Hypoxia-inducible factors-1 and 2 (HIF1/2) drive the cellular response to hypoxia in such areas, resulting in the upregulation of genes which facilitate the survival of cancer cells and promote growth, invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis, generally leading to more aggressive tumour characteristics. Anderson's (1991) conclusion that fishing firms will never find it profitable to buy Individual Transferable Quota (ITQs) to retire and so raise fish prices depends critically upon restrictive assumptions. Strategies for the board game Hive was implemented and evaluated in this project. The report covers the rules as well as the system that was implemented in order to build strategies. The strategies are evaluated based on how they perform against each other. Two search algorithms were implemented: Minmax and Alpha-Beta Pruning. In the game of hide-and-seek, one player, the hider, conceals a set of objects on the nodes of a network, and a seeker must locate them by taking into account how the hider has concealed them. The play Sakura-hime azuma bunshō, written by Tsuruya Nanboku IV in 1817, has often been read as a parody designed to undermine the sacredness of the Buddhist institution during the Edo period. Upon closer reading, however, this play is not just showing the hypocrisy of the Buddhist institution and its followers. Nanboku, through Sakura-hime, is mounting a veiled criticism against the bakufu by elevating what was considered unorthodox religious practices. Firstly we cover what Hive is, and then later details on our implementations of it, which issues we ran into during the implementation and how we solved those issues. Also we attempted to make an AI and by using reinforcement learning teaching it to become good at playing Hive. More precisely we used two AI that has no knowledge of Hive other than game rules. Positionnée en aval des voies PI3K/AKT et RAS/MAPK, la protéine kinase mTOR joue un rôle déterminant dans le développement et la progression tumorale des cancers colorectaux où elle est fortement surexprimée. Par ailleurs, les cancers colorectaux comme toutes les tumeurs solides, ont un microenvironnement hypoxique.
