The study investigated the effect of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on the Commitment level of Nurses at Tamale Central Hospital in Ghana. The study involved all the 253 Nurses working at the Tamale Central Hospital. A total of 253 questionnaires were returned, but after screening for suitability, 248 responses were used for the study.
