Masa kini desa wisata kurang begitu diminati masyarakat luas, hal ini dikarenakan promosi desa wisata yang belum optimal. Desa Wongaya Gede merupakan salah satu Desa Wisata di Bali yang kurang begitu akrab di telinga masyarakat. Maka dari itu diperlukan untuk mempublikasikan Desa Wongaya Gede guna membantu sektor pariwisata. Abstract:

A comercialização de sêmen bovino criopreservado é realizada em larga escala mundialmente. Entretanto, a utilização de diluidores com produtos de origem animal tem limitado a exportação de sêmen para outros países devido a possíveis riscos sanitários. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o efeito da substituição de diluidores contendo componentes de origem de animal por diluidor à base de lecitina de soja na criopreservação de sêmen bovino. O sêmen foi coletado por eletroejaculação a partir de seis touros Nelore com fertilidade comprovada. Após determinação da concentração espermática, as amostras de sêmen foram adicionadas em diferentes diluidores: diluidor comercial (Controle), à base de gema de ovo (TRIS-gema) e lecitina de soja (LS). Após o descongelamento, a cinética espermática foi avaliada pelo sistema CASA e a integridade de membrana citoplasmática e acrossomal foram avaliadas por epifluorescência. Não foi observada diferença significativa entre os diluidores TRIS-gema e LS para todos os parâmetros de cinética espermática avaliados (P>0,05). A avaliação de integridade de membrana e acrossoma após o descongelamento revelou taxas de viabilidade espermática significativamente superior (P<0,05) ao utilizar o diluidor comercial (30,80±10,0). No entanto, não foi observada diferença significativa (P>0,05) entre os diluidores contendo TRIS-gema (18,00±7,1) e LS (14,60±6,5). Em conclusão, a criopreservação de sêmen bovino com diluidor à base de LS apresentou ação crioprotetora similar ao diluidor convencional TRIS-gema. Portanto, a lecitina de soja é uma alternativa que pode ser utilizada com sucesso na criopreservação de sêmen bovino.

Situ Gede merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata alam yang ada di kota Bogor. Keunggulan dari Kawasan Situ Gede yaitu disekitarnya terdapat hutan penelitian, darmaga. Situ Gede diharapkan dapat menjadi ruang publik yang dapat menjadi destinasi wisata terbaik bagi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan penelusuran literatur. Adapun analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa data kualitatif berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Prinsip berbasis alam dapat diterapkan dengan mengemas wisata edukasi. Prinsip ekologis berkelanjutan didekati dari optimalisasi fisik, sumber daya manusia, biaya dan manfaat. Prinsip edukatif lingkungan diterapkan kepada pengelola, masyarakat dan pengunjung. Prinsip berbasis masyarakat lokal, dilakukan dengan keterbukaan terhadap lowongan pekerjaan, pembuatan kebijakan dan pelatihan seni budaya. Prinsip berbasis ekowisata didekati dengan menyediakan program dan fasilitas pariwisata.

This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach used is descriptive qualitative to analyze the habituation carried out at SDN Tegal Gede 01. The purpose of this study is to analyze the daily habituation carried out at SDN Tegal Gede 01 towards the formation of students' character. Based on the results of observations and interviews, researchers can conclude that the habits that are carried out at SDN Tegal Gede 01 in developing the character of students are through daily routine activities, spontaneous activities and exemplary activities. Habituation activities carried out in schools can foster a positive attitude in students. Character education not only has a positive impact on students, character education through this habituation also improves the teacher's character or personality in developing core ethical and aesthetic values such as caring, honesty, fairness, responsibility, and respect for self and others

Abstract:

O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a duração, em dias, dos estádios fenológicos da amoreira-preta ‘Xavante’ cultivada em diferentes volumes de recipientes e substratos. Foi avaliada a duração (em dias) dos seguintes estádios fenológicos: início da brotação da gema florífera, início da floração, início da maturação do fruto, início da colheita de frutos. Também foi identificada uma gema dormente por haste, para avaliações da fenologia de frutos e observada a duração (em dias) dos seguintes estádios de desenvolvimento de frutos: gema dormente, gema brotando, botão de flor, flor parcialmente aberta, flor aberta, baga verde, baga parcialmente rosada, baga cor-de-rosa e baga madura. O ciclo da amoreira-preta ‘Xavante’ desde o início da brotação das gemas até o início da colheita variou entre 52 e 56 dias nos recipientes de volumes 10, 20 e 30 litros e nos substratos fibra de coco e casca de arroz carbonizada. O tempo decorrido entre os estádios de botão de flor e baga madura, foi semelhante nos recipientes de 10 e 30 litros. Porém, no volume de 20 litros, a média de dias entre os estádios foi menor. Conclui-se que a cultivar de amoreira-preta ‘Xavante’ apresenta boa adaptabilidade ao substrato fibra de coco independente do volume de recipiente. Os estádios fenológicos apresentaram, em média, o mesmo número de dias, independente do substrato e do recipiente observado.

Abstract:

AbstractStringent power budgets in battery powered platforms have led to the development of energy saving techniques such as Dynamic Voltage and Frequency scaling (DVFS). For embedded system designers to be able to ripe the benefits of these techniques, support for efficient design space exploration must be available in system level simulators. The advent of the edge computing paradigm, with power constraints in the mW domain, has rendered this even more essential. Without a fast and accurate methodology for architecture simulation and energy estimation, the benefit of new ideas and solutions cannot be evaluated. In this paper, we propose a non-intrusive application controlled DVFS management implementation in the GEM5 simulator, used with GEM5’s system call emulation mode. We also propose a novel architecture independent energy model based on categorization of different measurable workload classes. Our energy model is parametrized and calibrated with power measurements on a SAM4L microcontroller board, containing an ARM Cortex M4 processor. Together with the GEM5 output statistics, the model accurately estimates the total energy consumption of our simulated system. The results from our modified GEM5 simulator are validated with representative signal processing applications. After correction of systematic offset errors, our results deviate with less than 4% compared to measurements from the SAM4L microcontroller. Our contributions in this paper can easily be tailored to other processor models in GEM5 and to future versions of GEM5. It will therefore enable system architects to explore new techniques and compare the improvements relative to existing architectures.

Abstract:

A hiperlipidemia é representada por concentração de triglicerídeos, de colesterol total e LDL aumentadas e redução dos níveis de colesterol HDL na corrente sanguínea. Essa alteração está relacionada a várias doenças, por exemplo a aterosclerose e osteoporose. Determinar o perfil histopatológico e clinico dos casos de alteração óssea relacionados a hipercolesterolemia em coelhos que foram submetidos a uma dieta hiperlipídica. O estudo é do tipo experimental. Onde foram coletadas as amostras de 18 animais, coelhos albinos Nova Zelândia, que foram randomizados em dois grupos: G1 – grupo controle (apenas ração) e G2 (ração mais gema). Seguidamente à eutanásia foi removido parte da tíbia e fíbula, a partir de uma dissecção da face posterior da pata posterior esquerda. Com as amostras em mãos deu-se início a etapa de preparação das lâminas para análise histológica com fragmentos ósseos, seguindo protocolos de rotina laboratorial. No grupo que se alimentou paneas de ração há um maior numero de lceulas hematopoieticas, já no grupo alimentado com gema de ovo há uma diminuição no número de trabéculas, aumento no espaçamento trabecular, maior número de células adiposas e menor número de células hematopoieticas. Foi constatado notáveis alterações morfológicas na histopatologia das lâminas analisadas, apresentando aumento de células adiposas e diminuição de células hematopoiéticas no grupo alimentado com ração e gema (G2) comparando com o grupo controle (G1), alimentado exclusivamente com ração.

Abstract:

Um meio diluente ideal para a criopreservação seminal deve suprir as células espermáticas com energia, proteção e manutenção de um ambiente adequado à sua sobrevivência. Objetivou-se avaliar a integridade in vitro do sêmen caprino criopreservado em meio ACP-101c® associado à gema de ovo de Numida meleagris, por meio de duas técnicas de análise individual da célula espermática. Foram colhidos 15 ejaculados de cinco caprinos, com auxílio de uma vagina artificial. Os ejaculados foram reunidos em um pool, e dividido em 12 grupos, sendo dois grupos controles: GC1 TRIS, com adição 2,5% da gema de ovo de Gallus gallus domesticus GOGD, GC2 ACP-101c®, com adição 2,5% da gema de ovo de Gallus gallus domesticus GOGD e dez grupos experimentais GE, contendo a adição da gema de ovo de Numida meleagris. Seguidamente, as alíquotas foram envasadas em palhetas francesas de 0,25 mL e congeladas com auxílio do aparelho TK3000® e armazenadas em nitrogênio líquido. Amostras foram descongeladas após sete dias e avaliadas quanto à integridade do DNA e quanto a sua ultraestrutura individual, por meio do teste cometa e microscopia eletrônica de transmissão, respectivamente. Nos resultados obtidos pelo teste cometa, não foi evidenciado diferença estatística quanto ao comprimento da cauda, entre os grupos TRIS acrescido de GONM, nas concentrações de 2,5%, 5% e 10% em relação ao grupo controle TRIS 2,5% de GOGD. Também não houve diferença estatística quanto ao percentual de fragmentação de DNA na cauda, nos grupos TRIS com 2,5%; 5%; e 20% de GONM em comparação ao grupo controle TRIS 2,5% GOGD (P>0,05). Os grupos ACP® com 10%, 15% e 20% de GONM apresentaram maior comprimento de cauda quando comparados aos grupos ACP com 2,5% e 5% de GONM e grupo controle (ACP® 2,5% de GOGD). Na análise ultraestrutural o grupo ACP® com 10% de GONM, destacou-se com melhor integridade celular frente aos demais grupos, inclusive, frente às amostras avaliadas do grupo controle. Dessa forma, conclui-se que a gema de ovo de Numida meleagris, como crioprotetor externo de membrana, acrescida aos diluentes ACP-101c® ou TRIS, pode reduzir os danos causados durante o processo de criopreservação do sêmen caprino.

Virulence factors in Enterococcus may be indicative of potential pathogenicity. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the presence of clinically relevant virulence genes, in Enterococcus spp. from environmental water, and their in vitro expression. One hundred and twenty-four Enterococcus isolates (seven species), from five surface water systems in the North West Province, South Africa, were screened for the presence of asa1, cylA, esp, gelE and hyl using polymerase chain reaction. The expression of cylA, hyl and gelE was determined by phenotypic assessments. Sixty-five percent of the isolates were positive for one virulence gene and 13% for two or more. Most frequently detected genes were gelE (32%) and cylA (28%). Enterococcal surface protein was absent in all isolates screened. The presence of virulence genes was correlated with their extracellular enzyme production. The results show that a large percentage of these environmental Enterococcus spp. possess virulence factors that could be expressed in vitro. This is a cause for concern and could have implications for individuals using this water for recreational and cultural purposes. Further investigation is required into the sources of these potential pathogenic Enterococcus isolates and measures to minimize their presence in water sources.

Korban dari perundungan memiliki kondisi sosial yang buruk, sehingga membuat korban merasa takut untuk pergi ke sekolah dan bahkan tidak ingin sekolah, menarik diri dari pergaulan dengan teman sepermainannya, yang dampaknya akan berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar para siswa korban perundungan. SDN Wongaya Gede adalah SD yang terdapat di Desa Wongaya Gede yang beberapa siswanya menjadi korban perundungan di sekolah. Gas phase Elemental abundances in Molecular CloudS (GEMS) is an IRAM 30m Large Program aimed at determining the elemental abundances of carbon (C), oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), and sulphur (S) in a selected set of prototypical star forming filaments. Elemental abundances have a key role in the star formation process by driving the gas cooling rate and the gas ionization degree. Defining elemental abundance as the amount of a given atom in volatiles, the elemental abundances of C, O, and N in the interstellar medium are currently known within a factor of a few. However, the elemental abundance of S remains uncertain by several orders of magnitude, and its determination is one of the most challenging goals of this program. This is a review of the observational, theoretical, and modeling effort that GEMS team is doing to improve our knowledge of the sulphur chemistry. Our results suggest that the sulphur elemental abundance depends on the local physical conditions and the star formation activity in the environment.

Abstract:

O objetivo do presente estudo foi avaliar os efeitos de diferentes crioprotetores e da centrifugação do sêmen sobre os parâmetros cinéticos e integridade da membrana do sêmen caprino criopreservado. Quatro bodes foram utilizados, e o sêmen foi colhido por meio de uma vagina artificial. Após colheita e aprovação do sêmen, seis pools foram formados, e cada pool foi dividido em oito alíquotas. O plasma foi retirado de quatro alíquotas por centrifugação (1200 g/10 min) e posteriormente diluído; as quatro alíquotas restantes foram diluídas em Tris-gema de ovo padrão, leite padrão, Tris-gema de ovo teste e diluente a base de leite, sem remoção do plasma seminal. Após a diluição, as amostras foram colocadas em palhetas (0,25 mL), congeladas e armazenadas a -196 °C. As amostras foram descongeladas (37 °C/30 s) e avaliadas imediatamente e duas horas pós-descongelação para determinar a cinética e integridade das membranas plasmática e mitocondrial. Foi observada diferença (p <0,05) na manutenção da cinética espermática, integridade da membrana plasmática e potencial mitocondrial entre os grupos centrifugados e não centrifugados e entre os extensores em diferentes momentos. Concluímos que o uso da centrifugação para remoção do plasma seminal afeta positivamente os parâmetros de avaliação do sêmen e que o extensor de gema é mais eficiente quando aplicado com diferentes técnicas de criopreservação, preservando as características desejáveis após a criopreservação do sêmen caprino.

Abstract:

Com o objetivo de aumentar a produção da cana-de-açúcar e diminuir os custos de implantação das lavouras, tem-se utilizado o sistema de mudas pré-brotadas (MPB). Nesse processo, o tolete da cana é fragmentado (mini toletes) com uma única gema. Nos tempos atuais a procura por técnicas agrícolas sustentáveis no setor sucroenergético tem levado a estudos que adotem substâncias naturais, que possam ser empregadas, por exemplo, no desenvolvimento das mudas. Sementes germinadas de feijão (Phaesolus vulgaris L.) são conhecidas por conterem ácido indolbutírico (AIB), um hormônio do grupo das auxinas, importante para a formação de raízes. Esse trabalho propôs avaliar se o extrato aquoso de Phaesolus vulgaris L. aplicado na gema da cana-de-açúcar para a produção as mudas MPB potencializam o crescimento dessas. As mudas de MPB foram plantadas em substrato comercial, submetidas à imersão em extrato de sementes germinadas de feijão e avaliadas após 30 dias de plantio. O extrato utilizado favoreceu o desenvolvimento das mudas. Porém, a concentração de 500 g. L-1 indicou um crescimento expressivo.

ABSTRACT Phosphorus is of fundamental importance for the energy supply necessary for plant metabolism, but it is still understudied for important agricultural crops such as cassava. The objective of this study was to evaluate the accumulation and efficiency of phosphorus use in different cassava cultivars in the semiarid region. Two experiments were carried out during two agricultural seasons 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 in Mossoró, Rio Grande do Norte state, Brazil. The experimental design was randomized blocks, in split plots, with four replicates. In the plots, five doses of phosphorus (P) (0, 60, 120, 180, and 240 kg ha-1 of P2O5) were applied in the planting furrow, and four cassava cultivars (Água Morna, BRS Gema de Ovo, Recife, and Venâncio) were cultivated in the subplots. The cultivars Água Morna and Recife export more phosphorus through their roots. The cultivars Venâncio and Água Morna show greater agronomic efficiency when fertilized with 60 kg ha-1 of P2O5. The apparent P recovery efficiency presented the following order: ‘BRS Gema de Ovo’ > ‘Água Morna’ > ‘Venâncio’ > ‘Recife’, with higher indices at the dose of 60 kg ha-1 of P2O5.

Tujuan dari edukasi ini ialah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepeduliam siswa dalam kondisi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah, memberikan solusi melalui edukasi pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, memilih dan membedakan sampah organik dan anorganik serta memanfaatkan olahan sampah tersebut sehingga memiliki nilai ekonomis. Pemberian materi edukasi ini berupa pengertian sampah, jenis-jenis sampah, pentingnya pemilahan sampah untuk dilakukan, manfaat pemilahan sampah serta dampak bila tidak melakukan pemilahan sampah dengan benar. Abstract:

This study was conducted to elucidate the interaction and biotic effect of indigenous microorganisms, especially micro animals and bacteria on prosperity and decay of GEMs (genetically engineered microorganisms). Bacterial interaction means competition for substrate to grow between GEMs and indigenous bacteria, and prey-predator interaction means effect of micro animals on survival of GEMs. So, it is considered that basic part of environmental effects of GEMs will be made clear with analysi of these phenomena. Escherichia coli HB101/pBR325 as GEM, its host strain E. coli HB101, and Bacillus cereus MC as one of dominant species of indigenous bacteria were supplied. As predator the micro animals,Tetrahymena thermophila (ciliata, filter feeder) and Aeolosoma hemprichi (oligochaeta, detritus feeder) were supplied. The results obtained from this study can be concluded as follows: 1) GEMs showed few potentials to beat their host strains in their growth competition; 2) predation of micro animals influenced equally GEMs and their host strains, and these microorganisms, such as bacteria, were expected to decrease in environment; 3) fluculation enabled GEMs to escape from predation of micro animals, but GEMs were not expected to survive long-term because various predator species of micro animals exist in environment; 4) effect of micro animals, especially their predation, on survival of GEMs was so important that more practical research should be conducted; 5) it suggests that the results obtained from this study can be used to establish regular guidelines for environmental release of GEMs such as bioremediation technologies.

Introdução: Com acúmulo subintimal de lipídios e materiais fibroso presentes na DAOP ocorre redução do fluxo sanguíneo e consecutivas anormalidades musculoesqueléticas e nervosas associadas, as quais geram as principais manifestações clinicas dos portadores, como: claudicação intermitente, dor isquêmica em repouso e em ultima estância gangrena que necessita de amputação. Objetivo: verificar as alterações que a doença arterial obstrutiva periférica causa na musculatura dos membros inferiores em coelhos, tendo em vista o melhor entendimento das alterações macroscópicas e microscópicas. Material e método: O estudo é do tipo experimental. Onde foram coletadas as amostras de 18 animais, que foram randomizados em dois grupos: G1 – grupo controle (apenas ração) e G2 (ração mais gema). Seguidamente à eutanásia foi removido parte do musculo sóleo, a partir de uma dissecção da face posterior da pata posterior esquerda.Com as amostras em mãos deu-se início a etapa de preparação das lâminas para análise histológica com fragmentos musculares, seguindo protocolos de rotina laboratorial. Resultado: A análise das lâminas histopatológicas revelou notáveis alterações morfológicas no tecido muscular, caracterizadas pelo aumento das células adiposas e atrofia muscular, além do desarranjo da arquitetura, no grupo alimentado com ração e gema (G2), em comparação com o grupo controle (G1) que recebeu exclusivamente ração. Esses achados destacam claramente os efeitos prejudiciais de uma dieta rica em lipídios na estrutura e função muscular. Conclusão: os resultados das lâminas histopatológicas confirmam o impacto negativo de uma dieta rica em lipídios na estrutura muscular, o que ressalta a importância de investigações adicionais para aprofundar nossa compreensão desses efeitos e seus possíveis desdobramentos clínicos.

Devido à eficácia na prevenção de doenças e promoção da saúde, o consumo de alimentos funcionais e nutracêuticos têm aumentado cada vez mais. Nesse sentido, o ovo se inclui nessa classe de alimentos, pois é uma das fontes mais econômicas de proteína para a dieta humana, possui em sua composição lipídios, vitaminas e minerais de alta qualidade. Os ovos apresentam alto potencial para enriquecimento com ácidos graxos polinsaturados (PUFAs) através da suplementação da dieta de galinhas poedeiras com ingredientes que contenham esse tipo de ácido graxo, resultando no aumento da deposição de ômega-3 na gema dos ovos. A farinha de peixe é um exemplo de ingrediente que pode ser incluído às dietas avícolas, pois possui quantidade considerável de aminoácidos, vitaminas e PUFAs. A inclusão da farinha de peixe em dietas de poedeiras pode melhorar a resposta imune das aves e em humanos, os PUFAs auxiliam na prevenção e tratamento de diversas doenças, diminui níveis de triglicerídeos circulantes e participa da estrutura e função do cérebro. Além da fácil inclusão em dietas de poedeiras, a farinha de peixe promove rápida modificação na composição lipídica da gema do ovo e ajuda no escoamento de resíduos de agroindústrias. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica pela internet de artigos relacionados a inclusão de farinha de peixe na alimentação de poedeiras dos anos 2005 a 2020. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi encontrar pontos positivos que alavanquem o uso desse subproduto em dietas avícolas.

Coloured rice has pigments deposited in the grain pericarp; red rice is the most common type of coloured rice. Red rice is rich in essential nutrients and has been grown and consumed in China for a long time. In this study, we report the genetic characterisation and preliminary molecular mapping of a mutant gene encoding red pericarp in rice (Oryza sativa L.). To analyse the genetic basis of the red pericarp mutant, a reciprocal cross between GER-3 (red pericarp, indica cv.) and 898 (white pericarp, indica cv.) was made. The genetic analysis results confirmed that there was only one dominant gene, temporarily designated Rp (Red pericarp) controlling the segregation of the red pericarp in the F2 population. For the molecular mapping of Rp, an F2 population derived from an inter-subspecific cross between Gene Engineering Rice-3 (GER-3) and C418 (japonica cv., white pericarp) was constructed. The genotype of the pericarp colour of the F2 individuals in the mapping population was validated by progeny testing of the F2:3 families. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers and the bulked segregation analysis (BSA) method were used; Rp was mapped to the short arm of chromosome 7 between the SSR markers RM21182 and RM21268, with a genetic distance of 3.5 and 12.0 cM, respectively. In this paper, the potential origin of the red pericarp mutant gene Rp was also discussed.

Às disputas na cidade, pelo uso e apropriação do espaço urbano em Maceió soma-se a uma pressão sobre o estoque de imóveis e de terras, além de equipamentos públicos, impulsionada pelo deslocamento forçado de mais de 57 mil moradores de cinco bairros da capital, cuja extensão territorial é de cerca de 270 hectares. A desocupação em massa se deve a um processo de subsidência do solo decorrente da desestabilização de cavernas abertas para exploração de sal-gema por uma empresa de mineração. O objetivo deste artigo é discutir o direito à cidade a partir das disputas entre os atingidos, a empresa causadora e mercado imobiliário. Para tanto, foram adotados como procedimentos metodológicos: revisão de literatura, análise de documentos, relatórios técnicos e notícias, bem como análise dos índices de mercado imobiliário e entrevistas. Observa-se assim que os impactos da subsidência do solo reverberam por toda a cidade e região metropolitana e reforçam-se as desigualdades, saí na frente nessa disputa quem tem, novamente, maior poder aquisitivo.

A gravidez ectópica é uma patologia que apresenta imensa gama de manifestações clínicas, com inúmeros fatores de risco e importante índice de complicações. A fisiopatologia é referente a implantação do blastocisto. O quadro clínico mais relatado é relacionado a sangramento vaginal com ou sem sintomas abdominais, porém as características podem ser variáveis por tratar-se de uma implantação embrionária em local errôneo. Nota-se frequente associação a gestações concebidas por fertilização in vitro. Raramente a gravidez ectópica implanta-se na região cornual. O diagnóstico é baseado na visualização de um saco gestacional extrauterino com saco de gema ou embrião, gonadotrofina coriônica sérica positiva e nenhum produto de concepção na aspiração uterina ou visualização na cirurgia. O tratamento está relacionado com a gravidade e os sintomas apresentados pelo individuo. O objetivo do trabalho consiste em relatar um caso de gravidez ectópica cornual rota com idade gestacional avançada, evidenciando o manejo e a forma de tratamento escolhida para a paciente.

O ovo de galinha é uma ótima fonte de nutrientes, pois contém proteínas de Alto Valor Biológico (AVB), ácidos graxos essenciais, vitaminas B12, B3, A e D e os minerais, zinco, magnésio e iodo, além de apresentar menor conteúdo calórico, quando comparado a outras fontes proteicas, sendo de fácil digestão e absorção, prático, de baixo custo, encontrando-se acessível para a população das diferentes classes sociais. Sendo assim, o objetivo do estudo foi caracterizar o ovo e evidenciar os benefícios do consumo desse alimento para a saúde humana através de uma revisão narrativa da literatura. Para tanto, utilizaram-se as bases de dados Periódicos Capes, livros e dissertação do período entre 1995 e 2019. Na estratégia de busca foram definidos os seguintes descritores: ovo de galinha, proteínas do ovo, gema do ovo, qualidade e benefícios, nos idiomas português e inglês. Com base nos resultados obtidos, verificou-se que o consumo de ovo de galinha, traz vários benefícios para a saúde, principalmente, por ser um alimento equilibrado e diversificado em nutrientes o que é importante para relação dieta-saúde. Além disso, tem a capacidade de aumentar a saciedade, promover o ganho de massa muscular e combater o envelhecimento, sendo uma opção econômica e nutritiva para a alimentação.

The tangible heritage of the Kenyan coastal area between Malindi and Mombasa is mainly represented by ruins of urban settlements that date between the 10th and 18th centuries and are central to the formation of the Swahili culture. Very often, these archaeological sites feature contemporary snake parks, with reptiles displayed in Perspex boxes. As a result of suggestions in European and American guidebooks that strongly recommend visits as unforgettable, these sites are mostly visited by foreign tourists. The aim of this paper is to analyse the perception of value of these coastal ruins, to understand how the current inhabitants approach the Swahili past, and with a focus on the relationship between identity and tangible culture. The first sources for this research are tourist guidebooks: how are the ruins presented in the international guides for tourists and in local guides for Kenyan citizens? What differences can we notice? In addition, during a long stay on the coast, we carried out a survey using a questionnaire as a supplementary tool to better understand the perception of the value of ruins among the local communities. The provisional outcomes show that only a small number of local inhabitants have visited the ruins and that, in general, they are not perceived as a fundamental trait of coastal identity. Why do the Mijikenda, the traditional inhabitants of this area, weakly identify themselves with the cultural/historical heritage of the stone towns? Are local societies fostering new connections with ruins and monuments that are present in the territories they inhabit? Is tangible cultural heritage used to support new interpretations of the past?

Abstract:

Objetivou-se, com este trabalho, avaliar o efeito das estações chuvosa e seca no desempenho produtivo e na qualidade dos ovos de codorna no semiárido paraibano. Utilizaram-se 2.400 codornas das linhagens japonesa (Coturnix coturnix japonica) e europeia (Coturnix coturnix coturnix), com 60 dias de idade no início e 150 dias ao final. Utilizou-se o delineamento inteiramente casualizado, esquema fatorial 2 x 2 x 3 correspondendo às duas linhagens, duas estações e três meses, com 12 repetições. Mensurou-se a temperatura ambiente, umidade relativa do ar, velocidade do vento, carga térmica radiante e o índice de temperatura de globo negro e umidade, durante 24 h por dia e se avaliaram o consumo de ração, produção de ovos, conversão alimentar por massa e por dúzia de ovos. Para qualificação do ovo foram mensuradas as variáveis: peso do ovo, peso do albúmen, peso da gema, peso da casca e espessura da casca. O desempenho produtivo das aves foi melhor na estação chuvosa quando foram registrados os melhores índices de conforto térmico e as aves da linhagem japonesa foram mais eficientes quanto às características quantitativas dos ovos do que a europeia.

Helikopter uçuşlarında baskın ve gizliliğin ön planda tutulduğu planlamalarda geceden faydalanma önem kazanmakta ve geceyi avantaja çevirme konusunda gece görüş sistemleri önemli rol oynamaktadır. Gece uçuşlarının icra edildiği zaman aralığı ve ilave takılan teçhizat, yorgunluğa; yorgunlukta havacılık anlamında, dikkat azalmasına, konsantrasyon güçlüğüne ve hatalı karar verme gibi sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmayla, gece icra edilen uçuşlarda, fazladan takılan uçuş teçhizatının yarattığı bazı kısıtların iyileştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Literatürden faydalanmak suretiyle gece görüş gözlüklerine ait özelliklerin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla anket oluşturulmuştur. İlgili firmalardan temin edilen farklı fosfor tiplerinde (beyaz ve yeşil) gece görüş gözlükleri ile uçuş icra edilmiştir. Pilotlardan, anket yöntemiyle, her tip gece görüş gözlüğüne ait, derinlik algısı, kontrast hassasiyeti, mesafe tahmini hassasiyeti, hale etkisi, beden yorgunluğu, boyun ağrısı şiddeti ve göz yorgunluğunu şiddetinin belirtilmesi istenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmada, pilotların farklı tipte gece görüş gözlüğü kullanılarak icra ettiği uçuşlarda bilişsel yorgunluğun tespiti ve bu durumun sonuçlarının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Mesafe tahmini, derinlik algısı gibi hususlarda, beyaz fosforlu gece görüş gözlüğünün, yeşil fosforlu gece görüş gözlüğüne göre daha iyi sonuçlar vermiş olsa da, farklı ay durumu, farklı çevresel uçuş ortamları (karla örtülü arazi, sık orman gibi) ve farklı görev tiplerinde, daha uzun süre uçularak denenmesinin uygun olacağı değerlendirilmektedir.

Bu arada deniz araçlarında bulunan gemi adamlarının özel görüşmelerinin de sağlıklı şekilde yapılması, yine deniz aracının sevk ve idaresi açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Son yıllarda haberleşme teknolojilerinde ve bilişim sektöründe temin edilen olumlu gelişmeler, bu konuda pek çok alternatif haberleşme şeklini gemi yönetimlerinin ve gemi adamlarının kullanımına sunmuştur. Yeni nesil mobil iletişim teknolojileri olarak da tanımlanan söz konusu haberleşme sistemlerinin teknik yapısı, gemilerdeki zorunlu haberleşme sistemleri gibi kablosuz teknolojilere dayanmaktadır. Nesiller olarak da tanımlanan bu sistemler halen güncel yaşantımızda bireysel ve kurumsal olarak pek çok iletişim kolaylığı temin etmektedir. Bu sistemlerin gemilerdeki zorunlu telsiz sistemlerine ilave olarak, gemi kara arasındaki haberleşmede hangi koşullarda kullanılacağının bilinmesi gemi yönetimleri ve gemi adamları için önemli bir haberleşme aracı olacaktır. Bu nedenle başta beşinci nesil mobil iletişim teknolojileri olmak üzere söz konusu yeni mobil iletişim sistemlerinin imkan ve kabiliyetlerinin bilinmesi, bu sistemlerin gemilerde farklı amaçlarda ve etkin olarak kullanımı açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Otonom gemilerin uzaktan kontrol durumunda gemi üzerinde bulunmadan gemiyi uzaktan kontrol edecek olan kişilerin gemi insanı olarak kabul edilip edilemeyeceği, eğer gemi insanı olarak kabul edilecekler ise nasıl tanımlanabilecekleri, bu kişilerin hangi eğitim ve sertifikalandırılmalara tabi olmaları gerektiği, ayrıca uzak kontrol merkezlerinde çalışacak kişilerin uluslararası sefer yapacak gemilerin sevk ve idaresini yapacaklarından ötürü bu kişilerin tanımlarına, eğitim ve yeterlik şartlarına uluslararası standart getirilme ihtiyacı bulunup bulunmadığı konuları araştırmanın ana problemi olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, otonom gemilerin uzaktan kontrol merkezlerinde çalışması muhtemel gemi insanlarının durumunun STCW-Gemiadamlarının Eğitim, Belgelendirme ve Vardiya Standartları Hakkında Uluslararası Sözleşmesi (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Convention) kapsamında incelenmesidir. Sonuç olarak, STCW’ nin uzak kontrol merkezlerinde çalışması muhtemel gemi insanlarının eğitim, belgelendirme ve standardizasyonunu tam olarak karşılayamadığı, tanım eksiklikleri içerdiği, otonom gemilerin uzaktan kontrolü bağlamında yeni bir sözleşme ihtiyacı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu kişiler için yeni bir tanım önerisi sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın bu yönüyle literatüre önemli bir katkı sunacağı düşünülmektedir. Bununla beraber geleceğin denizcilik eğitimleri ile ilgili tespitler yapılarak öneriler sunulmuştur.

Abstract:

Background: Enterococcus faecalis has been found to be related to periodontitis and secondary endodontic infections. In this study, we aimed to study samples of E. faecalis to determine their incidence and virulence in Jordanian patients. Methods: A total of 167 samples were collected from patients with periodontitis and secondary endodontic infections. The Kirby-Bauer method was used to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility. Biofilm formation was studied using the microtiter plate assay and congo red agar assay. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the presence of E. faecalis virulence genes, namely; asa1, gelE, cylA, esp, hyl, efaA, and ace. Gelatinase and cytolysin activity were also tested using phenotypic methods. Results: Twenty-three (13.8%) samples were positive for E. faecalis. The highest resistance rates were observed against ampicillin (87%), followed by penicillin (82.6%), and erythromycin (60.9%). The highest susceptibility was for levofloxacin (100%), followed by gentamycin and chloramphenicol, each with 95.7%. Most isolates were able to produce biofilm (78.3%). Gelatinase and cytolysin activity were detected in 21.7% and 56.5% of isolates, respectively. efaA was significantly associated with asa1 and gelE (P < 0.05), and esp was significantly associated with cylA, gelE, ace, efaA and asa1 ( P < 0.05). In addition, the gelE. gene was significantly associated with gelatinase production (P < 0.01). Conclusion: In conclusion, we have shown that E. faecalis is involved with periodontal disease and secondary root canal infection with several virulence genes detected. Clinical Relevance: Around 13% of the periodontitis and secondary root canal infection patients were positive for E. faecalis and isolates were resistant to commonly used antibiotics.

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, gebe kadınlarda konjenital infeksiyon etkenlerinden TORCH Grubunun seropozitifliğinin araştırılması amaçlandı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya 2020-11/2022 yılları arasında başvuran 20-46 yaşları arasındaki 1000 gebe dahil edildi. Retrospektif olarak incelendi. Testler ELISA yöntemiyle çalışıldı. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan 1000 gebe yaş ortalaması 28,07± 5,9 olup en küçüğü 20, en büyüğü ise 46 yaşındaydı. Gebelerin ortalama gebelik haftası 13,35±9,2 hf idi. Toplam 1000 gebenin 1000‘inde (%100) Anti HIV antikoru negatifti. 1000 gebenin 991 ‘inde (%99,1) HBsAg negatif, 9’unda (%0,9) pozitifti. 27 gebenin (%100) Anti CMV IgG değeri pozitifti. 43 gebenin 7 ‘sinde (%16,3) Anti Rubella IgG negatif, 36’sında (%83,7) pozitifti. 314 gebenin 312 ‘inde (% 99,36) Anti Toxoplazma IgM negatif, 2’sinde (%0,6) pozitifti. Sonuç: Gebelerde Rubella- IgG, CMV-IgG seropozitiflik oranları ile HBsAg pozitifliği oranları Türkiye verileri ile benzer olduğu saptandı. AntiHBs antikor oranının yüksek, Anti Toxoplazma IgG pozitiflik oranının (%17,1) ise Türkiye ortalamasından daha düşük olduğu saptandı. Gebelerin aşıyla önlenebilen Hepatit B , Rubella infeksiyon etkenleri için, seronegatif gebelerin uygun zamanda aşılanması gerekir. Ayrıca, T.gondii bulaş yolları gebelere anlatılarak, gelişebilecek yenidoğan mortalite ve morbidite oranlarını azaltacağı görüşündeyiz. Bu çalışmada, deprem nedeniyle hasar oluşma tehlikesi bulunan yapılar üzerinde oluşabilecek titreşim kaynaklı zararların belirlenebilmesi amacıyla mikrotremor ölçümleri alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, hem karayolu hem de hafif raylı sistem trafiğinin yoğun olduğu İzmir İli, Bornova İlçesinde bulunan Bornova viyadüğü boyunca viyadük ayaklarında 13 farklı noktada ölçümler alınmıştır. Veriler, trafiğin yoğun olduğu gündüz saatlerinde ve sakin olduğu gece saatlerinde iki kez kaydedilmiştir. Alınan ölçümler değerlendirilerek, trafik kaynaklı titreşimlerin hem frekans spektrumu hem de H/V yöntemi ile gündüz ve gece ölçümleri arasındaki farklar incelenmiştir. Viyadükle aynı zemin özelliklerine sahip olan Ege Üniversitesi Merkez Yerleşkesi içinde çeşitli noktalarda alınan mikrotremor ölçümleri kullanılarak, zemin etkisi giderilmiş ve sadece yapının etkisi ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca belirlenen baskın frekansların çevre binalar üzerindeki olası etkisi de belirlenmiştir. Trafiğin yoğun olması ve bölgede bulunan metro hattının aktif olması nedeniyle gündüz ölçümlerinden elde edilen frekansların, gece ölçümlerinden elde edilen frekanslara göre daha düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Amaç: Bu çalışma, gebelik döneminde kadınların cinsel yaşam kalitesi ile mutluluk düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışmaya; Esenler bölgesindeki Aile Sağlığı Merkezi'ne kayıtlı gebe kadınlar arasından, amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen 177 gebe kadın dahil edilmiştir. Verilerin toplanmasında; “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın (CYKÖ-K)” ve “Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeği Kısa Formu (OMÖ-K)” kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiş, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel teknikler kullanılmış ve değişkenlerin karşılaştırılmasında regresyon ve pearson korelasyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Gebe kadınların yaş ortalaması 29,70 ± 5,61 olarak belirlenmiştir ve gebelik dönemi cinsel ilişki sıklığının haftalık ortalaması 3,23 ± 0,71'dir. Katılımcıların %43,9'u işsizdir, %67,2'si gelir-gider düzeyi ortadır ve %56,1'i üniversite eğitimi almıştır. Regresyon analizi sonuçları, gebelerde cinsel yaşam kalitesinin artması mutluluk düzeyinin de arttığını göstermektedir (p<0,000). CYKÖ-K (Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği) puan ortalaması,63,75±13,010 olarak, OMÖ (Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeği) puan ortalaması, 24,78±5,11 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Çalışma da gebelerin cinsel yaşam kalitesi ile mutluluk düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki, pozitif yönde ve zayıf düzeyde bulunmuştur.

Gemilerin çoğunda elektrik enerjisi ihtiyacı dizel jeneratör grupları ile karşılanmaktadır. Gemilerin türüne ve kapasitesine bağlı olarak gemilerde farklı sayılarda ve farklı kapasitelerde jeneratör grupları bulunabilir. Gemilerde elektrik enerjisi ihtiyacının birden fazla jeneratör ile karşılanması durumunda diğer jeneratörün senkronize bir şekilde devreye alınması gerekmektedir. Bu süreç hem otomatik hem de manuel olarak yürütülebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, bir gemide iki jeneratörün senkronizasyon süreci Matlab/Simulink programında bir benzetim çalışması yapılarak incelenmiştir. Sonrasında, senkronizasyon sürecinde jeneratör baralarındaki elektriksel parametrelerin değişimleri yorumlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile özellikle gemi personelinin senkronizasyon süreci hakkında teorik bilgi edinmesi ve literatüre gemi elektriği alanında katkı sunulması amaçlanmıştır.
