Abstract:
Hypotonic cell swelling triggers an increase in intracellular Ca2+ concentration that is deemed responsible for the subsequent regulated volume decrease in many cells. To understand the mechanisms underlying this increase, we have studied the Ca2+ sources that contribute to hypotonic cell swelling-induced Ca2+ increase (HICI) in GH3 cells. Fura 2 fluorescence of cell populations revealed that extracellular, but not intracellular, stores of Ca2+ were required. HICI was abolished by nifedipine, a blocker of L-type Ca2+ channels, and Gd3+, a nonspecific blocker of stretch-activated channels (SACs

Abstract:
These teenagers need encouragement and motivation and strengthening in dealing with every case they have. For them, the problems they face have considerably narrowed the space for movement. They can no longer have more time together with their families. They are not free to express themselves at school. They are no longer able to play and hang out like teenagers in general. The problem faced by these teenagers is the findings of research conducted at the Social Home of Hiti-hiti Hala-hala. With pastoral studies, researchers found that there is real support in the form of pastoral care. Adolesc

Abstract:
Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI)–induced acute lung injury (ALI) is characterized by high incidence and poor prognosis. The regulatory role of microRNA-146a (miR-146a) in HIRI has been reported, but if miR-146a could affect the progression of HIRI-induced ALI has not been reported. The mice HIRI model was established by ligating left hepatic portal vein and hepatic artery for 60 minutes and then treating with reperfusion for 4 hours. Hypoxia-reoxygenation (HR) was performed to establish cell model. The binding site between miR-146a and Peroxidase 1 (PRDX1) was predicted and validated

Abstract:
Abstract Reducing oxidative stress is an effective method to prevent hepatic ischaemia/reperfusion injury (HIRI). This study focuses on the role of propofol on the oxidative stress of hepatic cells and the involved lncRNA-TUG1/Brahma-related gene 1 (Brg1) pathway in HIRI mice. The mouse HIRI model was established and was intraperitoneally injected with propofol postconditioning. Hepatic injury indexes were used to evaluate HIRI. The oxidative stress was indicated by increasing 8-isoprostane concentration. Mouse hepatic cell line AML12 was treated with hypoxia and subsequent reoxygenation (H/R)

Abstract:
In this paper we consider Hibi rings and Rees rings attached to a poset. We classify the ideal lattices of posets whose Hibi relations are indispensable and the ideal lattices of posets whose Hibi relations form a quadratic Gröbner basis with respect to the rank lexicographic order. Similar classifications are obtained for Rees rings of Hibi ideals.
