Abstract:

A tanulmány a generátor állórészek belső alakhibájának vizsgálatával foglalkozik, melyet magas és alacsony hőmérsékleten való tesztelési eljárás idéz elő. Ez a fajta meghibásodás befolyásolhatja a generátorok megfelelő működését, mivel a generátor egy másik alkatrészének, a rotornak a forgása során rezgések léphetnek fel. Kijelenthető, hogy ennek a hibának a hatása csökkenti a generátor teljesítményét. A publikáció célja annak vizsgálata, hogy a különböző tesztelési paraméterek úgy, mint hőmérséklet, tesztelési idő, az állórész el van-e látva rezgéscsillapító gyűrűvel vagy sem, milyen hatással bírnak. A kísérlet megtervezéséhez és végrehajtásához a teljes faktoriális kísérlettervezés módszerét alkalmaztuk. Az egyes elemek hengerességének mérése Taylor Hobson Talyrond 365 gyártmányú köralak- és helyzethiba-mérőberendezésen valósult meg. A mért adatokból speciális viszonyszámokat alkottam, annak érdekében, hogy meghatározzam azt a paramétertartományt, mely a legnagyobb mértékű deformációt okozza.

Abstract:

Online technologies are currently the most dynamically developing industry, both in product creation and promotion. The study focuses on their incorporation into the SME (small and medium enterprises) segment, which comprises the most economically stable element of any European economy. This paper aims to identify and evaluate dependency in the area of online technologies and promotion tools use in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) related to company age and export involvement. Most research on SMEs focuses on external influences and factors, while this article reflects the internal environment of business entities, which is the source of this study’s originality. The hypotheses were validated by an empirical study of a sample of 743 respondents (companies and entrepreneurs, including family businesses). The research method was a combination of CATI and CASI, and the research tool was a structured questionnaire. To analyze the survey results, the Chi-square test of independence was applied. The key finding was validation of the dependence between the use of the online tools for manufacturing and promotion and the export focus of companies. Companies operating on foreign markets use a wider range of online tools for their business than companies focused on the domestic market. On the other hand, the presumed significant differences in the use of online tools between young businesses and companies long-term established on the market were not confirmed. Abstract:

Shrnutí Příspěvek se zabývá využitím výsledků vícezónových modelů v simulacích oběhů čtyřtaktních zážehových motorů. Popsány jsou základní principy vícezónových modelů. Inverzní forma modelu byla využita k získání požadovaných výstupů, založených na dostupných geometrických a experimentálních datech. V příspěvku je nastíněn potenciál vícezónových modelů propojených s parametrickým generátorem geometrie spalovacího prostoru. Výsledky simulací oběhů zážehového motoru získané pomocí detailního 1-D modelu, který využívá výsledky zónových modelů, jsou porovnávány s experimentálními daty.

Abstract:

Jelen cikk célja, hogy bemutassa az anyagtudomány területén elért egyik ígéretes eredmény alkalmazhatóságát a gépészet egy területén, az új generációs erőművek egyik problémájának lehetséges megoldásában. A cikk áttekinti a villamos energia előállításának hatásfoknövelése érdekében folytatott kutatások egyik ígéretes területének, a szuperkritikus szén-dioxid munkaközegű erőművi körfolyamatok jellegzetességeit, valamint az ilyen erőművekben alkalmazható, nagy forgássebességű generátorok tulajdonságait. Az amorf szerkezetű anyagok alkalmazhatósága nagy forgássebességű villamos gépek építésére megoldhatja az ilyen gépek hatásfokbeli problémáját, teret engedve az új generációs erőművekben történő alkalmazásnak.

Abstract The compact neutron generator MP320 (Thermo Scientific Inc.) operating on the principle of a deuterium-tritium reaction was tested before its planned application as the neutron source for the purpose of Fast Neutron Activation Analysis applications. Plates made from Al, Fe, Sn and Si were irradiated by a 14 MeV neutron beam and typical neutron induced reactions were identified.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of plasma generators. Specificantlly, the work focuses on the design of HMI devices for plasma generators, including the design of the control part of the generator. The main advantage of controlling the plasma generator using an HMI device is the ability to quickly change important parameters. The HMI device allows convenient switching of the generator output frequency without the need to interfere with the wiring, which leads to higher efficiency when working with the plasma generator. Another advantage of the HMI device is the display of all important information on the LCD display. The work deals with the basic theory of plasma and its use, the division of microcontrollers and the description of their peripherals, the selection of components used and their wiring. The last part of the work is devoted to the software of the plasma generator.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis deals about the one possibility of distortion measuring in TV devices and distributions. The main objectives are analysis of special measuring signals sin220T and sin22T, means of precision assesments and design possibilities. Next point is proposal and after that draft of generator circuit. It will consist analog a digital section of processing measuring signals. Pulse sin22T is generated by digital decoder CPLD, trigged by “hardware” quartz oscilator 60MHz. Low-frequency component of signal sin220T have identical form like sin22T, diference is only in clocking by 10MHz assured by “software”frequency divider. High-frequency component of pulse is gained like product of AM modulation, that the modulation signal is low-frequency sin220T and harmonic carrier with frequency 4,433619MHz. Ocilator with automatic gain control (AGC) and quartz feed-back generates absolute accuracy oscillation (precision 10-6). Finaly this parts are summing in operation amplifier. Detailed analysis, draft and layout of PCB (Printed Circuid Board) is reffered – to diploma thesis.

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty společnosti T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. pro případ prodeje zatím neznámému investorovi. Ocenění je provedeno pomocí metody DCF entity a metody tržního porovnání. Posouzení relevantního trhu a stanovení tempa růstu tržeb je součástí strategické analýzy. Podrobný přehled minulého vývoje je zaznamenám ve finanční analýze, která poskytuje informace také pro vyčíslení generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu. V závěrečném ocenění je stanovena výsledná hodnota.

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením tržní hodnoty společnosti Caterpillar Financial Services ČR, s.r.o. pro případ jejího prodeje potenciálnímu investorovi. Ocenění je provedeno metodou EVA entity a na základě majetkového ocenění. V části strategické analýzy je vymezen relevantní trh a stanoven odhad tržního podílu, růstu obchodů a tržeb společnosti. Finanční analýza zde potvrdila předpoklad věčného trvání podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností v části strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy a generátorů hodnoty byl stanoven finanční plán. V závěrečném ocenění byla vyčíslena hodnota výnosového ocenění společnosti na 498 900 000 Kč.

Cílem práce je manažerské ocenění společnosti Polabské mlékárny a. s. jako celku a ocenění vlastního kapitálu společnosti. Pro tyto účely byla provedena detailní analýza makroprostředí ČR a analýza mlékárenského trhu. Po zpracování především finanční analýzy společnosti a porovnáním výsledků z konkurenty byly odhaleny silné i slabé stránky společnosti a odhadnut její potenciál. Pro stanovení hodnoty podniku byla použita výnosová metoda volného peněžního toku do firmy v dvoufázové variantě.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is the appraisal of the A. R. Okenní technika spol. s r.o., as of 1. 1. 2010. The thesis is comprised of four main parts. Financial analysis is aimed at examining the company's financial health. Strategic analysis defines and evaluates the relevant market in which the company operates and it also quantifies the potential of the company to succeed. Executing both analyses provides the answer about whether the company fulfills the going concern requirement. The third portion assesses the main figures which determine the value of the company. Based upon these assessments a financial plan is constructed. In the final part, the company is appraised by using two methods -- DCF Entity method and market comparison method.
