La gestión de inventarios es un tema importante en el entorno empresarial, ya que su gestión ineficiente causaría innumerables pérdidas a la empresa. Cabe señalar que la gestión de inventarios puede variar según el modelo de negocio adoptado. En este sentido, con la evolución de la tecnología, un modelo de negocio para la venta de productos que es muy utilizado en la actualidad fue el comercio electrónico. Con este movimiento surge una pregunta sobre cómo las empresas de comercio electrónico utilizan la gestión de inventarios, y para responder a esta pregunta, la investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar en la literatura la evolución del comercio electrónico y los tipos de gestión de inventarios adecuados para este modelo de negocio. Así, este artículo tiene como objetivo general presentar los principales impactos de la gestión de stock en el comercio electrónico. En cuanto a los específicos, consiste en describir el proceso logístico integrado; presentar el transporte multimodal y establecer relaciones entre la logística integrada y el transporte multimodal. La metodología utilizada fue una revisión de la literatura y tiene un enfoque de investigación cualitativa. Los resultados demuestran que la logística del comercio electrónico requiere rapidez, sistemas capaces de entregar pequeñas cargas, procesamiento de pedidos en tiempo real, stocks centralizados, organizados y controlados, presencia de un tecnólogo en los centros de distribución que permita el movimiento de stocks; repartidores capacitados; adopción de alternativas como asociaciones de redes logísticas y / o compartir parcialmente sus redes.

ResumoVisando reduzir os custos com materiais parados, as organizações necessitam gerenciar seus estoques, buscando as melhores ferramentas para ter o produto correto, no local e horário certo. O objetivo deste trabalho consiste em analisar a utilização de ferramentas de gestão de estoques em uma administradora de cartão de crédito como fator indispensável para a execução das atividades gerenciais. Quanto aos métodos foi utilizada a entrevista padronizada, para obtenção de dados, no setor estoque de uma empresa administradora de cartão de crédito em Imperatriz/MA, buscando identificar os meios utilizados no gerenciamento do seu estoque. Os resultados evidenciam que a empresa faz uso de software para gerir seu estoque. Conclui-se que a organização prima pela quantidade certa no estoque, possibilitando-a obter resultados positivos através do suporte de profissionais capacitados. Palavras-chave: Administração. The objective of this work is to analyze the use of inventory management tools in a credit card company as an indispensable factor for the management activities execution. As for the methods, a standardized interview was used to obtain data in the stock sector of a credit card management company in Imperatriz / MA, seeking to identify the means used in the stock management. The results show that the company makes use of software to manage its inventory. It is concluded that an organization strives for the right quantity in the stock, enabling it to obtain positive results through the support of trained professionals. Keywords: Administration. Objetivo. Demostrar como la Tecnología de la Información, por medio de planillas electrónicas, puede optimizar la gestión de las propiedades rurales, específicamente en el sector de la agricultura familiar. Método. Fue realizada una revisión de literatura sobre el posible uso de las Tecnologías de la Información en el contexto de la agricultura familiar, y un análisis mediante el referencial teórico propuesto por la informática comunitaria de acción, disponibles a través del projecto Competências Digitais para Agricultura Familiar - CoDAF, en especial mediante la planilla “Control de Stock de Insumos”, que fue estructurada en base a la información obtenida a partir de la interacción con los productores rurales, identificando así las necesidades de estos en relación a la gestión de la propiedad rural. Resultados. Como resultado de esta acción, se presenta la descripción de la planilla de “Control de Stocks de Insumos” y se señala como la Tecnología de la Información puede contribuir para minimizar los desperdícios en el contexto del control de stock, proporcionando, así, la minimización de los costes y aumento en la eficiencia en el proceso. Conclusiones. Aunque el productor rural encuentre barreras en el acceso a las tecnologías más avanzadas y softwares específicos, el uso de planillas se presenta como una opción viable, pues, principalmente por medio de versiones open source se hizo accesible y podría contribuir para el mejoramiento de las actividades rurales, principalmente para el agricultor familiar, contribuyendo en la reducción de la asimetría informacional.

O gerenciamento de materiais é um dos fatores fundamentais que auxiliam na competitividade das organizações. Este gerenciamento pode trazer grandes benefícios relacionados à diminuição de custos e aumento nos lucros. O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar e propor um plano de gerenciamento de estoques em uma fábrica de urnas funerárias em Vitória da Conquista-BA. Por meio de uma pesquisa descritiva com aspectos quantitativos e qualitativos, houve a criação de indicadores e realização de entrevista para compreender as consequências da ausência de gestão de materiais para a organização. Como resultado, foi constatado que houve compras com base no senso comum, as quais geraram excessos de determinados produtos e faltas de outros, prejudicando assim, as operações produtivas e financeiras da empresa. Com isso, as ferramentas de gestão de estoque auxiliam na tomada de decisão, tanto de compra, quanto de manutenção dos materiais analisados, de modo a identificar a funcionalidade do modelo e sua importância para a gestão de estoques na redução de falhas nos métodos de suprimentos. This management can bring great benefits related to lower costs and increased profits. This study aims to analyze and propose an inventory management plan in a funerary urns factory in Vitória da Conquista-BA. Through a descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative aspects, indicators were created and an interview was conducted to understand the consequences of the lack of material management for the organization. As a result, it was found that there were purchases based on common sense, which generated excesses of certain products and shortages of others, thus harming the company's productive and financial operations. With this, the inventory management tools assist in decision making, both of purchase and maintenance of the analyzed materials, in order to identify the model's functionality and its importance for inventory management in the reduction of failures in supply methods. This paper presents a literature review of the use of the Just in Time methodology as a competitive differential in companies that seek to control and manage their stocks using this tool. The Just in Time philosophy has undergone several changes throughout its development process by Toyota Motor Company. The first concept was to increase profits. To do so would have to increase the selling price. Thinking about market competitiveness this reasoning would not hold for long and was soon rethought to something more logical and that could please customers in business. Coming to the conclusion that minimizing costs would increase profits. The first surveys pointed the direction from where to begin modifications in the production process, which would be in improving the flow. From this observation began the Just in Time production system that proposes: zero inventory, reduced process time, quality, production on demand, eliminate losses and defects, automate processes and identify standardized operations. The objective research goes through book searches referring to inventory management, materials management, production planning and control among others described in the references. Atualmente, o processo de negócio Gestão da Demanda tem sido muito discutido, pelo fato de ser o responsável pela coordenação entre a produção e o mercado, principalmente em empresas do tipo Make-to-Stock. Além disso, a implementação de novos sistemas computacionais tem ocorrido, de maneira a suportar o grande número de atividades de negócio. Porém, até o momento, a real aplicabilidade das funcionalidades dos sistemas ERP e CRM no suporte ao processo de negócio Gestão da Demanda não está clara. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho apresenta uma análise da aplicabilidade de um sistema ERP e um sistema CRM no suporte ao processo de Gestão da Demanda, em ambientes de produção Make-to-Stock. A análise foi feita a partir de um estudo exploratório sobre as funcionalidades dos sistemas e as atividades descritas por um modelo de referência do processo de negócio.

Mestrado em Métodos Quantitativos para a Decisão Económica e Empresarial<br>Num momento em que a concorrência e a evolução dos mercados são cada vez maiores, servir bem o cliente é cada vez mais importante. Assim, este trabalho baseia-se na aplicação de um modelo de gestão de stocks à Norparts, uma empresa do grupo Create Business.
A Norparts, bem como todo o grupo, está ligada ao ramo automóvel, mais especificamente à comercialização de peças automóveis. A empresa tem cerca de 65 colaboradores, distribuídos por três armazéns, nas mais variadas funções. Estes armazéns localizam-se em Lisboa, Porto e Braga.
Com o objetivo de aplicar um modelo de gestão de stocks, começou-se por estudar a análise ABC, já utilizada pela empresa, de modo a melhor adequar a metodologia ao trabalho desejado. Após esta tarefa, obtiveram-se resultados com um modelo de gestão de stocks estocástico e dados recolhidos ao longo do estágio realizado na empresa. O modelo foi aplicado não a todos os produtos comercializados pela empresa, mas apenas a alguns produtos específicos de acordo com os testes realizados acerca da distribuição da procura.
Determinou-se a quantidade a encomendar, o stock de segurança e o ponto de encomenda, valores necessários para a redução de custos de armazenamento, evitando produtos desnecessariamente armazenados.
Por fim, construiu-se uma ferramenta em Microsoft Excel, através do VBA. Esta ferramenta tem várias funcionalidades, entre elas o cálculo da quantidade a encomendar, do stock de segurança e do ponto de encomenda.<br>In our days competition and evolution are increasing day by day, so the duty to serve well the customer is more important than ever. Thus, this work will be based on the application of a stock management model to Norparts, a company which belongs to Create Business group.
Like all the group, Norparts is attached to the commercialization of automotive parts. This company has about 65 workers divided into three warehouses, in the most varied functions. These three warehouses are in Lisboa, Porto and Braga.
With the aim to apply a stock management model, we started by studying the ABC analysis, already used by the company, to adapt the methodology to the desired job. After this task, we apply a stochastic stock management model to the data collected during the internship at Norparts. The chosen model was applied only to some specific products.
The order quantity, the safety stock, and the order point were necessary to storage cost reduction on unnecessarily stored products.
Finally, a software in Microsoft Excel using VBA was created. This software has several features namely the calculation of the order quantity, the safety stock and the order point.<br>info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion

Tem como objetivo principal a análise do stock global da empresa e encontrar possíveis oportunidades de melhoria na sua gestão. Considerando a filosofia da Amorim Revestimentos, a produção de produtos acabados é guiada pela política make to order, um dos objetivos é analisar as razões de existências de stock e como será possível minimizá-las. Neste relatório foi desenvolvida uma revisão bibliográfica para contextualizar o que foi encontrado e discutido durante o estágio. Seguindo-se de uma introdução da empresa e a apresentação da sua situação inicial. Por último são apresentados os métodos usados, bem como o a situação final dos stocks globais após o final do projeto e algumas oportunidades de melhoria futuras.<br>This report pretend to describe a project that took place in AR during the internship for 8 months. The main goal is to analyze the global stock of the company and find opportunities to improve their management. Considering the scope of Amorim Revestimentos manufacture, the actual policy for finish products is make to order. One of the objectives is to analyze the reasons to have stock and how can be possible minimize it. On this report, it was developed a bibliographic review to contextualize what it was found and discussed during this internship. Furthermore, it is possible to find an introduction to the company and last but not the least the project itself where it is possible to find before and after situations and some considerations for the future.

A prática de uma boa gestão de stocks é cada vez mais importante para qualquer organização, seja esta privada ou pública. Com as consecutivas limitações financeiras impostas ao Exército, e que hoje em dia se agudizaram, de forma compreensiva, importa adoptar práticas que reduzam cada vez mais os custos, sem que a missão que lhe é destinada seja afectada de forma comprometedora.
Assim, com este trabalho procura-se entender a estrutura logística do Exército Português, de forma a concluir, se esta permite uma gestão de stocks adequada, ou na eventualidade de possuir lacunas, possibilite intervenções no sentido do seu melhoramento. Pretende-se ao mesmo tempo aferir como as decisões são tomadas no que respeita à constituição de stocks, quais as premissas em que se baseiam e se são as mais indicadas. Esta investigação está dividida em duas partes distintas. Na primeira é feito um enquadramento teórico, essencial para compreender os conceitos actuais da área em estudo. Aborda-se, especificamente, a logística empresarial e do Exército Português e ainda todos os conceitos essenciais para a investigação relacionados com a gestão de stocks e métodos de previsão. Na segunda, procede-se à elaboração do trabalho de campo, à análise e discussão dos resultados obtidos, terminando com as conclusões e recomendações.
Para a realização da primeira parte, foi utilizada a análise documental e a observação directa. Quanto à segunda, foi utilizada a metodologia baseada em inquéritos por entrevista, análise documental e análise estatística.
Como resultado da investigação efectuada chegou-se à conclusão, que é possível optimizar em várias áreas a gestão de stocks no DGME, apontando como as principais, o planeamento e integração da cadeia logística, e a partilha de uma linguagem c omum entre todos os intervenientes.<br>Abstract The practice of good stock management is increasingly important for any organization, whether private or public. As the financial constraints imposed o n the Army, are being intensified, it is important to adopt practices that reduce costs, without affecting its mission.
Thus, this work seeks to study the logistics of the Portuguese Army, in order to understand if it uses proper stock management, or in the event of having gaps, allows their improvement. It is intended to simultaneously assess how decisions are taken regarding the constitution of stocks, which are based on the most suitable assumptions.
This research is divided into two distinct parts. The first is a theoretical framework, essential to understand the current concepts of the study area. It addresses itself specifically to business logistics and the Portuguese Army as well as all essential concepts for r esearch related to inventory management and forecasting methods. In the second, the procedure is the preparation of the fieldwork, analysis and discussion of results, ending with conclusions and recommendations.
For the accomplishment of the first part, direct observation was used and document analysis. The second, the methodology was based on interview surveys, document analysis and statistical analysis. As a result of this research, it is possible to conclude that stock management of DGME can be optimized in several areas, such as planning, logistics pipeline integration and sharing a common understanding among all participants.

Mestrado em Ciências Empresariais<br>Atualmente, a gestão de stocks é uma das temáticas mais importantes numa organização, no entanto, é também onde são despendidos mais recursos financeiros, e por isso torna-se cada vez mais importante que exista uma redução dos mesmos. Este projeto foca-se exatamente nessa questão e demonstra quais os modelos de gestão de stocks académicos que existem, e como os mesmos podem melhorar nesta redução de gastos. Foi realizado um estudo numa empresa real, e foi feita uma análise ABC que consiste numa classificação dos artigos divididos por três classes que representam os artigos com maior e menor valor monetário. Foi também utilizado o modelo de gestão de stocks da Quantidade Económica de Encomenda que aponta quando é que uma encomenda deve ser encomendada, e qual a quantidade da mesma para que não exista rutura de stock, e seja possível satisfazer a procura anual. Após a aplicação deste método e ao analisar os resultados foi possível verificar que na empresa em estudo haveria uma redução de custos em cerca de 25,2% relativamente aos custos totais de 2016.<br>Currently, the stock management is one of the most important themes in an organization, however, is also where is spent more money and so it becomes increasingly important to have a reduction of that expenses. This project focuses exactly on this issue and show which academic models of stock management that exist and how they can improve in this cost-cutting. This study was made in a real company and we choose the ABC classification, which consists in a classification of articles divided by three classes that represent articles with greater and lesser monetary value. It was also used the model of stock management of the Economic Ordering Quantity that tell us when and how much a package must be ordered so there is no stock break, and to be possible to satisfy the annual demand. After the application of this method and the analysis of the results it was possible to verify that the company in study would have a reduction in costs approximately in 25,2% comparing with the total of costs of 2016.<br>info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion

Mestrado em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial<br>O presente relatório resulta do desenvolvimento de um projecto que teve lugar na empresa Ferneto – Máquinas e Artigos para a Indústria Alimentar, SA.
Os principais objectivos do trabalho realizado foram a correcta identificação e codificação de todos os materiais e dos respectivos produtos onde se inserem, com vista à criação de árvores de produto devidamente estruturadas, as quais se pretende viessem a tornar-se uma base de informação fidedigna do material utilizado. Com a introdução no sistema de informação da empresa destas árvores, e com o maior controlo de stocks que daí advém, definiram-se políticas de gestão de stocks.
A metodologia adoptada para alcançar os objectivos propostos passou pela pesquisa bibliográfica, recolha de dados e de informação relevante, análise da informação com o recurso a técnicas estatísticas, nomeadamente a análise
ABC, para, com base nesta e noutras análises que se mostraram relevantes, definir um conjunto de políticas de gestão de stocks, condizentes com os
resultados obtidos.
Assim, foram classificados todos os artigos do armazém de material eléctrico nos tipos A, B ou C sendo também determinada a respectiva Quantidade Económica de Encomenda dos artigos do tipo A. Como principais resultados obtiveram-se ainda os valores críticos dos stocks: Stock de Segurança, Stock Mínimo, Stock Máximo e Ponto de Encomenda.
ABSTRACT: The following report is the result of the development of a project carried out in the company Ferneto – Máquinas e Artigos para a Indústria Alimentar, SA.
The main objectives of this study were the identification and correct coding of all materials and products in order to develop product structure trees. By doing so a reliable base of information containing the material used in the several
products was created. With the introduction of those trees in the information system and with the greater control of the stock that comes with it, it was then possible to set up policies for inventory management.
The methodology adopted to achieve the proposed targets went through a bibliographic research, data and other relevant information compilation,
analysis of the information through the use of statistical techniques, including an ABC analysis. Based on this and other tests that were relevant, a set of policies for inventory management, consistent with the results, were defined.
In this manner all the items of the electrical equipment warehouse were classified into Type A, B or C and it was also determined the Economic Order Quantity for type A articles. Other main results were the definition of several critical values for inventory management: Security Stock, Minimum and Maximum Levels of Stock and Reorder Point.

O objectivo do trabalho é de auxíliar o planeamento sob uma perspectiva
identificada, a avaliação de necessidades de produto acabado, pela análise da
procura e de alguns outros factores críticos à sua obtenção. A classificação, o
estudo do comportamento dos produtos e a aplicação de métodos de previsão
vai procurar definir uma política de stocks, pontos de encomenda e stocks de
segurança. O que se pretende é uma melhoria na gestão de stocks e uma
melhoria no planeamento, que indique a disponibilidade adequada de produtos
a ter em armazém para satisfazer a procura, impedir a ruptura, e ao mesmo
tempo os excessos de stock.
ABSTRACT: The present report results from the development of an internship project carried
out for 8 months in the company Révigrés, Lda.
The objective is to contribute to the planning improvement under an identified
perspective. The focus is to evaluate the needs in terms of finished product, by
analyzing the demand and some other critical factors. The classification, the
study of the products behavior and the application of forecasting methods will
help to define a stock policy, replenishment points and safety stocks. The aim
is to improve inventory management indicating a correct availability of products
to hold in the warehouse, to satisfy the demand and at the same time to
prevent stock outs and the excess of inventory.

Mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Industrial<br>Nos últimos anos a gestão de stocks tornou-se numa ferramenta fundamental para os prestadores de cuidados de saúde, que procuram a racionalização de custos com medicamentos e materical clínico, através de uma maior eficiência operacional. Este trabalho visa o estudo da relação entre classificações e modelos de gestão de stocks, e ilustra a sua aplicação em prestadores de cuidados de saúde, na área da imagiologia, em particular numa unidade de ressonância magnética. Neste estudo optou-se por uma classificação de stocks baseada em métodos analíticos, a classificação ABC, e uma classificação de stocks com base no conhecimento e experiência do gestor de stocks, a classificação XYZ, procurando definir políticas de gestão de stocks mais fiáveis, que se traduzam em manter o nível de stock correcto para ir ao encontro das necessidades, ao menor custo. Os modelos de gestão de stocks, procuram ajudar a responder a questões como quanto e quando repor os stocks, com o objectivo de escolher a melhor solução que corresponde a um custo total de aprovisionamento anual mínimo. Neste estudo optou-se pelo modelo de revisão contínua que proporciona um controlo constante e pelo modelo de revisão periódica para uma monitorização mais espaçada no tempo. Com base nestes estudos, propôs-se uma classificação mista ou tabela de políticas de gestão de stocks e analisou-se o seu impacto num prestador de cuidados de saúde.<br>In recent years, stock management has become a fundamental tool for healthcare providers who seek to rationalize drug and clinical material costs, through greater operational efficiency. This work aims to study the relationship between ratings and models of stock management, and to illustrate its application in healthcare providers in the area of diagnostic imaging, particularly in a magnetic resonance unit. In this study we chose a classification of stocks based on analytical methods, ABC classification, supplemented by knowledge and experience of the stock manager, XYZ classification, trying to define policies for stock management more reliable, which result in maintaining the level stock proper to meet the needs at the lowest cost. The models of stock management, seeking to help answer questions like how much and when to replenish stocks in order to choose the best solution that corresponds to a minimum total cost of the annual supply. In this study we opted for the continuous review model that provides a constant monitoring and periodic review model for monitoring more spaced in time. Based on these studies, we proposed a table stock management policy and discussed its impact in a healthcare provider.

Mestrado em Gestão e Estratégia Industrial<br>Atualmente, a redução dos custos de aprovisionamento é bastante importante para qualquer empresa. O custo total de inventário é um dos custos que, se for bem gerido, pode proporcionar uma poupança significativa para as empresas.
Este trabalho aborda algumas das classificações e modelos académicos de gestão de stocks e ilustra a sua aplicação numa empresa real, com o objetivo de otimizar a sua gestão de stocks através da redução do seu custo total anual de inventário.
Neste estudo optou-se por uma classificação ABC, de forma a ordenar os vários itens em stock consoante a sua relevância financeira. O modelo de gestão de stocks aplicado foi o da Quantidade Económica de Encomenda, que indica qual a quantidade ótima que deve ser encomendada em cada ordem de encomenda, satisfazendo a procura total anual e tendo em conta os custos relacionados com a sua efetivação e com a posse de stocks.
Os resultados obtidos pela aplicação de métodos académicos de gestão de stocks demonstraram que pode ser feita uma poupança de mais de 25% relativamente ao custo total anual de stocks registado pela empresa no ano 2015.<br>Currently, the reduction of supply costs is very important for any company. The total cost of inventory is a cost that if well managed, can provide significant savings for companies.
This paper addresses some of the classifications and academic models of stock management and illustrates its application in a real company, in order to optimize their inventory management by reducing its total inventory annual cost.
In this study we chose an ABC classification, in order to sort the various items in stock according to their financial importance. The applied inventory management model was the Economic Ordering Quantity, which indicates the optimum amount that must be ordered in each purchase order, satisfying the total annual demand and taking into account the costs related to its ordering and stock ownership.
The results obtained by applying academic methods of stock management have shown that it can be made more than 25% in savings when compared to the company's total inventory annual cost in 2015.<br>info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion

Mestrado em Ciências Empresariais<br>Hoje em dia com o aumento da globalização e da competitividade, as empresas sentiram-se obrigadas a melhorar a sua performance organizacional para conseguirem dar respostas a todas as necessidades dos seus clientes. Consequentemente, as empresas foram forçadas a estabelecer métodos mais eficazes para gerirem os seus stocks, uma vez que a gestão dos mesmos é um dos processos mais importantes para o sucesso organizacional. Uma das mais valias deste processo é a diminuição do nível de stocks, que por sua vez tem um impacto positivo na performance organizacional e na redução dos custos.
O objetivo deste estudo é analisar e otimizar a gestão de stocks de uma marca portuguesa de marketing olfativo, a Airquality, de forma a minimizar os seus custos anuais de stock. A Airquality pertence à Nortempresa Perfume Lab, uma empresa nacional que possui a maior fábrica de perfumes da Península Ibérica, única em Portugal.
Neste estudo, foram analisados os modelos de controlo e classificação de stocks, e posteriormente foi realizada a análise ABC e aplicado o modelo da Quantidade Económica de Encomenda (QEE). Através da análise ABC é possível classificar os produtos com base na sua importância financeira para a empresa, enquanto o modelo da QEE define qual a quantidade ótima de encomenda que deve ser pedida, de forma a minimizar os custos associados ao stock.
Concluindo, foi analisado e verificado que há possibilidade de minimizar o custo total da Airquality referente ao ano 2018 em 30,17%, com base nos modelos académicos aplicados a este estudo.<br>Nowadays the increasing globalization and competitiveness have led companies to improve their organizational performance, in order to be able to meet all their customers' needs. Consequently, companies were forced to establish more effective methods to manage their stocks, because managing them is one of the most important processes for organizational success. One of the advantages of this process is the decrease in stock levels, which in turn has a positive impact on organizational performance and costs reduction.
The main goal of this study is to analyze and optimize the stock management of a Portuguese brand of olfactive marketing, Airquality, in order to minimize its annual stock costs. Airquality belongs to Nortempresa Perfume Lab, a national company that owns the largest perfume factory in the Iberian Peninsula.
In this study, the stock control and classification models were analyzed, then the ABC analysis was performed and finally the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model was applied. Through the ABC analysis, it is possible to classify products based on their financial importance to the company, while the EOQ model defines the optimal order quantity that should be ordered to minimize the costs associated with stock.
In conclusion, it was analyzed and verified that there is a possibility to minimize the total cost of Airquality for the year 2018 by 30.17%, based on the academic models applied to this study.<br>info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion

Sigman et Levi, ainsi que Melikov et Molchanove ont indépendamment introduit le système de gestion de stocks à file d’attente en 1992. La gestion de stocks (GS) combine l'inventaire classique avec la théorie classique des files d'attente. Dans le premier cas, on suppose que le temps de service est négligeable, dans le second, le besoin d'un article pour fournir un service aux clients n'est PAS pris en considération. Cependant, dans la GS, la présence du client et de l'inventaire est essentielle pour le début du service. Nous avons examiné le travail effectué jusqu'à présent en GS dans divers scénarios : classique, nouvel essai, production, fabrication, réservation de billets, annulation, inventaire avec durée de vie commune.

The forestation and reforestation activity registers a high dynamics in national territory, very implemented in the aftermath of the great fires that occurred between June and October 2017 and with the revision of the Regional Forest Management Programmes. In this context, the Directorate-General for Cultural Heritage (DGPC) and the Regional Directorates for Culture formed a Task Force (TF) for the definition of procedures and regulations in the context of safeguarding of archaeological heritage in forestry and intensive agriculture projects. Within the scope of forestry projects, the TF produced a set of guidelines relating the safeguarding of the archaeological heritage, to be implemented in multi-annual plantations with impacting techniques of soil mobilization (namely: removal of stones, heavy mechanical scarification, subsoiling, ground levelling, mega ridges-furrows, and terracing, among others). Another of the TF activity area is related with the preparation of awareness raising actions, both for stakeholders in local administration, with obligations in territory management, and for those with interests associated with forestry, which includes owners, investors and forest managers. Thus, it is intended to advertise the initiatives that have been developed in order to introduce and promote good practices related with the safeguarding of the cultural heritage in forestry operations, in order to stimulate a sustainable relationship between man and his territory, namely, with the Archaeological Heritage, a finite and non-renewable resource.

The construction final product is stationary, therefore, the activities, flows, processes and stocks occur within the project. This makes the construction site layout considerably complex and dynamic, requiring a high degree of managerial and technical body involvement. The construction site planning has become one of the key steps in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of projects, aiming to achieve cost, time, quality and safety goals. The strategies to achieve these goals involves the incorporation of construction site information, the time dimension during the project, the logistics, and the space optimization. To handle this amount of data the use of building information models is one of the right alternatives. The BIM allows to visualize and analyze the construction site before the production stage. Despite its potential contributions, this technology is still hardly used in this construction stage. Through a Systematic Literature Revision, this paper intends to consolidate results of recent developments of the use of BIM in construction site planning, determining the main contributions in its implementation, the possible future advances of this technology, and the difficulties found in these applications.
