Vad anser gode män till ensamkommande barn om hur Barnkonventionen efterlevs under asylprocessen och hur uppfattar de sin egen roll och sitt uppdrag som god man till ensamkommande barn? Denna fråga undersöks i studien genom intervjuer med gode män. Bakgrunden är att UNICEF gett kritik till Sverige för att inte till fullo efterleva Barnkonventionen i en asylprocess samt det faktum att godmanskapet i flera aspekter framställs som ett oklart och odefinierat uppdrag. <p><strong>Syfte:</strong> Implementeringen av EG:s fjärde bolagsdirektiv i Sverige har medfört att kravet på rättvisande bild införts i svensk lagstiftning. I samband med att uttrycket rättvisande bild infördes i ÅRL[1] 2 kap 3 § uppkom frågan om kravet på god redovisningssed är berättigat med hänsyn till den ökade internationaliseringen av redovisningsnormerna. Eftersom det inte finns någon definition på vad en rättvisande bild innebär har begreppet fått en varierande tolkning i de olika länderna. I denna uppsats skall undersökas om begreppet god redovisningssed bör avskaffas eller behållas.

This thesis presents inductive and probabilistic arguments for and against theism. The thesis claims that the only compelling evidentialist argument for theism is the cosmological argument from Richard Swinburne. Contrary to popular belief, discussions of morality, spiritual sensibilities, and religion are major themes in the lyrics of rap music. The current study provides an exploratory content analysis of rap lyrics in an effort to better understand the ways in which rap artists and audiences thought and think about their spirituality. The current theological climate presents two extremes in speaking of the emotional life of God: Passibilism, which affinns the fullness of God's emotional life, and impassibilism,which (claiming fidelity to traditional orthodox Christianity) asserts that God cannot experience emotions. Likewise, contemporary 'philosophy of emotion is characterised by the extremes of cognitive views of emotion on the one hand, and non-cognitive, physiological or 'feelings' views on the other.
