nie obserwowano przy napromienianiu guzów o większej objętości (powyżej 3 mm3). Unaczynienie obrazowane przy pomocy USG stanowiło stały odsetek objętości guza na poziomie 25%. Równocześnie obserwowano istotny spadek funkcjonalności naczyń, przejawiający się zmniejszeniem tempa przepływu krwi w miarę wzrostu objętości nowotworu. Zwierzęta, które napromieniano wiązką protonów, gdy guz w przedniej komorze oka miał objętość ≤ 3 mm3 przeżywały znacząco dłużej (średnio o 20 dni) niż zwierzęta, których guz był większy niż 3 mm3. Żadna z przeprowadzonych procedur terapeutycznych nie zmieniła istotnie masy przerzutów w płucach. Po enukleacji, u niektórych chomików dochodziło do odrostu guza pierwotnego w oczodole. Wznowy guza w oczodole powodowały skrócenie czasu przeżycia zwierząt przy jednoczesnej redukcji masy przerzutów. Optymalizacja protokołu przygotowania tkanek oka do obrazowania guzów metodą micro-CT umożliwiła uzyskanie wysokorozdzielczych, trójwymiarowych rekonstrukcji gałki ocznej wraz z guzem i jego unaczynieniem. Guzy BHM Ma są gęsto unaczynione w całej objętości guza co może być jedną z przyczyn gwałtownego rozsiewu tego nowotworu. W ramach powyższej pracy podjęto również próbę ustabilizowania alternatywnego modelu zwierzęcego do badania czerniaków gałki ocznej. W tym celu inokulowano komórki ludzkiego czerniaka 92.1 w ilości 10 tys. komórek do tylnej części gałki ocznej myszy SCID. Zaobserwowano wzrost guzów u 33% zwierząt w okresie do 82 dni od inokulacji. Gdy guz wypełniał całą gałkę lub gdy zauważono pogorszenie stanu zwierzęcia przeprowadzano enukleację. U żadnej myszy nie zaobserwowano przerzutów do płuc ani do wątroby. Obrazy uzyskane dzięki metodzie USG były zbyt niskiej rozdzielczości, aby przeprowadzić wiarygodną analizę ilościową stosunku objętości guza do objętości jego unaczynienia. Obrazowanie metodą micro-CT pokazało, że rozwój unaczynienia w tym modelu znacznie różni się od obserwowanego przy wzroście czerniaka BHM Ma w przedniej komorze oka chomika. Unaczynienie guza 92.1 rozwija się po zewnętrznej stronie guza a następnie przechodzi w duże, martwicze strefy. W pracy wykazano, że model zwierzęcy czerniaka BHM Ma jest przydatny do badania skuteczności protonoterapii. Obiecującym kierunkiem rozwoju wiedzy o czerniakach gałki ocznej mogą stać się badania na ludzkich komórkach dających guzy w oku u myszy SCID. Terapia wiązką protonów jest skuteczna pod warunkiem podjęcia jej na wczesnym etapie wzrostu guza (do objętości 3 mm3). Ważnym czynnikiem związanym z procesem przerzutowania jest unaczynienie guzów czerniaka, które różni się znacznie w obu modelach. Znalezienie przerzutów czerniaka u myszy pozwoliłoby na dalsze poszerzenie badań, bo przerzuty są główną przyczyną śmierci pacjentów z czerniakiem oka.
Proton therapy is one of the most promising method of treating cancers localized inside of the patient's body. Thanks to unique physical properties of protons beam, it is possible to form a beam which perfectly fits to the shape of the tumor and preserve surrounding healthy tissues. Proton therapy is used in clinical practice, but there is lack of research about this technique based on animal models. The main aim of this thesis is to fill in this gap. An attempt was also made to optimize imaging of soft tissues with micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) with the samples from two animal models. A cell culture was established from the scrap of Bomirski Hamster Melanoma (BHM Ma) tumor in order to check proliferation ratio of this cells. In vitro experiments proved, that BHM Ma cells have very short doubling time and its migration activity increase with the number of cells in the culture. A small fragment of BHM Ma tissue was implanted into anterior chamber of the Syrian hamster's left eye. During the first phase the regression of the tissue scrap was observed, and after approximately 5 days tumor started to grow. Animals with the tumors in the anterior chamber of the eyeball were irradiated with the proton beam in a single dose of 6, 10, 20 and 30 Gy. Additionally, to some of the animals antiangiogenic drug (Avastin®) or vitamin D were administrated in order to enhance effectiveness of the proton beam therapy. When the tumor completely filled the anterior chamber of the animal eye, enucleation was performed. Some of the obtained eyeballs were reserved for optimization of micro-CT imaging of soft tissues. Proton beam irradiation in a single dose of 10 Gy slowed down growth of the primary tumor. This observation was not made with a dose of 6 Gy. Irradiation with the proton beam in a single dose equal or larger than 20 Gy caused severe damage of the healthy tissues of the eyeball. An essential factor which determined effectiveness of the proton beam therapy was the size of the tumor at the time of irradiation. When the volume of the tumor was ≤ 3 mm3 at the time of irradiation, the speed of tumor growth was reduced. This observation was not valid when the size of the tumor was greater than 3 mm3 . Vascularization observed through Ultrasonography (US) imaging occupied 25% of the tumor volume during the whole time of tumor development. At the same time the reduction of vessels functionality was observed, what was manifested with the decrease of speed of the blood flow with the growth of the tumor. Animals, which were irradiated with the proton beam when the size of the tumor was ≤ 3 mm3 survived significantly longer (for approximately 20 days) than animals irradiated when the tumor was larger than 3 mm3. None of the proposed therapeutic procedures reduced the amount of metastasis in the lungs. In some cases, after the enucleation a regrowth of the primary tumor in the orbit was observed. Regrowth of the tumor caused a significant reduction of a mean survival of the animals and lack of metastasis in the lungs. Optimization of the protocol of preparation eyeballs for micro-CT imaging allowed to obtain a high quality, three- dimensional reconstructions of the eyeball, tumor and its vascularization. BHM Ma tumors are densely vascularized in the whole volume of the tumor what could be a reason for a high metastatic potential of this tumor. An attempt was made to establish an alternative in vivo model to continue research on ocular melanoma. In order to do this, 10 thousand of human melanoma cells 92.1 were implanted into the eye of SCID mice. The growth of the primary tumor was observed in 33% of animals within 82 days after implantation. Euthanasia was performed when the tumor filled in the eyeball or deterioration of health conditions were observed. There was lack of metastasis to the lungs or livers. Images obtained with US had poor resolution so it was impossible to perform a reliable quantitative analysis of the tumor and vessels volume ratio. However, micro-CT images presented that vascularization in this tumor is significantly different than the one observed in BHM Ma tumors in the hamster eye. Vascularization of the 92.1 tumor is well developed in the outturn parts of the tumor and transform to large, necrotic spheres inside of the tumor. This thesis states that in vivo model of BHM Ma tumor is useful in terms of testing effectiveness of proton beam therapy. An interesting alternative could be research on human cancer cells implanted into an eye of SCID mice. Proton beam therapy is effective if it is performed at early stage of tumor development (volume ≤ 3 mm3). An important factor which differ this two models is vascularization. A new direction that should be tasted is finding metastasis in mice with human melanoma, because this is the main reason of death of patients with ocular melanoma.
