32 yıl birlikte çalıştığım hocam Prof. Dr. Baki Öğün'ün 11 Aralık 2001 günü aramızdan ayrılmasının hemen ardından, O'nun biyografisini yazmak görevi bana verildiğinde, içine düştüğüm dayanılmaz sıkıntının tarifini yapamam. Dile kolay! sevecen; özverili; alçakgönüllü; işbirlikçi; birleştirici; sebatkâr; kıskançlığın ve hoyratlığın değil, paylaşımcılığın ve hoşgörücülüğün örnek bir temsilcisi; her zaman sıcak tuttuğu içindeki kuva-i milliye ruhunu bir "aşı" gibi etrafındakilere enjekte eden ve bu yolla daha çok gelecek nesli yaratma çabası içindeki "hoca gibi hoca" ile birlikte dolu dolu geçirilen tam 32 yıl... "İnsan kaybetmek çok kolay, ama kazanmak çok zordur" felsefesini kendisine bir yaşam biçimi olarak seçerek kendi ekolünü yaratmayı becerebilen bu ender ve güzel insanın bedeni, bugün artık yok.

Czech-Slovak reciprocity was an integral part of the personal life program of František Votruba (1880–1953), which began in his his early youth, when he decided to leave his native Bohemia and move to Slovakia for work. In 1902, he came to Ružomberok to participate in the the publication of the newspaper Slovenské listy, which the publisher Karol Salva published in 1897–1900 to promote Czech-Slovak reciprocity. In the middle of 1903, he accepted Milan Hodža’s offer to contribute to the the publication of the political newspaper Slovenský týždenník, newly founded by Hodža; he moved from Ružomberok to Budapest, where he lived until the beginning of 1911. He later joined of the “group of Pest residents”, which co-created a new form of Slovak politics and culture. Through Hodža, Votruba became acquainted with the Slovak agrarian movement. He identified with the opinion that support for the Slovak national program should be sought among the Slovak farmers; the Agrarian movement should support them by solving their economic and social problems. Votruba added to that principal program his own ideas: the farmers’ need for education and culture through popular and educational texts. From the end of the first decade of the 20th century until the war years, he published in Czech periodicals, informing the Czech public about Slovak political, economic, cultural and literary conditions; furthermore, he reminded Czech readers of the importance of Czech activities for the dynamism of Slovak life, suggesting tasks for Slovakia. His goal was to promote the efforts of the first and second generation of the Hlasist movement and their magazines Hlas, Slovenský obzor and Prúdy. His interpretation of the relationship between Slovaks and Czechs were creating a historical narrative and a myth.

While Liocranidae is a family encompassing 283 species distributed in 32 genera (World Spider Catalog 2019), the genus Agraecina Simon, 1932 currently counts only six described species: Agraecina canariensis Wunderlich, 1992 from the Canaries, A. cristriani (Georgescu, 1989) from Romania, A. hodna Bosmans, 1999 from Algeria, A. lineata (Simon, 1878) from Europe and Kazakhstan, A. rutilia (Simon, 1897) from Sierrra Leone, and A. scupiensis Deltshev, 2016 from Macedonia. Gerçek bir İngiliz beyefendisi olan Prof. Bromley 1913 yılında Oxford yakınlarında dünyaya geldi ve ünlü Bedford School'da orta öğrenimini gördükten sonra Oxford Üniversitesi New College'de Yakınçağ Tarihi eğitimini tamamladı. 1939 yılında ilk kez Liverpool Üniversitesi'nde, Avrupa Yeniçağ Tarihi dersini vermeye başladı ve aynı Üniversite'de İngiliz Edebiyatı dalında ders veren Jean Roberston'la evlendi. Rad se bavi varijabilnošću padalina u dijelu Hrvatske s maritimnim pluviometrijskim režimom. Varijabilnost padalina analizirana je korištenjem godišnjih i mjesečnih vrijednosti srednje relativne varijabilnosti za 18 postaja od 1950. do 2007. godine. Utvrđeno je da godišnja varijabilnost padalina ima relativno veliki raspon – najveću varijabilnost padalina ima postaja Lastovo, a najmanju postaja Parg. U godišnjem hodu varijabilnosti padalina glavni maksimum varijabilnosti je na području sjevernog Jadrana u listopadu, dok se prema jugu maksimumvarijabilnost javlja u ljetnim mjesecima – srpnju ili kolovozu. Glavni minimum varijabilnosti u većini postaja s maritimnim pluviometrijskim režimom javlja se u travnju, osim na postajama srednjeg Jadrana, gdje se javlja u studenom. Najmanju varijabilnost padalina ima područje Gorske Hrvatske u gotovo svim mjesecima. Najveće vrijednosti varijabilnosti padalina javljaju se ljeti na području južnog Jadrana. U gotovo svim mjesecima varijabilnost padalina na području Kvarnera je relativno viša u odnosu varijabilnost padalina okolnih postaja.

The research was focused on exploring the dynamics and forms of regeneration processes and structural diversity of the Norway spruce virgin forest in Babia hora NNR in relation to altitude. In each developmental stage <br />19 sample plots were established. The structural diversity was assessed by the indices proposed by Clark and Evans (1954), F&uuml;ldner (1995) and Jaehne and Dohrenbusch (1997). Concerning the spatial distribution of the trees in the virgin forest no tendency to their clustering with the increasing altitude was found in the zones below 1,460&nbsp;m. The influence of the altitude was confirmed in the zone above 1,461&nbsp;m where the groups of &ldquo;family spruces&rdquo; are typical. Diameter differentiation was significantly higher in the growth stage. Evaluation of this attribute in terms of the altitude detected significant diameter differentiation at an altitude below 1,260&nbsp;m in the growth stage. According to the F&uuml;ldner index the virgin forest has generally medium differentiated diameter structure. According to the complex index by Jaehne and&nbsp;Dohrenbusch (1997) the differentiation of the virgin forest decreases with the ascending altitude up to 1,460&nbsp;m, where the compact forest ends. Evaluation of the seedbed revealed that 46.2% of the naturally regenerated individuals were growing on mineral soil, 52.4% on dead wood and 1.4% on wind-thrown roots. Regarding the developmental stages 46% of the individuals were found in growth stage, 23% in optimum stage and 31% in breakdown stage.

The relationship between identity and national consciousness is one of the important issues, not only, of the sociology of identity but of the overall opinion of the social sciences. This scientific question has been insufficiently researched in the sociological thought of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with this paper we are trying to actualize it. Aware of theoretical-methodological and conceptual-logical difficulties related to the research problem, we considered that in the first part of the paper we make some theoretical-methodological notes on the problems in studying this phenomenon, in order to, above all, eliminate conceptual-logical dilemmas. The use of terms and their meaning in sociology and other social sciences is a very important theoretical and methodological issue. The question justifiably arises whether we can adequately name and explain some of the “character traits” of the contemporary national identity of the Bosniak nation that we want to talk about in this paper with classical, generally accepted terms, identity, consciousness, self-awareness, shame or shame, self-shame. Another important theoretical issue of the relationship between identity and consciousness in our case, the relationship between the national consciousness of Bosniaks and their overall socio-historical identity is the dialectical relationship between individual and collective consciousness, ie. the extent to which the national consciousness of an individual or a particular national group, political, cultural, educational, age, etc., is contrary to generally accepted national values and norms. One of the important factors of national consciousness is the culture of remembrance. What does it look like for Bosniaks? More specifically, in this paper we problematize the influence of “prejudicial historiography” on the development of the culture of memory in the direction of oblivion or memory. What to remember, and why to remember. Memory is part of our identity. The phrase, not to deal with the past but to turn to the future, is impossible. How to project the future and not analyze the past. On the basis of what, what social facts? Why the world remembers the crimes of the Nazis, why the memory of the Holocaust and the suffering of the Jews is being renewed. Which is why Bosniaks would not remember and renew the memory of the genocides committed against them. Due to the Bosniak memory of genocide, it is possible that the perpetrators of genocide are celebrated as national heroes and their atrocities as a national liberation struggle. Why is the history of literature and art, political history and all other histories studied in all nations and nations. Why don't European kingdoms give up their own, queens and kings, princesses and princes. These and other theoretical-methodological questions have served us to use comparative analysis to show specific forms of self-esteem among Bosniaks today. The concrete socio-historical examples we cite fully confirm our hypothesis. Here are a few of these examples. Our eastern neighbors invented their epic hero Marko Kraljevic (Ottoman vassal and soldier, killed as a “Turkish” soldier in the fight against Christian soldiers in Bulgaria) who killed the fictional Musa Kesedzija, invented victory on the field of Kosovo, and Bosniaks forgot the real Bosniak epic heroes , brothers Mujo and Halil Hrnjic, Tala od Orašac, Mustaj-beg Lički and others, who defended Bosniaks from persecution and ethnic cleansing in the Bosnian Krajina. Dozens of schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina have been named after the Serbian language reformer, the Serb Vuk Stefanović Karađić (1787-1864), who was born in the village of Tršić near Loznica, Republic of Serbia. Makale, İzbranniye soçineniya. Tom III. İstoriya i Kultura. İzdatelstvo Vostoçnoy Literaturi. Moskva, 1962, 361-368 sayfaları arasında yer almaktadır. V.A. Gordlevskiy, Türk dili, tarihi, etnografyası, folkloru ve Türkiye edebiyatı üzerine birçok Türkiye gezileri sırasında incelemeye başladığı 300'e yakın eserin müellifidir. Yazarın makalelerinin çoğu, bilimsel değere sahip olmalarına rağmen henüz yayınlanmamıştır. Çevirisi yapılan makale, Gordlevski’nin Türkistan’a yaptığı yolculuğunda elde ettiği bilgiler ve Ahmet Yesevi, mescit, tekke ve halvethane hakkındaki gözlemleri ve literatürde yer alan bilgilerin harmanından oluşmaktadır. Yazara göre zamanın dar ve bilgilerin yetersizliği nedeniyle yazdıkları eksik ve kopuktur.

Yirmiyedi Mayıs 1882’de İstanbul’da başlayan, ‘’Sürekli çalışmak- Sürekli yaratmak- Sürekli hizmet” ile geçen ve 11 Temmuz 1963’de yine İstanbul’da sona eren seksen bir yılı bulan ve her dakikası vatan ve insanlık yararına geçirilen bir ömür. Dört Aralık 1903’de, Gülhane kapısından genç bir stajyer olarak girdi. Stajyer, asistan, başasistan, hoca ve başhekim, komutan olarak; kendi deyimiyle, ömrünün en güzel ve en zevkli zamanlarını Gülhane’de geçirdi. Ömrü boyunca vatan, ilim ve insana olan bağını korudu. Hayatının sonuna kadar Gülhane’nin bütün gelişimini yakından takip etti. Gülhane tarihinin başlangıç dönemini yaşamış birkaç kişiden biridir. Balkan Savaşı ve Birinci Dünya Savaşında Kafkas Cephesinde Türk Ordusu’nun sağlık hizmetlerine bizzat katılmış, yönetmiş, bulaşıcı hastalıklarla savaşı planlamış ve uygulanmasını sağlamıştır. Cumhuriyetin başlangıcı ile birlikte Gülhane’de askeri doktor eğitimine devam etti. Emeklilik sonrası İstanbul Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde çalıştı ve 1933-1934 yıllarında dekanlık, 1943-1952 yıllarında rektörlük görevinde bulunmuştur. Dört Ekim 1950’de Legion D’honneur Officier Nişanı ile onurlandırıldı. Verem Savaşı Teşkilatı, UNESCO Türkiye Milli Komitesi, Türkiye Halk Sağlığı Eğitimi Teşkilatı gibi kuruluşlarda çalışarak, yetmiş yaşından sonrada üretken olunabileceğini, vatana hizmet edilebileceğini gösterdi. Tevfik Sağlam son yüz yılda Türk milletinin yarattığı ciddi ahlak, ilim, karakter örneklerindendir.

Bu çalışmada geç dönem Osmanlı Devleti’nde Karahisarısahip’te müderrislik, Darülmuallimin-i Sıbyan müdürlüğü, müdür yardımcılığı yapmış, Birinci Dönem Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’nde Karahisarısahip mebusluğu görevinde bulunmuş olan İsmail Şükrü Efendi ele alınmıştır. İsmail Şükrü Efendi rüştiye mezunu olup aldığı özel derslerle kendisini geliştirmiştir. Eğitim faaliyetlerinin öneminin bilincinde olduğu için 1909 yılında Karahisarısahip Darülmuallimin-i İbtidaisi’nin kuruluşuna öncülük etmiştir. Darülmuallimin-i Sıbyan’da ve Karahisarısahip Medresesi’nde fahri müdürlük ve muallimlik görevlerinde bulunmuştur. 30 Ekim 1918 tarihinde imzalanan Mondros Mütarekesi’ni müteakip başlayan işgallere karşı Afyonkarahisar’da milli uyanışın öncülerinden olmuştur. Müdafaa-i Hukuk Cemiyeti’nde ve Kuva-yı Milliye teşkilatında görev yapmıştır. Birinci Dönem Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’nde mebus iken Çelikalay’ı kurmuş ve işgallere karşı mücadele etmiştir. Saltanatın kaldırılması üzerine kaleme aldığı “Hilafet-i İslamiye ve Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi” adlı risalesinde halifeyi devlet başkanı olarak takdim ettiği için Ankara Hükümeti’nin tepkisini çekmiştir. Bu yüzden iktidar çevrelerinde gözden düşmüş, bundan sonra kendisine devlet görevleri tevdi edilmemiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Osmanlı’dan Cumhuriyete geçiş aşamasında önemli rol oynayan bir din adamı olan İsmail Şükrü (Çelikalay) Efendi’yi ve faaliyetlerini objektif bir şekilde ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada arşiv kaynakları, Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Tutanakları başta olmak üzere dönemin gazetelerinden, hatıralardan ve ilgili diğer kaynaklardan faydalanılmıştır.

Fıkralar gündelik hayatımızda bazen gülmek, bazen karşımızdakini düşündürmek, bazen de eleştirmek için başvurduğumuz sözlü kültür geleneğimizin bir ürünüdür. Türkiye’de fıkra denince akla ilk gelen kişi Nasrettin Hoca’dır. Halk tarafından çok sevilen Nasrettin Hoca, Türk kültürünün ayrılmaz bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Milletler Nasrettin Hoca’yı benimsemiş ve kendilerine mal etmişlerdir. Uygurlar arasında da bulunan Afanti isimli karakter Nasrettin Hoca’ya benzerliği nedeniyle dikkat çekmiştir. Afanti halkın çıkarlarını koruyan, feodal yönetici sınıfa karşı çıkan, emekçi halkı savunan bir karakter olarak halk tarafından sevilmiştir. 1950’lerden sonra Çin’e gelen Afanti, Çin halkı tarafından kabul görmüş ve zamanla fıkraları ülke sınırlarını aşmıştır. Bu çalışmada Nasrettin Hoca’nın kim olduğu ve Türk kültüründeki yeri üzerinde durulmuştur. Uygur karakteri Afanti hakkında yapılan araştırmalardan elde edilen bilgilerden ve nereden geldiğinden bahsedilmiştir. Afanti ve Nasrettin Hoca’nın benzer karakterler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Ayaz İshakî, 23 Şubat 1878 tarihinde Kazan’da doğmuş, medrese eğitimi sonrası Tatar Öğretmen Okuluna devam etmiştir. Eser vermeye bu dönemde başlayan İshakî, hayatı boyunca pek çok gazete ve dergi çıkarmış; ayrıca piyes, hikâye, roman vb. eserler yazmıştır. 22 Temmuz 1954 tarihinde Ankara’da vefat etmiştir. Gazeteci, yazar, siyasetçi kimlikleri olan İshakî, bir dönem sosyalizme meyletmiş ancak gelişmeler onun istediği gibi olmadığı için yönünü değiştirmiştir. Gençliğinde okuduğu Tercüman gazetesi ise onun milliyetçi ve hürriyetçi fikirlerinin temelini atmıştır. Pragmatist bir anlayışla hareket eden Ayaz İshakî, yazdığı tüm eserlerde Tatar/Türk kimliğine vurgu yapmış, Tatar halkını koruyabilmek için din olgusundan da yararlanmaya çalışmıştır. Mulla Babay (Molla Dede/ Hoca Efendi) adlı roman 1910 yılında Finlandiya’da kaleme alınmış ve 1912 yılında Kazan’da basılmış bir eserdir. Bu romanda medrese tahsili gören zeki bir Tatar genci olan Halim (Ḫelim) merkeze alınarak kadimci anlayışa yönelik eleştirel bir yaklaşım sergilenmiştir. Bu eserde Kazan şehrinin yakınlarındaki bir köyde, kendi hâlinde bir köylü ailesinin küçük oğlu olarak dünyaya gelen Halim’in köy medresesinde başlayan ve sonra şehirdeki farklı iki medresede devam eden öğrenim hayatı ele alınıp anlatılır; Halim ve onun medrese tahsilinden hareketle kadimci gelenek okurlara gösterilmeye çalışılır. Metin analizine dayalı olan bu çalışmada eserin dil ve üslup özellikleri ele alınacak, böylece hem eserin hem de yazarın daha iyi anlaşılmasına katkıda bulunulacaktır.

In this study, the Hoca Imam Mosque, located in the city center of Sivas, will be introduced and evaluated. Hoca Imam Mosque was built in the second quarter of the 14th century, during the Eretna Principality Period. The building, which is one of the earliest mosques built in Sivas, took its name from its founder and over time, the neighborhood where the building was located was also called by the same name. Hoca Imam, the founder of the mosque, is a well-known Sufi. When he died in 1373, he was buried in front of his mosque, which he gave his name, and his tomb was built. The tomb of Hoca Imam has not survived. However, according to the archive document dated 1850, which gives information about the existence of his tomb, it is mentioned that a tombmaster was appointed. Regardless of the type of this tomb, it must be at least 5 m tall. Even when the tomb was built adjacent to the main wall of the mosque, it is understood that the mosque was probably a wooden ceiling structure measuring approximately 10 m. Today, the coffin belonging to Hoca Imam is located in the northwest of the mosque, in the room between the minaret and the northern wall of the sanctuary. The building, which was built as a neighborhood masjid, was repaired in 1817 by Mehmet Emin Ağa, a member of the Dergah-ı Ali, and converted into a mosque by adding a pulpit. The building underwent some repairs in the following years, and in 1953 the sanctuary was expanded to the west, and a last communion place and a minaret were added to its north. The walls that may belong to the first phase of the mosque are the south and east walls, which have been modified and reworked. Plaster and wooden decorations consisting of plant, geometric, object ornamentation and architectural elements were found in the mosque. There are plaster on the mihrab of, wooden decorations on the pulpit, the chair, the ceiling and the door of the mosque. Plaster decorations were made in the printing technique, and wooden decorations were made in the nailing technique. In the plaster decorations of the mihrab of the building, plant motifs such as kenger, flowers coming out of the vase, folded branches as well as candle motifs and architectural forms were used. The candle motif in the mihrab of the building has been accepted as an element representing Allah and Her light and has been lovingly used in mosque altars since the 13th century in Islamic art. The decoration style shows the characteristics of the Westernization Period. This style, which is also encountered in other buildings built in these periods in Sivas, is important in terms of reflecting the taste and understanding of art of the period. Hoca Imam Mosque is one of the important examples of this style in Sivas.

4-9 Şubat 1902’de Paris’te toplanan Birinci Jön Türk Kongresi, Arnavutların Osmanlı Devleti ile ilişkilerinde bir dönüm noktası olmuştur. Bu dönüm noktası, Sultan II. Abdülhamit yönetimindeki zor durumun ve padişahın Arnavutların özerklik için taleplerini sürekli reddetmesinin bir ürünüydü ve bu sebeple Arnavutlar kendi çıkarlarını Jön Türk hareketiyle birleştirme yolunu tuttular. Paris Kongresi’nin delegeleri arasında Arnavutlar vardı: İsmail Kemal Bey, Derviş Hima, Hoca Kadri ve Yaşar Erebara. Jön Türklerle ittifaka giren İsmail Kemal Bey ve diğer Arnavut ileri gelenleri, Sultan II. Abdülhamit’e karşı bir ihtilal gerçekleştirmek amacındaydı. Birinci Jön Türk Kongresi’nde İttihatçılar tarafından da Arnavutlar aleyhine konuşmalar yapıldı. Bu nedenle Arnavutlar ve İttihatçılar arasındaki ilişkiler inişli çıkışlı olmuştur. İşte bu çalışmada 1902’de Paris’te yapılan Jön Türklerin Birinci Kongresi’nde Arnavutlar ile Jön Türkler arasında fikir ayrılıkları ve iş birlikleri, onları birleştiren asıl unsurun ne olduğu sorusu Osmanlı ve Arnavut kaynakları ışığında incelenmiştir.

Summary At the time of description, the morphology of Ptychaphelenchus eucalypticola Hodda, 2009 indicated it could be assigned to either the Aphelenchoididae Skarbilovich, 1947 (Paramonov, 1953) or the Parasitaphelenchidae Ruehm, 1956 (Siddiqi, 1980) within the Aphelenchoidoidea Skarbilovich, 1947 (Siddiqi, 1980). Although P. eucalypticola was, tentatively, and remains assigned to the Aphelenchoididae, its relationships with other aphelenchoids have not been reassessed, and no molecular data were previously available for this species. We re-collected P. eucalypticola from its type host and locality, Eucalyptus macrorhyncha F. Muell. ex Benth., from Mount Ainslie, ACT, Australia. We performed Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood analyses of a concatenated 18S + 28S rDNA gene sequence dataset to determine the position of P. eucalypticola within the Aphelenchoidoidea, followed by 18S and 28S single-gene analyses to further assess relationships between this species and an expanded set of close relatives. All analyses indicated P. eucalypticola is correctly assigned to the Aphelenchoididae, in a clade comprising all species of Ficophagus Davies & Bartholomaeus, 2015 and some species presently assigned to Aphelenchoides Fisher, 1894, sister to Martininema Davies & Bartholomaeus, 2015 and additional species of Aphelenchoides. Our 18S single-gene analyses did not resolve the position of P. eucalypticola relative to Aphelenchoides and Ficophagus; however, our 28S single-gene analyses indicated a sister relationship between P. eucalypticola and Ficophagus. This sister relationship is plausible as the former species shares many characteristics with species of the latter genus; however, there are sufficient morphological differences to consider P. eucalypticola as representative of a distinct lineage within the Aphelenchoidoidea.

PurposeIn seeking to understand the impact of culture on conflict management (CM), extant organisational management research has, for the most part, confined itself to using the one-dimensional collectivism/individualism model of Hofstede's cultural theory. The purpose of this present study is to extend this knowledge area by adopting the more comprehensive analysis of Hofstede's fourfold dimensional typology – power distance, individualism/collectivism, uncertainty avoidance and masculinity/femininity – as a conceptual lens to investigate how national culture impacts the interpersonal CM of those in leadership positions in higher education institutions. Specifically, this article explores the extent to which cultural values influence the CM practices of university heads of departments (HODs).Design/methodology/approachAdopting a qualitative approach, 36 interviews were conducted with heads of different departments across a variety of disciplines in selected Nigerian universities.FindingsThe study's results conceptualise how underlying cultural norms – promoting paternalism, servility and social relations – influence the conflict-handling strategies adopted by university HODs. It consequently emerged from the thematic analysis that in Nigeria, conflict-handling decisions are shaped by status-based dictates, a normative emphasis on communality, masculine hegemony and religious motivation – as opposed to Western cultures, where these benevolent and integrative values play a far smaller role.Research limitations/implicationsThe study focussed on a small group of research subjects. Although the sample is not a sample that enables generalisation, the findings provide theoretical insights into how cultural ascendancy could frame conflict resolutions. This research is especially relevant as it runs in a culture significantly different from the ones that originally were investigated and in which managerial books and mainstream practices emerged and, thus, can contribute to challenge and enhance theory.Originality/valueThe study seeks to advance knowledge of the interface between culture and CM in a sub-Saharan African context where literature is scarce.

Among the industrial zones established under the direction and management of the National Industrial zone Expansion Company (establishment December 26, 1963, abbreviated SONADEZI), Bien Hoa Industrial Zone is considered as the most popular industrial zone in the world typical industrial production organization, actively contributing to the transformation of the industrial economy in the South Vietnam in the 1955-1975 period.

Türkiye’de yayımlanan süreli çocuk yayınları, çocukların kültürel ihtiyaçlarını karşılarken onların millî, ahlaki, sosyal ve evrensel değerlere sahip olmalarını da amaçlamıştır. Süreli yayınlar dönemin en önemli sosyalleşme vasıtalarından olması sebebiyle, çocukların eğlenmelerine, sosyalleşmelerine ve bilgiye ulaşmalarına önemli katkılar sunmuştur. Yerli ya da yabancı süreli çocuk yayınları geçmiş yıllardaki sosyo-kültürel değerlerini öğrenmek isteyen bireyler için de önem taşımaktadır. Çocuk Haftası Gazetesi’nin gayesi çocukların ilgisini ve sevgisini kazanmaktır. Asıl vurgulanan amaç; çağdaş, Atatürk ilkelerine bağlı, geleneksel ve millî değerlerinin bilincinde olan bir nesil yetiştirilmesidir. Halk kültürü temlerinin gazetede ağırlıklı olarak yer alması bu gayenin en açık göstergesidir. Çocuk Haftası Gazetesi’nde çocukların ve gençlerin geçmiş değerlerinin farkına varıp, modern Türkiye’nin inşası yolunda dünyadaki yenilik ve gelişmelerden de haberdar edilmeleri amaçlanmıştır. Çocuk Haftası’nın Atatürk ilke ve inkılaplarının gazete yoluyla çocuklara aktarılması, Büyük Maarif Kurultayı’na öz Türkçe’nin kullanımı ile alakalı öneriler sunulması gibi önemli misyonları olmuştur. Bunların yanında millî değerler ve Türk kültürünün çocuklara ve gençlere aktarılması gazetenin en önemli misyondur. Gazetedeki Türk halk edebiyatı ögeleri: halk hikâyesi, nazım ve nesir türünde masal, yerli masal, destan, atasözü, halk kültürü ögeleri barındıran millî çizgi roman ve karikatür, manzum, mensur bilmece, destan, fıkra, şeklindedir. Gazetede çocukları ve gençleri eğlendirmeye yönelik faaliyetler; kare bulmaca, nazım ve nesir şeklindeki bilmeceler, fıkra ve karikatür örnekleriyle sayfa boşlukları doldurularak okura aktarılmıştır. Çocuk Haftası Gazetesi yayımlandığı 14 yıl boyunca sayfalarında barındırdığı halk edebiyatı örnekleri ile okur için geleneğin aktarımı ve yaşatılması anlamında önemli rol üstlenmiştir. Özellikle: Boğaç Han, Tepegöz, Deli Dumrul, Keloğlan, Orhun Barkı Kahramanı Gültekin, Ali Baba ve Kırk Haramiler, Nasreddin Hoca ve Temel fıkraları gibi edebi türler, gazetenin içerik ve hacminde önemli yer tutmaktadır.

RESUMEN Esta investigación estudia las representaciones textuales y gráficas respecto de la pena de muerte (fusilamientos) en Chile durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX, y revisa el papel de los medios de comunicación impresos en las construcciones de sentido y realidad respecto del tema. Se argumenta que uno de esos medios, el diario La Tercera de la Hora (1950-), con temáticas de “crónica roja”, lenguaje transversal y circulación nacional, no solo sería un suministrador de contenidos narrativos y visuales sobre tales hechos trágicos y violentos, sino además un actor del período en la medida que sería un agente de producción y circulación de mensajes que contribuirían a la reafirmación de los marcos de referencia construidos histórica y socialmente para ese entonces. Aparte de la evidente necesidad de vender ejemplares para mantenerse en el mercado editorial y periodístico, muy propio de la prensa de masas, la construcción de noticias sobre los fusilamientos tendría una clara intencionalidad: la de mostrar a su público una realidad binaria (de seres normales y anormales; víctimas y victimarios; ciudadanos y criminales) que respaldaría ideológicamente el ideal de un sujeto político y social definido por su respeto ciudadano y laboriosidad, del cual los sentenciados al patíbulo serían su evidente contraparte.

Khu Tru Mat is one of the important rural policies issued by the Government of the Republic of Vietnam (1955 - 1963). Through this policy, Khu Tru Mat was established in many strategically located areas in the Mekong Delta. Accordingly, the Vi Thanh - Hoa Luu area was both an important intersection in the transport connection system and a strategic political-military position of the Government of the Republic of Vietnam in the Mekong Delta. Therefore, the implementation of the Khu Tru Mat policy in the Vi Thanh - Hoa Luu area was not only the goal of building a strategic political and military area of the Government of the Republic of Vietnam but also had a great impact on the rural face here. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impacts of the Khu Tru Mat policy on the spatial change of residential areas in the rural areas of Vi Thanh - Hoa Luu by exploiting the values from the data source at Vietnam's National Archives in Ho Chi Minh city. The research results not only provide important references but also orient some historical experiences for contributing to the strategic planning of socio-economic development in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam today.
