Abstract:
It is sometimes remarked that while the preoccupation with the history of technology is a mature and well-established discipline, the preoccupation with the philosophy of technology is at best recent, and at worst considered as marginal in academic terms. In contrast, its relative, the philosophy of science is eminently respectable and unquestioningly accepted by the philosophical community. This paper, first, briefly sets out the historical relationship between science and technology in the West. Against such a context, it then looks at the epistemological values and goals embedded respectively in the philosophy of science and the philosophy of technology, to consider their overlap as well as their differences. It uses the study of genetics, its two revolutions in the twentieth century – classical Mendelian genetics and DNA molecular genetics – as an example to demonstrate these points of similarities and differences, thereby also establishing that the philosophy of technology is indeed a serious preoccupation.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine the impact of using information and communication technology (ICT) in history education on students' motivation, understanding, and engagement. A mixed methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection, was employed to gather comprehensive insights. Based on the survey results from 100 history education students, 78% reported increased motivation, and 65% indicated enhanced understanding of historical materials after using e-learning platforms. Interviews with 10 history teachers revealed that e-learning facilitates the delivery of complex content and boosts student participation in class discussions. Additionally, e-learning provides high flexibility for students to learn anytime and anywhere, addressing the limitations of traditional classroom settings. The findings suggest that integrating ICT into history education enriches the learning experience, improves academic outcomes, and makes history education more engaging and relevant in the digital era.

Abstract:
Abstract: Biosensors are currently ubiquitous in the biomedical field as well as in a variety of other fields such as point-of-care intensive care for therapy and illness, ecological assessment, nutrition monitoring, the discovery of drugs, and other medical and forensics research. Biosensors were first reported during 1906 when M. Cremer determined that an acid concentration in a liquid is proportionate to the electric potential. Until then, a number of advancements have been made in this field. Biosensors can be described as analytical tools which consist of a grouping of natural sensing components such as a receptor and a transducer. In comparison with any further currently accessible analytical device, these sensors are sophisticated in the environments because of selectivity, sensitivity and specificity. This Paper aims to give an brief idea about biosensor technology.
