Full textIn our environment of hard competition between firms, ot technological innovation and of organizational flexibility, human resource planification becomes an important goal for human resource managers. This dynamic approach of human resource wich take care of time, is normally based on: organization strategy, present and future jobs and women and men who are working in the firm. From a study by non-directive interviews with one sample of forty human resource managers and two deeper interventions, we formulate the conditions of an efficient human resource planification, as it can be drawn up by human resource managers. Human resource planification is also described as an organizational change technic. So we look in wich condition it can become a real change action

Full textIn a world marked by the great mutations of contemporary societies, the problematic of change becomes a constant worry of the organizations being able to condition their life and their survival. In this context, is the change an objective or a constraint for the entreprise? The research of an explanatory theory of the strategies of change(anglosaxon's approaches :method of o. D. And differentiation-integration model and approach by the systems; socio-organizational wave and multidimensional theory in france) permits to analyse the change through a global and pluridimensional sight. From now on, in interaction with the entreprise culture, the change will be organized and managed from a methodology implicating the conjugation of a global and permanent diagnostic-approach, the multidimensional strategies and a strategic planning. This systemic and multidimensional approach is at the basis of the formulation and the elaboration of the planned change strategies in the entreprise

Full textThe development of market and the change of customer's needs demand that the enterprise must change itself in order to satisfy the market and the continuous development. Since the complexity of production system and the change process, a change methodology in necessary. This methodology should include the change methods and tools which support the change. The objective of this thesis is to develop a methodology to manage the change in the information system of production system. Our methodology, based on our organization model which is composed of eight components (strategy, technology, information technology, structure, culture, staff, system and flexibility), has five levels (change driven, diagnose, change objectives, change deployment and obtain objectives). The enterprise modeling and simulation technologies are used to support our methodology. In the end of this report, ARIS and software ARIS Toolset are used to validate an example

Full textLitterature on managing change stresses that communication is a determinant variable of succesfull implementation. Nevertheless, few models describing communication issues between change managers and endusers have yet been proposed. The present research studies the interactional system involving managers and endusers that takes place in the case of a change attempt. Based on a constructivistic and systemic perspective, the key findings of the research are the following : a new way of defining the phases and issues of a typical change process within a human system ; the communication issues within the managers-endusers interactional system ; and communicative behaviors from management which usually would facilitate the integration of change for endusers. The results suggest that metacommunication plays a major role. This is a qualitative research, based on the case study of a succesfull change experience

Full textThe research developed in this thesis define an ontology evolution approach Onto-Evoal (Ontology Evolution- Evaluation) guided by Change Management Pattern (CMP) modeling. CMP patterns specify three categories of classes: Change, Inconsistency and Resolution Alternative. Based on the modeled patterns and the conceptual links between them, we propose an automated process driving change application while maintaining consistency of the evolved ontology. In addition, the approach integrates an evaluation activity supported by an ontology quality model. The quality model is used to guide inconsistency resolution by assessing the impact of the resolutions proposed by the evolution process on ontology quality and selecting the resolution that preserves the quality of the evolved ontology. Change management depends closely on the ontology representation model, we focus on OWL language and we consider change impact on logical consistency as specified in OWL DL layer. An evolution log is specified as an OWL DL ontology to keep trace of process execution, trace of the evolution of an ontology version and also trace of ontology versionning. Contributions of the approach are: Change Management Pattern modeling guiding the ontology evolution process; the use of quality evaluation to optimize change resolution; and a formal and explicit modeling of the evolution log

Full textProfessional football clubs exhibit characteristics similar of many organisations, only in a more pronounced way. Through their study, this thesis aims to offer an original perspective on issues of corporate governance and organisational identity in a changing institutional environment. Part I analyses the dynamics of clubs' governance and emphasises the importance of urgency, which is accentuated by the strong media coverage of the field. It also underlines the existence of identity-related claims that are caused by a change of institutional logic. Part II shows how some actors made this change possible by actively redefining the boundary of their field both through discourse and the setting up of proto-institutions. Finally, Part III highlights how management tools and a reinterpretation of past failures have allowed organisational identity to adapt to this new logic. It also insists on the importance of 'sameness' which constitutes the core layers of identity
