La découverte d'adjuvants de vaccination est en pleine expansion dans un contexte règlementaire de plus en plus strict. L'objectif de ce travail de thèse a été de proposer un adjuvant hautement caractérisé de la famille de la lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) pour un développement clinique. Il avait été précédemment montré que la LPC d'oeuf de poule présentait des propriétés adjuvantes in vitro et in Vivo.
