Аннотация. В статье рассматривается история нацистских концентрационных лагерей Остхофен и Хинцерт, государственная политика памяти в ФРГ, общественные инициативы по сохранению памяти об антифашистах и жертвах нацистских преступлений, а также роль мемориалов Остхофен и Хинцерт в гражданском образовании жителей федеральной земли РейнландПфальц. Раскрыта история создания концентрационных лагерей Остхофен и Хинцерт, показаны их функции в системе репрессивных органов гитлеровского государства, численность и категории узников, их распорядок дня, условия расквартирования и питания, обращение лагерной администрации и охранников с заключенными. Приводятся сведения о пребывании в концентрационных лагерях советских военнопленных, граждан Франции и Люксембурга. Выявлены особенности политики памяти французской оккупационной администрации, а также политики памяти правительства и ландтага федеральной земли РейнландПфальц. Проанализированы действия отдельных граждан и общественных организаций, направленные на противодействие забвению судеб немецких и иностранных антифашистов в концентрационных лагерях Остхофен и Хинцерт. Охарактеризованы формы и методики педагогической работы мест памяти Остхофен и Хинцерт, установлен круг адресатов их учебной и просветительской деятельности, показана специфика педагогической и просветительской работы мемориалов с различными группами посетителей. Приводятся сведения о роли немецких ученыхисториков в становлении и функционировании мемориалов и учебнопросветительских центров в федеральной земле РейнландПфальц. Выделены этапы возникновения и развития мест памяти Остхофен и Хинцерт, показана их роль в системе гражданского образования современной ФРГ. Доказано, что целью просветительской и педагогической работы этих мемориалов является воспитание граждан, уважающих демократические государственные институты, права и достоинство человека, занимающих активную гражданскую позицию и отвергающих насилие, дискриминацию и ксенофобию. Abstract. The article examines the history of the Nazi concentration camps Osthofen and Hinzert, the state policy of memory in Germany, public initiatives to preserve the memory of anti-fascists and victims of Nazi crimes, as well as the role of memorials Osthofen and Hinzert in the civil education of residents of the Federal state of Rheinland-Pfalz. The author reveals the history of the Osthofen and Hinzert concentration camps, shows their functions in the system of repressive bodies of the Hitlerite state, the number and categories of prisoners, their daily routine, the conditions of quartering and feeding, and the treatment of prisoners by the camp administration and guards. Information is given about the stay of Soviet prisoners of war, citizens of France and Luxembourg in concentration camps. The features of the memory policy of the French occupation administration, as well as the memory policy of the government and the Landtag of the Federal state of Rheinland-Pfalz are revealed. The article analyzes the actions of individual citizens and public organizations aimed at countering the oblivion of the fate of German and foreign anti-fascists in the Osthofen and Hinzert concentration camps. Forms and methods of pedagogical work memory locations Osthofen and Hinzert are characterized, a circle of addressees of their educational and outreach activities, specificity of pedagogical and educational work of memorials to different groups of visitors is stated. The article provides information about the role of German scientists and historians in the formation and functioning of memorials and educational centers in the Federal state of Rheinland-Pfalz. The stages of origin and development of places of memory Osthofen and Hinzert are highlighted, and their role in the system of civil education in modern Germany is shown. It is proved that the purpose of educational and pedagogical work of these memorials is to educate citizens who respect democratic state institutions, human rights and dignity, take an active civil position and reject violence, discrimination and xenophobia.
