The most important component of any competition is the ranking of applications. For these purposes, there are criteria and an evaluation system. At the moment, Federal Law No. 44-FZ and related documents do not fully describe and establish the application evaluation system. This article contains a description of one of the possible evaluation systems, as well as a method for securing it.
