This study aims to draw attention to the architecture of kampung housing, as an attempt to identify those circumstances under which people live in the context of limited space. A kampung housing is a dense non-formally planned cluster of residential dwellings in urban area, which are packed together in a contiguous area created by a large number of migrants. We tried to determine the way in which the spaces are arranged into a place to live, which implies a certain dynamic of survivability among the kampung’s inhabitants. The article proposed that the green seeing ratio should be introduced in high density planning and design of residential area in China, pointing out that the green seeing ratio is a clear, effective index of strong operational in visual ecological design. It is necessary and feasible that the green seeing ratio as a evaluation index in the planning and construction of high density urban residential area in China. Advocates to take a combination of centralized and decentralized groups-residential areas and other ways of planning that by reducing the area of road, natural green details, take the

Clusters constitute a very rich source of information for cosmology. Their present day abundance can be used to found the normalization and the shape of the power spectrum. Clusters can also be used to determine the parameter density of the universe Ω − 0. The evolution of their number density is a powerful cosmological global test of the mean density of the Universe. It is fashionable to claim that the abundance of clusters does not change very much with clusters redshift and therefore favor a low density universe. This is an overstatement and analyses based on the most recent data rather fav

The aim of the present work is two-fold: 1) To study the effect of the tidal field of the Galactic bulge on a cluster in a high eccentricity plunging orbit with half-mass density nearly equal to the Roche density; 2) To estimate the tidal or limiting radius for such orbits.

AbstractRadio-loud active galaxies are widely believed to have a strong impact on their environments, and often lie in groups and clusters of galaxies. In this article I summarize what we can understand about the sources’ effects on their surroundings from the perspective of radio galaxy physics, with special reference to the energetics of the impact on the external medium and its inference from large statistical studies of radio galaxies.

Urban agriculture has become a favored activity in many cities around the world. This study explores how urban agriculture’s potential can be maximized in Seoul, South Korea, a city characterized by high-density residential complexes. It selects six existing residential complexes with representative site typologies and diverse density levels. The study’s aim is to assess the impact of various typology and density settings on percentages of ground-level surface with direct sunlight above certain thresholds during warmer seasons when crops can grow.
