Abstract:
The legal history of Georgia, located at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, reflects its unique cultural, political, and social evolution. The development of the Georgian legal system has been influenced by various factors, including the ancient kingdoms of the region, the Christianization of Georgia, foreign invasions, and the impact of modern legal frameworks. Here’s an overview of the historical development of the Georgian legal systems: Ancient Period and early Kingdoms (3rd century BC - 4th century AD): The earliest legal practices in Georgia can be traced back to the ancient kingdoms of Colchis and Iberia. These regions had their own tribal customs and norms governing social and legal relations. Local customary laws prevailed, focusing on family and property law.

Full text
Abstract:
Abstract The Geodetic Reference System for the Americas (Sistema de Referencia Geodésico para las Américas, SIRGAS) was initiated in 1993 for South America at an international conference organised by the International Association of Geodesy (IAG), the Pan-American Institute for Geography and History (PAIGH), the Deutsches Geodätisches Forschungsinstitut (DGFI), and the U.S. Defense Mapping Agency (DMA) in Asunción, Paraguay. The corresponding South American reference network was observed in 1995 by a ten-day GPS campaign at 58 stations. The network was extended to Central and North America in 2000 and immediately afterwards converted to a frame of continuously observing GNSS stations instead of short-term campaigns. The linear station position changes (velocities) were estimated by a multi-year least squares adjustment of weekly solutions, the first being published in 2002. The total set of station velocities served for the computation of continuous surface deformation models, the first over South America was published in 2005. Today, SIRGAS is accepted by most of the American states as the official geodetic reference frame. Besides the product generation (station positions, velocities, and surface deformation), SIRGAS is active in education and training offering schools and workshops for students, surveyors, and other stakeholders.

Abstract:
Human rights, right that belong to an individual or group of individuals simply for being human, or as a consequence of inherent human vulnerability, or because they are requisite to the possibility of a just society. Whatever their theoretical justification, human rights refer to a wide continuum of values or capabilities thought to enhance human agency or protect human interests and declared to be universal in character, in some sense equally claimed for all human beings, present and future. t is a common observation that human beings everywhere require the realization of diverse values or capabilities to ensure their individual and collective well-being. It also is a common observation that this requirement whether conceived or expressed as a moral or a legal demand is often painfully frustrated by social as well as natural forces, resulting in exploitation, oppression, persecution, and other forms of deprivation. Deeply rooted in these twin observations are the beginnings of what today are called “human rights and the national and international legal processes associated with them.

Abstract:
SummarySports photography undoubtedly has a significant place in sports press and publicism. It’s main and primary role is to present sports to the readers as art, which it is. Sport is characterized by dynamic and varied movements, and the main role of sports photography is reflected in the fact that it is in this way that sport shows its essence. Having in mind that photography tells more than a thousand words it sends a clear message to the reader as well to people who are informed about events via sports portals. Sports photography is a multidimensional art for many reasons. When we say “multi”, it primarily refers to a wider range that sports photography has to offer, which means sports photography is not only directed at presenting athletes on the move and the main actors who contribute to achieving the results by their engagement – it also has the role of sports “psychophotography” which is an analysis and capture of the emotional reaction of an athlete after winning or losing from the opposing team.

Abstract:
AbstractDifferent destinies of particular countries and nonexistence of warranted economic and social prosperity are explained by two paradigms: geographical and institutional one. Geographical paradigm insists upon the significance of physical geography, climate, ecology, that shape technology and individual behaviour. Institutional paradigm attributes the central role of institutions which promote investment in human, physical capital and technology. These two approaches have their roots in: 1. Traditional society theory (Theory of Asiatic mode of production): differences in traditional societies of each country explain their different growth rates and level of economic development, and 2. World system theory: only countries that escaped colonial status have a chance to develop.
