Abstract:
Abstract This article discusses the text of the hadith: "Hadith Turns Me With the Poor People" from the side of the hadiths and understands the hadith using the hermeneutic theory approach in the hadith. This research is research based on the library (library research). The approach used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe or describe the existing or actual facts of the object under study. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the hadiths from the narrative path is dha'if (weak) based on the comments of hadith critics scholars in the books of al-jarh wa al-ta'dil and the hadith scholars conclusion that hadith dha'īf is not including false it can be part of moralities. The real method of hermeneutics to explain hadith texts contributes to enriching the explanation of the explanation hadiths, or sharh hadiths, so the meaning of the hadith text is that the words of miskin( poverty), al-masakin(needy) mean humility, reverence, and humbleness. And the meaning of hadith has been strengthened by presenting other hadiths as witnesses or i'tibar(regard). Keywords: hermeneutics, hadith, poor. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas teks hadits: “Hadits Hidupkan Saya Bersama Orang Miskin” dari sisi sanad/jalur periwayatan hadistnya dan memahami hadits dengan pendekatan teori hermeneutika dalam hadits. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan perpustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan atau menggambarkan kenyataan yang ada atau kenyataan aktual dari objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kulitas hadist dari jalur periwayatnya dha’if atau lemah berdasarkan komentar ulama kritikus hadits dalam kitab-kitab al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil dan simpulan ulama hadits bahwa hadits dha’if yang bukan hadits palsu dapat dijadikan bagian dari fadha’il al-a’mal. Sesungguhnya metode hermeneutika untuk menjelaskan teks-teks hdits memberi kontribusi memperkaya upaya penjelasan/ syarh hadits/ teks hadits maka makna teks hadits bahwa ucapan kemiskinan / miskinan , al-masakin maknanya adalah kerendahan hati, ke_khusyu’-an dan tawadhu’. Dan makna hadits telah dikuatkan dengan menghadirkan hadits-hadits lain sebagai syaksi/i’tibar. Kata Kunci: hermeneutika, hadits, miskin

Abstract:
Hadith is the second source of knowledge for Muslims after the Qur'an. The proclamation of a hadith needs to be extracted, to provide power for the development of science because it really comes from the words, actions and taqrir of Prophet Muhammad SAW. In the context of education, there are many hadiths that can serve as the basis of developing the subject of educational evaluation. Based on the study of hadith contained in this article, it is found a hadith history at-Tirmidhi which explains the virtue of honesty and get away from the nature of lies. In addition to the results of research, sanad and matan hadith, this hadith is sahih because the aspect of the content of the hadith does not conflict with the Qur'an and other sahih hadiths. In this article it is also found the meaning of hadith and its implications for the development of educational evaluation that can provide treasures for educators in carrying out the assessment process in learning.Hadis merupakan sumber pengetahuan kedua bagi umat muslim setelah al-Qur’an, kehujjahan sebuah hadis perlu digali sehingga memberikan kekuatan bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan karena memang benar-benar berasal dari ucapan, tindakan maupun taqrir Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dalam konteks pendidikan khususnya evaluasi banyak hadis yang dijadikan sumber landasan pengembangan evaluasi. Berdasarkan penelitian hadis yang ada di dalam artikel ini, didapati sebuah hadis riwayat at-Tirmidzi yang menjelaskan keutamaan kejujuran dan menjauhi sifat kebohongan. Hadits ini bernilai shohih karena secara jalur sanad tidak ada yang terputus dan dari aspek isi hadits tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an dan hadits-hadits shohih lainnya. Selain hasil penelitian sanad dan matan hadits. Di dalam artikel ini juga didapati makna hadis serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan evaluasi pendidikan yang dapat memberikan khazanah bagi pendidik dalam melaksanakan proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to find out how the writing and quality of the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad in the thesis of students of the Department of Islamic Education, Tarbiyah Faculty and Teacher Training of IAIN Pontianak, in academic year 2013/2014. The research methods used includes; First, do takhrij al-hadith; Second, do I’tibar al-hadith; Third, examine the narrators' personalities and methods of transmission by using, among others, the knowledge of al-jarh wa at-ta'dil. Fourth, conclude the results of the study. There are 100 theses studied, only 25 theses (25%) have hadiths in them, and 75 theses (75%) that do not include hadiths. There are two types of hadith writing in student thesis: First, hadith are written in Arabic text and their translations. Second, only the translation of the hadith was written. In writing the hadith of the Arabic text there are several errors. There is even a hadith text that is different from the translation. This happens, because most of the thesis is about improving the reading of the Qur'an in a particular school. The quality of the hadiths in student theses is 66 Sahih hadiths, 7 Hasan hadiths, 8 Daif Hadiths, 2 very daithic hadiths, 1 false hadith, 1 mauquf hadith, and 1 not known quality of hadith. Students' understanding of the hadith writing and the quality of the hadith is still lacking. Thesis supervisors and examiners are negligent in seeing the traditions of the hadith used by students. [Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penulisan dan kualitas hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam skripsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Pontianak tahun akademik 2013/2014. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan antara lain; Pertama, melakukan takhrij al-hadits; Kedua, melakukan I’tibar al-hadits; Ketiga, meneliti pribadi para periwayat dan metode periwayatannya dengan menggunakan antara lain ilmu al-jarh wa at-ta’dil. Keempat, menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Ada 100 skripsi yang diteliti, hanya 25 skripsi (25 %) yang ada hadis di dalamnya, dan 75 skripsi (75 %) yang tidak mencantumkan hadis. Ada dua macam cara penulisan hadis dalam skripsi mahasiswa: Pertama, hadis ditulis dalam teks Arab dan terjemahannya. Kedua, hanya terjemahan hadisnya yang ditulis. Dalam penulisan hadis teks Arabnya terdapat beberapa kekeliruan. Bahkan ada yang teks hadisnya berbeda dengan terjemahannya. Hal ini terjadi, karena kebanyakan skripsi mengenai upaya peningkatan membaca al-Qur’an di suatu sekolah tertentu. Adapun kualitas hadis-hadis dalam skripsi mahasiswa, adalah 66 hadis Sahih, 7 hadis Hasan, 8 hadis Daif, 2 hadis sangat daif, 1 hadis palsu, 1 hadis mauquf, dan 1 hadis yang belum diketahui kualitasnya. Abstract:
This discussion is intended to determine the degree of the Prophet's hadith. in Sunan Ibnu Majah No. 220. This hadith explains the virtues of scholars and the urge to study. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Researchers used data collection techniques based on information in literary sources in hadith books, books, journals, seminar results, and discussions with experts relevant to the research theme. The data obtained then the researcher analyzes through qualitative data analysis through the data interpretation process, and the researcher provides an adequate explanation. Based on the results of the discussion, the hadith of the Prophet. in Sunan Ibnu Majah No. 220 is a dhaif hadith because in the hadith there is' illat (defect), a break in sanad, and a defect in the hadith narrator. From several lines of supporting hadith, none of the hadiths can raise the hadith's degree because all of them are weak in nature. From several lines of supporting hadith, none of the hadiths can raise the hadith's degree because all of them are weak in nature. However, according to some scholars, hadith dha'if can be used as hujjah (practiced) only for the basis of the virtue of charity (Fadla'il amal). The implication of this paper is to clarify the law (quality) of the Prophet's hadith. in Sunan Ibnu Majah No. 220. Hadith that has been in Takhrij can be scientifically accounted for its quality, so that it is no longer hesitant to be used as a source of Islamic law after the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract This paper examines the contextualization of the understanding of hadiths related to the leadership of the Quraysh tribe, where a problem arises how this hadith text intersects with the sociological and socio-cultural realities of modern society today and Islam has spread throughout the world and each country has already spread. Building and agreeing on a leadership system. This study is a normative literature study where the data comes from literature, books, books and articles related to the hadith study. Sources or studies of references are analyzed with content analysis using language, hadith, history and sociological approaches. Based on this study, the author can conclude that the hadith about the leadership of the Quraysh tribe textually states that the leadership of the Quraysh, however, needs a contextual understanding of the spirit and substance of the hadiths about the leadership of the Quraysh tribe that must be practiced and continue to carry out maqas} syari 'ah ah that is in it such as justice, truth, and protection. Abstrak Tulisan ini mengkaji kontekstualisasi pemahaman hadits-hadits yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan dari suku Quraisy, dimana muncul sebuah persoalan bagaimana teks hadits ini bersinggungan dengan realitas sosiologis dan sosi-kultur masyarakat modern saat ini dan Islam sudah menyebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan masing-masing negara sudah membangun dan menyepakati sistem kepemimpinan.Kajian ini merupakan kajian normatif kepustakaan di mana datanya berasal dari literatur, kitab, buku dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan kajian hadits tersebut.Sumber atau kajian dari referensi-refrensi dianalisa dengan analisa konten menggunakan pendekatan bahasa, ilmu hadits, sejarah dan sosiologis. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa hadits tentang kepemimpinan dari suku Quraisy secara tekstual memang menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan dari kaum Quraisy, akan tetapi perlu pemahaman secara kontekstual dengan spirit dan substansi hadits-hadits tentang kepemimpinan dari suku Quraisy harus diamalkan serta tetap menjalankan maqas}id syari’ah ah yang ada didalamnya seperti keadilan, kebenaran, dan pengayoman. Qurratul Uyun is a book in which many explain about marriage. The book created by Syaih Muhammad al-Tahami bin Madani. The book is widely found and taught in the huts of salaf boarding schools in order to provide knowledge that is populated for student who want to get married. One discussion in the Qurratul Uyun is about intimate relationships include the right day and the inappropriate for intercourse, intercourse and intercourse reward. The discussions are explained by quoting the Prophet's hadiths to corroborate the discussion. However, the hadith which is used as the foundation is not all shahih but there are some hadits whose quality is dha’if even maudhu’. The method used in this paper is the method of library research where more refers to the sources of books in the form of books of hadith and books biography of the hadith narration in researching the quality of the hadith. After a thorough study, it was found that not all of the hadiths of intimacy mentioned in the Qurratul Uyun are worth dha’if. There are some who are shahih and can be used as a legal basis. But there are also some hadith intimacy in the book that is worth dha’if so it can’t be used as a legal basis. Some of the hadiths are also worth dha’if but supported with other hadiths of better quality so that can still be the basis of law and its content can be practiced.

Abstract:
To explain of what is meant by the method in understanding the Hadith, it is important to begin this study to find out the foremost terms of method, and “Hadith semantically. A method is defined as “a well-ordered procedure and profoundly thinking to achieve its purpose (in science and et cetera). A systemic working procedure to simplify the implementation of an activity to achieve something has been determined. Therefore, the method in understanding Hadith is the procedures applied in understanding the Hadith. Many figures or scholars sincerely conduct researches on all of the existing Hadiths, both those are found in the Hadith books and those are not. Among many figures and Hadith scholars, both from Islamic world and “experts”, who sincerely studied the Hadith are from Orientalist (Western) circles. In this short article the author took only three Hadith figures for further study regarding to their method in understanding the Prophet’s Hadith. The three figures are Muhammad al-Ghazali, Yusuf al-Qardhawi, and Joseph Schacht. Keywords: Understanding of Hadith, al-Ghazali, al-Qardhawi, Schacht Memperjelas apa yang dimaksud dengan metode pemahaman hadits, penting mengawali kajian ini mengetahui terlebih dahulu istilah metode, dan hadits secara semantik. Metode diartikan sebagai “cara yang teratur dan berpikir baik-baik untuk mencapai maksud (dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan sebagainya); cara kerja yang bersistem untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan guna mencapai sesuatu yang ditentukan. Dengan demikian, metode pemahaman hadits adalah cara-cara yang diterapkan dalam memahami hadits. Banyak tokoh atau sarjana yang sungguh-sungguh melakukan penelitian terhadap seluruh hadits yang ada, baik yang terdapat dalam kitab-kitab hadits maupun yang tidak ada dalam kitab hadits. Di antara sekian banyak tokoh dan para sarjana hadits baik dari kalangan dunia Islam maupun “ahli” yang sungguh- sungguh mempelajari hadits dari kalangan orientalis (Barat). Dalam artikel singkat ini penulis hanya mengambil tiga tokoh hadits untuk dikaji lebih jauh terkait metode pemahaman mereka terhadap hadis Nabi. It is unfortunate that the hadith which actually comes from the Messenger of Allah (saws) is marred by the emergence of hadiths of maudhu (false) that are deliberately fabricated by certain people with diverse motives and purposes, and is disseminated in the midst of society by some with a variety of purposes as well. Believing and practicing hadith maudhu is a big mistake, because although there are hadith maudlu whose contents are good, but most of the false hadith is contrary to the spirit and spirit of Islam, besides the making of hadith maudlu is a lie to the Prophet Muhammad. The spread of Hadith Maudhu 'in the midst of society, although there are hadith maudhu' which is good, but many of which bring negative impact (effect), one of them is to cause and sharpen the division among Muslims. Abstract:
Educators are the best curriculum for applying knowledge, culture, and science. As for realizing all these goals, it is necessary to have the right idea. From that, the ideas conveyed by Nadiem Makarim the Indonesian Minister of Education, will be correlated in the hadith perspective. This idea can be drawn from five important points, namely, class discussion, the role of students in teaching and learning activities, fostering the social spirit of students, discovering student’s identities, cooperation between teachers and students. Where these ideas have been conveyed indirectly through the hadiths, which are, part of the Prophet is learning. Hadiths found through literature study are the Kitab Syarah Bukhari, Fathul Baari, Sahih Muslim, and journals. The method used in this Takhrij al-Hadith is a qualitative study with the sanad criticism approach to determine the authenticity of a hadisth. In the sanad criticism method, the writer uses the Lidwa Pustaka i-software assistance method. Hadith found with the bil ma’na redaction method. So that there are 4 hadiths in the study. The first hadith in Shohih Bukhari no. 5514 regarding the method of question and answer the Prophet. Second, in Shohih Bukhori no. 77 about the virtue of konwledge and teaching. Third, in Shohih Muslim no. 4831 about growing the social soul. Fourth, in Sahih Bukhari no. 5567 about please help. The results of this study indicate tht the hadiths are muttashil (continued) so that the Prophet and his narrators have the predicate ‘fair and dlobitous so that these.

This work is a critical presentation of the 25 first hadiths of al-bukhari's sahih. For each hadith we give. 1)the arabic text divided into verses 2) the verse by verse synopsis of the parallel versions found in the six canonical bokks and ahmad b. Hanbal's musnad. 3) the french translation with footnotes. Several levels of commentary follow. Our personnal commentaryis based on al0bulhari's internal logic which can be drawn from the comparison between the different versions and on the history of religions, outside the frame of the traditionnal understnading by classical muslim commentators. Abstract:
The task of preserving the Hadith was undertaken, according to the classical Muslim view, by the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad and, thereafter, the Tabicun (Successors), and then from generation to generation. Thus, we find this great amount of Hadith in front of us today. From amongst these Hadith we find as it is alleged a great proportion narrated by the Companion Abu Hurayra (d.57/58/59AH/681/682/683CE). He has narrated various kinds of narration, from those on creed to those on the ethics of Islam. However, his narrations have been looked upon with certain scepticism and criticism, as has his own personality, in both Classical Hadith scholarship and Modern Hadith scholarship. This research, entitled: ‘Abu Hurayra’ a Narrator of Hadith Revisited: An Examination into the Dichotomous Representations of an Important Figure in Hadith with special reference to Classical Islamic modes of Criticism, will discuss specifically Abu Hurayra the Companion of the Prophet Muhammad and his alleged status as a prolific narrator of the Hadith. The aim of this study is to highlight how Abu Hurayra is depicted and perceived by both Classical Hadith Scholarship and Modern Hadith Scholarship. Furthermore, the central argument of this thesis is that the charge of Abu Hurayra being a Mukthir (a prolifically active narrator who embellished his reports) is unfair for the simple reason that those traditions he uniquely transmits are rather small in number. Most of the other traditions with which his name is associated have concomitant and parallel isnads (Chains of Narration). This study therefore sets out to critically examine and analyse the life and narrations of Abu Hurayra in view of the academic debates on the wider issues of the authenticity of the sources and how they affect the arguments put forward by this research.

This thesis focuses on the study and analysis of three main issues: 1. The role of the Qur'an in the establishment of the Sunnah, and the affirmation of its status and the importance of acting in accordance with it. 2. The role of the Prophet in the propagation and preservation of the Sunnah. 3. The main evidence that is cited by Goldziher in support of his theory of the fabrication of Hadlth during the Umayyad period. The thesis consists of an introduction, two parts and a conclusion. The introduction describes the motivation for choosing the above issues as the subject of the research and demonstrates the method followed. Part One deals with the role of the Qur'an and the Prophet in relation to the Sunnah and contains two chapters. In Chapter 1, attention is given to two issues: The clarification of the Qur'än's urgent requirement for the Sunnah from the revelation of the first verses onwards; and an examination of the Qur'än's detailed explanation of the importance of the Sunnah and of acting according to it. This chapter consists of six sections and a conclusion. Chapter 2 aims to present and discuss the various roles that were performed by the Prophet in the preservation and propagation of his Sunnah. This chapter consists of eight sections and a conclusion. Part Two, which constitutes the main part of the study, undertakes a rigorous study of Goldziher's main evidence regarding his theory of the fabrication of Hadith during the Umayyad period. It consists of an introduction, five chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, we give a general overview of Goldziher's theory regarding the fabrication of Hadith in the Umayyad period. Chapter 3 contains an analysis of the evidence he cites in support of his claim that the Companions fabricated Iladith, and consists of five sections. Chapter 4 attempts an analysis of the evidence he cites in support of his claim that various `pious scholars' fabricated Hadith during the Umayyads' rule, and consists of seven sections. Chapter 5 contains an analysis of his evidence regarding the Umayyads' fabrication of Hadith, and consists of five sections. Chapter 6 contains an analysis of his evidence regarding the fabrication of Hadith by various theologians and consists of four sections. Chapter 7 contains a demonstration of the impact of Goldziher's opinions on subsequent studies. Finally, the Conclusion summarises the findings of the study.

Abstract:
In Iraq, the two dominating surface water sources are Tigris and Euphrates Rivers in which some dams constructed on both of them forming reservoirs. Haditha Dam reservoir is one of the most essential sources of drinking, irrigation, flood control and hydropower generation in Anbar State, Western Part of Iraq. Besides, the reservoir is a unique habitat with a wide spectrum of biodiversity. The objective of this study is to investigate and monitor the water quality in Haditha Dam reservoir and introduce the Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) to highlight the best runoff control measure depending on selected criteria and criteria weights. Experts were interviewed for the selection of criteria and for the assignment of the weight factor and scores. Four criteria from three categories such as technical, economic and environmental aspects were selected. Results from this study indicated that a distinguished difference in TSS and Turbidity between the dry and wet seasons and necessitates the installation of runoff control measures. It was found that the soil binders, sediment basin and diversion channel are the best alternatives for controlling erosion, sediment and drainage respectively. The sensitivity analysis showed very strong decision made by the experts for the technical, economic and environmental criteria.

Ours is an age of pervasive political turbulence, and the scale of the challenge requires new thinking on politics as well as public ethics for our world. In Western countries, the specter of Islamophobia, alt-right populism, along with racialized violence has shaken public confidence in long-secure assumptions rooted in democracy, diversity, and citizenship. The tragic denouement of so many of the Arab uprisings together with the ascendance of apocalyptic extremists like Daesh and Boko Haram have caused an even greater sense of alarm in large parts of the Muslim-majority world. It is against this backdrop that M.A. Muqtedar Khan has written a book of breathtaking range and ethical beauty. The author explores the history and sociology of the Muslim world, both classic and contemporary. He does so, however, not merely to chronicle the phases of its development, but to explore just why the message of compassion, mercy, and ethical beauty so prominent in the Quran and Sunna of the Prophet came over time to be displaced by a narrow legalism that emphasized jurisprudence, punishment, and social control. In the modern era, Western Orientalists and Islamists alike have pushed the juridification and interpretive reification of Islamic ethical traditions even further. Each group has asserted that the essence of Islam lies in jurisprudence (fiqh), and both have tended to imagine this legal heritage on the model of Western positive law, according to which law is authorized, codified, and enforced by a leviathan state. “Reification of Shariah and equating of Islam and Shariah has a rather emaciating effect on Islam,” Khan rightly argues. It leads its proponents to overlook “the depth and heights of Islamic faith, mysticism, philosophy or even emotions such as divine love (Muhabba)” (13). As the sociologist of Islamic law, Sami Zubaida, has similarly observed, in all these developments one sees evidence, not of a traditionalist reassertion of Muslim values, but a “triumph of Western models” of religion and state (Zubaida 2003:135). To counteract these impoverishing trends, Khan presents a far-reaching analysis that “seeks to move away from the now failed vision of Islamic states without demanding radical secularization” (2). He does so by positioning himself squarely within the ethical and mystical legacy of the Qur’an and traditions of the Prophet. As the book’s title makes clear, the key to this effort of religious recovery is “the cosmology of Ihsan and the worldview of Al-Tasawwuf, the science of Islamic mysticism” (1-2). For Islamist activists whose models of Islam have more to do with contemporary identity politics than a deep reading of Islamic traditions, Khan’s foregrounding of Ihsan may seem unfamiliar or baffling. But one of the many achievements of this book is the skill with which it plumbs the depth of scripture, classical commentaries, and tasawwuf practices to recover and confirm the ethic that lies at their heart. “The Quran promises that God is with those who do beautiful things,” the author reminds us (Khan 2019:1). The concept of Ihsan appears 191 times in 175 verses in the Quran (110). The concept is given its richest elaboration, Khan explains, in the famous hadith of the Angel Gabriel. This tradition recounts that when Gabriel appeared before the Prophet he asked, “What is Ihsan?” Both Gabriel’s question and the Prophet’s response make clear that Ihsan is an ideal at the center of the Qur’an and Sunna of the Prophet, and that it enjoins “perfection, goodness, to better, to do beautiful things and to do righteous deeds” (3). It is this cosmological ethic that Khan argues must be restored and implemented “to develop a political philosophy … that emphasizes love over law” (2). In its expansive exploration of Islamic ethics and civilization, Khan’s Islam and Good Governance will remind some readers of the late Shahab Ahmed’s remarkable book, What is Islam? The Importance of Being Islamic (Ahmed 2016). Both are works of impressive range and spiritual depth. But whereas Ahmed stood in the humanities wing of Islamic studies, Khan is an intellectual polymath who moves easily across the Islamic sciences, social theory, and comparative politics. He brings the full weight of his effort to conclusion with policy recommendations for how “to combine Sufism with political theory” (6), and to do so in a way that recommends specific “Islamic principles that encourage good governance, and politics in pursuit of goodness” (8).
