Abstract:
The study of genetic variation in populations is of great interest for the study of the evolutionary history of humans and other species. Improvement in sequencing technology has resulted in the availability of many large datasets of genetic data. Computational methods have therefore become quite important in analyzing these data. Two important problems that have been studied using genetic data are population stratification (modeling individual ancestry with respect to ancestral populations) and genetic association (finding genetic polymorphisms that affect a trait). When we execute PPC planning, how to use the shortest time to decide the most suitable part suppliers which becomes the serious lessons that enterprises focus on. Many exstended issues by PPC also become the major issue faced by various enterprises. Therefore, we first lists parts through Bill Of Material(BOM) in order to assess the assembling relationship of various parts. Then we get

碩士
國立臺灣大學
工業工程學研究所
94
This paper presents two supply chain design problems: 1) a factory location setting and factory selection problem, and 2) a factory location setting and factory/supplier selection problem. The first problem involves a number of location fixed retailers choosing a factory to supply their demands and a number of factories whose locations are to be determined. The goal is to minimize the sum of transportation and manufacturing costs. In the second problem, the raw material procurement cost is additively added, since a number of material suppliers are involved and

The main difference between microarray and traditional methods is that microarray can measure thousands of genes at the same time. In the past, researchers always used parametric statistical methods to find the significant genes. However, microarray data often cannot obey some assumptions of parametric statistical methods, and type I error would be over expanded while each gene was tested for significance. Therefore, this research was expected to find a variable selecti

Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan (ITRT) has already developed the technology in solar energy selective absorption film continuous sputtering process. The institute established the first Roll-to-Roll continuous sputtering process machine in Taiwan based on the batch sputtering process technology. ITRT attempts to combine the technology and the industrial engineering knowledge to optimize manufacturi
