碩士<br>國立清華大學<br>工業工程與工程管理學系<br>99<br>隨著環境保護意識的增加,以及國際間針對環境政策訂定各種規範,現代企業更需致力於綠化公司營運的每個層面,綠色供應鏈管理也應運而生,而綠色供應商評選更是其中需要首要考量重要的議題。過去文獻中針對傳統供應商的評選模式已臻成熟,然而較少有同時考慮供應商評選的傳統準則與環境相關準則,因此本研究同時考慮傳統與環境相關準則,並建立一個完整的綠色供應商評選程序,使得評選出的供應商在各方面都有良好表現。本研究利用 ELECTRE III法設計一個綠色供應商評選程序,利用此方法的無補償性質,使決策結果能更真實的反應決策者的觀點。再者,為了使決策過程能更加有效的區別供應商之間的表現,我們將其發展成二階段ELECTRE III法,並利用區別函數的特性進行調整。透過AHP與ELECTRE III兩模式特性上的比較,我們亦可發現AHP法在求取權重上的優勢,因此本研究的數值範例中,我們以AHP法求得權重應用在我們發展的二階段ELECTRE III法中,藉此選出最適合的數個綠色供應商供決策者參考。
