This work aims to develop a proper digestion method for measurement of heavy metal content in municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) bottom. Different digestion methods by HNO3, HNO3/HCl, HNO3/HCl/HClO4, HNO3/HCl/H2O2, HNO3/HClO4, HNO3/H2O2, were compared in digestion efficiency, and Cu, Pb, Zn and Cd were analyzed using atomic absorption spectrum (AAS). The method using mixed HNO3/HCl/HClO4 was recommended for digestion of MSWI slag for measurement of Cu, Pb, Zn, and the method of HNO3/H2O2 recommended for digestion for measurement of Cd.

This article uses dry deposition calculating method to estimate Nitric acid (HNO3) gas dry deposition and analyze, evaluate trend of HNO3 gas dry deposition in recent years. The results present that HNO3 gas concentration is from 0.02 to 0.83 ppb and Yen Bai site has the highest HNO3 gas emission in 2020 and 2021. High HNO3 gas emission focuses on summer and spring at Northern’s sites. HNO3 gas emission at Southern sites is lower than that of Northern ones. HNO3 gas dry deposition is from 6.63 kg/ha/year to 10.26 kg/ha/year and the highest HNO3 gas dry deposition value is in 2021. Ha Noi site

Transcription of hepatocyte-specific genes requires the interaction of their regulatory regions with several nuclear factors. Among them is the hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 (HNF3) family, composed of the HNF3 alpha, HNF3 beta, and HNF3 gamma proteins, which are expressed in the liver and have very similar fork head DNA binding domains. The regulatory regions of numerous hepatocyte-specific genes contain HNF3 binding sites. We examined the role of HNF3 proteins in the liver-specific phenotype by turning off the HNF3 activity in well-differentiated mhAT3F hepatoma cells. Cells were stably transfe

It was observed that the amorphous state exhibited higher corrosion current density than that by the nanocrystalline state. These results are corroborated by the weight loss studies performed on the different structural states of Ti60Ni40 alloy in 0.1 M HNO3, 0.5 M HNO3 and 1 M HNO3 aqueous media.
