Full textBackground: Starting up a business is not an easy task; it requires the translation of an idea into reality and requires discipline and a clear goal setting. Moreover with the increasing need of professionalism for outstanding web development and information technology, the plan of an enterprise with high end development and low cost is generated.
Purpose: This thesis has a dual purpose; firstly it sets the basis of understanding the terms of entrepreneurship and the environment where a business is created; moreover it explains the acquirement of resources and the structure of the business plan. The second objective is to develop a path for creating a web related business. This document will help to establish the goals and objectives for the performance of the company.
Method: The theory presents the relevant information that has to be considered inside the firm. After the theory a business plan was created with the objective of setting the direction of the company over the next years. It is important to mention that business plans are evolving documents that have to be updated according to changes in the environment or changes in the objectives.

In the process of teaching and learning, the majority of high school students present extreme difficulty regarding the decision of their professional trajectory after the end of their school education. Rarely do teachers seek to develop in students a demystification of a single path of service delivery or academic training. Therefore, a children's book was developed that aims to help the understanding of the entrepreneurial culture, generating in the students the significance of the possibility of realizing dreams allied to knowledge (DOLABELA, 2003). This dissertation presents the creation, evaluation and application of an educational support tool (paradidactic book), for the discipline of History in High School. They are, therefore, specific objectives of the research: to identify the absence of paradidactic material for the teaching of the local history; Propose to the school community the insertion of a paradidactic book (novel for children and adolescents) to contribute using the process of teaching and learning History with interdisciplinary bias; Introduce concepts of Entrepreneurship when teaching History in High School; Present a school book that can be adapted to other areas. The bibliographical studies contemplated in this research depart from the process of educational culture (BOURDIEU, 1966, DEMO, 2009, GADOTTI, 2012, LIBANE, 2011, MIZUKAMI et al. (DANIEL, 2003), and entrepreneurship (DOLABELA, 2003; DORNELAS, 2005; FILION, 1999). For data collection, open and closed questionnaires were used with a small business entrepreneur, a business consultant, history teachers, and high school students studying at a public school in southwest São Paulo . The results obtained through the research demonstrated the need for an Educational Product that contemplated the learning of History, its content of local history, and the concept of entrepreneurial culture.

The following thesis is about the mystification process of entrepreneurship as a regionality expression of the Italian Colonial Region (ICR), which has as discursive sources: historians, public authorities, class entities and entrepreneurs. Based on the analysis of the regional economic historiography and on its major business symbol, Abramo Eberle, the purpose is to identify the connections between this historical narrative and the fictional one in the Gardone family’s entrepreneurial trail, present in the immigration trilogy: A Cocanha, O Quatrilho and A Babilônia, by José Clemente Pozenato. Therefore, this project aims to discuss the entrepreneurship as a regionality manifestation, which examines the mythical speech based on Mircea Eliade’s concepts and to identify how the characters’ logic and its range of moral values represent the traditional principals of the entrepreneurial model.

Full textENGLISH ABSTRACT: The defence industry was established for the purpose of providing the then South African Defence Force (SADF) with armaments before. The SADF was there to serve the government of the day. Since then, the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) has been established to fulfil the same as the SADF, but is much more credible and representative. Thus there has been both continuity and renewal. The idea of public policy presupposes that there is a sphere that is not private or purely individual, but is held in common. The public comprises that dimension of human activity that is regarded as requiring government or social regulation or intervention or at least common action. This related to the defence-related industries too, which require government intervention in ensuring that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) get involved in the defence industry in general. Public policy is really about defining what counts as public, who provides, who pays, and whom to pay. The modem meaning of 'policy' is that of a course of action or plan, a set of political purposes - as opposed to 'administration'. Policy is seen as rational, a manifestation of considered judgement. A policy is an attempt to define and structure a rational basis for action or inaction. Policy involves deliberate behaviour to pursue certain objectives. The distinction between action and inaction properly emphasises that policies can initiate change or resist change. Policy is intended to affect all or selected points of the external and internal environment of the political system. Policy consists of a series of actions and decisions. The policy needed by the defence-related industry in one that will allow the inflow of entrepreneurs with education to help them learn from the experienced engineers within the industry. The individual drive and interest will be the driving force for success as defined and understood by the free market economy without unnecessary government interference. The development of SMEs in the defence-related industry is part of the renewal of the defence industry. The manufacturing can be left to small firms requiring less capital and sophisticated machines and processes.
Daar was dus kontinuïteit sowel as vernuwing.
Full textAn analysis of a case is adopted in this study - based on the entrepreneurial profile of an agent in the agribusiness, more specifically, in the dairy sector: Lair Antonio de Souza, founder of Xandô dairy brand in 1982 in Araras / SP (even though his entrepreneurial trajectory had begun a lot earlier). The results to be achieved aim to contribute to the study of entrepreneurship and deepen aspects involved in building and consolidating the entrepreneurial profile of the main responsible for the story of success related to Xandô brand as well. The proposed methodology allows the accomplishment of a qualitative and exploratory research supported by semi-structured interviews with the different types of actors who knew and interacted with the entrepreneur (Lair Antonio de Souza) in the past. Some interviews he gave to different media together with accounts provided by family members and employees were also taken into consideration in our research. As a methodological basis for the processing of the information the discourse analysis technique will be used. We conclude that the way the entrepreneur considered the activities related to the operation was a component of his culture and world view, and as such viewed as the \"cornerstone\" of his trajectory of success. Through the analysis of this entrepreneur\'s history of life we attempt to understand how the combination of abilities such as leadership, innovation, articulation, risk-taking, and the capture of opportunities in the face of challenges (which contextualize historically, economically and socially the entrepreneurship related to the production and commercialization of one of the oldest and most relevant brands of type \'A\' milk in the country) took place.

Full textThis dissertation which falls within the intellectual tradition of American Political Development explores the dialectical links between the entrepreneurship of US presidents on health care reform, the development of the American health care system and its latest product, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), which was signed into law in 2010. This work analyses the mutual forces of influence at work between a deeply constrained executive in this particular field of public policy and a health care system whose foundations and contours are in constant mutation. Given its controversial nature, its complexity and its weight in the US economy, health care reform directly affects the dynamics of public governance. Health care reform must therefore be considered as a laboratory and an accelerator of innovations for the presidency, in a political system in which its sphere of action is limited, as much by checks and balances as by the influence of other entrepreneurs who enjoy equivalent if not greater legitimacy than the executive branch to take action on the thorny issue of health care. The passage of the PPACA, the fact that it was signed into law by a democratic president after a century of failed attempts at ambitious reform as well as its arduous implementation, are a picture perfect case study on the evolutions of the presidential institution and on the routinization of heterodox presidential entrepreneurship

If the number of Europeans (Belgians, Greeks and Italians) living in Katanga has considerably decreased during the post-colonial period, they represent today the most powerful entrepreneurial group of the local economy. Once considered the troubles they came across since independence, why did they remain in the Congo? How did they develop their business in a declining economy, in process of marginalization, and in a patrimonial political structure, which proves to be more and more unstable? Finally, what is their place and role in Congolese society? These are the three questions this thesis tries to give an answer. Through the chapters, it studies the migration of expatriates in Africa, their relationship with Congolese society, the dynamics of their community, their role in the two most important sectors of Katanga, and the way they interact with the agents of the State. For this purpose, it rests upon a fieldwork research led between 2003 and 2004.
