Graph transformation languages are declarative, rule-based languages that abstract from low-level representations of graphs and graph manipulations. Based on formal rewriting approaches, ~aph transformation languages have a strong formal underpinning which facilitates formal reasoning. <p>Examensarbetet som beskrivs i denna rapport handlar om en ny teknik för att förbättra säkerheten för flygplan i luften och i närheten av flygplatser. Denna teknik benämns ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast), och är tänkt att göra det möjligt för piloter att själva få information om trafik i närområdet. Nuvarande system baserar sig i huvudsak på visuella observationer från flygledare i kontrolltorn samt radarspaning omkring flygplatserna. Med det nuvarande systemet kommer det att bli både dyrt och svårt att upprätthålla en acceptabel nivå på flygsäkerheten när trafiken ökar. <

Filoviruses cause sporadic outbreaks of highly lethal hemorrhagic fever throughout central Africa. Virus entry is mediated by the sole viral glycoprotein, GP. Furthermore, GP is the main target for neutralizing antibodies. Thus, a better understanding of GP and its functions is critical for the development of antivirals and vaccines. GP contains a high number of N- and O-linked glycans, which shield the majority of the protein. Sporothrix shenckii é o agente etiológico da esporotricose, micose de carater crônico e de ampla distribuição mundial. No Brasil, vem crescendo o número de casos da doença, bem como a incidência de formas clínicas graves ou atípicas. Nosso grupo de pesquisa desenvolveu um anticorpo monoclonal contra o componente antigênico proteíco de 70 kDa, secretado pelas células leveduriformes de S. schenckii, denominado anticorpo monoclonal (AcMo) P6E7.
