Haulepta riddifordi sp. n. (Diptera: Phoridae) is described from Port de Pollensa in Mallorca. It is evaluated against the genera Pseudacteon Coquillett, Apocephalus Coquillett, Veruanus Schmitz, Lepta Schmitz and the only other described member of the genus Haulepta, H. sheasbyi Disney.
