Abstract This research reports on the effectiveness of herbal infusions (Camellia sinensis, Cynara scolymus, and Coffea robusta) in promoting weight loss in mice. Amongst the infusions, Coffea robusta showed significant weight loss induction in a high-fat diet mouse model (up to 28.11% weight loss).
