Abstract:

Straipsnyje trumpai apžvelgiama procesų gavybos svarba ir panaudojimo sritys, taip pat mokslininkų darbai, kuriuose procesų gavyba naudojama įmonės finansinių veiklų analizei ar auditui. Remiantis apžvelgtais darbais, pristatomas siūlomas dokumentų valdymo procesų išgavimo metodas. Šis metodas paremtas dokumentų valdymo sistemos žurnalinių įrašų analize. Taikant metodą gaunami procesų grafai, tačiau nepakanka duomenų, kad būtų aiškiai įvardijama, kas konkrečiai vyksta kiekvienoje grafo viršūnėje. Tam reikalinga žmogaus pagalba, įvardijant kiekvieną veiklą. Papildomai pateikiamos rekomendacijos, kaip šį trūkumą būtų galima pašalinti – integruojant daugiau sistemos duomenų.

Abstract:

Iki 1916 m. į Kuršo provincijos muziejų pateko Lietuvos bajorų senųjų giminių ir vokiečių tautybės dvarininkų aptiktų įvairių plačios chronologijos (4400/4200 m. pr. Kr.–XVI a. po Kr.) archeologinių radinių iš Kauno gubernijos (210 vienetų iš dvylikos vietovių, minimos dar dvi radavietės, daugiausia iš šiaurinės dalies, Žemaitijos). Aktyviausi XIX a. pabaigoje renkant dirbinius ir organizuojant tyrimus (jau Kuršo gubernijoje) buvo grafai Theodoras ir Otto Keyserlingkai (Malgūžės–Daunoravos atšaka). Kai kurie šių rinkinių turėjo antikvarinį pobūdį, nefiksuotos tikslesnės jų radimo aplinkybės (O. Keyserlingko akmeninių kirvelių rinkinys), tačiau kiti buvo detaliau metrikuoti (Alfredo von Behro Škilinpamūšio pilkapyno ir kt. radiniai). Tam tikrais atvejais ši informacija apie kai kuriuos objektus – Adakavą, Laukžemę, Lieporus, Moliūnus, Škilinpamūšį, Viekšnius (Kauno gubernija), Vecsaulės Čapanus, Jaunsvirlaukos Migalias (Kuršo gubernija) ir kt. – ar juose surinktus unikalius radinius yra vienintelė.

W artykule zaprezentowano w skrócie najstarsze etapy rozwoju czeskiej i polskiej grafii, ponieważ omawiane tutaj słowiańskie języki oddziaływały na siebie od momentu ich powstawania Jak wynika z artykułu, w obydwu badanych systemach językowych można wyodrębnić analogiczne okresy funkcjonowania grafii prostej (pravopis jednoduchý), złożonej (pravopis spřežkový) i diakrytycznej (diakritický pravopis). W efekcie różnorakich zmian na czeskim gruncie językowym powstała grafia diakrytyczna (wyjątek stanowi dziś ch), w polszczyźnie natomiast – jak wiadomo – zaczął funkcjonować połączony system grafii złożonej i diakrytycznej.

Alfurkan tatarski by Piotr Czyżewski – description of the old print (graphy with some phonetic aspects) This article discusses Alfurkan tatarski [Tartar Al Furqan] published by Piotr Czyżewski in 1617, which probably is the second expanded edition of the work. Based upon analysis of two copies of this early printing work, it presents some graphic features of the book. Phonetic and dialectal phenomena, which allow us to draw conclusions about the nature of the author’s language and its regional features, remain in close association with some of the print’s graphic elements. Alfurkan tatarski Piotra Czyżewskiego – opis zabytku (grafia z elementami fonetyki)W artykule opisuje się Alfurkan tatarski Piotra Czyżewskiego z 1617 roku, który jest najprawdopodobniej drugim, poszerzonym wydaniem utworu. Na podstawie analizy dwóch egzemplarzy zabytku przedstawiono cechy grafii druku. W ścisłym związku z niektórymi elementami grafii pozostają zagadnienia fonetyczne oraz dialektalne, które umożliwiają formułowanie wniosków na temat języka autora wraz z jego cechami regionalnymi.

O presente artigo está organizado em três momentos. Inicialmente, procede-se a um duplo debate: uma reflexão sobre a opção majoritária de se grafar ethos como palavra estrangeira e a proposta de conferir ao conceito uma grafia em língua portuguesa, a saber, etos, como já o apresentam diferentes dicionários; uma indagação sobre a real necessidade de se manterem categorias como as de etos pré-discursivo (ou prévio) e etos dito, tendo em vista a produtividade de uma concepção de etos tal como fora postulada em seus primórdios, restrita ao que se chamou etos mostrado. Em um segundo momento, um exercício de leitura de texto publicado na mídia digital sobre tema da atualidade, a saber, o casamento gay, reproduzido em anexo, terá por objetivo ratificar a pertinência da opção que fazemos por manter uma única categoria de etos, considerando que dispositivos como o vocabulário e coenunciadores, integrantes da semântica global de D. Maingueneau, podem dar conta do que vem sendo atribuído a diferentes subcategorias de etos. Por fim, propõe-se uma breve reflexão acerca da noção de subjetividade, a qual ocupa um lugar central nos estudos de base discursiva, buscando-se afastar uma concepção essencialista ou naturalizada do conceito, que muitas vezes é responsável por torná-la indistinta do que se compreende por identidade e individualidade.

Pirmasis fotožurnalistikos raidą Lietuvoje yra iš dalies apžvelgęs V. Juodakis knygoje „Lietuvos fotografijos istorija“ (iki 1940m.)1. Ši knyga skirta visos fotografijos istorijai, tad fotožurnalistika buvo analizuojama tik kaip vienas iš fotografijos plėtotės barų, glaustai ir eskiziškai, bet pasitelkus būtiniausius faktus, svarbiausius leidinius, aptarus fotožurnalistikos žanrus, parodžius kiekybišką augimą įvairiuose leidiniuose. V. Juodakis pirmasis plačiau įvedė XIX a. – XXa. pradžios Lietuvos fotografiją į tarptautinę erdvę Londone leidžiamame žurnale „Fotografijos istorija“2.Per atsikūrusios Lietuvos dešimtmetį pasirodė daug naujų mokslinių tyrimų, fotografijos istorijos knygų: „Vilniaus fotografija. 1858–1915“3, „Dagerotipai, ambrotipai, ferotipai Lietuvos muzie uose“4, „Czechowicz. XIXa. Vilniaus vaizdai“5, „Tyszkiewicz. Fotografijų albumas“6, J. Bulhak „Vilniaus barokas“7, A. Snitkuvienė „Raudondvaris. Grafai Tiškevičiai ir jų palikimas“8, „Lietuvos fotografija iki XXa.“9, Sk. Valiulio ir S. Žvirgždo „Fotografijos slėpiniai“10. Paraleliai suintensyvėjo to pačio laikotarpio, net tų pačių autorių tyrinėjimai Lenkijoje: „Žvilgsniai į Vilnių“ („Spojrzenia na Wilno“. Fotografia wileńska 1839–1939)11, „Vilnius ir Vilnija ant amžių sandūros Stanislovo Flerio fotografijose“ („Wilno i Wileńszczyzna na przełomie wieków w fotografii Stanisława Filiberta Fleury (1858–1915)“ ir kiti.12 Užsienyje padaugėjo mėginimų parašyti pasaulinę fotografijos istoriją:M. Frizot „Naujoji fotografijos istorija“ („The new history of photography“), Vokietija13, M. W. Marien „Fotografija. Ir kultūros istorija“ („Photography. A cultural history“)14. Daugėja atskirų kraštų istorijų iratskiriems autoriams ir periodams skirtų monografijų. Pasak M. Marien, „per kelis pastaruosius dešimtmečius fotografijos istorijos erdvė labai išsiplėtė, atsirado daug šviežios medžiagos, o nauji analizės būdai padėjo atsirasti gyvybingam interdisciplininių studijų laukui […] Menas, fotožurnalistika, socialinė dokumentika ir moksliškas žvilgsnis konverguoja, išblukina tradicinius apribojimus, skatina ir naują fotografijos praktiką“15. Nebepatenkina ir įsigalėjusi XX a. antroje pusėje tendencija į fotografijos istoriją žiūrėti vien menotyriniu žvilgsniu, dar papildant jos istoriją technikos ir technologijos kaitos apžvalga (žr. lietuviškai išleistą J. Jeffrey knygą „Fotografijos istorija“16 ar VDA išleistą „Lietuvos dailės istoriją“17). Toks vertinimų siaurumas knygoje „Fotografija. Istorijos krizė“18 vadinamas pačių fotografijos istorikų krize. Čia iškeliamas ir toliau tebevyraujantis anglo-amerikietiškasis centrizmas, nustumiantis į periferiją ištisus žemynusir regionus. Toks likimas ištiko ir Rytų Europą: jai nelengva prasiskinti kelią į globalinį fotografijos raidos kontekstą. Todėl minėto metodologinių fotografijos istorijos studijų rinkinio autoriai siūlo kitą kelią: pradėti nuo savo šalies ar platesnio regiono fotografijos istorijos tyrimo visais aspektais,bet paraleliai atsižvelgti į tarptautinį kontekstą.Bandydami taip pažvelgti į Lietuvos fotožurnalistikos raidą pamėginkime paanalizuoti porą jos paralelių su Europos fotožurnalistikos raida ir atsakyti į klausimus: 1) Kur yra fotožurnalistikos pradžia? 2) Kaip fotožurnalistika ateina į spaudą ir kokioje spaudoje ji geriausiai plėtoja savogalimybes?Esminiai žodžiai: fotožurnalistika, ištakos, iliustruota spauda, fotoreportažas.

Abstract:

Este texto parte da desconstrução do visível, inscrita em textos de Jacques Derrida. Na fotografia, a visibilidade do que aparece vincula-se às noções de perspectiva e enquadramento, que evocam a centralidade do olhar de quem fotografa em relação à cena captada. Mostrar-se-á como essas noções deixam-se desconstruir pelos sentidos atribuídos por Derrida à foto-grafia, ao ressaltar o termo -grafia e suas implicações quanto à mostração da imagem. Será proposta uma aproximação entre o quase-conceito defoto-grafia(Derrida) e o que Borges denomina de objetos ur, indicando como ambos os autores questionam determinações ontológicas da imagem fotográfica. Por sua vez, a suposta primazia do instante, como se a fotografia atasse as temporalidades de quem fotografa e daquilo que é fotografado, também se deixa desconstruir, como se ressaltará na dialética entre instante, espera e expectativa. Tais abordagens possibilitarão pensar, por fim, espaçamentos da fotografia contemporânea, a partir do trabalho de Miguel Rio Branco.

Abstract:

The antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC) of spleen lymphocytes, isolated fromhamsters with progressing myeloid Graffi tumor, was studied. The effect of the application of Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase, isolated from the fungal strain Humicola lutea (HL SOD), before and during tumor transplantation on the lymphocyte ADCC was examined. Myeloid Graffi tumor cells as target cells were used. Antibodies from a rabbit hyper-immune anti-tumor Graffi cells serum, or from tumor-bearing hamsters serum were used in the test. The leukocyte adherence inhibition (LAI) in the presence of tumor antigenwas examined also during tumor progression. ADCC of the spleen lymphocytes, determined by both, rabbit and hamster anti-tumor antibodies, decreased during tumor progression. The optimum treatment of the animals by HL SOD induced a 20-30% increase of lymphocyte cytotoxicity againstmyeloid Graffi tumor cells. Cytotoxicity in presence of tumor bearing hamsters serum was twofold lower as compared to that one determined in the presence of rabbit hyper-immune anti-myeloid Graffi tumor cells serum. Leukocyte adherence inhibition (LAI) index in the presence of tumor antigen increased during tumor development in the groups of treated and untreated animals. The LAI indices of HL SOD-treated tumor-bearing hamsters were lower than that of untreated animals with tumors, what can be explained by a higher adherence ability of leukocytes induced by HL SOD treatment (in formula for calculation of LAI index the adherence value is in the denominator). The results show the beneficial effect of HL SOD on the cell- mediated immune response of myeloid Graffi tumor bearing hamsters, what is probably due to the participation of the enzyme in the host’s oxidant-antioxidant balance

ABSTRACT Cas-Br-E and Graffi are two murine viruses that induce myeloid leukemia in mice: while Cas-Br-E induces mostly non-T, non-B leukemia composed of very immature cells, Graffi causes exclusively a granulocytic leukemia (E. Rassart, J. Houde, C. Denicourt, M. Ru, C. Barat, E. Edouard, L. Poliquin, and D. Bergeron, Curr. Top. Microbiol. Immunol. 211:201–210, 1995). In an attempt to understand the basis of the myeloid specificity of these two retroviruses, we used DNase I footprinting analysis and gel mobility shift assays to identify a number of protein binding sites within the Cas-Br-E and Graffi U3 regions. Two protected regions include potential GATA binding sites. Methylation interference analysis with different hematopoietic nuclear extracts showed the importance of the G residues in these GATA sites, and supershift assays clearly identified the binding factors as GATA-1, GATA-2, and GATA-3. Transient assays with long terminal repeat (LTR)-chloramphenicol acetyltransferase constructs showed that these three GATA family members are indeed able to transactivate Cas-Br-E and Graffi LTRs. Thus, the availability and relative abundance of the various members of the GATA family of transcription factors in a given cell type could influence the transcriptional tissue specificity of murine leukemia viruses and hence their disease specificity.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The Graffi murine leukemia virus (MuLV) was isolated in 1954 by Arnold Graffi, who characterized it as a myeloid leukemia-inducing retrovirus. He and his team, however, soon observed the intriguing phenomenon of hematological diversification, which corresponded to a decrease of myeloid leukemias and an increase of other types of leukemias. Recently, we derived two different molecular clones corresponding to ecotropic nondefective genomes that were named GV-1.2 and GV-1.4. The induced leukemias were classified as myeloid based on morphological analysis of blood smears. In this study, we further characterized the two variants of the Graffi murine retrovirus, GV-1.2 and GV-1.4, in three different strains of mice. We show that the Graffi MuLV is a multipotent retrovirus capable of inducing both lymphoid (T- and B-cell) and nonlymphoid (myeloid, erythroid, megakaryocytic) leukemia. Many of these are very complex with concomitant expression of different hematopoietic lineages. Interestingly, a high percentage of megakaryocytic leukemias, a type of leukemia rarely observed with MuLVs, arise in the FVB/n strain of mice. The genetic backgrounds of the different strains of mice influence greatly the results. Furthermore, the enhancer region, different for GV-1.2 and GV-1.4, plays a pivotal role in the disease specificity: GV-1.2 induces more lymphoid leukemias, and GV-1.4 induces more nonlymphoid ones.

Abstract:

Prispevek obravnava grafte kot vizualni element mestnega prostora. Namen raziskave je bil preučiti lokacije z grafti v Celju, cilj pa ugotoviti vpliv graftov na celjski mestni pros-tor. Obravnavane so lokacije, na katerih se nahajajo opazni, barviti in stilsko različni grafti. Gre za poseben tip graftov – subkulturne grafte oziroma writinge, ki v Celju prevladujejo. Avtorica se v raziskavi o graftih v Celju opira na informacije, pridobljene od ustvarjalcev graftov in prebivalcev mesta pri tem izpostavi opaženost graftov s strani prebivalcev.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT The Graffi murine leukemia virus is a nondefective ecotropic retrovirus that was originally reported to induce myeloid leukemia in some strains of mice (A. Graffi, Ann. N.Y. Acad. Sci. 68:540-558, 1957). Using provirus-flanking sequences as DNA probes, we identified a new common retroviral integration site called Gris1 (for Graffi integration site 1). Viral integrations in Gris1 were detected in 13% of the tumors analyzed. The Gris1 locus was mapped to the distal region of mouse chromosome 6, 85 kb upstream of the cyclin D2 gene. Such viral integration in Gris1 causes overexpression of the normal 6.5-kb major transcript of cyclin D2 but also induces the expression of a new, alternatively spliced 1.1-kb transcript from the cyclin D2 gene that encodes a truncated cyclin D2 of 17 kDa. The expression of this 1.1-kb transcript is specific to tumors in which Gris1 is rearranged but is also detected at low levels in normal tissue.

Gradasi agregat pada dasarnya sangat mempengaruhi besarnya rongga antar butir yang akan menentukan stabilitas dan memberikan kemudahan selama proses pelaksanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. untuk mendapatkan nilai kuat tekan CTB untuk masing-masing variasi gradasi agregat yang digunakan. 2. untuk mengetahui perbedaan nilai kuat tekan CTB yang yang berada pada kondisi gradasi atas, gradasi tengah dan gradasi bawah dari spesifikasi gradasi lapis pondasi agregat. Data pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian mnunjukan: 1. nilai kuat tekan umur 7 hari untuk gradasi bawah adalah 103,57 kg/cm2, nilai kuat tekan gradasi tengah pada umur 7 hari adalah 111,62 kg/cm2, dan nilai kuat tekan gradasi atas pada umur 7 hari adalah106,20 kg/cm2.Nilai kuat tekan umur 28 hari untuk gradasi bawah adalah 142,76 kg/cm2, nilai kuat tekan umur 28 hari untuk gradasi tengah adalah 159,63 kg/cm2, dan nilai kuat tekan umur 28 hari untuk gradasi atas adalah 153,42 kg/cm2. 2. nilai kuat tekan gradasi tengah memiliki nilai kuat tekan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan gradasi atas dan gradasi bawah.

ABSTRACT The Graffi murine leukemia virus (MuLV) is a nondefective retrovirus that induces granulocytic leukemia in BALB/c and NFS mice. To identify genes involved in Graffi MuLV-induced granulocytic leukemia, tumor cell DNAs were examined for genetic alterations at loci described as common proviral integration sites in MuLV-induced myeloid, lymphoid, and erythroid leukemias. Southern blot analysis revealed rearrangements in c-myc, Fli-1,Pim-1, and Spi-1/PU.1 genes in 20, 10, 3.3, and 3.3% of the tumors tested, respectively. These results demonstrate for the first time the involvement of those genes in granulocytic leukemia.

Prior to Mullā Ṣadrā, the discussion of the gradation (al-tashkīk) was limited on the category of quality and that of quantity, both are known as the differential gradation (al-tashkīk al- tafāḍulī). In Ibn Sīnā’s point of view, the gradation occurs in the accidental matters (al-tashkīk fī al-‘araḍī) while in Suhrawardi’s, it occurs in the quiddity (al-tashkīk fī al-māhiyyah). Mullā Ṣadrā rejects both views and proves that essentially (bi al-dhāt) the gradation, in the specific sense, occurs in the reality of existence (tashkīk fī ḥaqīqat al-wujūd), while the gradation in the general sense just follows (bi al-ilḥaq) it. Using descriptive-analytical method and comparative approache, this article is aimed to show the meeting points as well as separating ones of the thoughts of the three philosophers concerning gradation; also, to point out that after proving the oneness in the reality of existence and asserting the differential gradation in it, Mullā Ṣadrā proceeds to elaborate two other kinds of gradation: (1) that which is more specific than the differential gradation, i.e., the causal gradation (al-tashkīk al-‘illī), and (2) that which is outside of the differential gradation, i.e., the accidental gradation.Keywords : gradation, the gradation in matters, the causal gradation, the accidental gradation. Pembahasan gradasi (al-tasykīk) sebelum periode Mullā Shadrā terbatas pada kategori kualitas dan kuantitas, atau dikenal dengan istilah gradasi diferensial (al-tasykīk al- tafādhulī). Dalam pandangan Ibn Sīnā, gradasi terjadi pada hal-hal aksidental (al-tasykīk fī al-‘aradhī); sementara menurut Suhrawardī, gradasi terjadi pada quiditas (al-tasykīk fī al-māhiyyah). Mullā Shadrā menolak kedua pandangan tersebut dan membuktikan bahwa gradasi, dalam makna spesifik, secara esensial (bi al-dzāt) terjadi pada hakikat eksistensi (tasykīk fī ḥaqīqat al-wujūd), sedangkan gradasi dalam makna umum terjadi tidak secara esensial melainkan hanya mengikuti (bi al-ilḥaq). This study addresses the uncertain phyletic status of four Australian freshwater planarians: Dugesia glandulosa (Kenk, 1930), Planaria graffi Weiss, 1909, P. hoernesi Weiss, 1909, P. boehmigi Weiss, 1909. Planaria hoernesi and P. boehmigi are redescribed on the basis of newly prepared type material. Following up on previous studies, a new phylogenetic hypothesis concerning relationships within the family Dugesiidae is developed. In view of this hypothesis, and taking into account the incomplete information on the species' morphology, it is concluded that P. graffi is best assigned to the genus Cura Strand, 1942. Reinterpretation of features in species of the current genus Romankenkius Ball, 1974 resulted in a redefinition of this genus. It is shown that in its new concept, the genus Romankenkius accommodates the species R. bilineatus Ball &Tran, 1979, R. boehmigi (Weiss, 1909), R. hoernesi (Weiss, 1909), R. glandulosus (Kenk, 1930), R. kenki Ball, 1974, R. libidinosus Sluys &Rohde, 1991, R. michaelseni (Böhmig, 1902), R. pedderensis Ball, 1974, and R. patagonicus (Borelli, 1901). The current genus Cura is restricted to the species C. pinguis (Weiss, 1909), C. foremanii (Girard, 1852), and C. graffi (Weiss, 1909).

Neste artigo, foram analisadas situações em que a sequência “o que” apresentava-se grafada de modo convencional (“o que”) e de modo não convencional (“oque”). Essas flutuações de grafia foram extraídas de textos de alunos que cursaram os quatro últimos anos do Ensino Fundamental (EF) em uma escola pública do interior paulista. Quanto aos resultados, verificou-se que: (i) o conjunto de sujeitos selecionados terminam o EF II com índice maior de “o que” grafado convencionalmente, todavia o índice de “oque” grafado não convencionalmente também aumenta; (ii) na flutuação gráfica “o que” e “oque”, são mobilizados dois type baseados na informação morfossintática, um type com funcionamento pronominal e um type com funcionamento interrogativo; e (iii) essa flutuação pode estar relacionada a aspectos prosódicos advindos da relação entre fala e escrita.

During and after the January 2011 revolutionary protests, Egypt witnessed the surge and spread of graffi ti and street art activities. The story of graffi ti in Egypt is usually rendered as voices of dissent, modes of symbolic resistance, or expressive force of anger, solidarity, and commemoration. While it is true that the collapse of the state security services and the liberation of public space after the 2011 had fostered the growth of artistic revolutionary expressions, the story of artistic production implies more than politics of cultural representation. Rather, these artistic expressions are usually grounded in the formations, expansions, and contractions of social groups that keep on negotiating their identities, networks, capacities and limitations.

RESUMO Objetivo: analisar as produções escritas de crianças com dificuldades em leitura/escrita. Métodos: 171 crianças, matriculadas no 4º/5º do ensino fundamental constituíram dois grupos: G1 (n=50) - crianças sem dificuldades em leitura/escrita, G2 (n=121) - crianças com dificuldades nessas tarefas. Cada criança, após observar uma figura estímulo, deveria escrever um texto. Foi analisado a grafia, os erros ortográficos, as variáveis linguísticas e o conteúdo deste. Resultados: em G2 observou-se alterações em relação à grafia; maior percentual de ocorrência de erros ortográficos e de diversos tipos; mesma proporção no uso de substantivos, adjetivos e pronomes, porém dificuldade na conjugação verbal e no uso de advérbios temporais. Em relação ao conteúdo, apenas descreveram a cena e demonstraram vocabulário restrito e pouca criatividade. Conclusão: a produção escrita de crianças com dificuldade em leitura/escrita apresentou diversas falhas entre as quais: alterações na grafia, presença de erros ortográficos e limitação na construção de texto, restringindo-se a simples descrição do desenho estímulo, com pouca articulação de idéias e sem criação de personagens, local e tempo para a sua história. Este conjunto de falhas compromete a inteligibilidade do texto pelo leitor e demonstra que a elaboração escrita é uma tarefa complexa para essas crianças.

Dari faktor sumber daya manusia sering diakibatkan oleh sikap para operator pelaksana perkerjaan konstruksi jalan yang amat sering mengabaikan pentingnya pengukuran dan kalibrasi gradasi gabungan di laboratorium, maupun gradasi gabungan di unit Hot Feed Bin di Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP). Sering terjadinya pencampur-bauran agregat dalam muatan bin, tipe yang benar dari feeders, termasuk tipe belt untuk agregat pasir halus, pintu feeders jarang dikalibrasi secara tepat dan terpasang dengan kuat, tidak terjaganya secara terpisah ukuran agregat di lokasi stockpile, menjadi penyebab penyimpangan pada Job Mix Agregate Formula (JMAGF). New specimens representing species of Cyrtiopsis Grabau, 1923, described by Grabau (1931a) were recovered in samples from the Late Devonian deposits of the Changlongjie Member of the Xikuangshan Formation in central Hunan Province of South China. Associated Famennian age conodonts and morphotypes of the rhynchonellid brachiopod Yunnanellina lineage fix the ranges of species of Cyrtiopsis and related taxa in the Xikuangshan Formation within the interval of the Middle triangularis Zone through the Lower crepida Zone (early Famennian) in central Hunan Province.Detailed study and comparison of external and internal shell structures of the type species of Cyrtiopsis Grabau, 1923, and related species described in Grabau (1931a) shows that Cyrtiopsis from South China includes the type species, C. davidsoni (embodied by the holotype), and C graciosa. Both of these species are shown to lack a delthyrial plate. Grabau's paratypes of C. davidsoni are considered to belong in Cyrtiopsis intermedia Grabau, 1931. The species C. kayseri Grabau, 1931, and C. shensiensis Grabau, 1931, are also deemed synonyms of C. davidsoni Grabau, 1923 (as restricted above). “Cyrtiopsis” intermedia differs from other species of Cyrtiopsis by development of a short delthyrial plate and its systematic position remains uncertain.The genus Pseudocyrtiopsis is proposed with Cyrtiopsis spiriferoides Grabau, 1931, as the type. Pseudocyrtiopsis new genus is distinguished from Cyrtiopsis Grabau, 1923, by its alate hinge and development of a delthyrial plate. Comparisons of species of Cyrtiopsis from South China with cyrtospiriferid brachiopods identified as Cyrtiopsis by Crickmay (1952) demonstrate that none of the early Famennian species from western Canada can be assigned to the genus as revised here, although C. mimetes Crickmay, 1952, is closely related to “C.” intermedia Grabau, 1931.

U ovom radu predstavljen je softverski sistem za praćenje i analizu pokreta očiju ispitanika tokom izrade on-screen testa. Predloženi sistem sastoji se iz dve komponente: klijentska aplikacija koja komunicira sa uređajem za praćenje pokreta očiju i funkcionalnosti obrade i vizuelizacije prikupljenih podataka. Obrada podataka podrazumeva mapiranje sirovih parova koordinata dobijenih praćenjem pokreta očiju u sekvencu regija od interesa. Predloženi sistem obezbeđuje podršku za tri načina vizuelizacije: putem toplotnih mapa pogleda, putem grafa toka pogleda i putem grafa toka regija od interesa. Istraživanje je evaluirano primenom predloženog sistema u okviru eksperimenta u kom je 51 student rešavao on-screen test opšte kulture.

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa di MI Ma’arif Grabag Tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian gabungan dari kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru MI Ma’arif Grabag dan siswa di MI Ma’arif Grabag Magelang dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 siswa yang diambil secara acak dari kelas rendah ke kelas tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan hasil dari observasi bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar pada taraf kewajaran hal ini dilihat dari tingkat absensi dan nilai raport siswa, sedangkan hasil wawancara dengan guru MI bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar di MI Ma’arif Grabag masih tergolong masih belum tinggi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari sebaran skala motivasi belajar untuk siswa bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar siswa MI Ma’arif Grabag berada pada tingkat sedang dengan presentase nilai sebesar 74%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat motivasi belajar di MI Ma’arif Grabag tahun akademik 2018/2019 dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat motivasi belajar yang sedang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, maka perlu peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada kategori tinggi. This study aims to determine the level of student motivation in MI Ma'arif Grabag 2018/2019 academic year. This type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The subjects of this study were MI Ma'arif Grabag teachers and students at MI Ma'arif Grabag Magelang by taking a sample of 100 students taken randomly from low to high class. The results of this study are based on the results of observations that the level of learning motivation at the level of reasonableness is seen from the level of student attendance and report cards, while the results of interviews with MI teachers that the level of learning motivation at MI Ma'arif Grabag is still relatively not high. The results obtained from the distribution of learning motivation scale for students that the level of learning motivation of MI Ma'arif Grabag students is at a moderate level with a percentage value of 74%. The conclusion in this study is the level of learning motivation in MI Ma'arif Grabag in the 2018/2019 academic year in the medium category. The level of learning motivation that can affect student learning outcomes, it is necessary to increase student learning motivation in the high category.
