Abstract:

On 15 December 2017, Fabryka Broni “Łucznik”-Radom Sp. z o.o. (FB Radom), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., delivered the first batch of 1,000 MSBS Grot C 16 FB M1 calibre 5.56 mm standard (basic) assault rifles (version A0) to the Polish Territorial Defence Force and thus initiated the process of deployment of the assault rifle in the Polish Armed Forces. MSBS Grot was developed by Polish design and process engineers at FB Radom and the Military University of Technology (MUT, Warsaw, Poland) who by mediation of the proper Armament Acquisition and Development Department collected the improvement suggestions and operational feedback from 2.5 years of testing by operators from the armed forces. The suggestions and feedback were thoroughly analysed and discussed during periodic meetings attended by the representatives of the Territorial Defence Force (TDF) Command, the Special Forces Component Command, the 3rd Regional Military Representation (RMR), MUT, and FB Radom. Based on the conclusions from the testing period and the results of theoretical and instrumental testing of the solutions proposed for implementation, the MSBS Grot assault rifles show systematic improvements up to the current version, A2. This paper presents the design of the MSBS Grot Version A0 assault rifle and the construction and processing modifications for version A1 and version A2. During the optimisation effort backed by theoretical and instrumental testing, there was special focus on the assurance of high operating safety and reliability, plus the required ergonomics of the assault rifle under various operating conditions. The paper also presents the avenues for further potential improvements of MSBS Grot.

Abstract:

This paper presents the results of the theoretical external ballistic calculations for projectiles fired from barrels which correspond to the barrels used in two Polish small arms systems: MSBS- 5.56 system (MSBS GROT standard rifle and MSBS GROT carbine) and BERYL system (BERYL standard rifle and MINI BERYL carbine). The results obtained allowed the analyse of the effects of barrel length and the associated initial projectile velocity on the nature of projectile trajectory, particularly the over height and projectile range obtained along the trajectories. The analysis of the results facilitated an assessment of the scope of proposed changes in the settings of the firearm sights, resulting from the use of barrels of different lengths and the consequential changes in projectile trajectory.

Abstract A colonial culture along the Zaan. Rice mills and the imagination of an imperial space, c. 1870-1914This article argues that the extensive rice milling industry that thrived in the Zaan region around 1900 contributed to a Dutch colonial culture, by presenting itself as part of a natural division of labour between colony and metropole that rested on European colonial rule. Processing large amounts of Javanese and Burmese rice, the millers deliberately exploited the colonial origins and exotic associations of this commodity to present themselves and market their product, explicitly relating their factories to the Southeast-Asian production areas in advertisements and anniversaries. In doing so they propagated their role as meaningful places in a transnational trade network that constituted an imperial space.

Stefan Grabiński w swoich krótkich formach prozatorskich często odwoływał się do zagadnień z dziedzin pokrewnych literaturze – w celu pogłębienia portretu psychologicznego bohaterów przez niego kreowanych. W wybranych przeze mnie nowelach autor odwołuje się do filozofii (w tym do teorii Bergsona) czy psychoanalizy, dzięki czemu może tworzyć bohaterów wiarygodnych, których jednocześnie osadza w światach wystarczająco plastycznych, by mogły stać się areną rozgrywania opowieści niesamowitych. Zarówno Dziedzina, jak i Maszynista Grot wydają się być świadectwem prozatorskiego geniuszu Grabińskiego, który najpełniej realizował się właśnie w nowelach. Zaprezentowany przeze mnie artykuł jest zatem swoistym rekonesansem mającym na celu uwydatnienie kunsztu pisarskiego polskiego klasyka grozy oraz zwrócenie uwagi na świadectwa jego wysokich kompetencji w dziedzinie konstruowania wiarygodnych i złożonych sylwetek bohaterów.

Abstract:

The article discusses the tuberculosis care system for the Samara Province population in the 19th – mid-20th century based on archive documents, it also provides the historical reconstruction of Postnikov N.V., MD, Kumis Treatment Facility, studies V.Yu. Maslovskiy's contribution to the tuberculosis care system establishment. Kumis treatment was one of the most common methods that advanced on the cusp of the 19th and 20th centuries thanks to the works by Postnikov N.V., MD, a graduate of the Medical Faculty, the Moscow University. Samara Governor Grot K.K. assisted Postnikov N.V. in the Kumis Treatment Facility establishment. The Kumis Treatment Facility opened on May 5, 1858. Based on N.V. Postnikov's records, kumis can be regarded as a pathogenic agent in TB treatment. Kumis was the main, but not the only, treatment method: Postnikov N.V. reports names and dosages of many drugs known to physicians in the 19th century. No less significant is the contribution made by Viktor Maslovskiy, one of the founders of the Samara branch of the AllRussian League Against Tuberculosis.

A partir de las propuestas de (Díez-Palomar, et al., 2007), se puede concluir que los estudiantes implicados en un club trabajan diversos aspectos de las matemáticas en un entorno diferente al que viven en las aulas de clase; descubren nuevas aplicaciones de esta área; establecen un diálogo que les permite explorar conjuntamente diversos puntos de vista a partir de abordar los diferentes retos matemáticos y; comparten conjuntamente elementos culturales diferentes mientras resuelven los problemas que les plantea asignatura.</p><p>En lo teórico, se considerarán autores como George Polya (2002), Javier Aracil Santoja (1986), María Luz Callejo de Vega (1994), Luis Facundo Maldonado (2001) y Reuma de Grot (2008), entre otros. Abstract:

Intra-Uterine Grout Retardation (IUGR) is the abnormal growth of the fetus in uterine developmental disturbances or disorders. This study aims to determine the level of incidence of IUGR on mothers with PEB (severe Pre-eclampsia) in Abdoer Rahem Situbondo hospitals. The research design in this study was used "analytic". Population in this study were mothers who had a pregnancy with PEB in Dr. Abdoer rahem Situbondo as many as 58 respondents with the number of samples 33 respondents, the sampling method usedsimple random sampling. Data analysis used fisher exact with maximum level a = 0,05. The result showed that there was significant relationship between severe preeclampsia and the IUGR case in fetus. Keyword : Severe Pre Eclampsia, Intra Uterine Grot Retardation, Fetus ABSTRAK Intra Uterin Grout Retardation (IUGR) adalah ketidaknormalan pertumbuhan janin dalam kandungan atau gangguan perkembangan intra uterin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya tingkat kejadian IUGR terhadap ibu dengan Pre-Eklamsi Berat (PEB) di RSUD Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang yang mengalami kehamilan dengan PEB di RSUD Dr. Abdoer rahem Situbondo sebanyak 58 responden dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan fisher exact dengan tingkat maksimal a=0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pre-eklamsi berat dengan terjadinya IUGR pada janin. Abstract:

Indien door omstandigheden of gebeurtenissen de waarde van de vaste activa van een onderneming minder waard zijn dan de boekwaarde, dan dient de onderneming een bijzonder waardeverminderingsverlies in zijn jaarrekening te laten zien. Bij een aantal ondernemingen heeft dit geleid tot grote verliezen en zelfs een negatief eigen vermogen. In dit artikel doen wij verslag van een empirisch onderzoek van jaarverslagen over de boekjaren 2001 en 2002. Waardeverminderingsverliezen en eventuele terugnemingen hiervan zijn gebaseerd op schattingen en hebben een grote invloed op het resultaat. Inzicht in deze post is voor gebruikers van jaarrekeningen, met name voor (potentiële) aandeelhouders en kredietverschaffers, van groot belang. Ook maatschappelijk ontstaat onrust over de grote afboekingen van de waarde van de onderneming.

Abstract:

Relevance and methods. For the Non-chernozem zone, the main factor for the active development of late blight is the low air temperature and its sharp fluctuations during the day, contributing to the formation of increased air humidity and drip-liquid moisture on the plants. In the Moscow region, the causative agent of late blight is manifested almost annually. Populations of Phytophthora infestans are represented by the To and T1 races. Epiphytotic development was observed periodically (1977-1979, 1982, 1986, 1996-1999, 2000, 2001, 2003-2004, 2008-2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019) and was provided by the virulent T1 race. Observations showed that epiphytotic situations arose in those years when the minimum air temperature was below long-term average values, and relative humidity and precipitation exceeded them. With a deviation from the norm in the direction of increasing temperature, decreasing rainfall and relatively low humidity, years were observed with a depressive (1992, 1994) or moderate development of the disease (1980, 1981, 1983, 1985, 1987-1991, 2002, 2005-2007, 2010-2012, 2018). Results. As a result of breeding work, a Grot tomato-tolerant tomato variety was obtained, on the basis of which varieties with high resistance Grand, Dubok, Gnom, Chelnok, Patris, Geya, Zolushka, Perst, Severyanka, Blagodatny were obtained. In the general collection of VIR as a source resistance to leaf spot pathogens were registered: Geya (v.k. 14839), Slavyanka (v.k. 14840), Patrice (v.k. 14841), Rossiyanka (v.k. 14842), Krepysh (v.k. 14843), Sibiryachka (v.k. 14444) and line 1079-94 (v.k. 14845) donors, in addition to their high resistance to late blight, have excellent economic characteristics.

Abstract:

The article analyzes the concept of the “Moscow School of Metaphysics,” an expression proposed by S.L. Frank in 1932 referring to the institutionalization of the initial advancement of Russian thought in the form of a “scientific metaphysics.” S.L. Frank held the rationalism of L.M. Lopatin and the transcendentalism of S.N. Trubetskoy to be the chief methodologies of this movement. S.L. Frank’s institutional identification is judged to be one episode in the search for a general developmental pattern within Russian thought – a movement toward a scientific and systematic philosophy. In his book Russian Philosophy around S.L. Frank. Selected articles (2020) the contemporary investigator of Russian philosophy, G.E. Alyaev turned his attention to the “Moscow School of Metaphysics” as a historical and philosophical concept. Agreeing with Frank, G.E. Alyaev names the alleged participants in the school, excluding V.S. Solovyov considering him a “religious thinker.” Referring to the material in the journal Problems of Philosophy and Psychology and to the speeches of N.Ya. Grot and V.S. Solovyov, the author shows that the philosophical education of Russian society, and in particular of professional philosophers, was not at a level that allowed for the emergence of the school as a scientometric unit. With the final two decades of the nineteenth century in mind, the author prefers to speak not about the school, but about the direction of the philosophical sympathies of Russian educated society toward either positivism or metaphysics. Within the bounds of the latter, there took place a selection of methodological techniques that allowed Russian thought to move toward a scientific metaphysics. The author mentions V.S. Solovyov, with his final articles, as among those who persistently sought the principles of theoretical philosophy. The author also shows that S.L. Frank, who proposed the concept of the “Moscow Metaphysical School,” is far from precise in its application

De Europese financiële sector wordt geconfronteerd met ingrijpende veranderingen in de omgeving die van grote invloed zijn op de concurrentieverhoudingen en de manier waarop financiële dienstverlenende bedrijven hun routines, producten en diensten voortbrengen. Dit blijkt uit onderzoek naar de snelheid waarmee EU-regelgeving en technologische innovaties zich over Groot-Brittannië, Frankrijk, Italië, Nederland en Zweden hebben verspreid gedurende de periode 1990-1999. Groot-Brittannië en Nederland komen daarin naar voren als voorlopers met betrekking tot het implementeren van nieuwe regelgeving en technologieën, terwijl Italië en Frankrijk relatief laat zijn. Uit de bevindingen blijkt verder dat reguleringen en technologieën steeds sneller algemeen verspreid worden, in tegenstelling tot het vroegere proces van verspreiding van land tot land. Het veranderende landschap stelt gevestigde ondernemingen in de financiële dienstverlening daarmee voor belangrijke uitdagingen in de nabije toekomst en maakt strategische vernieuwing een noodzaak voor de gevestigde spelers in de financiële sector.

Abstract:

Het getrouwe beeld van de jaarrekening is van groot belang uit hoofde van de rekenschapsfunctie van het bestuur met betrekking tot haar beheersdaden en vanuit de behoeften van gebruikers. Boekhoudschandalen maken dat het getrouwe beeld van de jaarrekening (vaak in meer dan in mindere mate) niet aanwezig is hetgeen grote maatschappelijke gevolgen heeft voor onder meer aandeelhouders, banken, werknemers, de overheid, beleggers, afnemers, leveranciers en belastingbetalers. Grove fouten spelen daarbij een grote rol. Van accountants wordt verwacht dat zij via controle zekerheid toevoegen aan jaarrekeningen. Deze zekerheid moet omhoog gezien de maatschappelijke commotie over het functioneren van accountants. Door het versterken van de functie van accountants (dienen van het publieke belang) kunnen boekhoudschandalen worden verminderd. In dit essay wordt voorgesteld om de accountant niet langer door de gecontroleerde organisatie te laten benoemen en betalen en het controleteam standaard met een forensische deskundige te bemensen teneinde de fraudekans te mitigeren en boekhoudschandalen te verminderen.

Abstract:

Extern toezicht op het accountantsberoep ondersteunt het vertrouwen van het publiek in het accountantsberoep. Daarvoor is het belangrijk dat een externe toezichthouder volledig onafhankelijk kan opereren, een brede actieradius heeft en voldoende macht om daadwerkelijk invloed te kunnen uitoefenen. In dit artikel worden deze onderwerpen besproken. Dit vindt plaats op basis van de recente voorstellen in de Verenigde Staten, waar mede als gevolg van de boekhoudschandalen bij enkele grote onderneming door de SEC voorstellen zijn gedaan voor een verscherpt toezicht, en het recentelijk in Groot- Brittannië ingevoerde stelsel van toezicht. Het doel van de bespreking is het geven van aanbevelingen voor het in de nabije toekomst in te richten stelsel in Nederland. De Nederlandse context waarbinnen het accountantsberoep fungeert, is vanzelfsprekend niet zondermeer te vergelijken met die in de VS of Groot- Brittannië, echter de ervaringen in de VS leveren wel leerpunten op, terwijl het recent in Groot-Brittannië ingevoerde stelsel en de voorstellen in de VS als ‘best practices’ kunnen dienen. Daarmee is dit artikel niet alleen interessant voor accountants, maar ook voor beleidsmakers die betrokken zijn bij de toekomstige hervormingen van het accountantsberoep. Daarnaast is dit artikel ook interessant voor een brede groep van stakeholders die voor hun beslissingen steunen op de werkzaamheden van de accountant.

Abstract:

Financiële rapportagefraude is één van de kernproblemen geweest bij de beursschandalen rond Enron, Worldcom, Ahold en enkele andere grote concerns. Het leidde in de Verenigde Staten tot nieuwe wetgeving en in de jaren daarna tot een grote stroom aanklachten van malversaties in de jaarrekening, tegen ondernemingen die beursgenoteerd waren in de Verenigde Staten. In dit artikel wordt onderzocht wat de aard van de vermeende malversaties is geweest vanaf 2000 en of hierin een ontwikkeling te zien is ten opzichte van eerdere onderzoeken die de periode 1980-2000 bestreken. Geconcludeerd wordt dat het aandeel fraudegevallen dat betrekking heeft op fi ctieve en op niet-gerealiseerde opbrengsten sterk is toegenomen, terwijl het aandeel van fraude samenhangend met het niet juist waarderen van activa is afgenomen. Op grond hiervan is te veronderstellen dat een groot deel van de overtredingen ontdekt had moeten worden door interne en/of externe gegevensgerichte controle. Ten slotte is het opvallend dat er gemiddeld genomen sprake is van verschillende (4,5) fraudegevallen per aanklacht en dat ruim twaalf procent van de overtredingen het strafbare feit betreft: ‘liegen tegen de accountant’.

Bij een beursintroductie stijgt vaak op de eerste dag de koers van het aandeel. Volgens sommige auteurs betekent dit dat de oorspronkelijke aandeelhouders hun aandelen voor een hogere prijs hadden kunnen verkopen. Wij onderzoeken of de koersstijging op de eerste dag beïnvloed wordt door deelname van venture capital bedrijven. We vinden dat de koersstijgingen op de eerste dag groot zijn als de door venture capital ondersteunde ondernemingen een grote nettowinstgroei kennen. Venture capital bedrijven en vooral ook de andere aanbieders van dergelijke aandelen doen er daarom goed aan te overwegen of het werkelijk zinvol is sterk groeiende bedrijven via een beursgang van de hand te doen.

Er zijn beroepen waar je met recht trots op kunt zijn. Neem bijvoorbeeld beroepen in de civiele techniek en de bouw. Grote infrastructurele projecten zoals de Deltawerken, de Erasmusbrug en derde Maasvlakte dwingen alom respect af. Ook prestaties in de creatieve sfeer, zoals in de muziek, reclame, productontwerp (“Dutch design”) oogsten lof tot ver buiten de landsgrenzen. Deze maatschappelijke waardering straalt niet alleen af op de individuen die de prestaties leveren, maar ook op de beroepen die zij beoefenen. Dit ligt anders bij accounting: er zijn weinig prestaties die tot de verbeelding spreken, er zijn weinig accounting professionals die bij het grote publiek bekend zijn en de algemene maatschappelijke waardering voor accounting is niet al te hoog. Sterker nog, veel van de publiciteit over accounting is gericht op wat er niet goed gaat. Creatief boekhouden bij Ahold, onvoldoende inzicht bij Imtech en Amarantis, tekortschietende accountants bij tal van bedrijven in de profit- en nonprofit-sector. In de academische onderzoeksliteratuur is het al niet veel beter: een groot deel van de aandacht van onderzoekers gaat naar het onderwerp “earnings management”, oftewel “winststuring”: het doelbewust beïnvloeden van het gerapporteerde resultaat met het oogmerk voordeel te behalen.

In deze bijdrage wordt verslag gedaan van een onderzoek naar de consequenties van de gewijzigde IFRS-regelgeving op het terrein van bedrijfscombinaties, transacties met belangen van derden in dochtermaatschappijen en verkopen van dochtermaatschappijen. Geconcludeerd wordt dat de wijze waarop bedrijfscombinaties en de resulterende goodwill worden verwerkt meer consistent is dan onder de oude IFRS 3, maar dat de toelichting op deze, naar hun aard zeer grote individuele transacties, in een groot aantal gevallen te wensen overlaat. Met name is er ruimte voor verbetering inzake de informatieverschaffing over de omvang en samenstelling van de vergoeding voor de overname, de omvang van en de factoren die ten grondslag liggen aan de (negatieve) goodwill, alsmede over de toegepaste waarderingsmethode voor belangen van derden in dochtermaatschappijen.

Abstract The small inducible gene (SIG) family encodes related proteins that are involved in the overlapping processes of coagulation, inflammation, immune response, and wound repair. This family contains two branches, termed CXC and CC, which are distinguished by whether or not the first two of four conserved cysteine residues are separated by an additional amino acid residue. All of the CXC SIGs map to chromosome 4, including those encoding beta-thromboglobulin (beta TG) and platelet factor 4 (PF4), both of which are expressed by megakaryocytes in a tissue- specific fashion. Both of these latter two genes have been previously reported to be duplicated, there being a PF4 and a PF4alt gene, and a beta TG1 and beta TG2 gene. We now show by pulse-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) that the beta TG genes are closely linked to the PF4 genes and to other previously mapped CXC SIGs, namely IL8 (encoding interleukin-8), GRO1 (encoding a cytokine also called melanoma growth- stimulatory activity), and two related genes GRO2 and GRO3, on a single 700-kb Sfil fragment localized to chromosome bands 4q12-q13. The only CXC SIG not linked to this cluster is that encoding gamma-interferon- induced 10-Kd protein (INP10), which has been previously localized to 4q21. Analysis of lambda genomic clones demonstrate that the beta TG1 and PF4 genes are separated by less than 7 kb, and the beta TG2 and PF4alt genes by approximately 5 kb. Within each beta TG/PF4 duplication, the beta TG-like gene is upstream of its linked PF4-like gene. Thus, the beta TG/PF4 genes appear to form a close-linked complex expressed in a megakaryocyte-specific fashion. Further genomic studies may provide additional insights into the regulation of the tissue- specific expression of the beta TG/PF4 gene complex, while further analysis of the linked CXC SIG cytokine family may provide further understanding of their evolutionary history.

Abstract:

Sinds de brede acceptatie van de Code Tabaksblat en het verdwijnen van beschermingsconstructies als gevolg daarvan is in toenemende mate sprake van confrontaties tussen bestuurders en aandeelhouders. In die confrontaties worden de grenzen van aandeelhoudersactivisme verkend. Gevolg is een juridische strijd, die ten koste gaat van de aandacht voor de onderneming en gepaard met grote onzekerheid voor alle stakeholders. Heldere grenzen, al dan niet wettelijk verankerd, zijn daarom van groot belang. Dit artikel beoogt inzicht te geven in die grenzen door een analyse van recente jurisprudentie en het advies van de Monitoring Commissie Corporate Governance Code. Waar dwingende regels ontbreken, blijkt dat de maatstaven van ‘redelijkheid en billijkheid’ de rechter flexibiliteit bieden om in te spelen op gewijzigde omstandigheden en het ‘rechtsgevoel’ van de maatschappij. Zekerheid is er voor partijen dan echter pas als in een procedure uitspraak is gedaan.

In dit artikel wordt ingegaan op een aantal belangrijke internationale aspecten van goed ondernemingsbestuur. Voor acht onderwerpen die de kern van de corporate governance discussie vormen, wordt – aan de hand van corporate governance indices en jaarverslagenonderzoek – de Nederlandse corporate governance vergeleken met die van vier landen met grote economieën alsook met een aantal representatieve kleinere landen. Het betreft de volgende onderwerpen: regelgeving inzake corporate governance, de machtsverhoudingen tussen aandeelhouders en management, de macht van aandeelhouders om een overname te verhinderen, de relatieve macht van minderheidsaandeelhouders, de relatie tussen corporate governance en aandelenrendementen, de relatie tussen corporate governance en het verschijnsel cross-listing, de internationale verschillen op het terrein van de risicobeheersing en het sanctiebeleid betreffende corporate governance. Tevens wordt het feitelijk gedrag van Nederlandse ondernemingen ten aanzien van risicobeheersing besproken. Door het ontwikkelen van corporate governance indices meten wij een groot aantal elementen van goed ondernemingsbestuur.

Wij leven in een tijd van digitale transformatie. Er zijn vele ontwikkelingen op IT-gebied, waarvan sommige grote impact hebben op zowel ons dagelijks leven als het leven in organisaties. De door Gartner ontwikkelde zogenaamde ‘hype cycle’ voor Technology1 geeft hierin enig inzicht. Allereerst (technology trigger) wordt met behulp van verhalen over de mogelijkheden van een nieuwe technologie en media-aandacht interesse bij een breder publiek gewekt. Vaak is er dan nog geen bruikbaar product beschikbaar en is de commerciële waarde nog onhelder. Vervolgens bereikt de hype zijn hoogtepunt (peak of in4ated expectations) als gevolg van een aantal succesverhalen, vaak later gevolgd door een groot aantal missers. De interesse neemt als gevolg van uitblijvend succes af (trough of disillusionment). Producenten van de nieuwe technologie redden het niet en verlaten de markt. Investeringen gaan vervolgens alleen door als de overlevende producenten hun producten aanbieden tot tevredenheid van “early adopters”.

Een groot aantal organisaties functioneert in een complexe omgeving, waarin veel, vaak wisselende en onvoorspelbare factoren een rol spelen. Activiteiten binnen organisaties en tussen de partijen waarmee de organisatie een relatie heeft, moeten veelal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Dat is een moeilijke opgave, vooral als vooraf niet bekend is welke factoren bij deze activiteiten een rol spelen, wanneer deze veranderen, en waar en hoe ze succesbepalend voor de afstemming zijn. Veel hoop is gevestigd op ICT-systemen, omdat van oudsher in de klassieke coördinatietheorie het coördinatieprobleem gedefi nieerd is als ‘een-gebrek-aan-informatie probleem’. Het wrange is voor veel organisaties dat juist (grote) ICT-systemen de organisatie maar beperkt en vaak sjabloonmatig ondersteunen in coördinatiekwesties. In dit artikel werken we de stelling uit dat in veel gevallen ICT wordt ingezet, terwijl geen zinvol resultaat kán worden bereikt. Door beter inzicht in situaties waarin ICT wel of (nog) niet effectief kan worden ingezet, zal minder geld worden weggegooid, minder tijd worden verknoeid en minder managementaandacht worden verspild.
