Parity more than five is grand multiparty and more than 10 is great grand multiparity. Women with high birth order are at increased risk for adverse obstetric outcomes. The risk is even higher for great grand multiparous women than grand multiparous women. Grand and Great grand multiparity predispose for adverse maternal and prenatal outcomes such as malpresentation, labor dystocia, caesarean delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, maternal anemia, congenital malformations and perinatal mortality. This chapter offers a chronological outline of corruption in postcommunist Hungary. After the peaceful transition from a one-party dictatorship and a command economy to a multiparty parliamentary democracy with a market economy, the country had started to catch up with the West. However, after the election in 2010, new prime minister Viktor Orbán and his populist conservative party Fidesz turned the country toward illiberal democracy. In contemporary Hungary, all four types of corruption discussed in this book—market corruption, social bribe, corrupt organization, and state capture—coexist, ye

The arrangement that was set for the country in Dayton 1995 is referred to the consociational model, which in the policy and science of conflict management was launched by Arend Lijphart. The most important consociational pillars - the grand coalition government, decentralization, adequate representation of the three constituent nations (Serbs, Croats, and Bosniaks) and the veto right, can be recognized in the Dayton political system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
