Abstract Emerging data suggest that IO-ADC combinations may lead to better patient outcomes. BNT327 (also known as PM8002) is an investigational anti-PD-L1 x VEGF-A bispecific antibody that has shown encouraging efficacy and tolerability across tumor types, including “cold” tumors not generally responsive to IO therapies (eg, low PD-L1 levels) (Wu J, SABCS 2024 PS3-08; Wu YL, ESMO 2024 1255MO). BNT325 (also known as DB-1305) is an investigational topoisomerase-I-inhibitor-based anti-TROP2 ADC that has so far shown manageable safety and encouraging early clinical activity (Rubinstein M, SGO 202

Abstract Background: Garsorasib (D-1553), a potent KRAS G12C inhibitor, has previously demonstrated promising anti-tumor activity in KRAS G12C-mutated non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in a phase 1 study. Here we present the efficacy and safety of garsorasib in a pivotal phase 2 study. Methods: In this open-label, multicenter, single-arm phase 2 study, patients received garsorasib 600 mg twice daily in 21-day cycles. Eligible criteria included patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring KRAS G12C mutation, who had disease progression after prior anti-PD-(L)1 therapy and plati

Based on the Theory of Contrastive Analysis and Inter-language Theory, this paper investigates the common initial errors of Korean fundamental Chinese learners in different groups. The data were analyzed by listening to it and were described with IPA. 7 initial errors were found in this paper, such as a) errors of recognizing and pronouncing “b” and “p”; b) errors of “z/c/s” and “zh/ch/sh” c) errors in pronouncing “r” and so on. In order to avoid contributing all the errors to the impact of first language transfer, the students were chosen with 3 different nationalities, including Korean, P

ABSTRACT A new idea of supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) shock fracturing was proposed to develop unconventional oil and gas resources efficiently and environmentally friendly. Four 3D physical models with different perforation azimuth angles modeled the internal flow field of perforated wellbore in SC-CO2 shock fracturing. The CO2 real-gas-model in NIST database coupled the property parameters with the flow field. Numerical simulation obtained the pressure, temperature and phase parameters spatiotemporal distribution laws. The results show that SC-CO2 impact pressure and temperature vary
