Full textHarassment is part of the abuse area and belongs to sexual field in criminal law in France. Therefore, policies concerning criminal matters had to take care of this social problem with the focus of sexual violence for women. The historical, anthropological, axiological deconstruction of male and female relations leads to the modeling -crossing sanitary and social areas- of practices : prevention, control and problem solving resolution of the phenomen. In a security axis, this deconstruction allows to locate risks, dangers, insecurity. It is also useful for the analysis of actual preventive and therapeutic mesures in their positive points and failings, so as to lead to new treatments, new places and conjure a psychological guidance model different from the therapeutic one already existing, close to the judicial area. In a psychopathological theorical axis, this work and research of the different psychopathological referentials has given the opportunity to experiment a modeling centred on hated and disgrace through the discourse on experiences of women victims who had to put up with sexual harassment. This modeling, in an anthropological and psychopathological orientation, questions the notion of pathology. This modeling is recevant for men and women, attackors and attacked ones ; thus the possibility to conceive a personal and social mutation of both people involved. This psychopathological research is part of elaboration of criminal policies. In this very way this research participates in the preservation and in the quality maintenance of social bonds

Full textThe development of information and communication technologies was followed by the emergence of violent and/or offensive phenomena that exist on or thanks to the Internet. Is there a specificity to these behaviors of cyberviolence, which are rooted in what one calls cyberspace? This question will be answered partly thanks to psycho-criminological and cyberpsychological theories. This work takes a close look at sex offences against minors on the Internet. Thanks to the collected data, this work will offer a perspective on cyberviolence, with an interest in the relationship between the offender and the offence, the victim, and cyberspace. Cyberviolence arises from an encounter between a vulnerable subject and a cyberspace bearing opportunities. This encounter will thus be questioned, in order to understand the process and dynamics it stems from

Full textThe aim of this thesis is not to define general laws of stress or psychosocial risks (PSR) at work, but to understand these phenomena in particular contexts (Morocco, quarry, IT services company), then, by the comparison, to move to controlled generalizations about the role of culture, social relations (between employees and employers, colleagues…), economic constraints, institutions, etc., in shaping the expression and experience of PSR at work. The fieldwork, carried out in an approach inscribed in the constructivism concerns five samples of employees or actors of the Moroccan economic and social world: two quarry companies, two IT services companies and socio-medical actors, as well as an observation of periodic visits to occupational medicine. We realized that the complex and polysemic notion of PSR is constructed according to the different social representations as well as the socio-economic, cultural and political context that structure the experience of difficulties and risks. Through the case studies, we discovered that psychosocial risks at work are experienced, managed and expressed in different ways in different workplaces
Goulet-Pelletier, Françoise. "L’évolution des représentations des crimes sexuels et du harcèlement sexuel dans les téléséries américaines de fiction post #Metoo." Thesis, 2019. http://hdl.handle.net/1866/24301.
Full textThe social movement #Metoo has changed the way people think about sexual harassment and sexual abuse issues. Indeed, in the fall of 2017, a wave of denunciations broke out in the public sphere and since, the boundaries of what is acceptable and what is not seem to have been redefined within several societies. Based on this societal observation, we thought we noticed a revival of the issues surrounding the social movement #Metoo in American fiction television series. This paper aims to illustrate and analyze the evolution of representations of sexual crimes and sexual harassment inspired by the #Metoo movement. Considering the key milestones of this movement, this study focuses on its impact on North American society. This study also looks at a sociological framework in order to observe the way social representations work and thus, better understand their impact on a given society. In addition, by comparing two television corpuses characterized by the before and the after #Metoo, this paper wishes to highlight the points of similarities and disparities between these two periods evocative of the upheaval of morals around this issue. A film analysis of an episode example complements this argument.
