Abstract:
The implementation of this PKM application is the socialisation of the use of google form for teachers at YPI Dharma Budi High School. The purpose of this activity is based on the results of observations and initial interviews with the principal and teachers, students bring the socialization of the use of google space because at that location it is still very necessary to use technology to be evenly distributed. In addition, students will also participate in the classroom teaching process if there are empty classes and teach according to the student's study programme. The results of this PKM program helped the school in completing administration and utilizing google forms in the learning process and inputting student data. Students also get additional insights from the use of google form.

Kelurahan Paledang Kota Bogor mempunyai lahan yang begitu luas dengan jumlah penduduk yang banyak. Kelurahan Paledang memiliki anggota PKK yang aktif mengikuti dan mengadakan kegiatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan terhadap kondisi Kelurahan Paledang, terdapat permasalahan salah satunya yaitu permasalahan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Anggota PKK membutuhkan upgrade ilmu mengenai Google Apps khusunya Google Sheet dan membutuhkan tutor yang dapat membantu mengajari dan mendampingi untuk belajar. Google Sheet merupakan perangkat lunak berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh Google. Google Sheets merupakan program spreadsheet berbasis web dan bagian dari G Suite lainnya seperti Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms yang dimiliki oleh Google. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan diskusi sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan kreatifitas anggota PKK dalam mengelola data yang menunjang pekerjaan mereka, serta sebagai solusi yang diberikan atas permasalahan yang terjadi.

<em>IoT&#39;s main value is data. Real-time data from different sources, stored and processed into actionable insights to transform and optimise processes is invaluable. This is why the device cloud is an important (and sometimes expensive) part of the architecture of any IoT solution since the data must be easily accessed for analysis. For individuals looking to deploy pilots and prototypes of scalable work on a budget, coughing up huge sums for data storage on platforms like Azure can be a burden. While there are tonnes of free IoT platforms, they sometimes have restrictions that make them unsuitable in certain situations. This work will cover a cheap/free cloud storage alternative. How to connect IoT devices to Google Sheets to log data. Google Sheets is used to creating spreadsheets instead of Microsoft Excel. It can be integrated with dozens of Google services, like Maps, to create innovative solutions. Google made it easy for developers to programmatically fill in data into a Google sheet using APIs and Gscript, which we have used for this work. To demonstrate Google Sheets as a device cloud, we have built a simple IoT temperature and humidity monitor. Using DHT11, the device will measure temperature and humidity and upload the data to a Google Sheet.</em>

Abstract:
In Malaysia, the COVID 19 virus has spread and impacted the education system. As a result of these problems, the evaluation activities of student final projects by industry panels could not be implemented. Therefore, the final project evaluation application was developed to facilitate the online teaching and learning process in line with the use of technology in the education system towards the industrial revolution 4.0. The first objective of this study is to design the final project evaluation application idea framework based on the syllabus curriculum. The second objective is to develop the final project evaluation application using google sheet and glide apps. The idea framework is designed based on the mobile learning pedagogical theoretical framework, Mabry’s Model, and mobility hierarchy. This idea framework adapts the three elements of Mabry’s Model. The first is psychrometrics consisting of a ‘Course Learning Outcome’ (CLO) syllabus. The second is contextual i.e. logbook recording skills, collaboration, communication, report writing, answering questions, project management, finding information, and teamwork. The third is ipsative involving individual learning (students) and sociality (supervisors and industry panels). The application developed to include the application of the student, project supervisor, and industry panel. The result shows that the use of google sheet technology and glide apps activity component in the development of this application is to facilitate the implementation of assessment and flexible on the selection of various skills required in teaching and learning according to the idea framework, distance learning concepts and curriculum syllabus.

SMPN 43 Kota Bandar Lampung tidak luput dari penyelenggaraan pembelajaran secara daring akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Program pelatihan optimalisasi Google Apps ini diharapkan dapat mendukung proses belajar mengajar agar bisa berjalan efektif dan optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengenalkan Google Apps (Forms, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Meet dan Google Classroom kepada para guru SMPN 43 Kota Bandar Lampung sehingga bisa proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih optimal. Peserta pelatihan adalah 19 guru SMP Negeri 43 Bandar Lampung dengan berbagai background pendidikan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Google Meet. Survei dilakukan kepada peserta untuk mendapatkan kondisi sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Evaluasi terhadap peserta dilakukan berdasarkan respon peserta terhadap pertanyaan dalam angket sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 100% guru merasa terbantu dengan adanya pelatihan ini. Tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100% terlihat pada pengetahuan guru tentang Google Apps yang meliputi Google Form, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sheet, dan Google Slide bertambah setelah mengikuti pelatihan.

The study aims to know the students' perceptions of their Google sheet transparency assessment. The subject study was 45 students of the class 4A semester four elementary school teacher education course at the University Muhammadiyah Magelang. This research is a descriptive qualitative study, with data collection techniques is questionnaires and interviews. The Analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's models. The results showed that students and lecture agreed on the transparency assessment of the based google sheet by complying with the nine principles of assessment: valid, objective, fair, integrated, open, comprehensive and continuous, systematic, based on criteria, and accountable. It has an impact on improving student learning outcomes. The implication of this research is to develop assessment transparency for all lecturers at University Muhammadiyah Magelang.

The use of gadgets, which has increased significantly due to technological developments and the post-Covid-19 pandemic, has negative effects that can lead to addiction, both in adults and children. Gadget addiction is characterized by a person's inability to separate from their gadget. Before being declared to have gadget addiction, a test must first be carried out by a psychologist. This test is called PCIAT (Parent-Child Internet Addiction Test), which is based on PIMU (Problematic Interactive Media Use) criteria, and developed based on the Internet Addiction Test that has been widely used in clinical assessment. Currently, the PCIAT is web-based but still in English, while the one that has been translated into Indonesian is still conducted by psychologists manually using paper, which becomes inefficient and ineffective when faced with a large number of people taking the test. This research aims to make PCIAT screening and scoring online using Google Form and Google Sheet, so that it can be easily used by professionals and the public massively at one time, quickly, and reduce the use of paper. The result of this research, the availability of online PCIAT created using Google Form and Google Sheet, which is easy to use massively and faster in obtaining and processing screening data, so that it is faster to provide the analysis needed by psychologists.

Layanan pengajuan peminjaman ruangan adalah salah satu layanan akademik yang diberikan Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Terpadu Nurul Fikri. Layanan pengajuan peminjaman ruangan di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Terpadu Nurul Fikri masih dilakukan secara manual, yang dimana layanan pengajuan peminjaman ruangan fisik yang dikelola oleh Staf Kemahasiswaan dan layanan pengajuan peminjaman ruangan virtual yang dikelola oleh staf Prodi. Terdapat permasalahan seperti data peminjaman yang tidak terarsip dengan baik, adanya pengajuan peminjaman yang bertabrakan, dan proses yang cukup lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Google Form dan Dashboard berbasis Google Sheet yang memudahkan proses pengajuan serta pengelolaan peminjaman ruangan di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Terpadu Nurul Fikri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Mix Method yaitu menggabungkan antara jenis penelitian Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Hasil pengujian dari Implementasi Penggunaan Google Form dan Dashboard berbasis Google Sheet Peminjaman Ruangan sebesar 100% bagi Mahasiswa, 100% bagi Kemahasiswaan, dan 100% bagi staf Prodi yang berarti keberadaan Google Form dan Dashboard berbasis Google Sheet Peminjaman Ruangan ini memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan pengajuan peminjaman ruangan fisik maupun virtual, serta memudahkan pengelolaan data pengajuan peminjaman ruangan fisik bagi Staf Kemahasiswaan dan memudahkan pengelolaan data pengajuan peminjaman ruangan virtual bagi staf Prodi.

Abstract:
PT Solen System Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of software. PT Solen System Indonesia has employee data containing sprint review data. Sprint review data is data per week that is inputted into the google sheets file. With the data number reaches from 24 google sheet files over a period of one year, admins have difficulty because they have to access google sheets files one by one to be able to view employee performance data. Admin cannot know the extent of the performance of each employee in completing the workload in a certain period. Thus, a website-based strategic dashboard was created using the User centered Design (UCD) method. The dashboard was then tested using usability test and SUS. Results of the dashboard test for the admin and all employees of PT Solen System Indonesia obtained an effectiveness value of 89%, efficiency of 78% and satisfaction of 85%.

Abstract:
This research is a type of R&amp;D research that aims to develop an instrument for assessing inorganic chemistry practicum skills conducted at the Chemistry Department of Makassar State University. The research design used refers to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the study include the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the instruments developed through expert validation, the value of inorganic chemistry practicum skills, and lecturer and practicum assistant response questionnaires. The results of the instrument validation show that a valid instrument from experts obtained a value of 3.5. Practicality was obtained from the lecturer response questionnaire and practicum assistant, namely 60% of respondents gave a score of 5, which is very practical in using the instrument for assessing inorganic chemistry practicum skills through Google Sheets. The effectiveness is obtained from the descriptive analysis of the average inorganic practicum skill value of students majoring in chemistry, namely 82 (B+).

The braking system for motor vehicles is very important which serves to slow down speed. So that the braking system is one that must be considered for driving safety. There are two types of braking systems on motorcycles based on the mechanism, namely braking using discs and drums. One of the causes of road accidents is because the brakes overheat so that failure of the braking system results in brake failure. Therefore, this research is about the design of temperature and speed monitoring on motorcycle brake discs based on google sheets. Which uses MLX90614 sensor as a temperature sensor and E18-D80NK sensor as a speed sensor and NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller. Both sensors are programmed to provide information so that the brake temperature does not overheat and turn on the buzzer when the temperature and speed reach / exceed predetermined values. The buzzer will turn on when the temperature on the disc brakes reaches ?65°C and when the speed reaches 120rpm.

ABSTRAK Saat ini, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kualitas udara memerlukan solusi monitoring yang efisien dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem monitoring kualitas udara di ruang terbuka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan Google Sheet. Terdapat empat parameter yang dimonitoring yaitu konsentrasi gas karbondioksida (CO2), konsentrasi gas karbondioksida (CO), suhu, dan kelembaban udara dengan menggunakan ESP32 sebagai pengatur seluruh proses dalam sistem. ESP32 merupakan sebuah modul mikrokontroler dengan fitur mode ganda yakni WiFi dan Bluetooth. Selain itu, sumber energi listrik yang dipakai berasal dari tenaga matahari yang dikonversi menggunakan panel surya. Uji coba system monitoring dilakukan pada pukul 06.30 WIB sampai 22.51 WIB, dimana system instrumentasi di pasang pada ruang terbuka dengan ketinggian 2 m diukur dari permukaan tanah. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem IoT dapat melalukan pemantauan secara realtime dan efisien dalam mendeteksi variasi setiap detik terhadap parameter kualitas udara yang diukur. Sistem monitoring berbasis IoT dan Google Sheet ini menawarkan solusi monitoring kualitas udara yang hemat biaya, efisien, dan interaktif, serta memudahkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya pemantauan kualitas udara. Kata kunci—Google sheet, Internet of Things (IoT), Kualitas Udara, Monitoring ABSTRACT Nowadays, the increasing public awareness of air quality necessitates efficient and easily accessible monitoring solutions. This research aims to develop an open-space air quality monitoring system by leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Google Sheet. Four parameters are monitored: carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration, carbon monoxide (CO) concentration, temperature, and humidity. The microcontroller used is the ESP-32, and the electrical energy source is derived from solar power, converted by solar panels. The monitoring system trial ran from 06:30 to 22:51 local time, where the instrumentation system was installed in an open space at a height of 2 meters from the ground level. Trial results show that the IoT system can monitor in real-time and efficiently detect second-to-second variations in the measured air quality parameters. This IoT and Google Sheet-based monitoring system offers a cost-effective, efficient, and interactive solution, facilitating community participation in air quality monitoring efforts. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the probing-prompting learning model using the google meet platform was effective in improving students' mathematical communication and to find out whether the mathematical communication of students taught by the probing-prompting learning model is higher than the mathematical communication of students taught by conventional learning. The method used is a quantitative research type of experiment. The population in this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Socah, while the samples in this study were class VII-A as the experimental class and VII-B as the control class. This research was conducted from April to July 2021. The instrument used is an observation sheet on the teacher's ability to manage learning with a probing-prompting learning model using the google meet platform, observation sheet on students' mathematical communication skills taught using the probing-prompting learning model using the google meet platform, as well as pretest and posttest sheets. The effective aspect is shown by the average observation result of the teacher's ability to manage learning with the probing-prompting learning model using the google meet platform of 3.6 which is in the very good category; the average observation result of students' mathematical communication skills who were taught using the probing-prompting learning model using the google meet platform was 62.47% in the high category; and completeness of student learning by 100%. Based on the results of the independent sample t-test, the mathematical communication of students who were taught using the probing-prompting learning model using the google meet platform was higher than the mathematical communication of students who were taught using conventional learning.&#x0D; Keywords: Probing-Prompting Learning Model, Google Meet, Mathematical Communication.

Bukan itu saja, penerapan Google access seperti Google form yang digunakan inputan data absensi dan Google Spread Sheet sebagai penyimpan data atau database, pelaporan nya mudah untuk dikelola lagi, karena pada dasarnya Google Spread Sheet atau Excel cuman online, tentunya keuntungan nya dari penggunaan tersebut adalah free atau tanpa biaya hanya bermodalkan email dari Google, tidak usah beli hosting dan domain. The research entitled "Development of Google Slide-Based Interactive Learning Media on Chemistry Subjects in Class X High School Materials on Atomic Structure", has been carried out using Research and Development (RD) research types and the ADDIE model. The purpose of this study is to develop a google slide learning media that is proven to be suitable for use. The google slide-based learning media on atomic structure material was tested for feasibility by expert validators (media and materials) and students of MAS Darussyari'ah, Banda Aceh city. The instrument in this study was a media feasibility questionnaire sheet and student response sheets. The results of data analysis showed that the google slide media was very feasible to use with the percentage of media feasibility validation results of 93%. Students responses to the media showed a positive response with a percentage of 86.37% which was categorized as very good. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the Google Slide media is very suitable to be used as a learning medium and received positive responses from students.

For those biologists and biodiversity data managers who are unfamiliar with information science data practices of data standardization, the use of complex software to assist in the creation of standardized datasets can be a barrier to sharing data.Since the ratification of the Darwin Core Standard (DwC) (Darwin Core Task Group 2009) by the Biodiversity Information Standards (TDWG) in 2009, many datasets have been published and shared through a variety of data portals. In the early stages of biodiversity data sharing, the protocol Distributed Generic Information Retrieval (DiGIR), progenitor of DwC, and later the protocols BioCASe and TDWG Access Protocol for Information Retrieval (TAPIR) (De Giovanni et al. 2010) were introduced for discovery, search and retrieval of distributed data, simplifying data exchange between information systems. Although these protocols are still in use, they are known to be inefficient for transferring large amounts of data (GBIF 2017). Because of that, in 2011 the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) introduced the Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which allows more efficient data transfer, and has become the preferred format for publishing data in the GBIF network. DwC-A is a structured collection of text files, which makes use of the DwC terms to produce a single, self-contained dataset. Many tools for assisting data sharing using DwC-A have been introduced, such as the Integrated Publishing Toolkit (IPT) (Robertson et al. 2014), the Darwin Core Archive Assistant (GBIF 2010) and the Darwin Core Archive Validator. Despite promoting and facilitating data sharing, many users have difficulties using such tools, mainly because of the lack of training in information science in the biodiversity curriculum (Convention on Biological Diversiity 2012, Enke et al. 2012). However, most users are very familiar with spreadsheets to store and organize their data, but the adoption of the available solutions requires data transformation and training in information science and more specifically, biodiversity informatics. For an example of how spreadsheets can simplify data sharing see Stoev et al. (2016).In order to provide a more "familiar" approach to data sharing using DwC-A, we introduce a new tool as a Google Sheet Add-on. The Add-on, called <em>Darwin Core Archive Assistant Add-on</em> can be installed in the user's Google Account from the G Suite MarketPlace and used in conjunction with the Google Sheets application.The Add-on assists the mapping of spreadsheet columns/fields to DwC terms (Fig. 1), similar to IPT, but with the advantage that it does not require the user to export the spreadsheet and import it into another software. Additionally, the Add-on facilitates the creation of a star schema in accordance with DwC-A, by the definition of a "CORE_ID" (e.g. occurrenceID, eventID, taxonID) field between sheets of a document (Fig. 2). The Add-on also provides an Ecological Metadata Language (EML) (Jones et al. 2019) editor (Fig. 3) with minimal fields to be filled in (i.e., mandatory fields required by IPT), and helps users to generate and share DwC-Archives stored in the user's Google Drive, which can be downloaded as a DwC-A or automatically uploaded to another public storage resource like a user's Zenodo Account (Fig. 4).We expect that the Google Sheet Add-on introduced here, in conjunction with IPT, will promote biodiversity data sharing in a standardized format, as it requires minimal training and simplifies the process of data sharing from the user's perspective, mainly for those users not familiar with IPT, but that historically have worked with spreadsheets. Although the DwC-A generated by the add-on still needs to be published using IPT, it does provide a simpler interface (i.e., spreadsheet) for mapping data sets to DwC than IPT. Even though the IPT includes many more features than the Darwin Core Assistant Add-on, we expect that the Add-on can be a "starting point" for users unfamiliar with biodiversity informatics before they move on to more advanced data publishing tools. On the other hand, Zenodo integration allows users to share and cite their standardized data sets without publishing them via IPT, which can be useful for users without access to an IPT installation. Additionally, we are working on new features and future releases will include the automatic generation of Global Unique Identifiers for shared records, the possibility of adding additional data standards and DwC extensions, integration with GBIF REST API and with IPT REST API.

This research is in the form of an experiment that aims to see the effect of using E-learning accompanied by learning videos on mathematical literacy in Matrix material in class XI MAN in Pontianak. The research population in this study used all students of class XI MIPA MAN in Pontianak. The research sample in this study was students of class XI MIPA 1 and class XI MIPA 2. Class XI MIPA 2 as a control class using WhatsApp and google meet accompanied by learning videos. Meanwhile, class XI MIPA 1 is an experimental class using E-learning accompanied by learning videos. As well as for the data collection tool itself the researchers used observation sheets and test questions. The observation sheet used is the learning implementation observation sheet. The test questions used are mathematical literacy tests. The pretest and posttest data were analyzed using t-test after fulfilling the homogeneity test and normality test. The results of data analysis show that tcount = 1,655 is greater than ttable = 1,424. So, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect on the use of google classroom with learning videos on students' mathematical literacy.

Metode yang digunakan pada tahap awal adalah Identifikasi anggota kader kesehatan yang akan berpartisipasi dalam program sehingga ditentukan 20 kader Kesehatan yang mendapat pelatihan IT dan Telemedicine. Cinusa Hilir merupakan salah satu Kampung yang berada di Desa Nusawangi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang masih melakukan kegiatan pembuangan sampah dengan sistem open dumping serta pembakaran terbuka. Sistem tersebut menyebabkan beberapa kerugian seperti pencemaran tanah dan udara di lingkungan tempat pembuangan sampah serta tidak ada nilai tambah bagi masyarakat. Salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan membuat perencanaan pengelolaan sampah. Sampah plastik yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah bisa dikelola dengan metode ecobrick dan sampah plastik yang masih memiliki nilai ekonomis bisa dijual ke pengepul serta hasil dari penjualan tersebut akan masuk ke kas masyarakat. Metode pelaporan Google Sheet dipilih karena gratis dan bisa diakses oleh semua masyarakat, dibuat dengan cara membuat 3 Sheet yang masing-masing sheet memuat perkembangan dari setiap pengelolaan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi sampah plastik sebanyak 120 kg/hari, 4 tempat penyimpanan sampah, jumlah ecobrick yang bisa dibuat sebanyak 408, 204, 136 dan 116 pcs untuk ukuran botol yang berbeda, potensi penghasilan kas masyarakat sebesar Rp. 170.600 serta jumlah dan ukuran tempat sampah yang dibutuhkan adalah 8 pcs dengan volume 1.000 liter.

SMEs often face challenges in managing inventory due to limited resources and the absence of sophisticated inventory systems, which may lead to inefficiencies such as overstocking or stock shortages. The integration of a cost-effective and user-friendly tool like Google Sheets offers a practical alternative for improving stock management. Using a case study approach, this research analyzes several SMEs that have implemented Google Sheets as part of their inventory management practices. The findings reveal that Google Sheets significantly eases data entry, enables real-time stock monitoring, and supports collaborative work without additional software licensing costs. Moreover, features like automated formulas and conditional formatting reduce human error in inventory documentation. In conclusion, the study finds that Google Sheets enhances operational efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy in inventory management within SMEs, making it a viable digital solution for improving business performance.

Untuk meningkatkan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas kepada siswa, maka para guru perlu dibekali dengan kecakapan dalam menggunakan LMS (Learning Management System). Oleh sebab itu, pengabdi memberikan pelatihan LMS Moodle kepada para guru dan integrasi media pembelajaran online seperti Google Form, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slides, Google Drive, Youtube, dan Google Meet ke dalam Moodle. Berdasarkan kuisioner pasca pelatihan yang diberikan kepada tujuh guru yang hadir saat pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 71,4% guru paham, 42,9% guru bisa membuat akun, 100% guru bisa membuat mata pelajaran, 85,7% guru bisa menggunakan menu pengumuman, dan 100% guru bisa menggunakan menu-menu yang lainnya.

This study aimed to 1) find out the feasibility of the E-worksheet based on discovery learning with Google Docs product, 2) explain the practicality of the E-worksheet based on discovery learning with Google Docs product, and 3) understand the effectiveness of the E-worksheet based on discovery learning with Google Docs product to grow higher order thinking skills (HOTS) of VIII grade junior high school students on the simple machine topic. The study was a research and development (RD) with the 4D model. The subjects were 32 students of VIIIA class in SMPN 4 Pakem. The instruments were product validation sheet, students’ response questionnaire, pre-test and post-test questions, and learning observation sheet. The feasibility and practicality of the product were analyzed using score conversion. The results of the pre-test and post-test were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis to find out the effectiveness of the product. The research concluded that 1) the E-worksheet based on discovery learning with Google Docs product was very feasible, both in the material and media aspects, 2) the E-worksheet based on discovery learning with Google Docs was practical based on the teacher and students’ responses, and 3) the E-worksheet based on discovery learning with Google Docs was effective to build the HOTS of the students.

The instrument used was a material and multimedia expert validation sheet, questions that had been validated to test the effectiveness of implementing Google classroom as learning multimedia. Based on the description above it can be concluded that the implementation of google classroom as multimedia learning with average results of multimedia expert validation of 82.5% and 87% of material experts have a good impact on the learning process and outcomes of students. This is evidenced by an increase in the value of each student with average of pre-test score is 62 and post-test score is 83. N-gain score is 0.75 (high category).

The use of information technology is now so massive, that even reports on community activities have also used information technology. Online forms for reporting are widely used and very easy to create, with complete features. One of the products from Google is Google Forms. Starting from reservation, registration, data collection, reporting, and many activities of sending information and data can be done using this form online. The results of the data have also been presented in full, either in the form of sheets or graphic information, so that the manager or admin does not need to process it again. In the development of information needs, it turns out that the information needs from the google form are not only needed by managers or admins, but some parties need that information in real-time and do not have to log in as managers or admins, so technology is needed to distribute the data and information and processed or presented in a real-time reporting information system. In the google form, several tools have been provided such as Google APIs, Share to Sheet, CSV, etc. to share information with other parties. This study performs modeling in the design of web application architecture using real-time data from google forms based on CSV files and has been tested and produced an application model that can be pasted into other applications so that information from the google form can be conveyed without having to log in to the manager or admin of the google form.

Abstract - This paper presents a smart and cost-effective Accident Detection and Notification System that leverages an Arduino Nano, ADXL335 Accelerometer Sensor, Neo-7M GPS Module, ESP8266 Wi-Fi Module, and Google Sheets for real-time monitoring and emergency alerting. The system is designed to detect sudden impacts using the ADXL335 sensor, which monitors changes in acceleration across the X, Y, and Z axes. Upon detecting a significant acceleration spike indicative of a potential accident, the Arduino Nano activates the Neo-7M GPS Module to obtain precise location coordinates. These coordinates, along with a timestamp, are transmitted to a cloud-based Google Sheet using the ESP8266 Wi-Fi Module. A Google Apps Script is integrated with the spreadsheet to automatically generate and send an email notification containing a clickable Google Maps link pointing to the accident location. This ensures that emergency contacts receive immediate and accurate information, enabling a faster response to the incident. The system eliminates the dependency on traditional communication modules and offers a wireless, internet-based alternative that is both scalable and energy-efficient. The approach demonstrates a reliable solution for improving road safety and emergency management, particularly in urban and semi-urban environments. Website-based online learning media are needed by students to make it easier to understand multilevel representations of chemistry during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to develop learning media based on google sites on chemical bonding material containing multilevel chemical representations and determine product quality. This media development adapts the 4-D development model, consisting of four stages: define, design, development, and disseminate. Quality assessment was carried out by material experts, media experts, chemistry teachers, and students responded. The research instrument was a product quality assessment sheet and student response sheets. The results showed that the quality of the media developed based on the assessment by the media obtained an ideal percentage of 97.5% in the excellent category, material experts obtained an ideal percentage of 85% in the excellent category, and chemistry teachers obtained an ideal percentage of 97% in the excellent category. Learning media based on google sites on chemical bonding material containing multilevel chemical representations also responded positively with a percentage of 93.75%. It can be concluded that the developed media is suitable for use in the learning process to improve students' multi-representation abilities on chemical bonding material.

Google Classroom is designed as a learning medium that is used online which is simpler to use, does not use too much data, and is not complicated so it is easy to operate on smartphones with Android and iOS systems. The purpose of this study was to identify the use of google classroom in social studies learning in grade V elementary schools. The quantitative method used is a survey. The data was obtained through a survey sheet on Google Forms and then a quantitative analysis was carried out. The sample consisted of 36 students in class V of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Miftahul Huda Kosgoro, Musi Rawas. The research results from the 10 aspects covered in the questionnaire show that Google Classroom is the right application as a learning medium because it is easy to use, does not use a lot of data, learning materials can be understood, students can be controlled so that students enjoy learning using Google Classroom, therefore Google Classroom Useful during a pandemic. This research is new because it has never been done before at MI Miftahul Huda Kosgoro. The expected contribution to research can provide knowledge for other schools that want to use Google Classroom as a learning medium, and provide a reference for other researchers who want to conduct research related to Google Classroom as a learning medium that is used in the learning process.

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the collection of active assignments using google form in class 1 G Multilingual Tsanawiyah in social studies learning at Madrasah Mu'allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This research is classroom action research using Kemmis and McTaggart models. The research instrument used was an observation sheet on the activity of collecting student assignments and CBT questions that had been set on the google form. The data analysis used is quantitative data analysis which is described descriptively. The results showed that the google form application was able to increase the achievement of increasing active task collection and student learning outcomes.

Bidang perawatan dan kecantikan termasuk bidang kesehatan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, termasuk kosmetik. Sheet mask menjadi salah satu kosmetik yang banyak diminati di Asia. Penggunaan bahan alami dalam masker memiliki daya tarik lebih bagi pengguna sehingga banyak penelitian mengembangkan masker dari herbal. Oleh karenanya, melalui artikel ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui bagaimana formulasi sediaan sheet mask dari bahan alam, evaluasi sediaan dan efektivitas penggunaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyusun artikel ini yaitu melalui penelusuran pustaka dari berbagai sumber data seperti Google Scholar, Garuda, Directory of Open Access Journals, dan PubMed. Terdapat 35 artikel yang digunakan dalam kajian literatur ini. Berdasarkan pengkajian diketahui sheet mask bahan alam banyak diformulasikan sebagai antioksidan, moisturizer, antibakteri, anti-hiperpigmentasi, dan anti-penuaan. Berbagai bahan alam dapat dikombinasikan dan diformulasikan dengan eksipien tertentu untuk meningkatkan kualitas sediaan. Berdasarkan evaluasi sediaannya, sheet mask dari bahan alam tidak mengiritasi kulit. Efektivitas dan aktivitas beberapa sheet mask masih belum diketahui tetapi beberapa lainnya memiliki efektivitas yang dapat terlihat setelah pemakaian empat minggu. Oleh karena itu, berbagai formula yang dikaji berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi sediaan siap pakai setelah dilakukan pengujian efektivitas dan aktivitas lebih lanjut.

There are still many teachers who have difficulty planning learning activities carefully. The majority of teachers do not complete the administration book because it has to be done manually. Therefore, this research aims to develop Google Sites-based teacher administration in elementary schools. This type of research is development research using the Rowntree model to produce and test products. Meanwhile, at the material evaluation stage, tessmer formative evaluation is used. This research involved material experts, language experts, design experts and practitioner experts. The subjects of this research were class and study teachers in elementary schools with a total of 21 people. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed using qualitative, quantitative and N-gain descriptive analysis. The results of the practicality test at the one to one test stage obtained an average of 90.83% and the small group test obtained an average of 92.75% (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test on the pretest and posttest results with an average N-gain value of 0.74, high category. It can be concluded that teacher administration with Google Sites innovation in elementary schools is very valid and practical for teachers to use. This research has implications for the development of Google Sites-based teacher administration which in the future can improve teacher performance.

Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu 1)kemampuan pendidik dalam mengelola pembelajaran mencapai kriteria sangat baik dengan rata–rata keseluruhan pertemuan sebesar 100, 2)aktivitas peserta didik termasuk dalam kategori aktif karena kategori tersebut mencapai 50% yaitu sebesar 76% dari rata–rata peserta didik pada kategori aktif, 3)respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran daring melalui media google classroom tergolong sangat positif karena persentase rata-rata secara keseluruhan yang menjawab “ya” 85%, dan 4)hasil belajar peserta didik tuntas secara klasikal sebesar 96%.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effectiveness of online learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic through google classroom media on the material of flat-sided building.This type of research is descriptive research,which describes the effectiveness of online learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic through google classroom media on flat-side building materials seen from four aspects. While the research subjects were one class, namely class VIII MTs.Muhammadiyah 4 Sidayu which consists of 27students. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires and learning outcomes tests.The research instrument used was the observation sheet on the ability of educators in managing learning, the student activity observation sheet, the student response questionnaire sheet, and the learning outcome test questions.The results obtained were 1)the ability of educators in managing learning reached very good criteria with an overall average of 100meetings, 2)the activity of students is included in the active category because that category reaches 50%,which is 76% of the average student in the active category, 3)the response of students to online learning through google classroom media is very positive because the overall average percentage who answered “yes”is85%, and 4)the learning outcomes of students were classically complete by 96%.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic situation has hampered the learning process. This can have a negative effect on the quality of the science learning output. This study aims to describe critical thinking skills and science learning outcomes through the application of the discovery learning model assisted by the Google Meet application. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 15 students. The research instrument used was the critical thinking skills observation sheet and the learning outcome test sheet. The results showed that critical thinking skills in the pre-cycle stage were 52.33, cycle I 60.17, and cycle II 69.17. Then, the completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle is 60.00%, the first cycle is 73.33%, and the second cycle is 86.67%. Based on this, it can be concluded that learning with the discovery learning model assisted by the Google Meet application can improve critical thinking skills and science learning outcomes. The results of this study have implications for finding solutions to improve the quality of science learning output.

Abstract:
Pemerintah desa Pacalan masih menggunakan sistem manual, masyarakat perlu datang ke kantor desa untuk mengurus pengajuan dokumen. Penggunaan teknologi dalam mendukung distribusi persuratan yang baik akan meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang baik. Masyarakat tidak perlu ke kantor kelurahan untuk mengisi biodata diri dan keperluan pengajuan. Sosialisasi tersebut bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa Pacalan dalam menjelaskan alur mengisi formulir Google Form yang telah disediakan oleh perangkat desa. Penggunaan administrasi secara online membantu masyarakat dalam pengajuan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Masyarakat memberikan tanggapan yang bagus dengan pengaplikasian teknologi secara online untuk pengajuan persuratan yang dibutuhkan. Pembaharuan perumusan Google Sheet akan menjadikan nomor dokumen menyesuaikan dengan yang baru. Antusias masyarakat dalam menggunakan sistem administrasi online diharapkan semakin meningkat setelah mendapatkan sosialisasi penggunaan. Manfaat yang terjadi pada penggunaan sistem online dalam pelayanan publik lebih memudahkan dan fleksibel dengan masyrakat dalam pengajuan dokumen yang dibutuhkan dan menambah wawasan mengenai teknologi yang diterapkan pada administrasi desa.

Abstract:
Covid 19 sangat berdampak luas pada berbagai sektor, diantaranya adalah sektor pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk memastikan proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan baik, walaupun murid berada pada rumah masing-masing. Salah satu metode yang digunakan Guru adalah Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) lewat media online. Kondisi ini menimbulkan permasalahan yaitu PJJ belum efektif dan maksimal jika di implementasikan pada sekolah yang infrastukturnya belum memadai. Permasalahan tersebut juga di alami oleh para guru di SMPN 2 Surakarta. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdi memberikan solusi yaitu implementasi Google suite for education (GSE) dengan memanfaatkan akun belajar.id yang telah diluncurkan oleh Kemendikbud RI. GSE adalah paket layanan Google berbasis cloud yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan manajemen institusi berbasis email Gmail yang sekaligus dapat di akses dengan aplikasi mobile. GSE memiliki fasilitas online learning management system yaitu google classroom. Penyelesaian masalah dilakukan melalui dukungan teknologi dan dukungan manajemen. Dukungan teknologi yang berikan melalui implementasi dan pendampingan pemanfaatan teknologi GSE melalui akun belajar.id yang akan digunakan para guru dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dukungan dari sisi manajemen berupa pengetahuan pada para guru dan murid terkait dengan aktifasi email dan pengetahuan tentang aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh GSE seperti : Google Form, Google Meet Google Docs, Google Sheet , dan Google Drive untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar secara online/daring.
