Abstract:

O presente artigo procura contribuir para o debate em torno de uma certa noção de Estado e de uma certa relação com o indivíduo que a acompanha. Fá-lo-emos na esteira de Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, essencialmente a partir do seu Princípios da Filosofia do Direito (Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts, 1821), percorrendo, em algumas notas, o que aí é entendido como Estado e como competência do indivíduo.

Abstract:

Robert Norton considera que la concepción de alma bella de Jakob Fries es similar a la esbozada por Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel a través de su obra. Sin embargo, el autor de la Filosofía del derecho no incluye explícitamente a Fries dentro del elenco de representantes del pensamiento del alma bella. Sostengo que su ausencia solo puede explicarse porque el autor de Julius und Evagoras no poseía una noción de alma bella similar a la de Hegel. Abstract:

Khái niệm Bildung là chìa khóa để hiểu được triết học giáo dục của các nhà tư tưởng Đức, đặc biệt là triết học giáo dục của Hegel. Chữ Bildung có ý nghĩa lớn trong thời đại Hegel, nói lên yêu cầu cấp bách phải cải tổ và đẩy mạnh phát triển văn hóa, giáo dục ở nước Đức lạc hậu. Khái niệm Bildung chiếm vị trí quan trọng trong hệ thống triết học của Hegel và được ông nhắc đến nhiều lần trong các tác phẩm lớn của mình như: Hiện tượng học tinh thần (Phänomenologie des Geistes), Các nguyên lý của triết học pháp quyền (Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts), Bách khoa thư các khoa học triết học (Enzyklopädie der philosophischen Wissenschaften), v.v.. Tuy nhiên, ở Việt Nam, có rất ít nghiên cứu đề cập đến quan điểm của Hegel về giáo dục, sự đào luyện văn hóa, hoàn thiện tinh thần. Vì vậy, trong bài viết này, tác giả tập trung nghiên cứu khái niệm Bildung trong triết học Hegel với những nội dung sau: i. Quan niệm của Hegel về Bildung với tư cách là sự đào luyện văn hóa, đào luyện tinh thần để tinh thần vượt bỏ trạng tự nhiên trực tiếp và vươn tới trạng thái phổ biến, tức tinh thần tuyệt đối; ii. Mối quan hệ giữa khái niệm Bildung với Erziehung (giáo dục); iii. Đưa ra một vài bình luận về khái niệm Bildung trong triết học Hegel. Abstract:

Những nguyên lý cơ bản của triết học pháp quyền (Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts) của Hegel được xuất bản lần đầu tiên ở Berlin năm 1821, cách đây đã hai thế kỷ. Nội dung tác phẩm đề cập tới nhiều vấn đề về những quyền cơ bản của con người, về tình yêu, hôn nhân và gia đình, về hiến pháp, về nhà nước và quan hệ nhà nước với tôn giáo, ý tưởng về một nhà nước pháp quyền, v.v. thể hiện sự phong phú và tầm bao quát của triết gia Đức. Hai trăm năm qua, sự phát triển của xã hội hiện đại đặt ra nhiều vấn đề mới, khác xa với giai đoạn nửa đầu thế kỷ XIX, vượt ra khỏi sự mường tượng của Hegel. Dù vậy, nhiều vấn đề đặt ra trong tác phẩm tới nay vẫn còn nhiều giá trị, và công trình Những nguyên lý cơ bản của triết học pháp quyền vẫn giữ vị trí trang trọng trong kho tàng tư tưởng triết học và pháp quyền thế giới. Tome 1 : introduction générale : rappel des enjeux des travaux philologiques actuels dans la recherche hégélienne. Rappel de la thèse de l'accommodation réactualisée par K. -H. Ilting lors de son édition des textes de philosophie du droit. Notre thèse : montrer au contraire la continuité de la pensée politique de Hegel. Traduction du manuscrit Wannenmann, première leçon de Hegel sur la philosophie du droit, donnée à Heidelberg durant le semestre d'hiver 1817-1818. En introduction, présentation des principes de traduction. Tome 2 : commentaire. Première partie : redéfinition de l'image de la philosophie du droit contre la thèse llting d'une accommodation du philosophe à la politique réactionnaire de la Prusse à partir de novembre 1819. Examen détaillé de tous les indices utilisés par llting. Etude du lien entre philosophie et pouvoir politique, philosophie et action politique chez Hegel. Deuxième partie : comparaison des Grundlinien der Philosophie des Rechts avec la leçon de 1817 mais aussi avec toutes les autres leçons de philosophie du droit. Propos triple : 1) mettre à l'épreuve la thèse de l'accommodation par une lecture serrée de toutes les philosophies du droit ensemble. Les Grundlinien n'apparaissent pas en retrait politiquement, sur certains points même plus avancés que les leçons, 2) mettre en lumière les processus d'écriture ayant conduit du premier canevas de Heidelberg au livre de 1820. L'élaboration spéculative différenciée sur le fondement d'un premier syllogisme général (universel abstrait particulier-singulier concret) se détache nettement, 3) utiliser les différences ou identités entre versions pour renouveler l'interprétation de chaque partie du livre. La conclusion récapitule les principaux enseignements de cette comparaison.

Abstract:

What is the place of the individual in Hegel and Marx’s philosophy? Within the scope of this question, the thesis will present an extensive investigation into the etymological, epistemological, historical, ontological, political and economic existence of the individual. Basically, the main subject is formulated around an examination regarding the political existence of the individual. As matter of fact, it is impossible to consider the existence of the individual outside of these above-mentioned cases. By way of the deliberations of these two philosophers about individuals and how these individuals generate their existence in the political sphere, the following question necessarily emerges: is it possible to speak of the existence of the individual in the modern state? While Hegel is known as a philosopher who talks about the individual and includes the individual in his philosophy more than others; Marx’s social philosophy has often been defined as society-centered and it has been proposed that there is not any place for the individual in his philosophy. According to this view, Marx did not touch on the issue of the individual and dealt only with issues relating to community while, philosophically and sometimes politically, Hegel’s political project is the most successful expression of the individual in the political sphere. However, one of the main objectives of this thesis is to refute this standpoint. To this end, this thesis raises two fundamental questions. First; when Hegel speaks of the individual, how much room in the political sphere does he really give to the individuals? Is his project of developing a political theory, which is allegedly individual-centered, successfully realized? Secondly, did Marx really ignore the individual? Accordingly, the main claim of this thesis is that although Hegel asserts that the individual exists in the political sphere and achieves their freedom within the state, in my view, within Philosophy of Right Hegel disproves himself; however, contrary to arguments claiming that Marx did not address the problem of the individual, within the context of his early writings, Marx presents an analysis of the individual and demonstrates by way of an economic and political criticism that the individual is not free as claimed. Starting from this point of view, we can conclude that the claim paradoxically stating that the individual exists in the state or in the political sphere is no more than illusion.
