Full textThe dialects of alsace bossue (western prt of the bas-rhin district) belong to the german speaking area and are partly inflected like german. As in other modern languages, the functions formerly performed bu the inflexion of the nom inal group have been taken over by prepositions, postpositions, verbal prefixes and combinations of such functional markers. However, most of these dialects are characterized by the universal use of an invariable relative particle (the locative interrogative wo). This homonymy comes as an economy device in a system which is mainly oral, but it is not precise enough to express every function without ambiguity. As an offset to this loss of precision, relative pronouns with complex functions (dative or prepositional) require various additional substitutes for the antecedent (demonstratives, possessives, personal pronouns, adverbial pronouns), some of which are invariable, others not instead of using pronouns these dialects use relative phrases i. E. Analytical cominaisons of discontinuous morphemes, more orless precise according to the information they gibe on the antecedent and on their function. The survey conducted in ten villages by means of translations enables the morpho-syntactic and diatopic study of these combinations with 360 geolinguistic maps. What kinds of substitutes of the antecedent are used in the various villages? which dialects are the most precise? what are the correlations between the 92 types of relative phrases found and the seven distinctive features of relative clauses? how are the informations that compose the relative function distributed over the sentence? the models we proposed have not ail been translated with relative clauses. The antecedent can have other types of verbal expansions tht have been studied from the ame three points of view. On a wider scale, this balance between economical and analytical trends in oral systems is noticeable in other components than relative phrases

Full textThe purpose of this thesis is to study and improve the logistical aspects of the hospitals group named "Groupement Hospitalier de Mulhouse Sud-Alsace" (GHRMSA). Our study focuses on the problematics of the pharmacy of the Emile Muller hospital at Mulhouse in France, which is dedicated to become the central pharmacy of the group. This new consideration implies to centralize several pharmaceutical processes such as the medical devices management which are mandatory for surgical operations. This work is divided into two different parts on the management of surgical devices.Indeed, as a first step we study the optimization of the layout to store surgical devices. The special characteristics of the pharmaceutical environment compared to the industrial one are used to propose methods to design layouts of the warehouse in order to minimize the average distance traveled by the employees during the picking phase. First, we define a linear mathematical model and a dedicated heuristic but also two other methods hybridizing the latter with genetic algorithms and branch and bounds. In order to improve this work and prepare the future, we also propose methods to optimise the routing of the employees to completes endowment lists using a transport vehicle with a multi level storing policy. The use of such a vehicle implies the following constraints: u-turn impossibility, imposed traffic direction and respect of the transport capacity. Any of theses constraints can be considered or not in order to create a model as near as possible of the real world. As a second step, we propose surgical operations scheduling methods. This work focuses on the assignment of the needed surgical devices boxes. The purpose is to improve the decision between the operating theaters of each site of the hospital group and the sterilization service in order to smooth the sterilization workload and to improve the reactivity in case of emergencies or any other unexpected problems. To solve the scheduling problem, we define a linear mathematical model as well as a particle swarm optimization algorithm to create surgical operations plannings which minimize the number of needed surgical devices boxes. Moreover, we extend the initial problem with the transport between hospital locations, and present a method to create plannings for surgical operations and for the delivery of the surgical boxes to minimize the global cost considering the parameters of the transport system

Full textLa Patrouille de France (PAF) has ensured a successful work of representation ordered by the Air Force. Quite surprisingly, its success is built on an annual partial renewal of its pilots’ team, with changes of positions and the mandatory departure of the leader. Also, the risky learning context of close flight sessions pushes the group to build their own references and ways of working, while integrating a military know-how. This knowledge is transmitted only orally, from the pilots with the more up-to-date experience. The group relies on self-training and regularly question themselves thanks to multiple feedback processes. My research deals with the way this group of pilots are adapting, by building and developing their collective activity in facing change constraints. For that purpose, the research interviews focused on “habitus” around interaction on activity, high performance sport coaching and trust relationships in order for an agreement to emerge between the pilots. These agreements allow to draw a picture of the PAF’s work activities, whilst other aspects, more rarely evoked concerning team work, link to human management, difficulties of the work assigned, self-assigned, assessment, communication as well as the selective process of training inside the group. The research presents an integration of these factors within a full model of the work activity, whose axes can be of valuable help in a transfer perspective destined to other groups learning in trainings
