Full textToday, the business affair tends to replace the organization as a unity of activity. It becomes the center of performance and costs management. In the industrial organizations managed by business affair, using a management system of the performance of engineering of business affairs, in terms of creation of value, is a pregnant need expressed by a great number of business engineers. The new term of “piloting” is linked to the rising of constructivist thinking which brings to the fore the function of the actors of the organization in the interpretation and the representation they have of the indicators measurement. To move from control to piloting, we are changing simultaneously of paradigm from measurement to interpretation, and in the meantime from decision to action. In front of conceptual, methodological and temporal limits of the actual cost methods, generally set up in the organizations to manage the process of creation of value, to balance from a cost logic to a value logic, our research suggests substituting the cost management control for the value management control. Our works are based on resources and competences theory, the dynamic capacities approach and the cognitive of value based view in the process of creation of value. The thesis defended is: the global performance of a business affair has to be managed with a single indicator and as a source of creation of value, a Meta Key Performance Indicator (MKPI), which, with the appropriation by the actors of the structural elements (reflexive piloting), transcends the organization and the architecture of the management control system. Our empirical research approach is based on an exploratory case study followed with an engineering research in an industrial firm of the aeronautical sector
Courrent, Jean-Marie. "Ethique de gestion : essai de description par les atttitudes des dirigeants de petites entreprises." Montpellier 1, 1998. http://www.theses.fr/1998MON10013.
Full textThis research rests on the state of the art about business ethics and two surveys on the managers of small firms (less than 50 employees) : one qualitative survey in 28 organizations, one quantitative survey in 194 organizations. It appears that ethics can be defined as stakeholders' interests hierarchy, as moral judge represents it. The description of french business ethics shows the existence of an impact of some personal contingency factors on actors' moral principles. But organizational factors seem to have no real influence
Bocquet, Rachel. "Le role de l'instrumentation de gestion dans la cooperation industrielle : une analyse economique par la convention." Grenoble 2, 1997. http://www.theses.fr/1997GRE21028.
Full textThe thesis emphasizes the use of the convention construct to interpret the cooperating behavior beetween firms. It makes an analytical investigation in the field of industrial economics and management of information. An empirical illustration is given through a specific management tool which is widespread used on <> decision making. The main idea is to show the existence of inintentional cooperation that do not pertain to contractual relations. The cooperating behaviors result in the elaboration of <> that coordinates the firms' representation of their environment. The whole set of instruments that serve as management tools materialize the establishing convention. The <> instrument which serves as an empirical example shows how this is worked out through the real practices of 4 firms. The thesis shows that these kind of cooperations help to understand the <> relations between competition and contractual cooperation. The implications are important to study the evolution of competing rules and frontiers between activities and professions
Guéry, Bernard. "Le concept de finalité pour éclairer le travail du manager : une lecture philosophique à partir du cas de la Française des Jeux." Thesis, Aix-Marseille, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015AIXM3075.
Full textThis thesis aim is to show which notion of purpose is at stake in the manager’s work. It differentiates two ways to address the concept of purpose. The first one, close to the notions of objective, interest, utility, forms the foundations of a classical vision of the manager’s work. However, a second one, based on Aristotle, Thomas Aquinas and Spaemann’s philosophies, arose. This alternative conception differs from objective and interest as it is not elaborated by the subject. It allows a different view on three essential dimensions of the manager’s work: the management by objectives, the body of contradictory requirements that built up on the manager and the dilemma between ethics and efficiency. Finally, a field survey showed that this alternative conception of purpose, linked to virtue-based ethics, has a certain place in the FDJ’s managers’ message, together with consequentialism, which expresses the utilitarian conception of purpose, and deontological ethics, which evacuates any purpose
Raserijaona, José. "Formation et maintien des petites entreprises par leur intégration collective a des proximités agies : le cas des petites entreprises de proximité (PEP) malgaches." Thesis, Paris, CNAM, 2017. http://www.theses.fr/2017CNAM1150/document.
Full textOur research theme is based on the observation that individual companies with fewer than fiveemployees constitute almost all the enterprises created in Madagascar and that they are unstable and ephemeral. We called them "small proximity businesses" or PEP in french, and called "imperfections" their instability over time, from the point of view of their activities, their institutional status and in terms of growth. We observed that their multiplication reflected an entrepreneur's enthusiasm for creating them, which reflected their skill in adapting to their environment. In a country where households were confronted to an endemic problem of joblessness and lack ofincomes, the phenomenon of PEP through the following issue is a topical and a major concern:- If we assume that "small proximity businesses" are adapted to their environment, why are they unfit to last, grow and prosper in their status and activities?- And why do entrepreneurs continue to create them in spite of "their imperfections" thus described? To answer this question, we have proposed the following explanation on the imperfections of PEP:1) They show that the unstable, variable and complex proximity is both a shortcut and acounterexample of environment 2) They stem from structural functionalities and organizational mechanisms implemented to balancethe truncated adaptation of PEP to the environment; 3) They are the factors of the dynamics of integration transforming the agitated proximities into foci of collective survival. We retained two theoretical postulates for our research: the existence of ecosystems for the survival of PEP, and a theoretical referent made of scientific writings and knowledge referring to the logicalconstruction of its survival process. We conducted the work in three stages:_In a first step, the study of the differences between the social construction of the reality of the PEP and the theoretical referent of its survival process allowed but partly to understand the phenomenon of its adaptation and to explain its imperfections (Part 1: The theoretical positioning of our proposal)._Then we observed the called deviations through the empirical processes of PEPs in action, and concluded that they constituted as well symptoms of singularity of organizations and phenomena in a new way of surviving (Part 2: Empirical corroboration of our proposal)We have thus advanced the theoretical hypothesis on the individual maintenance of PEP by itscollective survival with its stakeholders: PEPs are formed through opportunities arising from the imperfections of the environments they exploit in the form of residual sub-markets. They are maintained by integrating agitated proximities that they transform into niches in a perspective of collective survival with their stakeholders. Their mode of adaptation forces them to remain small, ephemeral and variable in their activities._ Finally, we studied the lessons of experiences drawn from our work and the avenues of reflectionthey opened up to us. (Part 3: The theoretical contributions of our study on PEP) We focused on new trends in organizational forms adapted to an environment perceived through itstransformation, and on those of an entrepreneurship running through networks of contacts, marginality and scarcity of resourcesWe concluded our work on PEP on the importance of understanding survivability in terms of ecosystems
