Full textDenna uppsats diskuterar Simone Weils och Etty Hillesums verk och liv med avstamp i Weils formulering av begreppet avskapelse samt den livshunger, eller livsglupskhet, som Hillesum beskriver i sina dagböcker. Med hjälp av Renée Girards teori om mimetiska begär undersöker den hur självsvält och överätande figurerar i Weil och Hillesums liv och verk, och hur dessa fenomen relaterar till deras respektive andliga och etiska övertygelser. Utifrån Richard Dalys tanke om en försoningens fenomenologi, baserad i Girards teori om mimetiska begär, Susan Bordos analys av ätstörningar som kulturellt fenomen samt Maurice Merleau-Pontys kroppsorienterade fenomenologi utreder den skillnader och likheter mellan Weil och Hillesum med avseende på hur deras etiska övertygelser gestaltas av och i deras liv och verk. Min analys gör gällande att Hillesums dagböcker skildrar hur hon gör upp med våld genom att praktisera ett slags radikal självkärlek, genom vilken hon blir förmögen att försonas med såväl sig själv som sin omvärld. Vad gäller Weil, hävdar jag att den självförintande etik som hennes avskapelse består i omöjliggör en fullkomlig försoning, såtillvida som den endast utgör ett internaliserat våld, och inte en uppgörelse med våldet som sådant. Därmed, är min slutsats, kan Hillesums filosofi möjligen sägas vara ett uttryck för enmer fullkomlig försoning, som jag formulerar den med avstamp i Dalys begrepp, än Weils.

Full textThe object of the study was happiness. The subject of the research was the connection between happiness and virtues and moral norms-prohibitions (sins). The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography (56 sources) and an appendix, which includes the forms of the applied techniques. The volume of the master's thesis is 98 pages, which contain 5 figures and 17 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the elaboration of the problem, sets the goal and objectives of the research, determines the object and subject of the research, formulates the main and additional hypotheses, indicates the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the research, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the topic of happiness, virtues and dignity of the individual, as well as sin as a synonym for the moral norm-prohibition. Conclusions for the first chapter represent the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It provides a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained for all the methods used: the updated Oxford Happiness Inventory, the Personal Virtues Questionnaire (PVQ), self-assessment scales of happiness, greed, anger, pride, lust, envy, despondency, gluttony. The chapter also presents the correlation and factor analysis of the research results. The conclusions of the second chapter include the main findings of the empirical study. In the conclusion, in a generalized form, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are presented, the practical significance of the study is substantiated and possible prospects for the further development of this problem are described.

Wang Zhen-Ho (1940~1990), born in Hualien, first published “Ghosts in 1961, North Wind, and a Man,” which immediately impressed the literary circle and drew the attention and appreciation of Eileen Chang. He kept writing even if suffering from nasopharyngeal cancer; his last literary work, “Missing in Distance/Missing between Two Places,” was filled with the infatuation of life. He died in 1990 at the age of 50. He held a scrutinized attitude in writing and wrote 22 novels in 30 years, spanning Taiwan after the Sino-Japanese war and including the transformation process of the society in Taiwan during his lifetime. With a broad perspective in creation works and liberal writing attitude, He adopted many techniques in Western modern novels, drama, and movies, and combined various doctrines and philosophies, avant-garde methods, and materials from Taiwan’s country literature. Wang is a very significant nativist writer in modern Taiwanese literature. The study intends to interpret Wang’s novel from a new dimension, the criticism method of “mythology to prototype.” After thoroughly reading the text, by means of text literary analysis, I try to analyze the entangled and connected plots and interpret the literary prototypes abound in novels. It is found that, in earlier works, Wang Zhen-Ho emphasizes the material and sensational level of Gluttons (survival) and Libertines (reproduction) to trace back the origin of human beings. Not until in the later production does he turn to the exploration of spiritual level by describing the pursuit of national ideology and redemption of motherhood with changes of time and space, which shows the transcended awareness of human life, and reverse to the eternal life cycle of “death to birth.” From the perspective, I try to interpret his literary domain, and to construct another framework of the interpretation of his works.

Full textRU : Основной текст квалификационной работы магистра «Кулинаронимы-экзотизмы в современном русском языке» содержит 65 страниц. Для выполнения работы изучено 72 источника. Объект исследования ‒ русскоязычные онлайн-меню ресторанов, кулинарные блоги, кулинарные словари и энциклопедии, включающие экзотичные наименования национальных кухонь. Предмет исследования ‒ кулинаронимы-экзотизмы в системе русской лексики еды. Цель исследования ‒ выделить корпус экзотических кулинаронимов в современной русской лексике еды, выявить тенденции развития данного словарного пласта, исследовать причины появления экзотизмов в наименованиях блюд, указать наиболее интенсивные языки-источники (и, соответственно, наиболее популярные национальные кухни). В ходе исследования предполагается решить следующие задачи: 1) обозначить место еды в культурологическом плане; 2) изучить основные подходы к определению понятий «экзотизм», «кулинароним», проанализировать современный уровень лингвистических исследований экзотических кулинаронимов; 3) выделить основные причины появления экзотических кулинаронимов и пути их заимствования; 4) охарактеризовать признаки экзотической лексики, входящей в состав кулинарных названий; 5) на основе статистических данных выяснить, какие языки стали наиболее интенсивными источниками кулинаронимов-экзотизмов; 6) выявить тенденции наименования блюд с компонентом-экзотизмом. Источниками исследования послужили кулинаронимы-экзотизмы из русскоязычных онлайн-меню ресторанов, из кулинарных блогов и энциклопедий. Методы исследования: проблема решается с помощью описательного, статистического методов, метода количественного анализа. Практическая значимость ‒ материалы работы могут быть использованы в последующих исследованиях пищевой традиции как лингвистического и культурного явления, в курсах лексикологии и словообразования современного русского языка, при написании квалификационных работ студентами филологического факультета. Апробация работы ‒ материалы и результаты исследования были представлены в докладах на V-й и VI Всеукраинской научно-практической Интернет-конференции студентов, аспирантов, молодых учёных, на университетской научно-практической конференции студентов, аспирантов, докторантов и молодых учёных «Молодая наука – 2021»; темы докладов ‒ «Антропонимическая составляющая кулинаронимов как отражение культурной традиции», «Екзотизми ‒ найменування їжї в сучасній російській мові», «Структурно-семантические особенности кулинаронимов с компонентом-экзотизмом».
EN : The text of the master’s work consists of 65 pages and 72 sources. The object of еру research is Russian-language online restaurant menus, culinary blogs, culinary dictionaries and encyclopedias, including exotic names of national cuisines. The subject of the research is the exotic culinaronym in the Russian food vocabulary. The purpose of the research is to highlight the corpus of exotic culinary names in the modern Russian vocabulary of food, identify trends in the development of this vocabulary layer, investigate the reasons for the appearance of exoticisms in the names of dishes, indicate the most intense source languages (and, accordingly, the most popular national cuisines).The study is supposed to solve the following tasks: 1) to designate the place of food in cultural terms; 2) to study the main approaches to the definition of the concepts of "exoticism", "culinaronym", to analyze the current level of linguistic research of exotic culinary names; 3) to highlight the main reasons for the appearance of exotic culinary names and ways of borrowing them; 4) to characterize the signs of exotic vocabulary included in the composition of culinary names; 5) to find out which languages have become the most intense sources of exotic culinary names on the basis of statistical data; 6) to identify trends in the names of dishes with an exotic component. The relevance of the work is explained by the increased interest in exotic culinary as the food code of foreign cultures, due to the development of gastronomic tourism, which has become widespread as food tourism, or tourism for gourmets.The scientific novelty – in the novelty of the factual material itself, which has not yet been the object of systematic study. For the first time, the material is subjected to structural and semantic analysis. The methods of the research: the problem is solved using descriptive, statistical methods, quantitative analysis method. The scope – the materials of the work can be used in subsequent studies of the food tradition as a linguistic and cultural phenomenon, in lexicology and word formation courses of the modern Russian language, when writing qualification works by students of the philological faculty.
