Článek se pokouší nabídnout přístup, jak porozumět ústavnímu soudnictví jakožto důležité části normativního projektu ústavní demokracie. Politická věda má často potíže s chápáním argumentů užívaných ústavními soudy, a to kvůli behavioralistické a postbehavioralistické revoluci, které v rámci ní dříve proběhly.
