Abstract:
   Mazkur maqolada benzin fraksiyasi bug‘larini havo yordamida sovitish qurilmasida quruq va nam havo oqimining qurilma samaradorligiga ta’sirini o‘rganishga doir tajriba natijalari keltirilgan. Quruq va nam havo yordamida sovitish benzin fraksiyasining hajmiy sarfi 3÷11 l/min intervalida amalga oshirilgan. Benzin fraksiyasini quruq havo yordamida sovitishda qurilmaga kirishdagi harorat 100 ºC, undan chiqishdagi harorat 48 ºC tashkil etadi. Keltirilgan sarf intervallari oralig‘ida nam havo yordamida sovitishda harorat mos ravishda 100 ºC dan 36 ºC gacha pastlashi kuzatildi. Natijada, nam havo yordamida sovitish qurilma samaradorligini o‘rtacha 25 % ga ortishi aniqlandi.

Air susu ibu (ASI) adalah suatu cairan yang diproduksi oleh kelenjar payudara ibu, air susu ibu yang berenergi tinggi ini diproduksi saat masa kehamilan yang merupakan makanan pertama ataupun susu yang memiliki nutrisi terbaik yang diperlukan pada masa tumbuh kembang bayi terkhususnya pada bayi 0-6 bulan. Pemberian ASI belum sepenuhnya dilakukan karna terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu produksi ASI yang tidak lancar pada ibu menyusui, hal ini terjadi karena ibu menyusui kekurangan nurisi. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan ibu untuk membantu memperlancar pengeluaran ASI yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi Sari Kacang Hijau. Didalam kacang hijau terdapat banyak kandungan, salah satu kandungan yang terdapat didalamnya adalah Vitamin B kompleks alami, vitamin. Selain itu kandungan lain yang terdapat didalam sari kacang hijau yaitu dapat menjadi sumber gizi dan energi pada ibu menyusui, karena jika kadungan gizi ibu tidak terpenuhi akan menggangu bekerjannya kelenjar yang memproduksi ASI. Tujuan khusus dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sari kacang hijau terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI ibu menyusui, mengetahui jumlah produksi ASI ibu sebelum mengkonsumsi sari kacang hijau, Mengetahui jumlah produksi ASI ibu sesudah mengkonsumsi sari kacang hijau, mengetahui perbedaan produksi ASI pada ibu sebelum dan sesudah mengkonsumsi sari kacang hijau di Puskesmas Sei Langkai kota batam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan Eksperimental dengan bentuk pre-eksperimen atau biasa disebut quasy eksperimetal dengan menggunakan pendekatan one group pretest postest.

Asam folat (vitamin B9) sangat penting selama kehamilan, dan merupakan satu-satunya vitamin yang kebutuhannya selama hamil berlipat dua.Pemberian asam folat pada ibu hamil diketahui untuk mencegah terjadinya neural tube defect (cacat tabung saraf), terutama spina bifida (tulang belakang tidak menutup sempurna) dan anencepali (otak janin tidak terbentuk). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang manfaat asam folat dalam kehamilan di Rumah Sakit Haji Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah ibu – ibu hamil yang berkunjung ke Poliklinik Ibu Hamil RS Haji Medan dan diambil sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode Nonprobabillty Sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi menjadi sampel. .Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa responden dengan pengetahuan baik memiliki persentase yang baik yaitu 55.40%, pengetahuan cukup 35.14% dan pengetahuan kurang 9.46 %. Kesimpulan dari penelitian tersebut didapat bahwa dalam hal pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang manfaat asam folat dalam kehamilan termaksud dalam kategori baik. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah lebih ditingkatkan lagi program penyuluhan gizi bagi ibu hamil dan perlunya keterlibatan keluarga (suami, orangtua ataupun mertua) dalam menjaga nutrisi ibu hamil.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of village fund allocation policies for the housing assistance program for uninhabitable housing in Nagari Pasar Bukit Air Haji, Linggo Sari Baganti sub-district, South Coastal District. This study uses a qualitative method of intrinsic case study type. Selection of informants is using purposive sampling method. Collecting data in this study is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is according to Miles and Huberman namely collection, reduction and presentation of data and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study are from 2019 to 2021 the uninhabitable housing assistance program has been carried out and is in accordance with the verified beneficiary criteria, it is proven that 18 different houses have been built and handed over to those entitled to receive assistance from the uninhabitable housing program. This has been proven by the fact that 18 houses that have been built for beneficiary communities are not suitable for habitation. This problem is very much in accordance with the theoretical analysis of Van Meter and Van Horn's policy implementation which includes regulations, usufructuary resources, financial resources, and the party responsible for the Policy.

Speaking was a skill to give expretion, statetement, and convey thoughts, ideas, and feels by pronouncing articulation sounds or words. Speaking skills need to be trained from and early age, because speaking skills are very important for children so that they are easy to speak regularly and skillfully in the future, because speaking is one of the main communication tools. This research purpose to shown the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teacher's role in developing children's speaking skills at Kindergarten Pembina 01 Air Haji, Linggo Sari Baganti District, Pesisir Selatan District. In the research used a method of qualitative with a approach in descriptive. This research uses techniques for data collection in shape of of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique for data analysis was conducted by data collected, data reduced, data presented and make conclusions. According on the research result that has been conducted, it is said that the lesson plan in developing children's speaking skills is planned from the teacher in accordance with the RPPH and also the teacher uses the question and answer method, storytelling method, singing in developing children's speaking skills. The media used by the teacher is picture media, hand puppet media with fun learning strategies for children. And also the evaluation was conducted by the teacher to look development aspect in children regarding the level of children's speaking skills development.

Nyeri pada anak merupakan suatu respon fisologi anak yang berhubungan dengan aktifitas system saraf simpatik. Distraksi merupakan teknik pengendalian nyeri yang paling efektif untuk diterapkan pada anak-anak dan berhasil mengurangi nyeri serta kecemasan dengan cara mengalihkan perhatian anak-anak dari stimulus nyeri pada perawatan invasif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh tekhnik distraksi melantunkan sholawat terhadap tingkat nyeri pada anak usia prasekolah di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis pra-eksperimen Desain yang digunakan yaitu One Group Pre-Post Test.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak di usia pra sekolah yang akan dilakukan pemberian obat injeksi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dimana memiliki kreteria inklusi seperti usia 3-6 tahun, beragama islam, memiliki kesadaran penuh, dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan anak yang akan mendapatkan suntikan injeksi dengan jumlah 30 responden.Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistic uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian didapatkan data bahwa sebelum diberikan teknik distraksi pada anak mayoritas responden mengalami tingkat nyeri paling rendah yaitu sedikit nyeri sebanyak 2 orang (6.7 %).Dan mayoritas anak mengalami nyeri sedikit lebih nyeri sebanyak 17 orang yaitu (56.7%). Dan setelah diberikan teknik distraksi mendengarkan shalawat pada anak usia prasekolah mayoritas responden mengalami sedikit nyeri sebanyak 24 orang (80.0%). Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: terdapat nilai p=<0,001 maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh teknik distraksi melantunkan shalawat terhadap tingkat nyeri pada anak usia prasekolah

Abstract:
Background:There is a paucity of information on the current phenotypes, ethnic and geographic differences of PAN. A global PAN study group has been working for clinical subphenotype and GWAS studies.Objectives:This study is aimed to look for target organ associations in PAN.Methods:PAN patients fulfilling the EMA vasculitis classification algorithm were recruited. In addition to baseline characteristics, treatment and outcome data, occurrence of any of the clinical manifestations related to PAN during disease course was recorded.Factor analysis was used to analyse target organ associations of 306 patients. Five factors were identified by factor analysis of variables sex, paediatric-onset, HBV, monogenic disease relationship, cutaneous features, musculoskeletal symptoms, constitutional symptoms and involved areas (abdominal, renal, neurologic, ENT, cardiac, pulmonary).Results:PAN cohort from 7 countries were used (Italy: n=59, Japan: n=39, Mexico: n=29, Slovenia: n=14, Sweden:11, TUR: n=106, UK: n=48). 306 (M/F: 171/135 and Caucasian 77.1%, Asian 13.4%, and Hispanic 9.5%) patients were included. 8 were HBV-related, and 22 of TUR patients had a monogenic form of disease (FMF n=15, DADA2 n=7). 21.8% of patients were cutaneous-only PAN patients. 48.4% of patients had radiologic, 64% had biopsy-proven PAN. Median age at disease onset was 40 (IQR 27.0-57.5) years. During a median 57 (16-120) months follow-up, 39 (13%) patients died.Factor analysis revealed 5 factors that explained 54.1% of the original information on the matrix as follows:Factor 1,represented the association between gastrointestinal and renal involvement, male gender and negatively associated with cutaneous features;Factor 2,the association between monogenic relationship with paediatric onset disease;Factor 3,any of musculoskeletal findings with positive constitutional symptoms;Factor 4any neurologic involvement was associated with ENT and pulmonary findings;Factor 5cardiac involvement in non-HBV patients (Table).The eigenvalues of the 5 factors were 2.034, 1.470, 1.427, 1.079 and 1.030, in decreasing order, i.e., the highest contribution to the overall variance in the matrix came from the togetherness of the 4 clinical and demographic characteristics that made up Factor 1.Conclusion:Target organ associations could support distinctive subphenotypes in PAN. Factor 1 seems the most severe form. Patients with FMF or DADA2 have distinct target organ associations. The jury is out to decide whether these patients should be classified as ‘vasculitis associated with probable etiology’ just as HBV-related-PAN. Xususan, elektron hukumat tizimini takomillashtirish, dasturiy mahsulotlar va axborot texnologiyalarining mahalliy bozorini yanada rivojlantirish, respublikaning barcha hududlarida IT-parklarni tashkil etish, shuningdek, sohani malakali kadrlar bilan ta&rsquo;minlashni ko&rsquo;zda tutuvchi 220 dan ortiq ustuvor loyihalarni amalga oshirish boshlangan [3]. Prezident farmoni asosida ishlab chiqilgan &laquo;Raqamli O&rsquo;zbekiston &mdash; 2030&raquo; strategiyasi yaqin yillarda raqamli savodsizlikka butunlay barham berish, texnologik asosni shakllantirish va malaka oshirishni yo&rsquo;lga qo&rsquo;yish zaruriyatini tug&rsquo;diradi. Maktabgacha ta&rsquo;lim muassasalaridan boshlab ta&rsquo;limning barcha bosqichlarida o&rsquo;zaro bog&rsquo;liq kompetensiyalar qo&rsquo;llanilishi, bolalarda algoritmik fikrlashni rivojlantirish birinchi o&rsquo;ringa qo&rsquo;yilishi kerak.
