Abstract:
The article deals with the issue of technogenic safety of grain processing enterprises. The legislative background of this issue is considered – the laws of Ukraine, regulatory legal acts. The grain processing industry contains a significant number of high-risk objects, potentially hazardous objects, where high-risk works are carried out. The most common emergencies and accidents found in the grain processing industries are those related to the explosion and fire hazard. The factors of fire and explosion and the fire hazard of enterprises for storage and processing of grain raw materials are given. The potential sources of ignition of grain raw materials and grain products, the causes of explosions of the dust air, gas-air or hybrid mixtures are specified. The list of the most common places and reasons for the ignition sources and explosions in technological structures and buildings, and the ways of flame propagation are given. The main dangerous factors that arise in the accident and the most fire-dangerous buildings of the grain-processing industry are presented. The grain-processing enterprises carry out high-risk works, which are covered by the special requirements, observance of which protects against accidents, but the level of occupational injuries, including those with deadly repercussions, remains high in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. One of the main causes of accidents resulting in death is the lack of permits for the execution of works and operation of equipment, machinery, mechanisms and high-risk objects. The works for the fulfilment of which the employer must have permission to hazardous work and the operation (use) of high-risk machines, machinery, equipment or declaration conformity of the material and technical resources to the requirements of occupational safety legislation are defined. The analysis of the hazards of grain processing industry enterprises helps to identify all possible emergencies and accidents. This is a compulsory procedure for the emergency response plan. The plans for localization and liquidation of the consequences of accidents in high-risk objects are developed for adjustment and coordination of the actions of the authorities and civil defence forces of the enterprise, institution, organization, whichowns or uses at least one high-risk object in case of threat or occurrence of emergencies. The plans are developed and approved by a legal entity or an individual, which owns or uses at least one high risk object, as well as enterprise, institution or organization that plans to operate or operates at least one high-risk object.

Abstract:
Introduction. In small enterprises with simplified technological process of graded milling, preparations, which involve cleaning, peeling and moistening grain, play an essential role for ensuaring high quality of graded flour. Modern equipment for the low-productive mills implies only dry cleaning of grains in an abrasive machine with their further cold conditioning. The equipment designed for graded milling with deep multiple cleaning, washing and hydrothermal treatment is not possible. It significantly increases the cost of flour. The aim of the study is to increase both qualitative and quantitative indicators of graded flour in small enterprises through peeling and drying of grains before milling. Materials and Methods. The quality analyses of grain processing according to such indicators as ash content (whiteness), moisture, quantity of fractured grains were carried out according to State Standards of the Russian Federation and the methods established in science and practice. The degree of peeling was determined by the whiteness indicator with a photoelectric whitener SKIB-M (GOST 26361-2013 “Flour. Test method for whiteness”). Grain moisture was determined according to GOST 13586.5-2015 by the drying cabinet DEC-3M (drying electrical cabinet, model type 3M). The number of fractured grains was determined according to GOST 30483-97. Results. The research result revealed the dependence of grain processing on the technical aids. А combined peeling–drying machine was developed on this principle. The authors have developed rational operations of grain processing, which increase the whiteness of the received flour on average 4–7 conventional units. The standard instrument for whiteness definition has been studied and set. According to the given results optimal operating parameters for grain processing before milling have been developed: machine productivity (Q = 700 kg/h); the period of grain processing (t = 72 s.); optimum moisture content (from the point of view of obtained flour whiteness) of grains received for milling (W = 14 %); radiant power (P = 1 000 W). Conclusions. The research proved the fact that peeling of grains is one of the most effective ways of increasing the grade of end products of small enterprises with simplified technological process of graded milling. The efficiency of peeling seeds of wheat with humidity higher than 16 % decreases that speaks for the need to dry grains. The authors of the article introduce the equipment and technology for grain processing before graded milling, which provide grain peeling and, if necessary, drying. The operating parameters of the peeling-drying machine for preparation of grains for milling have been determined. The developed technology provide, if necessary, drying the remoistened grain to necessary standards that gives the chance to produce high-quality flour from the grains processed hydrothermally without processing moisture conditions required. The machine productivity in the mode of drying should be connected with the power of microwave infrared radiation, and its time and power should be limited to a maximum permissible grain temperature, which does not exceed 60 ºС. Abstract:
The article deals with pressing issues of providing employees of grain processing enterprises with personal protective equipment (PPE). The presence of hazardous and harmful production factors in such enterprises requires the employer to use these remedies as one of the methods of protection of workers in conditions where safety of work cannot be ensured by the design of equipment, the organization of the production process and the means of collective protection. The authors of the article analysed the existing legal documents, according to which the employer is obliged to organize the acquisition, issuance and maintenance of individual funds in working order, which would protect the worker from the effects of industrial hazards, as well as pollution and adverse weather conditions. The modern classification of industrial PPEs (depending on destination), which should be used in grain processing industries, is given. The grounds, rules for providing and designing personal protective equipment are considered. The choice of the specific type of PPE for the grain processing industry should be made taking into account the safety requirements for the process or type of work. The obligations of the employer to provide workers with personal protective equipment, including the procedure and rules for issuing, inspecting, replacing PPIs, with reference to applicable regulatory documents, are disclosed in detail. A list of duties of an employee to use personal protective equipment is also provided. Abstract:
Introduction. The problem of optimization of grain processing depends on factors from the consumer market and from suppliers of raw grain, which is a limitation of the possible intensification and increase of grain products processing efficiency. Existing models cannot account for the entire sequence of changes in the quality of the grain raw material for the processing plant and, therefore, cannot optimize plan marketing effect on the production of plant varieties with the aim of obtaining a given result for the long planning periods. Area, which allows us to find a solution lies in the concept of active marketing effect on grain production with specified quality load, which actualizes the subject of the study. The purpose of this article is to test the concept model of active marketing, on the example of grain-processing enterprise. Results. The data for economic mechanisms modeling of grain processing are calculated on the basis of information about the impact of wheat production technologies, barley and maize for grain quality, flour, grain and starch and resource potential of the enterprise for further action. The multidimensional count of the optimal strategy determination for grain-processing and agricultural enterprises has been built. The logic of implementation the category of "interest" to the processes of organization and implementation of grain-processing enterprise marketing activity has been formulated. Conclusions. Abstract:
The processes of processing of grain raw materials are quite common at food and processing enterprises in Ukraine. This is due to the significant volumes and wide variety of these raw materials, as well as a wide range of semi-finished products and finished products that are obtained from them. In particular, the country's enterprises process such types of grain crops as wheat, barley, rye, corn, oats, rice, sorghum, millet, chumiza, mogar, paiza, buckwheat (buckwheat family), mealy amaranth (amaranth family). Peas, beans, lentils, soybeans and other legumes are also grown in large volumes. All these raw materials come from different farms, in different conditions, in a wide range of varieties and quality, thus, even for the same type of grain raw materials such parameters as the shape and size of grains, their weight, moisture, glassiness, hardness, degree of damage and many others may differ significantly. Depending on the type of products obtained from grain raw materials (flour, cereals, malt, bran, starch, gluten, molasses, alcohol grains, vegetable oil, oilcakes, meal), the technologies for its preliminary processing may have significant differences. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodology for choosing a rational sequence for processing grain raw materials, taking into account the initial quality parameters, conditions of a specific production and criteria for the efficiency of working processes (productivity, energy intensity and quality of finished products). The article also provides options for technological schemes for the preliminary processing of the main types of dry grain raw materials. The proposed sequence for the development of these technological schemes can further serve as the basis for creating a computer program for automated synthesis and analysis of rational options for technological processes for processing dry grain raw materials.

Abstract:
The problems of improving intersectoral economic relations in the current conditions of economic development of Kazakhstan are determined by market forms of selling grain and grain products. The goal – one of the main tasks to be solved - to provide a set of measures to overcome the imbalance in the relationship between agricultural and processing enterprises, since the organizational and economic relations between them are one of the bottlenecks in the grain product subcomplex. Methods – comparative analysis, statistical and economic, system analysis, logical generalization. Results – an increase in grain production requires the expansion of the capacities of enterprises in the elevator industry, mainly through new construction. Enterprises in modern conditions are characterized with increased capacity and more modern equipment in comparison with elevators in the territory of the CIS countries. As the main type of intersectoral interaction, the economic relations of agriculture and the elevator industry for the sale of grain are singled out. Conclusions – in any form of ownership, the expensive fixed assets of elevators created over decades should be used rationally, in the interests of the entire food system of the country. In addition to the types of services, such as exchange operations, assistance in the preparation of varietal seeds of grain crops, elevators and grain-receiving enterprises should form commodity lots of grain for its producers, carry out commercial transactions on market on their behalf, and also engage in mortgage transactions. In conditions of limited material and financial resources for commodity producers, joint use of the capacities of large elevators, grain-receiving and processing enterprises acquires importance. Elevators and other grain-receiving enterprises, being the main participants in grain market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are designed to ensure the promotion of grain from commodity producers to processors and directly to consumers, the main task of these enterprises is to give the grain a marketable appearance to maximize consumer demand.

Abstract:
One of the urgent needs of the agricultural sector is to ensure the growth of crop production, including legumes, and increase the competitiveness of domestic agricultural enterprises, which is impossible without government regulation and economic support for agriculture. Strategic development of agrotechnologies with a focus on global trends in approaches to growing and fertilizing crops necessitates the development of adapted varietal cultivation technologies, which will ultimately ensure the formation of a modern technological strategy for the development of Ukraine’s agro-industrial complex and ensure its long-term food security. To date, many types of legumes have not lost their importance as important food crops and occupy a prominent place in the formation of food and protein resources in many countries. The unique properties of legumes open an extremely wide range in the solution of vegetable protein and can be used in many areas of the processing industry: a variety of products for daily, dietary and functional nutrition, feed production, drug production, cosmetics. Today, in the period of globalization of the world economy, the production of legumes requires a flexible approach to international competition, ensuring the solution of food and environmental security. Legumes play an important role in the grain and fodder balance of agricultural formations in Ukraine. Strategically, Ukraine should take a course to reduce the export of raw materials and create conditions for the organization of in-depth processing, which will contribute to: meeting the needs of intensive livestock with highprotein feed; creation of additional jobs; increase in tax revenues; ensuring food and environmental security of Ukraine.
