Die klassischen Untersuchungsmethoden der Bergschadenkunde stützen sich auf markscherische Messungen an der Tagesoberfläche und im Inneren des beobachteten Gebirgsmassives. In neuester Zeit wurden in die quantitative Prognose von Bodenbewegungen verstärkt moderne Untersuchungsmethoden der Geomechanik einbezogen, deren Anwendung sowohl eine Kenntnis der Struktur und der Geometrie der anstehenden geologischen Materialien als auch eine tiefgreifende mechanische Charakterisierung ihres Deformationsverhaltens erfordert und sich damit einer der größten Herausforderungen der geotechnischen Modellierung stellt
The prediction of soil movements in mining subsidence studies is one of the most important disciplines in connection with mining works and their geodetic measurement control. The classical methods of mining subsidence analysis are based on measaurements of the ground surface. Lately, geomechanic methods have been included into the quantitative prediction soil movements, requiring both detailed knowledge on the structure and geometry of the geologic materials in the ground and a profound characterization of their expected deformation behaviour, leading to one of the greatest challenges in geotechnical modelling

Abstract:
Nous démontrons que les 35 heures constituent un échec social, économique et politique qui a favorisé le développement des normes du néolibéralisme de gestion au sein du système de relations professionnelles. Nous expliquons dans un premier temps que les conditions de réussite d'une politique de réduction du temps de travail n'étaient pas assurées. Dans un deuxième temps, l'analyse de la mise en œuvre des 35 heures permet de démontrer que cette action politique constitue un échec : échec social par la détérioration des conditions de travail et de rémunération ; échec économique par une perte de compétitivité des entreprises et un accroissement des déficits publics. L'échec social et économique provoque l'échec politique. Dans la troisième phase, nous démontrons que la droite libérale au pouvoir utilise à plusieurs reprises les 35 heures comme levier de dérégulation du système de relations professionnelles. En développant la négociation collective, les 35 heures ont mis en lumière les failles de la représentativité syndicales et du mode de production des accords collectifs. Les néolibéraux, qui veulent imposer la supériorité du contrat sur la loi, vont travailler au renforcement des règles de la négociation collective pour assurer la légitimité des accords produits. Nous montrons que cette action s'exerce conjointement avec les différentes remises en causes des 35 heures. En 2008, après plusieurs étapes de déconstruction des normes sur la durée du travail, les 35 heures sont vidées de leur substance. Le néolibéralisme de gestion s'est développé sur la problématique des 35 heures et la droite est en mesure d'affirmer qu'elle a "gagné la bataille idéologique"
We demonstrate that the "35 hours" are a social, economical and political failure that has promoted the development of neoliberalist management rules within the professional relationship system. In a first step we explain that the conditions of a successful policy of reducing working hours were not assured. In a second step the analysis of the implementation of the 35H and its consequences on the professional relationship system allows to demonstrate that this political action is a failure: social failure with deterioration of working conditions and remunerations; economical failure by a loss of competitiveness of companies and increase of public deficits. The social and economical failures both contribute to the political failure. In the third step of this research we demonstrate that the liberal right in power is several times using the 35 hours as deregulation lever of the professional relationship system. In developing the collective bargaining, the 35 hours have highlighted the weaknesses of the unions representativeness and of the collective agreements production mode. The neoliberals, who want to impose the superiority of contract over law, will work to the reinforcement of the collective bargaining rules in order to ensure the legitimity of the agreements produced. We demonstrate that this action is jointly performed with the various deconstruction of the 35 hours. In 2008 after several stages of deconstruction of the working hours rules, the 35 hours have been rendered meaningless. Thus neoliberalist management has developed itself on the issue of 35 hours and the right to date can claim that it has "won the ideological battle. "

Les déplacements en heures creuses ne sont pas analogues à ceux des heures de pointe. Ils posent des problèmes spécifiques dont les solutions permettent de proposer des actions transports en commun afin de mieux satisfaire les besoins des usagers et capter une clientèle nouvelle. Ces déplacements en heures creuses sont cependant mal connus: les enquêtes par sondage permettent de connaître les motifs de déplacement, la population concernée, les moyens de transport utilises et les horaires, mais ils ne nous renseignent pas sur la localisation géographique des flux. Notre objectif est de combiner l'utilisation des enquêtes et l'analyse géographique de la localisation des équipements et services, afin de mieux cerner la demande en transports en commun (qu'elle soit exprimée ou non) et de fournir des éléments pour apprécier la relation entre cette demande et l'offre réelle de transport. On propose des modèles a partir d'observations empiriques sur nos données qui permettent de mettre en évidence les relations entre les déplacements et les propriétés de l'espace. Ensuite, nous ajustons les modèles au moyen d'analyse des distorsions entre les modèles et les flux réels a partir de l'enquête globale des transports de 1983
The movements in slack periods are different from peak periods. The solutions of their problems allow us to suggest public transport network improvement. However, the movements in the slack periods are not well known. The surveys allows to know the purposes, the modes of transport used and the schedule but they don’t give us enough information’s of the geographic flows' localisation. Our purpose is to combine the survey uses and the geographic analysis of equipments localisations in order to better know public transport demand and to provide some elements to improve it. We propose models firm empirical observations of our data which allow knowing the relation between the movements and space properties. Next, we adjust models using distortions analysis between the models and real flows from surveys. Finally, we use the models' results to propose an outline of public transport improvement

Cette recherche qualitative porte sur les dynamiques du pouvoir dans le récit d’une émeute carcérale. L’analyse du récit-témoignage de Dunn (1983) révèle que le pouvoir y est protéiforme, fluctuant et négocié à travers trois niveaux d’interactions : celui de la représentation (entre personnages), de la narration (entre observateur et spectateurs virtuels ou actuels) et de la légitimation (entre l’auteur et son lectorat). Dix répertoires actualisent un aspect performatif grâce au recours à l’une ou à plusieurs formes de pouvoir : le relief dramatique (un pouvoir de surface), l’autorité directoriale (un pouvoir véritable) et le pouvoir disruptif (un pouvoir qui morcèle les interactions). Ces trois formes de pouvoir découlent à divers égards du schéma dramaturgique de Goffman (1973/1974). Plus encore, les interactions traversées par le pouvoir se créent par la mise sur pied d’une définition de situation et d’un consensus temporaire.

Wissenschaftliche Autoren können sowohl auf dem Goldenen als auch auf dem Grünen Weg Open Access publizieren. In diesem Jahr wurde erstmals ein Publikationsfonds für die Veröffentlichung von Open-Access-Artikeln eingerichtet. Es wurden Mittel von der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft und der Technischen Universität Chemnitz bereitgestellt. Damit können die Universitätsangehörigen die finanzielle Übernahme von Publikationsgebühren für Open-Access-Artikel bei der Bibliothek beantragen. Après avoir montré les liens étroits qui existent entre la vie de l'auteur et le personnage fictif d'Indiana qu´elle mit en scène dans son roman éponyme, nous avons présenté les personnages principaux et nous avons analysé l'oeuvre à travers le prisme d'un féminisme réaliste, romantique et toujours actuel. Le mémoire a aussi interrogé la manière dont le roman a reflété les conditions sociales et légales des femmes à l´époque de sa publication et l'accueil réservé aux élites intellectuelles comme de la part des lecteurs d'hier et d'aujourd'hui. Il est apparu qu´il y a eu des critiques élogieuses malgré une certaine réserve, quant au tableau peu reluisant que l'auteur brosse des femmes mariées soumises au diktat de lois machistes. L'analyse conclut sur l'audace d'une George Sand, fer de lance du féminisme dont elle a été l´une des pionnières.
This essay brings to light the details of the story of Indiana, a young Creole victim of male domination and the pressure imposed by the society of the time, but also and above all the feminist message conveyed by George Sand through his Indiana. After showing the close links that exist between the life of the author and the fictitious character of Indiana that she puts in scene in her eponymous novel, it is about presenting the main characters and analyzing the work to through the prism of a realist, romantic, social and ever-present feminism. The thesis is also interested in the reception of the book when it was released, by the intellectual elites of the time as well as by the readers of yesterday and today. He underlines rave reviews despite a certain reservation as to the gloomy picture that the author portrays of married women subjected to the diktat of macho laws. The analysis concluded on the boldness of a George Sand spearhead of feminism, one of the pioneers of which she was.
