Šio darbo tikslas buvo ištirti hidrofilinių gelių pritaikymo galimybes transderminiam meloksikamo vartojimui. Gelių gamybos metu buvo taikomas temperatūros keitimo metodas. Visi hidrogeliai gaminami pagal pasirinktą 1,1 Pa•s ±15 proc. klampą. Palyginus gelių gamybos metodus nustatyta, kad gamybos laikas naudojant magnetinę maišyklę yra 7,5 karto ilgesnis nei naudojant neutralizatorių. Pastebėta, kad gelio gamybos metodas reikšmingai įtakoja klampą. Nustatyta, kad gelio formavimosi laikui hidroksietiloceliuliozės koncentracija įtakos neturi ir visų tirtų koncentracijų geliai susiformuoja per tą patį laiką. Išmatavus 1,5, 2 ir 3 proc. koncentracijų hidroksietilceliuliozės gelių klampas pastebėta, kad didėjant polimero koncentracijai, reikšmingai didėja gelių klampa. The thin films of oxide xerogels and bronzes and molecular oxide xerogels and bronzes of vanadium compounds were synthesized by sol-gel technology method. The chemical composition of mentioned compounds was investigated using XPS method in order to determine the valence of metal ions. It is shown that it is possible to produce the thin films of vanadium oxide bronzes using simple methods. The swelling equilibrium and kinetics of weakly crosslinked, non-ionic poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) gels were studied in water at a constant temperature of 298 K. The gel structure was varied by changing the monomer concentration, the proportion of crosslinker, and the temperature at gel formation. We have studied the quiescent structure of dense colloidal gels with varying strength of attraction with confocal microscopy.
