RÉSUMÉObjectif : Les objectifs de cette étude étaient double : (1) d’explorer les obstacles à la gestion de la douleur et ceux associés à la mise en œuvre d’un programme de gestion de la douleur en soins de longue durée (SLD) et (2) de développer une approche interprofessionelle afin d’améliorer la gestion de la douleur en soins de longue durée.Méthodes : Une étude de cas a inclus tous les deux éléments, quantitatifs et qualitatifs. Nous avons recueilli des données sur deux sites LTC à l’aide de sept groupes de discussion pour les infirmières autorisées, fournisseurs de soins non réglementés, et médecins, et 10 entretiens avec des autres groupes de fournisseurs de soins de santé, l’administration et des résidents. Nous avons examiné les documents et administré un sondage à court aux participants à l’étude pour évaluer les perceptions des obstacles à la gestion de la douleur.Résultats : Les résultats ont révélé des obstacles à la gestion efficace de la douleur au niveau des soins de longue durée des résidents et des familles, des fournisseurs de soins de santé, et des systèmes de santé. Nous avons ensuite élaboré un modèle à six niveaux, avec les interventions proposées pour surmonter ces obstacles.Conclusions : Ce modèle peut guider le développement d’approches novatrices pour améliorer la gestion de la douleur dans les établissements de soins de longue durée.

Abstract:
El presente estudio tiene por objetivo analizar los aspectos de normalización de la producción científica de la revista de ciencias humanísticas y sociales ReHuSo. La metodología tiene un diseño cuantitativo, cuya muestra está representada por el último volumen completo de la revista, vol.2 conformado por 3 números y una edición especial, correspondiente al año 2017. Para el proceso de evaluación se utilizó una adaptación del modelo de evaluación propuesta por Delgado, Ruiz, y Jiménez (2006) considerando las normas ISO 8, ISO 2015, CBE 1994, UKSG 1994, ANSI, ACS 1997, entre otras. Los resultados evidencian una media general de normalización del 92%, obtenida de aquellas secciones consideradas fundamentales en los mecanismos actuales de difusión científica. Abstract The objective of this study is to analyze the normalization aspects of the scientific production of the journal of humanistic and social sciences ReHuSo. Abstract:
The article contains the analysis of the policy documents that reflects the complicated demographic situation in modern Russia, in particular the Concept of the Demographic Policy up to 2025. The author shows how specifically the social welfare of women and children legislation influences the demographic development. It emphasizes the need of the simultaneous development of this brunch of legislation with the other brunches especially the labour legislation. The attention is paid to the inadmissibility of the reduction of the already achieved level of social guarantees. The provision of social security benefits as a reward fertility is criticized. The special attention is paid to the danger of depriving the women’s right to decide the issue of motherhood.

Maritime education occupies an important place in the Latvian education system and has a history of more than 230 years. The aim of the article is to describe the historical development of maritime education in the territory of Latvia and to compare it with the experience of other countries in the field of maritime education. Comparative analysis of maritime education is one aspect of the novelty of the article. In order to conduct research, analyze and evaluate information on the history of the maritime education, the author conducted research in various directions. The methodological basis is formed by the conception of humanism which is implemented in the social constructionism theory approach. Research methods-1) the study, theoretical analysis and evaluation of scientific, methodological literature and different documents (Kennerley, 2002; Manuel,2017), 2) biographical method, content analysis of documents and biographies. s a result of the research, it has been possible to evaluate Latvian maritime education as an integrated and essential part of the maritime education system of European countries.

Abstract The article analyzes the requirements for employee resourcing of human recourses management in the countries of Western, Central and Eastern Europe and the USA. It is found that the set of documents which create the regulatory, methodological and legal support for the functioning of human resources management as a system is incorporated into the regulatory framework of human resources management. In turn, the regulatory and methodological support of the human resources management system is a set of organizational, organizational and methodological, organizational and managerial, technical, regulatory and technical, technical and economic and economic documents, as well as reference documents, which establish norms, rules, requirements, characteristics, methods and other data used in organizing workplace and human resources management and are approved in due course by the competent authority or the leadership of the company. The employee resourcing of the human resources management system is viewed as the necessary quantitative and qualitative composition of human resources employees in the company. It is specified that considerable attention should be paid to the legal support of the human resources management system, that is, the use of means and forms of legal influence on the bodies and objects of human resources management to achieve the effective functioning of the company. It is clarified that the models of social partnership in different countries differ in the organizational mechanism, norms and rules on the regulation of social and employment relations, the level of the procedure centralization and the participation of the state in social dialogue. It is concluded that the main objectives of the legal support for the human resources management system include the legal regulation of business relations which are formed between employers and employees, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of employees arising from employment relations.

The journey of economic growth and development is on an unsustainable trajectory, marked by conditions that endanger natural assets and environmental services, both of which form the basis of long-term economic growth and human well-being. Indonesia is the 6th largest emitter in the world, while East Kalimantan itself is the 6th largest emitter nationally. The fundamental question that often arises in the author's mind is "can economic prosperity be obtained by marginalizing natural factors which are then deemed insignificant? In response to this, a concept known as green growth emerged. To discuss this, the author uses qualitative methods. This method provides a form of data collection and analysis that focuses on emphasizing and understanding meaning. The data collected comes from official documents and other supporting documents. The author makes interpretations of what is seen, heard and understood. The results showed that in order to achieve Green economic growth in East Kalimantan, political, economic and social aspects must be considered.Political aspects are the most important thing because policies play a key role in realizing green growth, policy makers can build green growth strategies, with the help of their commitments. However, the political, social and economic aspects are interrelated and mutually supportive.

Individual or collective coping with stereotypes - as actors or victims - belongs to human history, and shows different expressions, such as “Black and White” in Africa and America, “Jews”, “Sinti and Roma”, and “East and West” in Europe; also prejudices concerning generation, sex/gender, and professions belong to this context. This essay emphasizes, in an exemplary way, on a particular aspect of stereotyping: For Germans, 1945 was (also) the year of flight and expulsion from the East to the West as a kind of master-narrative; filled with stereotypes and myths, this narrative formed their collective memory and identity. Many expellees chose narrations as their strategy to cope with their traumatic experiences. Authors, such as Otfried Preussler, transferred their personal narration into literary forms. There also can be found official documents, such as decrees, which encoded the experiences into neutral information, but, nevertheless, remain traces of human tragedies. Also, modern interpretations of these events show emotional fillings and balance between close and distant style. The following short evaluation of published documents explains, how people cope with traumatic situations and experiences during a particular historical situation by using stereotypes; by evaluating different kinds of social influence on these stereotypes, the research demonstrates the complexity of stereotypes and the need of con¬textualization. This paper argues that while social policy as an explicit aspect of policy discourse has relatively recent origins within the international development agenda, concerns with “the social” have featured from its very early days seeking to challenge the conflation between growth and development. The paper focuses on key international conferences and policy documents to analyse contestations over the meanings of “the social” within development policy discourse and their efforts to rethink its boundaries with “the economic”. It suggests that these contestations have helped to spell out the basic outlines of an alternative policy agenda in which concerns with “the social” have come to define both the means and ends of development.

Ce travail se propose d’analyser les procédés mis en place afin d’amorcer des changements de comportement, et de rendre plus durables les pratiques quotidiennes de consommation et de gestion des déchets. Nous cherchons à savoir si les valeurs, seules, plébiscitées actuellement, sont explicatives ou non, du changement, et s’il y a des contraintes fortes qui empêchent l’adoption de pratiques plus durables. Face à l’injonction participative actuelle sur les questions environnementales, nous avons étudié un atelier de démocratie participative, ayant pour objectif d’insuffler des changements de comportement chez ses participants. En une deuxième partie, nous avons analysé les théories actuelles en sciences humaines et sociales, afin de faire émerger d’autres leviers que celui de la démocratie participative.Ce travail montre que la démocratie participative émerge à partir d’acteurs intellectuels ou de militants idéalistes pour résoudre des problèmes de légitimité politique, de confiance et d’efficacité. Mais cet idéalisme, lequel est la condition du lancement de l’action, se heurte à une réalité sous contraintes qui demande de forts ajustements avec l’idéal, entrainant des changements d’usage limités, ce qui peut provoquer un découragement des pionniers/militants ou une fuite dans un imaginaire « eco-Fasciste », autoritaire ou utopique. Nous avons également pu observer, par l’analyse des théories d’action en sciences humaines et sociales, l’importance d’une réflexion portant sur les échelles d’observation pour analyser les changements de comportement. En effet, les échelles micro-Individuelle et microsociale, centrées notamment sur l’espace domestique et les usages, ne peuvent se suffire à elles-Mêmes. Elles sont encastrées dans les échelles méso et macro sociales, qui mettent en exergue des valeurs propres, des effets d’appartenances et de régulation sociale
The aim of this research is to analyze the processes established to modify behaviors and make them more sustainable, in everyday practices of consumption and waste management. We want to know whether the currently recognized values alone are explanatory of changing behaviors, and whether there are strong constraints involved in adopting more sustainable practices. In view of the current concern with environmental issues, we studied a procedure in participatory democracy designed to change participants’ behavior. Secondly, we analyzed current theories in social sciences in order to identify forces other than this political one. The research shows that participatory democracy results from intellectual actors or idealistic activists, who try to solve problems of political legitimacy, trust, and efficiency. But their idealism, which sparks the start of the action, faces strong constraints, requires adjustments to their ideal. These adjustments explain why changes of behavior are limited, which may discourage pioneers and activists, or alter the imaginary of "eco-Fascists", utopians, or authoritarians. In analyzing the theories of action in social sciences, we also observed the importance of scales of observation: the micro-Individual level and micro-Social level (in particular domestic space and practices) cannot be analyzed alone. They are embedded in the meso- and macro-Social levels, which highlight eigenvalues and the effects of membership and social regulation in daily practices

Cette thèse fournit des éléments pertinents dans la prédiction de l'intention d'usage d'un progiciel de gestion intégrée (PGI) dans le secteur de transport aérien en Tunisie. L'introduction de ce type de progiciel implique des changements au niveau de l'organisation du travail et des appréhensions au niveau des salariés en regard de sa complexité. Le premier objectif empirique de ce travail est de relever les rôles respectifs du sentiment d'auto-efficacité, le sentiment de contrôle comportemental perçu et la charge subjective du travail dans le choix d'adoption de ces progiciels (étude 1). Les résultats indiquent qu'une synergie est bien présente entre les éléments indiqués et qu'ils influencent de manière significative le recours à l'utilisation des PGI. L'auto-efficacité informatique et le contrôle perçu favorisent l'intention le recours à l'usage des PGI de manière directe et indirecte via les perceptions d'utilité et d'utilisabilité relatives au progiciel. Tandis que la charge subjective de travail entrave le recours à l'utilisation de cet outil. Les composantes de la charge subjective de travail (la charge mentale, la charge temporelle, la demande en effort et en performance et la frustration) ont ainsi un poids considérable dans la formation de l'intention d'usage de ce progiciel. La principale source de cet effet négatif est due au sentiment de frustration que pourrait ressentir le salarié lors de l'usage d'un PGI. L'étude des différentes formes de la frustration (étude 2) suggère un impact plus important du sentiment de découragement que le sentiment de stress perçu sur l'utilisabilité et l'intention d'usage des PGI. Cette présente thèse a un double objectif : une contribution théorique sur le rôle des déterminants émotionnels sur l'intention d'usage des progiciels de gestion intégrée et une contribution pratique puisque ce travail permet de repenser la décision d'investissement en l'implémentation du progiciel et canaliser les efforts des formateurs afin de diminuer la charge subjective chez les salariés lors de l'utilisation effective de l'outil
This thesis provides us with relevant factors which served as predictions of intentions used through Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in the air transport sector in Tunisia. The introduction of such type of package implies changes in work's organizations and employees' apprehensions since it is to be considered as a complex process. The first empirical objective of this work is to pinpoint respectively the main role of the sense of self-efficacy, the perceived behavioral control and subjective workload in choosing adoption of such packages (study 1). The results indicate that interrelatedness is well marked and therefore, it has a significant influence in the use of the ERP. Both computer's self-efficiency and experienced self-control lead to a direct or indirect use of ERP through the perceived utility and relative usability of the package. Whereas, the subjective aspect of the workload go against a good use this tool. The components of subjective workload (mental workload, temporal workload, asked efforts, performance's level and frustration) have considerable effect in the formation of good willingness for the use of such software. This experienced negative effect stems its origins from the employee's frustration when using an ERP system. The study of different forms of frustration (Study 2) suggests that a greater impact is to be recorded, and then, a feeling of discouragement is far to be dismissed and it can be considered as more important than the perceived stress related with usability of the ERP. The present thesis has two layers of research: the first is a kind of theoretical contribution on the role of emotional determinants on the intentional use of ERP systems and the second is a practical contribution since it paves the way to a rethinking of the decisional invest in the implementation of such a package's in-put and therefore it mainstreams the effort of educators in the aim to reduce the subjective burden among employees during an actual and efficient use of the tool

La société bamiléké de l’Ouest Cameroun, marquée par une structure sociale hiérarchisée basée sur des références coutumières en cours d’évolution, est traversée par des conflits repérables dans les rapports sociaux. Ces tensions se cristallisent à l’occasion des cérémonies telles que le deuil d’un roturier, terrain des observations de cette thèse. L’analyse sociologique et ethnologique de ces conflits et des modalités de leur gestion pratique, en vue du déroulement du deuil dans son intégralité, mobilise l’outillage théorique de la négociation et des transactions sociales dans l’élaboration permanente de compromis, ce que ce travail analyse tout au long du processus de deuil. Les sources et méthodes empiriques croisées avec l’appareillage théoriques donnent à voir que, chez les Bamiléké, les parties prenantes, en termes de jeux d’acteurs et en relation avec différents cadres de contraintes (coutumier, socio-économique, temporel…), s’organisent pour gérer les conflits à travers des dynamiques de négociation ou de transactions qui conduisent à des compromis toujours relatifs et provisoires. D’abord marqués par le temps du deuil, ces compromis participent plus largement de la recomposition locale des relations sociales et du rapport tradition/modernité dans la société bamiléké
The Bamileke society of Western Cameroon, marked by a hierarchical social structure based on customary references in the course of evolution, is crossed by conflicts that can be identified in social relations. These tensions crystallize on the occasion of ceremonies such as the mourning of a commoner, field of the observations of this thesis. The sociological and ethnological analysis of these conflicts and the modalities of their practical management, with a view to the unfolding of mourning ceremonies in its entirety, mobilizing the theoretical tools of negotiation and social transactions in the permanent elaboration of compromises, what this work analyses throughout the grieving process. The empirical sources and methods crossed with the theoretical references show that, relatives of the deceased, in terms of sets of actors and in relation to different frame of constraints (customary, socio-economic, temporal...) organize themselves to manage conflicts through negotiation or transactions dynamics that always lead to relative and temporary compromises. At first marked by the time of mourning, these compromises participate more widely in the local recomposition of social relations and the relationship between tradition and modernity in Bamileke society

La souffrance et les déstructurations psychiques fréquemment observés chez les chômeurs de longue durée permettent de repérer, par défaut, les fonctions tenues habituellement silencieusement par l'activité professionnelle pour l'équilibre d'un sujet. Elles conduisent également à s'interroger sur la possibilité de reconstruire un équilibre psychique en l'absence de cet objet d'étayage capital pour la construction et l'entretien des processus moi͏̈ques tant défensifs, narcissiques qu'élaboratifs. Cette reconstruction est analysée, grâce au corpus théorique psychanalytique, comme un travail de deuil rendu particulièrement difficile par la convergence de conditions défavorables : - conditions propres à la nature de la relation à l'objet-travail, - conditions inhérentes au soutien environnemental et à la forme du Moi d'un chômeur. La recherche insiste notamment sur le caractère exclusif de la relation à l'activité professionnelle, exclusivité résultant de la centralité du travail dans notre société et de ses marques sur nos processus de socialisation. Elle met d'autre part en évidence le renforcement de cette exclusivité par les dispositifs d'insertion qui en idéalisant l'emploi, placent les chômeurs au coeur de contraintes paradoxales adverses au travail du deuil. Elle analyse enfin les solutions psychiques trouvées pour dépasser la crise malgré ce contexte défavorable. Le chômage apparaît alors comme une occasion de maturation psychique : le sujet parvient à transférer les fonctions tenues antérieurement par l'objet-travail sur de nouvelles activités et dispose, grâce à ce transfert, d'une plus grande mobilité par rapport à ses objets d'étayage. La modélisation proposée permet de s'interroger sur les modalités d'accompagnement des chômeurs de longue durée propices à cette évolution
Psychic suffering and psychic disorganisation frequently observed in the case of long-term unemployed people make it possible to identify by default the functions usually kept untold by the occupational activity for the person's psychological stability. They also lead to questioning oneself about the possibility of reconstructing a psychological stability in the absence of the anaclitic object which is essential for the building and the maintenance of ego-related processes, whether these processes are defensive, narcissistic or elaborative. This reconstruction is analysed, using the psychoanalytic theoretical corpus, as being a work of mourning made particularly difficult by the convergence of unfavourable conditions: - conditions specific to the nature of the object-work relationship, - conditions inherent in the environmental support and in the form of the Ego of an unemployed person. The study mainly insists on the exclusive nature of the relationship to the occupational activity ; this exclusiveness results from the centralisation of work in our society and from its marks on our socialisation processes. It moreover highlights the strengthening of the exclusiveness through integration mechanisms which, by idealising employment, place the unemployed in the heart of paradoxical constraints opposing to the work of mourning. It finally analyses the psychological solutions found in order to get over the crisis in spite of this unfavourable context. Unemployment then appears as an occasion for psychic maturation : the subject succeeds in transferring the functions earlier held by the object-work to new activities and, thanks to this transfer, has a greater mobility in relation to the anaclitic objects. The modelization herein described makes it possible to question oneself about the support measures meant for the long-term unemployed people and which are in favour of this evolution

Depuis quelques années, et après que la catégorie de « souffrance » a occupé l’espace public français, de nouveaux mots occupent le devant de la scène pour décrire et souvent dénoncer les maux du travail. « Fatigue » « Stress », « burn out » ou encore « Risques psycho-sociaux » sont autant de nouvelles catégories aujourd’hui mobilisées pour nommer les maux des travailleurs. Alors que le débat sur les maux du travail revient régulièrement dans l’espace public, la question de l’origine de ce nouveau répertoire utilisé pour nommer les maux du travail interroge. Ces mots reflètent-ils réellement les conditions sociales des travailleurs? A quels enjeux discursifs et épistémologiques leurs usages peuvent-ils renvoyer ? Pour répondre à ces questions, cette thèse propose une analyse généalogique des répertoires sémantiques des maux du travail, en portant intérêt aux trajectoires sociales de ceux qui les ont promus. En identifiant les causes historique et épistémique possibles de ce répertoire, cette thèse apporte des outils méthodologique et théorique pour stabiliser et harmoniser notre pensée commune du travail. Elle contribue aussi, de cette manière, à éclairer les conditions d’émergence de la sociologie du travail en particulier, et celle des sciences des hommes et des femmes au travail de façon plus générale
In recent years, following a period during which suffering occupied a predominant space as a category shaping French public debate, new words have begun to move to the fore when it comes to denouncing workplace ills. Fatigue, stress, burn out, and phsycho-social risks are examples of new categories used today to name worker-experienced harm. While public debate over worker suffering is regularly revisited, the question of the origin of this new repertoire of concepts is problematic. Do these words really reflect the social conditions in which people work? What is at stake discursively and epistemologically when these concepts are used ? To answer these questions, this thesis endeavors to analyze the genealogy of the semantic repertoire of workplace suffering, by bringing particular focus upon the social trajectories of the people who promoted some of its different constituent concepts. By identifying some of the different possible historical and epistemological causes of this repertoire, this thesis offers new methodological and theoretical tools to stabilize and harmonize our commun thinking about work. In this way, it also helps shed light upon the conditions under which a peculiarly sociological approach to work, along with a more general social-science approach, have been able to emerge

Ce travail est consacré à l'analyse des outils et méthodes de prévention et de pilotage des conflits d'usage dans les pays en voie de développement, et plus particulièrement à l'étude des conflits liés à l'installation de nouvelles infrastructures, qui ont provoqué l'expropriation d'habitations et d'exploitations agricoles ainsi que la disparition de nombreuses ressources productives dans les espaces ruraux. L'étude se fonde sur le cas du barrage de Chotiari, au Pakistan, avec une analyse de l'impact du projet sur les ressources naturelles et socio-économiques de la région, ainsi que des racines de ce conflit. Une attention particulière est accordée au réseau d'acteurs utilisateurs de l'espace, ainsi qu'à la violation des droits de propriété, qui a provoqué des asymétries de pouvoir et conduit à la montée des conflits d'usage de l'espace. Notre recherche montre que les conflits résultant du lancement de ce projet résultent de causes structurelles (tels que des décisions unilatérales, l'absence d'études et d'expertises scientifiques et techniques, la corruption, l'importance d'intérêt internationaux et l'absence de politique nationale d'intégration) comme de facteurs plus locaux (comme le népotisme, la diversité ethnique et l'illettrisme). Par ailleurs, les déplacements forcés de populations locales ont conduit à une multiplication des oppositions et des confrontations. Pour finir nous tirons de ces résultats un certain nombre de recommandations en termes de prévention et de pilotage des conflits, fondées sur la mobilisation des relations de proximité
This research discusses the tools of land use conflict analysis and methods for their prevention and management, on the basis of existing conflicts created by infrastructural projects in developing countries. Such conflicts have entailed expropriation of homes, farm businesses and other productive resources in rural settings. Specifically, we use data from the case of Chotiari water reservoir project in Pakistan, where we put stress on project impacts on socio-economic and natural resource values in the region, by highlighting root causes of the conflicts with response to land use decision. We also paid attention on the network of actors over land use and property right violation, which have created dissimilar power distribution and significant land use conflicts. Through this research we show that conflicts created by the project have resulted from structural factors (unilateral decision, lack of technical and scientific investigation, corruption, international interest, and non-existence of national resettlement policy) and proximate factors (nepotism, ethnic diversity/disarray, and illiteracy). Moreover, forceful displacement of local population has led for multiplication of the confrontations. From these results, we provide helpful insights and information for the recommendations in terms of land use conflict prevention and management, mainly based on proximity relations analysis

The first part of the research have, for objectives from the principal bases of four disciplinary approaches of control : control of management, analyzes financial, internal audit and quality to succeed a global solution of control in terms of costs, performances and risks with the concepts of hidden costs-performances, societal costs-performances. C’est cet objet dans le cadre du travail, que nous avons étudier dans une recherche exploratoire, à l’aide d’un questionnaire que nous avons élaboré, dans une approche psychosociale et des représentations sociales, dont le but est d’explorer l’existence de représentations sociales du stress au travail dans l’entreprise, de ses variations en fonction du sexe, à la fois dans et par la dynamique des relations hiérarchiques qui structurent l’entreprise (comparaison ascendante et horizontale) dans un contexte normal et de substitution, également d’explorer l’existence de valeurs sociales du stress au travail ainsi que des pratiques considérées comme pouvant être les plus efficaces pour faire face au stress au travail, et également des effets psychologiques en fonction des dimensions au MBI. Les résultats que nous présentons ici laisseraient apparaître l’existence d’un champ organisé de représentations du stress au travail et également de l’existence de rapports symboliques entre les statuts hiérarchiques et entre hommes et femmes
The concept of stress has become an object of scientific thought, which for many years has been a popular success with the general public. So stress has become an object of common sense thinking. It is this object within the framework of the work, that we have studied in an exploratory research using a questionnaire that we have elaborated, in a psychosocial approach and Social Representations which purpose is to explore the existence of Social Representations of workplace stress in the workplace, of its variations according to sex, both in and part of the dynamics of the hierarchical relations that structure the company (upward and horizontal comparison) in a normal and substitution context, also to explore the existence of social values of work stress as well as practices considered to be most effective in coping with work-related stress, and also psychological effects according to MBI dimensions. The results we present here would reveal the existence of an organized field of representations of stress at work and also the existence of symbolic relationships between hierarchical statuses and between men and women

Lorsque nous parlons de relations internationales, nous parlons généralement de diplomatie et d'investissement, Le sport peut être utilisé comme outil pour améliorer la diplomatie entre les pays, ainsi que pour développer les intérêts économiques et sociaux. De plus, le sport occupe une place importante dans le repositionnement de l'image d'une nation, tout en améliorant le processus d'intégration des jeunes générations dans le monde. L'un des principaux intérêts, du point de vue du gouvernement, est de créer un lien affectif positif avec la nation hôte de l’évènement sportif. Ce qu'on appelle le soft power. Le but de ce travail est d'explorer certaines des façons dont le sport est utilisé pour générer ce pouvoir, et comment il peut contribuer à générer du contrôle ou à provoquer de l'influence, en se concentrant sur l'État du Qatar. Ce travail est séparé en trois parties principales. Je présente d'abord le développement du sport et la manière dont les événements sportifs ont été utilisés par différents pays et régimes politiques, ainsi que l'impact généré. Deuxièmement, j'essaie de comprendre l'impact généré par l'investissement du Qatar dans l'équipe de football française du Paris Saint-Germain. Et troisièmement, en mesurant l'impact socio-psychologique généré par la jeune génération en organisant des événements sportifs internationaux, le cas du championnat du monde de handball 2015. Ce travail vise à clarifier comment un tel investissement est perçu comme une opportunité de développement au sein de la société, et d'améliorer la diplomatie. En se concentrant sur l'évolution dont le sport est utilisé comme un outil important dans le processus de socialisation des jeunes dans la société mondiale. Sur la base de mes recherches, le résultat de l'investissement dans le Paris Saint-Germain était une situation «gagnant-gagnant» entre la France et le Qatar sur le plan social, économique et politique. De plus, l'utilisation des événements sportifs a eu un impact émotionnel positif, faisant admirer aux résidents la vision du gouvernement. La jeune génération, quelle que soit sa nationalité, a une vision positive des efforts du gouvernement pour s'améliorer et se développer. La vision du gouvernement du Qatar était saillante pour la jeune génération au Qatar
When we mention international relations, we generally talk about diplomacy and investment, but there are other ways of promoting the interests of a government on the international stage. Sport can be used as tool to improve diplomacy between countries, as well as developing economic and social interests. Additionally, sport takes an important place in shaping the image of a nation, while it improves the integration process of young generations into the world. One of the main interests, from a government perspective, in the use of sport, is to generate a positive emotional connection to a host nation - what is known as soft power. The aim of this work is to explore some of the ways in which sport is used to generate this power, and how it can provide a type of control or influence. Specifically, it will focus on the State of Qatar. This work is separated to three main parts. First I present the development of sport and the way sport events were used by different countries and political regimes, and the impact generated. Second, I try to understand the impact generated from Qatar investment in the French football team Paris Saint-Germain. And third, I measured the socio-psychological impact generated on the young generation from hosting international sport events, as in the case of the Handball World championship 2015.This work sets to clarify how allowing such investment is perceived as an opportunity for development within the society, and to improve diplomacy. Additionally, focussing on the young generation allows me to study the evolution of how sport is an important tool in the process of socialization of young people into global society. Based on my research, I argue that the result of the Paris Saint-Germain investment was a "win-win" situation between France and Qatar on the social, economic, and political level. Also, using sport events generated positive emotional impact, making the residents admire the vision of the government. The young generation, regardless nationality has a positive view of government efforts to improve and develop itself - the Qatari government's vision was salient to the young generation in Qatar

No Serviço Social do Comércio, a prestação de serviços turísticos ocorre por meio das agências de Turismo Social. Mesmo a instituição abordando a questão da acessibilidade em diversos momentos (principalmente em congressos e palestras), a criação de um roteiro turístico acessível até então não foi uma iniciativa contemplada, apesar do potencial de crescimento social e de bem-estar comunitário. Este trabalho objetiva sugerir uma proposta de inclusão de roteiros turísticos acessíveis a pessoas com necessidades específicas nas agências de Turismo Social do SESC/PE, por meio do planejamento de um roteiro acessível a deficientes auditivos para a agência de Turismo Social da unidade do bairro de Santo Amaro em Recife/PE. Trata-se de um relato de experiência. Na referida perspectiva, propõe-se uma pesquisa de natureza aplicada, com abordagem quali-quanti. Possui um enfoque exploratório-descritivo, tendo como procedimentos de pesquisa o tipo estudo de caso. A coleta de dados e informações se deu por levantamento documental e de bibliografia. Por meio da análise, percebeu-se que o não uso da Língua Brasileira de Sinais - LIBRAS no provimento de serviços turísticos é a principal causa pela qual há o receio por parte das pessoas surdas em viajar. Nas agências de Turismo Social do SESC/PE (como em toda agência de turismo) há um molde previamente estabelecido quando se trata da elaboração de roteiros turísticos e sua comercialização, excluem-se, entretanto, as particularidades que estão ligadas ao público-alvo concernente a segmentação turística e atrativos a serem utilizados. Diante da realidade encontrada no Brasil, é observado que há uma necessidade na melhora da acessibilidade dos serviços e equipamentos turísticos. Para os deficientes auditivos, essa acessibilidade ocorre através da quebra da barreira da comunicação que se dá pelo uso da LIBRAS. Ao propor a criação de um pacote turístico inclusivo nesse aspecto, as agências de turismo podem atuar no processo da inclusão social da pessoa com deficiência, auxiliando na melhora das condições de acesso dos atrativos e no progresso do mercado turístico nesse aspecto. É de extrema importância que esses tipos de iniciativas sejam perpetuados, não só pelas agências de Turismo SESC/PE, mas por todo o trade (mercado).

Abstract:
El Covid-19 y la nueva normalidad en Colombia han generado un rediseño de las políticas públicas en el orden nacional y territorial. Desde el enfoque de la nueva gestión pública hasta los cimientos propuestos para el desarrollo de la gobernanza por el gobierno actual, han modificado su alcance para enfrentar la crisis sanitaria, cultural, social y económica que vive el país. Uno de los aspectos estratégicos es fortalecer la convivencia entre la ciudadanía para lograr implementar esquemas sólidos de prevención y atención a la propagación del virus. En este sentido, bajo una investigación cualitativa basada en la revisión documental y en un panel de expertos académicos y líderes en el orden nacional, se plantea como objetivo analizar el contexto de la política pública en convivencia y seguridad en el país para proponer unas líneas estratégicas de política que permitan innovar y co-construir la actual sociedad bajo el concepto de nueva gobernanza de la convivencia. Con base en lo anterior, se concluye que este tipo de gobernanza en el territorio se materializa al lograr acciones de corresponsabilidad y empoderamiento entre la administración pública, en sus diferentes esferas, y las comunidades en torno al respeto de los valores, normas, el autocuidado y el cuidado del entorno, que se orientan a la prevención de los comportamientos contrarios a la sana convivencia.

Abstract:
Recently, the web has been crowded with growing volumes of various texts on every aspect of human life. It is difficult to rapidly access, analyze, and compose important decisions using efficient methods for raw textual data in the form of social media, blogs, feedback, reviews, etc., which receive textual inputs directly. It proposes an efficient method for summarization of various reviews of tourists on a specific tourist spot towards analyzing their sentiments towards the place. A classification technique automatically arranges documents into predefined categories and a summarization algorithm produces the exact condensed input such that output is most significant concepts of source documents. Finally, sentiment analysis is done in summarized opinion using NLP and text analysis techniques to show overall sentiment about the spot. Therefore, interested tourists can plan to visit the place do not go through all the reviews, rather they go through summarized documents with the overall sentiment about target place.

Abstract:
In recent years, socio-educational professions have experienced a qualitative leap in the development of their epistemological, scientific, and technical foundations. One important aspect of this is a reflection on the ethical dimension of their activities. This chapter first considers the linkage between the Convention on the Rights of the Child, ethics, and social education. It then explores the difficulties that professionals encounter when incorporating their ethical commitment into their working practice, and it seeks to show that although the proliferation of declarative documents in the form of deontological codes may be of value in defining a unitary position, these documents do not constitute an effective approach to the real situations of moral conflict in which socio-educational professionals find themselves in their day-to-day practice. Finally, the chapter proposes a number of operational criteria and training proposals with a view to constructing applied ethics in work with adolescents and young people.

Communication is a vital aspect of human existence. It pervades man's existence and society, forming an integral part of human life. Communication is the means through which human beings express their feelings. Indigenous communication serves as the traditional means of conveying messages, all social and value exchanges of indigenous practice like the health practices. Traditional health practices include the use of knowledge skills, practices based on indigenous belief, experiences of culture used in maintenance of health-prevention, treatment and diagnosis in traditional health practices. This chapter examines and documents traditional health practices on how Yorùbás care for pregnancy, child delivery, and their babies. Such traditional health practices have existed since before the advent of modern health practices, thereby using indigenous communication for preservation and dissemination of valuable information that is significant for Yorùbá generations.

To increase online transparency, Maltego Carbon 3.5.3 (a penetration testing tool) enables powerful exploration of the Surface Web through its “machines” and “transforms.” Maltego enables the exploration of the interconnections between disparate pieces of online information (including technological understructures, documents, aliases, images, phrases, email addresses, telephone numbers, social media accounts, and geographical location coordinates. In the educational context, this tool may be applied in a number of ways. Las políticas de preservación de los centros históricos tienen raíces distantes. Desde la Carta de Venecia de 1964, la Declaración de Ámsterdam de 1975, hasta el documento firmado en Washington en 1987, la cultura de la restauración ha ampliado progresivamente los límites del patrimonio cultural que debe protegerse. Recientemente, los desafíos en torno a la ciudad existente se han ido desvaneciendo gradualmente y el enfoque en los centros históricos ha ido perdiendo vigor, aunque su conservación se ha vuelto cada vez más problemática. Hoy en día se habla más a menudo de regeneración urbana, pero la restauración puede representar, más que en el pasado, la verdadera herramienta para el cuidado de los tejidos históricos, ya que esta disciplina basa el proyecto en un profundo conocimiento de los datos funcionales, estructurales y formales de cada realidad urbana sin excluir el entorno en todos sus aspectos. La conversión de muchos pequeños centros históricos abandonados en el interior de las montañas italianas en ciutad-hotel representa un sistema de valorización, pero no agota las necesidades conservadoras de estos núcleos urbanos. Al igual que el uso compatible no abarca todo el alcance del concepto de "conservación integrada". Esto, si se interpreta correctamente, podría, en cambio, representar la clave de la gestión del territorio mediante la planificación de un proceso de diseño en el que la restauración sea un medio de mediación entre las necesidades económicas, sociales y culturales de un sitio

Introdução: Analisar a composição e distribuição da população, implicações políticas, econômicas na organização socioespacial. Essas estruturas que configura o espaço urbano da cidade de São José de Pinhais, acaba se tornando um polo de atração de população, promovendo uma fluxo e densidade maior na cidade. Objetivos: Analisar a composição e distribuição da população, implicações políticas, econômicas na organização socioespacial na RMC e interpretar e relacionar a cidade de Curitiba e de São José dos Pinhais. Atualmente, um desafio fundamental para a gestão das regiões metropolitanas tem a ver com a capacidade dos órgãos gestores de exercerem o seu papel. Materiais e Métodos: A pesquisa foi feita através de método documental, através de bibliografias e documentos de órgãos públicos oficiais da Região Metropolitana de Curitiba, com o intuito de encontrar a relação dinâmica e codepedentes, suas causas e feitos dentro de um espaço geográfico na cidade de Curitiba e São José dos Pinhais. Resultados: O resultado encontrado foi de as pessoas) também deixam suas marcas de maneira “invisível”. Ao trazerem expressões do vocabulário presente na região de onde vieram, a sua cultura e o modo de portar em sociedade e de lidar com a vida, contribuem ainda mais, não apenas a cidade de Curitiba, mas a RMC – este artigo dá destaque a São José dos Pinhais – uma configuração mais cosmopolita e multiétnica. Que por sua vez, além de atrair mais turistas, e povos de outras regiões para morar na região, também traz desafios quanto a convivência e relação de ideais muitas vezes, antagônicos e até conflitantes. Se torna conflito, pois a paisagem de São José dos Pinhais se configura como território, da qual existe classes sociais e administrativas que pelejam para exercerem uma maior influência no local. Conclusão: A reconfiguração urbana é imprescindível, uma vez que as cidades vêm crescendo, e constantes transformações são sofridas por elas. O modo como a cidade está disposta – o seu sistema de transportes, espaço público, entre outros aspectos – está diretamente ligado à sua capacidade para melhorar a produtividade e aumentar a riqueza, e de promoção de cidadania aos seus munícipes.

In developed countries there is a valuable experience how to include people with disabilities into society: involve in several activities and let them know as people valuable for the society. More and more academic research is devoted to those aspects as well as public policy is developed to create and support social entrepreneurship. Aim of the paper is to analyse findings and good practice of employment of people with mental disabilities in several countries and analyse the situation and possible developments on employment of people with mental disabilities in Latvia. Tasks of research: 1) analyse results of academic findings on good practice and challenges in employment of people with mental disabilities wold-wide; 2) analyse the developments and trends on employment of people with mental disabilities in Latvia; 3) propose possible development scenarios on employment of people with mental disabilities in Latvia. Research methods used in research: scientific publications analysis; analysis of legislative documents on employment of people with mental disabilities, analysis of statistical data on employment of people with mental disabilities. Research results have shown that in recent years many important steps in employment of people with mental disabilities in Latvia has been reached but there are some difficulties in realise of sustainability in this aspect.

Abstract:
El objetivo de la investigación que da origen a este documento es determinar la incidencia de la gestión de la información en la toma de decisiones empresariales y en la generación de conocimiento al interior de las organizaciones, en el marco de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva, mediante un ejercicio de revisión documental, con la consideración de tres categorías de análisis: la gestión de la información organizacional, la gestión del conocimiento, y una categoría conjunta que analiza la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) y gestión de la información. La discusión y resultados parciales que se presentan aquí describen el proceso de toma de decisiones fundados en la gestión de la información, dentro de ello, su incidencia en la toma de decisiones relativas a los aspectos económicos, sociales y ambientales en el marco de la RSE, que viabilizan la creación de círculos virtuosos y aportan al desarrollo competitivo de las organizaciones, al bienestar de las comunidades, y a la sustentabilidad ambiental.
