Artykuł obejmuje trzy glosy. Pierwsza dotyczy uznania Litanii Ostrobramskich Stanisława Moniuszki za „muzykę wotywną.” Spełniają one kryteria, m.in.: tytułu utworu, intencji kompozytora, funkcji liturgicznej i symbolicznego atrybutu wotywnego – wprowadzenia do tekstu Litanii loretańskiej nowego wezwania Sancta Mater, odnoszącego się zapewne do Ostrobramskiej Matki Miłosierdzia. Kolejna glosa dotyczy parodii zawartej w poemacie Beniowski Juliusza Słowackiego, z tekstu wiersza Do Ciebie, Panie Józefa Bohdana Zaleskiego. Objetivo: Analisar as glosas efetuadas pelas operadoras em instituições privadas para melhoria no processo. Métodos: Pesquisa quantitativa descritiva, de campo, transversal, no ano de 2018, em dois hospitais. A amostra não probabilística foi de 488 demonstrativos de pagamento. Resultados: A taxa média de glosa global no hospital 1 foi de 10,90%/ano e no hospital 2, de 5,44%/ano. Quanto aos tipos de glosas, no hospital 1, o valor foi de R$ 221.262,25 (68,70%) administrativas e R$ 100.839,58 (31,30%) técnicas, no hospital 2, o valor foi de R$ 625.856,26 (78,16%) administrativas e R$ 174.968,79 (

Glosa dotyczy problematyki zakresu podmiotowego odpowiedzialności za zwrot przedmiotu darowizny, na skutek jej odwołania z powodu rażącej niewdzięczności obdarowanego, w przypadku, gdy nie jest on już właścicielem darowanego przedmiotu. Ponadto glosa odnosi się również do kwalifikacji w kategorii rażącej niewdzięczności zachowania obdarowanego, polegającego na nieodpłatnym rozporządzeniu przedmiotem darowizny na rzecz osoby trzeciej. Autorka krytycznie odniosła się co do rozstrzygnięcia sądu, wykazując w szczególności brak legitymacji procesowej po stronie pozwanej.
