The work provides a theoretical justification of the theoretical and methodological approaches to the accounting and analytical display of highly liquid assets. Based on the materials of reliable accounting reports of a large chemical enterprise, the basic principles of accounting organization and accounting policy of JSC "DNIPROAZOT" were determined. The accounting form (automated) and accounting registers are characterized. This paper examines how ownership concentration influences the relation between stock liquidity and asset liquidity. Liquid assets reduce uncertainty of assets in place and hence improve stock liquidity. However, liquid assets are less costly to turn into private benefits compared to other assets. Therefore, liquid assets may result in increasing the uncertainty of assets in place rather than reducing it. In this paper we examine the impact of asset liquidity on stock liquidity conditional on a company’s ownership structure using the context of Jordan. Jordanian companies listed in the ASE are

Goal: this paper considers the selling strategy of a highly liquid asset traded at market prices. The purpose of this paper is to develop a management that provides an improvement in the weighted average selling price. Methodology: it is assumed that market prices follow a diffusion process in which the drift and volatility coefficients are random functions of time. Under thegiven assumptions, using the stochastic differential equation theory we build a sales management in which only the prices of exchange transactions act as feedback. This paper explores a different option, complementary to the existing ones, based on the creation of a safe European asset backed by fully private assets. It should be maintained at an optimal level, neither too high nor too low. The viability of any business enterprise depends on its ability to have an adequate level of liquid assets in hands to pay its short-term obligations. When a company has too much cash in hands, it sits idle and makes no money, whereas when it has too little, it can't run its business smoothly, cutting into its profits. The prima

In a total portfolio approach (TPA) asset owners use their entire capital to maximise the net impact of their investments by diversifying over risk factors. The focus is on allocation to risk exposures rather than asset classes, as in the traditional strategic asset allocation (SAA). Compared to the SAA, the TPA leads to better quality of decision making by using a factor lens that embraces the continuum between equity and debt as well as across public and private markets. The increasing adoption of the TPA coincides with what has even been termed ‘hypergrowth’ of investing in private markets.

Abstract:
In this paper we study the propagation of demand and supply shocks in a heterogeneous agent New Keynesian model. Calibrating the model to Australia, we explore how inequality in the model affects shock transition, as well as how shocks impact individuals differently across the distribution. Contrary to much of the literature, with a single asset in the model we find a dampening in the response of the real economy to a monetary policy shock, driven by falling consumption in the extremes of the distribution. This dampening is likely due to the high holdings of liquid assets by many households in

Abstract:
Harmful algal blooms (HABs) are occurring with increasing frequency and severity across the globe in part due to climate change and anthropogenic pollution (Bullerjahn et al. 2016). HABs produce several classes of toxins; however, microcystins (MCs) are the most commonly studied (Lone et al. 2015) and can be potent toxins with LD50s in the range of 50 μg/kg (Puddick et al. 2014). Sample analysis in laboratories, typically by high-pressure liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) or by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs) (USEPA 2015). Abstract:
The global focus on environmental sustainability has intensified the need for innovative plastic waste management solutions, especially in the food packaging industry. This study explores liquid state decontamination processes of recyclates produced by post-consumer waste recycling of polystyrene yogurt cups and their effects on the material properties of the recycled material. For this purpose, different decontamination processes based on a twin-screw extruder with vacuum degassing and an industrial-scale recycling machine were applied. Abstract:
The mechanics underlying ice–skate friction remain uncertain despite over a century of study. In the 1930s, the theory of self-lubrication from frictional heat supplanted an earlier hypothesis that pressure melting governed skate friction. More recently, researchers have suggested that a layer of abraded wear particles or the presence of quasi-liquid molecular layers on the surface of ice could account for its slipperiness. Here, we assess the dominant hypotheses proposed to govern ice– skate friction and describe experiments conducted in an indoor skating rink aimed to provide observations to

Abstract:
Heavy minerals (HMs) are minerals with a specific gravity greater than 2.9 g/cm3. They are commonly highly resistant to physical and chemical weathering, and therefore persist in sediments as lasting indicators of the (former) presence of the rocks they formed in. The presence/absence of certain HMs, their associations with other HMs, their concentration levels, and the geochemical patterns they form in maps or 3D models can be indicative of geological processes that contributed to their formation. Furthermore trace element and isotopic analyses of HMs have been used to vector to mineralisatio

Abstract:
Performance testing pumps in the field can be challenging and even more complicated when the pump is in crude oil pipeline service. Pumps installed in crude oil pipelines normally do not meet the basic requirements set forth in typical pump testing standards, additionally crude oil fluid properties are irregular, thus making it difficult to obtain the desired accuracy for proper evaluation and comparison to factory tests. All inconsistencies need to be evaluated and reconciled to successfully field performance test pumps pumping viscous fluid. The objective of this project is to develop a prac

Since 2011, the influx of sargassum in the Caribbean and West Africa has posed significant socio-economic challenges. Despite these negative impacts, there is a growing effort to turn sargassum into an opportunity. This has led to the creation of innovative products and services made from sargassum, which are now being marketed both regionally and internationally. The "Sargassum Uses Guide" is the most comprehensive resource on the topic, providing an overview of current and potential uses, along with a directory of innovators and researchers. This qualification study is based on the need for a new technology in the asset integrity lifecycle of pipelines including Subsea infrastructure. As of today it is challenging to identify a technology that combines adequate measurement accuracy combined with the ability to operate in gaseous atmosphere found inside natural gas pipelines. Halfwaves inspection method developed over the last two decades is based on Acoustic Reso-nance Technology (ART), which utilizes the natural frequencies of the pipe wall to determine the remaining wall thickness. The inspection of welds made onto in-service pipelines, which are made primarily for attaching branch connections and repair sleeves, has been the subject of much concern in recent years. The difficulties associated with the inspection of these welds have long been recognized and, historically, the amount of inspection given to such welds has been small. The inspection of welds joining various appurtenances to pipelines is hampered for a number of reasons. The joint geometries can vary considerably, but none of them are particularly suited to detailed inspection. Surface techniques, such as ma
