Abstract:
The object of research is the technique for obtaining glued sausage casings, in which adhesive related structures and electrophoresis for tanning are used to glue the layers of intestinal raw materials. Devising a technique for gluing sausage casings from intestinal raw materials with the use of adhesive related structures by stitching by tanning, via intensified electrophoresis, has been substantiated. The technology of glued sausage casings from intestinal raw materials, which are classified as unclaimed residues and waste, has been proposed. The technology differs from known similar technologies by applying a technique for gluing intestinal membranes using an adhesive related construct and electrophoresis during tanning. The devised gluing technique and the device for its implementation make it possible to avoid violation of the integrity of the raw material, are universal in relation to it, and are easy to operate. The rational parameters of electrophoresis, which is used to accelerate the tanning process of the place of gluing of the layers of the intestinal membranes using an adhesive related construct, have been determined. The potential difference between the electrodes and the duration of exposure of the gluing site for gluing the original intestinal raw materials: pork belly, lamb belly, beef belly were determined. At a potential difference of 100 V, the duration of exposure of the gluing site for pork and lamb bellies is 17 minutes, and for beef bellies − 20 minutes. It is noted that the results differ in the duration of exposure of the gluing site, which is probably due to the thickness of the layer of the raw material. The proposed technology would contribute to improving the efficiency of the technology of glued sausage casings from intestinal raw materials and could be used at enterprises for the processing of agricultural products and the meat processing industry

Abstract:
Abstract In this article, in order to reduce the consumption of starch for gluing warp threads and reduce the cost of sizing materials used in sizing and improve the quality of threads, an effective gluing composition was created based on a hydrolyzed acrylic emulsion (GAE) and uzkhitan (chitosan and carboxymethyl cellulose), that is, corn starch polymer and studied their rheological properties. In the article, the main threads passing through the gluing process and moving at a certain speed, which are then impregnated with liquid gluing. Then they pass through a nip roller and a drying drum, are subjected to friction and form a layer of a certain thickness. A theoretical analysis of the surface of the warp threads is carried out to determine the change in the diameter of the threads when a layer of a certain thickness is formed on their surface.

Abstract:
Currently, there is not enough data on the cumulative error in the geometric characteristics of large-sized objects assembled using the technology of gluing in parts. The hull of the small vessel "Nerl" was chosen as a large-sized object created by the FDM method. The deviations of the diameter along mutually perpendicular planes and the heights of the glued products were measured on the example of test specimens of a cylindrical shape and gluings from them. The field of tolerance for glued products made of polylactide was determined. Recommendations for designing large-sized products when printing in parts by the FDM method were issued. The causes for the appearance of geometric deviations of single parts and gluings are described. The main disadvantages of the FDM method related to manufacturing accuracy are considered. Causes of geometric deviations are divided into three groups. The first is related to the parameters of the product material (thermal expansion coefficient, uniformity of the rod and hygroscopicity), the second is related to its design (multiplicity of linear dimensions, layer height and motor pitch, filling parameters, the presence and size of overhanging elements), the third is related to the features of the additive installation ( calibration along the X, Y, and Z axis, extrusion drive calibration, extrusion unit design, acceleration and travel speed, and nozzle diameter). It was found that preparing the production of 3D printing of a large-sized object using the technology of gluing in parts, for example, the hull of a small vessel, it is necessary to additionally take into account the numerical parameters of the layers of adhesive joints.

Abstract:
Tooth flank pitting and gluing are principal forms of gear defect. The purpose of this research is to extract the image feature of the gear in the different defects by means of image processing technology. Firstly, the image was carried out denoising processing by median filtering and segmentation processing by use of OSTU method. Then, the pixel area was extracted as a feature to distinguish normal gear, tooth surface pitting and gluing, the inertia was extracted as image feature to detect pitting and gluing by Gray level co-occurrence matrix, and the morphological characteristics of the image were extracted. Image feature extraction of different defect form will help to establish an effective image recognition model.

Purpose – method of gluing with pure silicon silicate solute (SSS) molds and cores made of structured sand-sodiumsilicate mixtures (SSSM) investigation, which solidification has been realized by microwave radiation, and engineering method for calculating the minimum admissible tensile strength of gluing joint for structured mixtures elaboration. Methodology. Quartz sand grade 1K3O3016 and RS (GOST 13078-81) with silicate modulus of 2.9 and specific density of 1.44 g/cm3 has been used in this study. Samples processing that were glued with microwave radiation have been carried out in microwave furnace with nominal magnetron power of 700 and 900W and radiation frequency of 2.45GHz.Mixtures tensile strength has been determined on LRu-2e device using figure-eight samples. Results. Method for minimum admissible tensile strength of gluing joint calculating has been developed. Taking into account its value in casting molds and rods manufacturing development will ensure molten-filled molds integrity and prevent rods displacement or separation installed in them. It has been established that pure silicon silicate solute can be used as gluing material solidifying by microwave radiation for bonding SSSM structured by steam-microwave solidification process (SMS-process).It has not been recommended to use SSS in original form as gluing material solidified by microwave radiation for bonding SSSM structured by convection heat drying. Scientific originality. For the first time, phenomenon of sodium silicate solute and quartz sand saturated with sodium silicate solute in structured SSSM simultaneous transfer during their treatment with steam-microwave radiation and new capillary-porous structures with sodium silicate increased content in them appearance have been established. Practical value. Method for calculating the gluing joint minimum permissible strength under tension will allow to obtain practical data, taking into account which, when casting molds and rods manufacturing technology developing, will ensure molds integrity when they are filled with melt and prevent rods installed in themd is placement or separation. This will generally improve castings quality. Abstract:
Durability of roofs has been increased by using polymer bituminous material. The most serious problem is reliability of glued seams between the overlap of layers. By analysing this problem the mechanism of seams formation and impact of gluing technology on properties of durability and maintenance such as strength, thickness and appearance of unglued places are analysed. The final thickness of seams is regarded as an additional criterion for seam evaluation. The dependence of seam strength on heating duration of melted surfaces has been determined experimentally. It was found that the maximum strength of seams is about 15–20 % of bituminous roofing membranes and cannot be increased by a gluing technology. The solutions are suggested as practical means for increasing the durability of flat roof bituminous membranes.

Abstract:
This research has established the possibility of improving the effectiveness of the visual-matrix form of the analytical Boolean function minimization method by identifying reserves in a more complex algorithm for the operations of logical absorption and super-gluing the variables in terms of logical functions. An improvement in the efficiency of the Boolean function minimization procedure was also established, due to selecting, according to the predefined criteria, the optimal stack of logical operations for the first and second binary matrices of Boolean functions. When combining a sequence of logical operations using different techniques for gluing variables such as simple gluing and super-gluing, there are a small number of cases when function minimization is more effective if an operation of simply gluing the variables is first applied to the first matrix. Thus, a short analysis is required for the primary application of operations in the first binary matrix. That ensures the proper minimization efficiency regarding the earlier unaccounted-for variants for simplifying the Boolean functions by the visual-matrix form of the analytical method. For a series of cases, the choice of the optimal stack is also necessary for the second binary matrix. The experimental study has confirmed that the visual-matrix form of the analytical method, whose special feature is the use of 2-(n, b)-design and 2-(n, x/b)-design systems in the first matrix, improves the process efficiency, as well as the reliability of the result of Boolean function minimization. This simplifies the procedure of searching for a minimal function. Compared to analogs, that makes it possible to improve the productivity of the Boolean function minimization process by 100‒200 %. There is reason to assert the possibility of improving the efficiency of the Boolean function minimization process by the visual-matrix form of the analytical method, through the use of more complex logical operations of absorbing and super-gluing the variables. Also, by optimally combining the sequence of logical operations of super-gluing the variables and simply gluing the variables, based on the selection, according to the established criteria, of the stack of logical operations in the first binary matrix of the assigned function

Abstract:
I have in my thesis compared the strength of mortise and tenon joints and dowel joints in wooden furniture. I´ve made the comparison based on five parameters: the dimensions of the tenon or dowel, the fit of the tenon or dowel, the compression of the tenon or dowel, the number of tenons or dowels and the gluing of the tenon or dowel. The bigger question has been, “is the mortise and tenon joint or the dowel joint the strongest?” The goal has been to go through different theories regarding these two types of joinery and making a foundation to help cabinet makers and designers to make conscious decisions regarding their choices of these two types of joinery. Through studies of literature and visiting workshops I´ve gathered knowledge that lies as a foundation for a test of strength of different joinery made in the material testing facility of Linköping University. The test was based on a scenario of joining the back leg and side rim of a chair. The test shows, from the given definitions, that mortise and tenon joints are without exceptions stronger than dowel joints. It also shows that double tenons better will distribute the load and make for a stronger and tougher joint. Dowel joints will get tougher with an increased number of dowels but it will not necessarily make for a stronger joint. The fit and compression of the tenon or dowel will affect the joints strength.

A business transformation project or an innovative enterprise architecture project is needed for the enterprise's business and financial strategic planning process and to prepare this business enterprise to integrate into the globally interconnected economy in a whole and robust manner. The integration of financial engineering and information technologies is fundamental, where the latter is the gluing element that makes this fine-grained environment run efficiently. Today, these finance-related technology standards and fields are ready and can be applied as automated block-chains to enable the traditional business environments as a part of the networked global economy. An important factor in frequent business transformation projects' changes and financial reengineering iterations are the roles of the business transformation manager, project managers, finance analysts, the business environment's technological maturity, and enterprise architect(s) who should be supported by the optimal business transformation framework.

Abstract:
By abstracting Grid middleware specific considerations from clinical research applications, re-usable services should be developed that will provide generic functionality aimed specifically at medical applications. In the scope of the neuGRID project, generic services are being designed and developed which will be applied to satisfy the requirements of neuroscientists. These services will bring together sources of data and computing elements into a single view as far as applications are concerned, making it possible to cope with centralised, distributed or hybrid data and provide native support for common medical file formats. Services will include querying, provenance, portal, anonymization and pipeline services together with a &amp;lsquo;glueing&amp;rsquo; service for connection to Grid services. Thus lower-level services will hide the peculiarities of any specific Grid technology from upper layers, provide application independence and will enable the selection of &amp;lsquo;fit-for-purpose&amp;rsquo; infrastructures. This paper outlines the design strategy being followed in neuGRID using the glueing and pipeline services as examples.

Abstract:
One of 1.4-benzodiazepine 3-alcoxy derivatives – propoxazepam, possessing high analgetic action, also effectively suppresses experimental seizures of different etiology. Unexpected combination of pharmacological spectrum components suggests its different binding sites of GABAA receptor subunits. The aim of the work was docking analysis of the interaction of Propoxazepam with biotargets that mediate its mechanism of action and pharmacological activity (using experimental data of the propoxazepam conformation and calculated data for the three-dimensional structure of the ligand-binding site and subsequent docking to characterize its binding to this receptor)/Materials and methods. X-ray diffraction studies of the compound were performed using Xcalibur 3 single crystal X-ray diffractometer. Calculation of the molecular docking parameters was performed using the iGEMDOCK v2.1 program for the GABA receptor (GABA (A) R-beta3 homopentamer, 4COF), the molecular structures of propoxazepam conformers were prepared using ChemAxon (MarvinSketch 17.11.0); study the binding energy of the TRPV1 receptor with the researched compounds, PDB: 8GFA – Cryo-EM structure of human TRPV1 in complex with the analgesic drug SB-366791 was used. The protein was modelled by using Protein Preparation of Schrodinger Suite; the protein structure was prepared by adding hydrogen atoms, optimizing hydrogen bonds. The ligands were prepared by LigPrep module of Schrödinger suite before proceeding for docking. The ligands were minimized using OPLS4 force field in Schrödinger suite. The docking and QSAR prediction were carried out with propoxazepam, SB-366791, RTX, capsazepin, capsaicin, diazepam, oxazepam, 3-hydroxopropoxazepam. To study the effect of the studied ligands on the NMDA receptor, it was used PDB:7EU7 – structure of the human GluN1-GluN2A NMDA receptor in complex with S-ketamine, glycine and glutamate.Results. Based on the X-ray diffraction analysis, the coordinates of the atoms, bond lengths and valence angles in the propoxazepam molecule were calculated, it was found that it forms crystallographic twins as racemate. The molecular docking method showed that propoxazepam has several binding sites with the energy of complex formation from -78.64 to -85.29 kcal/mol exist on the isolated site of the GABA-receptor. The docking score of propoxazepam (-7.30 kcal/mol) indicates a stronger interaction with the TRPV1 receptor compared to oxazepam (-6.82 kcal/mol), 3-hydroxopropoxazepam (-6.49 kcal/mol), and capsazepin (-6.39 kcal/mol). Propoxazepam creates hydrogen bond with TYR 511 of the TRPV1 receptor as referent ligand SB-366791.Conclusions. The highest contribution to the formation of the bond of the complex is carried out by residues of polar amino acids (serine, asparagine, methionine and arginine in polar binding sub-center). However, also for individual conformers, aromatic amino acids, predominantly phenylalanine (Phe-31, Ala-135 – hydrophobic binding sub-center) make a significant contribution. According to QSAR modelling, all studied compounds (3-hydroxopropoxazepam, diazepam, oxazepam, propoxazepam) have low pIC50 values, which could indicate a relatively low potency or affinity for TRPV1. The computational prediction, propoxazepam has one of the highest docking scores for (-6.77 kcal/mol), kynurenic acid (-6.60 kcal/mol), ketamine (5,34 kcal/mol) and N-methyl-D-aspartate (-4.32 kcal/mol). As a result of docking with the above ligands, it can be noted that most often a hydrogen bond was formed between Asn 616 with the carbonyl group (H acceptor) or the secondary amine group and Phe 613 with the secondary amine group. The best pharmacophore (AHHR1) has been selected based on ketamine structure, which consist of H-bond acceptor site (A1), H-hydrophobic sites (H3, H2) and an aromatic ring (R5).

Abstract:
This research paper presents a study on improving the reaction to fire performance of birch plywood. Birch plywood finds wide application in various industries, particularly in construction, where it is used for decorative panelling, structural purposes, and panels with acoustic properties. However, one obstacle to the standard use of plywood in these applications is its reaction to fire performance. In many countries, fire safety regulations require plywood products to comply with B-s1,d0 class standards. The objective of this research was to elevate the natural reaction to fire performance level of birch plywood from D-s1,d0 to B-s1,d0 class, as per EN 13501-1:2018 standards. To achieve this goal, were investigated the highest level of fire protection technology available. The approach involved fire impregnation technology, wherein each individual veneer was soaked in two different fire-retardant solutions before gluing. Two soaking technologies were explored, with veneers being dried in industrial veneer dryers after impregnation. Plywood samples were produced at an experimental scale using laboratory press but adhered fully to industrial-scale gluing technology. The reaction to fire performance was evaluated using the single burning item test method prescribed by EN 13823:2020, which is the primary method for assessing reaction to fire performance according to EN 13501-1:2018 standard. The research yielded a potential fire protection technology capable of achieving B-s1,d0 compliant birch plywood. Both dry veneer soaking and wet veneer soaking technologies showed promise in achieving the desired reaction to fire performance. However, several technological aspects, such as the type of fire retardant, liquid concentration level, temperature, and the soaking time, need to be fine-tuned for optimal results.

Abstract:
A distributed simulation platform, denoted as D-Sim, has been developed previously by our research group, which comprises three essential attributes: a general XML description for models suitable for both leaf and integrated models, a gluing algorithm, which only relies on the interface information to integrate subsystem models, and a logical distributed simulation architecture that can be realized using any connection-oriented distributed technology. The overarching research focus is to integrate heterogeneous subsystem models, e.g., multibody dynamics subsystems models and finite element subsystems models and to conduct seamlessly integrated simulation and design tasks in a distributed computing environment. A Partitioned Iteration Method (PIM) is proposed in this paper, which decouples the rigid body motion from elastic deformation of the simulated system using an iteration scheme. The method employs a CG-following reference frame for each deformable body in the distributed simulation of flexible multibody systems. The resultant simulation system can be used to integrate distributed deformable bodies D-Sim, while allowing large rigid body motions among the bodies or subsystems. It also enables using independent simulation servers; where each server can run commercially available or research-based MBD and/or FEM codes. Examples are provided that demonstrate the performance of the method and also how to decouple and integrate rigid body motion and elastic deformation using the developed gluing algorithm.

Abstract:
In modern economic conditions, there is a need to solve the problem of import substitution of expensive foreign adhesives with domestic ones. The solution of this problem has led to the possibility of using various modifications of polymer adhesives. Modern wood processing plants widely use gluing operations. The strength of the adhesive joints is the main criterion for the quality of the adhesive structure. Due to the fact that glued wooden structures experience increased mechanical loads, the quality criterion of adhesive joints is especially important. To solve the problem of import substitution of foreign adhesives with domestic ones, it is necessary first of all to solve the problem of reliability of the adhesive joint. The most effective and real, as recent studies show, is a technological method based on the effects of wave fields on the glue.
