This thesis concerned about the Ru-catalyzed C-H functionalizations on the synthesis of 2-arylindole unit, silylation of heteroarenes and preparation of aryne precursor. In the first project, we developed the Ru-catalyzed C2-H arylation of N-(2-pyrimidyl) indoles and pyrroles with nucleophilic arylboronic acids under oxidative conditions. Abstract:

La comparaison de la distribution des genes dans le genome humain et celui du mais nous a permis de decouvrir, chez ce dernier, que les genes sont localises, pour la plupart, dans un compartiment compositionnel qui s'etend sur 1% de gc et qui ne represente qu'environ 16% de l'adn nucleaire. Nous avons appele ce compartiment compositionnel: l'espace a gene toutefois, les genes codant pour les proteines de reserve, telles que les zeines, et l'adn ribosomique echappent a cette regle. Les zeines sont localisees dans le l'espace a gene et dans des fractions compositionnelles de densite plus faible.
