Abstract:
Gagal ginjal Kronik merupakan gangguan fungsi ginjal dalam melakukan penyaringan tubuh. Penumpukan ureum ini akan menyebabkan rasa gatal yang dirasakan dikulit pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisa. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah gatal dikulit adalah dengan menerapkan penggunaan Virgin Coconut Oil yang dioleskan ke kulit untuk mengatasi masalah gatal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Virgin Coconut Oil terhadap gatal dikulit pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan Hemodialisa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang sedang menjalani terapi Hemodialisa yang berjumlah 44 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan perhitungan rumus slovin yaitu 15 responden. Desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi Eksperimen yaitu dengan rancangan pre test – post test dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 15 responden. Uji Statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap penurunan rasa gatal yang dirasakan responden setelah intervensi dengan P –Value 0,001 hasil tersebut <0,05. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai terapi alternatif yang mengalami masalah kulit seperti rasa gatal dengan menggunakan Virgin Coconut Oil .

Abstract:
Pruritus merupakan rasa gatal yang menimbulkan gangguan dan ketidaknyamanan dimana dapat muncul sesekali ataupun regular. Masalah keperawatan gangguan rasa nyaman dan risiko perusakan integritas kulit dapat ditemukan baik dari respons subjektif pasien maupun temuan klinis objektif. Gatal dan pruritus dapat ditemui pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis dengan dialysis maupun tanpa dialysis. Prevalensi gejala pruritus yang sering ditemui dengan penyakit ginjal kronik yaitu pruritus uremik. Keluhan gatal dari pruritus ini dapat dikurangi dengan pemberian pelembab yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan hidrasi kulit. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk menganalisis keefektifan intervensi pemberian petroleum jelly untuk mengatasi masalah gangguan rasa nyaman dan risiko kerusakan integritas kulit pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan pruritus. Metode penulisan yaitu analisis studi kasus pada intervensi keperawatan yang dilakukan di pasien selama perawatan di ruang rawat penyakit dalam. Evaluasi terhadap keefektifan tindakan dinilai dari respon pasien terhadap rasa gatal dengan menggunakan Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) serta pemeriksaaan kondisi kulit. Hasil intervensi didapatkan penurunan nilai VAS dari skala 5 ke skala 1 dan kondisi kulit yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi dari studi kasus ini adalah intervensi penggunaan petroleum jelly dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah keperawatan gangguan rasa nyaman dan risiko kerusakan integritas kulit pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan pruritus.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) umumnya dikenal sebagai micin/ vetsin atau penyedap rasa yangbanyak digunakan sebagai penambah rasa gurih pada makanan-makanan secara luas.Penggunaan MSG secara berlebih dan berkelanjutan ini dapat meningkatkan kadar garam dalamtubuh dan juga dapat menyebabkan berbagai jenis penyakit, seperti pusing, gatal-gatal, hipertensi,gagal ginjal, dan obesitas. MSG dapat diganti dengan penyedap alami yang memiliki rasa lebihnikmat dan menyehatkan. Pada program pengabdian ini diperkenalkan penyedap rasa alternatifberbahan baku daging ayam. Penggunaan daging ayam sebagai bahan dasar MSG di Desa Janti,Sidaorjo dikarenakan ketersediaan bahan baku yang cukup besar dan dapat dijangkau olehseluruh lapisan masyarakat. Daging ayam sendiri mengandung protein yang baik untuk kesehatan.Sosialisasi pembuatan penyedap rasa di Desa Janti melibatkan ibu-ibu PKK dan perangkat desa.Antusiasme dari sosialisasi ini terlihat dari keaktifan tiap-tiap peserta. Program lanjutandilakukan oleh pada ibu-ibu PKK Desa Janti secara mandiri berbekal pengetahuan yang telahdidapat dari sosialisasi dan dibantu oleh perangkat desa.

Abstract:
Menarik untuk dibahas hasil belajar mahasiswa calon guru IPA yang menempuh mata kuliah Cahaya dan Penglihatan cenderung rendah. Lebih dari separuh mahasiswa gagal meraih predikat B. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis kesulitan mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA dalam menyelesaikan persoalan. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester lima Pendidikan IPA FKIP Universitas Jember tahun ajaran 2019/2020 semester gasal berjumlah 83 mahasiswa. Analisis dengan menampilkan tabel distribusi frekuensi, Histogram, Means, Varians, Standar Deviasi dan Angket. Sebanyak 68% mahasiswa memiliki rentang nilai 51-70. Varians dan Standar deviasi rata-rata semua kelas masing-masing sebesar 29 dan 5,5. Faktor penyebab rendahnya nilai belajar adalah kurang siapnya dalam menghadapi Ujian tengah dan Akhir Semester. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai rata-rata nilai UTS berkisar antara 54-61 dan UAS sebesar 66-71. Nilai UTS dan UAS sangat berpengaruh karena memiliki porsi 60% dari nilai akhir. Menurut observasi, mahasiswa kesulitan mengerjakan soal hitungan dan berbahasa Inggris.

Hasil; bukti kuat dari uji coba acak besar menunjukkan keunggulan stimualsi sumsum tulang belakang dibanding manajemen konservatif dan operasi berulang untuk sindrom operasi punggung gagal menunjukkan neuromodulasi lebih baik dari terapi konvensional. Kesimpulan; modalitas terapi neuromodulasi menunjukkan hasil yang lebih memuaskan dibanding terapi lain

The encryption algorithm written by Egyptian Taher ElGamal computes discrete logarithms with elements of a finite group G Cyclical. These elements have properties that during the study Chapter 1. Knowing the definitions and some properties studied, we can define and compute discrete logarithms, using knowledge of arithmetic and congruence of Remains and Theorem Remainder of Chinese. We will study public key algorithms, in particular the algorithm written by ElGamal, seeking to understand the diffculties presented by it and show its applications in the field of cryptography. We present a sequence of activities, aimed at students of the first grade of high school, targeting the learning of some subjects covered at work.
O algoritmo de criptografia escrito pelo egípcio Taher ElGamal calcula logaritmos discretos com elementos de um Grupo Cíclico finito G. Esses elementos possuem propriedades que estudaremos no decorrer do capítulo 1. Conhecendo as definições e algumas propriedades estudadas, poderemos definir e calcular logaritmos discretos, utilizando conhecimentos da Aritmética dos Restos e Congruências, bem como o Teorema Chinês dos Restos. Vamos estudar algoritmos de chave pública, em particular o algoritmo escrito por ElGamal, buscando entender as dificuldades apresentadas por ele e mostrar suas aplicações no campo da Criptografia. Apresentaremos uma sequencia de atividades, voltadas para estudantes do primeiro ano do Ensino Médio, visando o aprendizado de alguns assuntos abordados no trabalho.

Abstract:
A mix-net is a cryptographic protocol based on public key cryptography which enables untraceable communication through a collection of nodes. One important application is electronic voting where it enables the construction of systems which satisfies many voting security requirements, including verifiability of correct execution. Verificatum is an implementation of a mix-net by Douglas Wikström. This report concerns the implementation of a verifier and evaluation of the implementation manual for the Verificatum mix-net. The purpose of the document is to enable third parties to convince themselves that the mixnet has behaved correctly without revealing any secret information. This implementation is a simple version of the verifier using the document and some test vectors generated by the mix-net. The document contains all information but there are still some possibilities for further clarification in order to make it comprehensible to a larger audience.

Abstract GACAL verifies C programs by searching over the space of possible invariants, using traces of the input program to identify potential invariants. GACAL uses the ACL2s theorem prover to verify these potential invariants, using an interface provided by ACL2s for connecting with external tools. GACAL iteratively searches for and proves invariants of increasing complexity until the program is verified.

Abstract:
Pupuk kandang ayam dan larutan mikroorganisme lokal daun gamal dapat meningkatkan hasil panen kacang hijau. Penelitian dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan konsentrasi larutan mikro organisme lokal (MOL) daun gamal yang optimal untuk meningkatkan hasil panen kacang hijau sangat diperlukan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan dan Laboratorium Teknologi Benih Politeknik Negeri Jember pada Agustus 2015 sampai Desember 2015. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan konsentrasi MOL daun gamal terhadap hasil panen kacang hijau varietas Vima-1. Penelitian menggunakan RAK Faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam terdiri atas tiga taraf yaitu dosis 250, 500 dan 750 gram/polybag. Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi larutan MOL daun gamal terdiri atas tiga taraf yaitu 60, 90 dan 120 ml/liter. Kombinasi perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Analisis menggunakan ANOVA, dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara dosis pupuk kandang ayam dan (MOL) daun gamal terhadap bobot basah, bobot kering, jumlah polong, bobot biji per tanaman, sedangkan Berat 100 Butir, daya Kecambah, kecepatan tumbuh dan keserempakan tumbuh menunjukkan berbeda tidak nyata. Dosis pupuk kandang ayam 250 g/polybag dengan konsentrasi MOL daun gamal 120 ml/l menunjukkan bobot basah, bobot kering, jumlah polong tertinggi. Aplikasi pupuk kandang ayam dengan MOL daun gamal dapat meningkatkan berat 100 Butir, daya Kecambah, kecepatan tumbuh dan keserempakan tumbuh benih kacang hijau.

Pakan komplit merupakan pakan dengan kandungan nutrien lengkap yang dibuat dari campuran bahan pakan hijauan gamal, klobot jagung, dedak padi, tepung putak dan tepung ikan dengan perbandingan tertentu dan dalam bentuk homogen untuk diberikan sebagai pakan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokok ternak, produksi dan reproduksi tanpa tambahan pakan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh lama fermentasi pakan komplit terhadap kandungan bahan kering dan bahan organik. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan yaitu LF 0 (Lama Fermentasi 0 minggu), LF 3 (Lama Fermentasi 3 minggu), LF 6 (Lama Fermentasi 6 minggu dan LF 9 (Lama Fermentasi 9 minggu). Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa kadar bahan kering pakan komplit dengan lama fermentasi 0 minggu berbeda nyata dengan 3, 6 dan 9 minggu lama fermentasi. Sedangkan kadar bahan organik dengan lama fermentasi 6 minggu berbeda nyata dengan 0, 3 dan 9 minggu lama fermentasi (P<0,05). Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian pakan komplit fermentasi berbasis gamal yaitu lama fermentasi 0 minggu dan 3 minggu memiliki kualitas nutrien terbaik dibandingkan dengan lama fermentasi 6 minggu dan 9 minggu.
